Abstract

AbstractWith the decline in morals towards children today, it is necessary to get gentle educational touches from both parents, without using physical or psychological violence in order to create future generations of Muslims who have noble morals. "As an effort to create an Islamic young generation, we must start from understanding the true Islamic Aqeedah. The beginning of strengthening this aqidah is by animating and applying the shahada sentence, namely I testify that there is no God who must be worshiped but Allah and the Prophet Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. The logical consequence of this shahada sentence is to apply Islamic teachings in our daily lives. Because this creed sentence will also be held accountable later in the hereafter. Therefore, in order to create an Islamic generation and motivate the importance of education for the children of Darunnajah University Jakarta students, the KKN carries out activities such as teaching the Koran, how to pray, doing ablutions and other activities.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a better reward and punishment system in the learning process at the Az-Zikra Islamic Boarding School, Bogor. This study used a qualitative method with descriptive data collection. The aim is to increase discipline, reduce bullying, increase learning motivation, and provide rewards to students. Achievement stars per semester, awards from the homeroom teacher, praise, and prizes as a form of reward. The form of punishment implemented at the Az-Zikra Islamic Boarding School in Bogor for students is in the form of warnings and advice, memorizing lessons and the Sunnah Prayers of the Prophet, writing astaghfirullah as specified, calling parents, notes on report cards and black lists for the heaviest offenders.

Abstract

This research aims to get an overview and examine learning motivation and instilling nationalist values in students at the Kuala Lumpur Indonesian School (SIKL). The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. In collecting data, researchers used several techniques, namely through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The data that was collected was analyzed descriptively qualitatively using the constant comparison method and the Constant Comparative Method. The research location is the Indonesian School Kuala Lumpur (SIKL) Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The research results show that: (1) The teacher's role is as a motivator and understands the steps that can be taken to achieve optimal learning conditions for students. (2) The role of teachers in teaching nationalist values in classroom learning. (3) The teacher's role is to foster students' love and enthusiasm for nationalist values. (4) The teacher facilitates students to preserve the Indonesian language. (5) The role of the teacher in developing students' nationalistic character and attitudes through the learning process in the classroom and outside the classroom is very important where a PPKN teacher will be able to carry out his obligations and responsibilities if the teacher has first mastered and is able to apply positive behavior to himself so that he can become a role model for his students

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the strategies, influencing factors, obstacles and challenges of implementing the Outcome Based Education (OBE) curriculum in the Higher Education System in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0. The method used in this study is a library research method with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using library research techniques, literature reviews and research journals. There are strategies that can be implemented the OBE curriculum in the Higher Education System in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0, namely curriculum reconstruction by compiling the structure of learning objectives, graduate learning outcomes and learning outcomes in the syllabus and analyzing the teaching and learning process. The learning system can be done with blended learning. Improving literacy 4.0 (data literacy, technological literacy, human literacy among students) and implementing the learning phase and learning space. And there are factors that influence the successful implementation, namely a learning method that consists of turning on student discussion spaces outside the classroom, modern and multidisciplinary learning, factors Furthermore, there is also academic freedom and the role of lecturers and students who greatly support the successful implementation of the OBE curriculum. Furthermore, there are 12 challenges in implementing OBE, namely the challenge of accepting OBE, paradigm shifting, maintaining the quality of education, restructuring results and assessment techniques, OBE as a top priority, design down approach, impact on students with special needs, teacher's role, learning responsibilities, break typecast, waves of opposition, and perceptions of students and teachers. Abstract

Malaysia menjadi negara yang dijadikan sebagai tempat terbanyak bagi para WNI untuk mencari pekerjaan. Sebagian dari PMI yang masuk melalui jalur ilegal, sehingga anak-anak PMI tersebut tidak dapat mendaftarkan diri untuk bersekolah. Sanggar Bimbingan Kampung Gumut adalah salah satu sekolah yang memberikan kesempatan untuk anak-anak PMI ilegal memperoleh pedidikan, namun sayangnya masih banyak anak-anak SB kampung Gumut yang masih belum bisa membaca, menulis, dan berhitung. Oleh karenan kegiatan KKN dilakukan disana dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca, menulis dan berhitung anak-anak SB kampung Gumut. Pelaksanaan KKN di SB Kampung Gumut dilaksanakan selama tanggal 17 Januari sampai 28 Januari 2024, dimana metode yang digunakan adalah persiapan, sosialisasi, pelaksanaan kegiatan dan observasi. Berdasarkan KKN yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwa ada sekitar 23 anak-anak yang berada di SB Kampung Gumut. Anak- anak tesebut belum memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam calistung, membaca alquran dan membaca bacaan sholat. Sehingga penulis melakukan beberapa kegiatan sesuai dengan permasalahan tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil bimbingan yang telah dilakukan setelah dlakukan program calistung, anak-anak SB Kampung Gumut sudah bisa membaca, menulis dan berhitung tingkat dasar, serta sudah mampu membaca iqra dan melafazkan bacaan dengan baik.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the efforts to raise public awareness in tackling the impact of online gambling in Indonesia through education and counseling. The development of digital technology has led to an increase in harmful online gambling practices, both socially and economically. The research approach uses a qualitative method with case studies, in-depth interviews, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), and participatory observation in various affected communities. The results show that education plays a significant role in increasing public awareness of the risks of online gambling, particularly through character education programs, digital literacy, and community-based interventions. Counseling, both individually and in groups, has proven effective in helping individuals caught up in online gambling to recover and reduce social stigma. An inclusive approach, using both digital media and face-to-face methods, is expected to improve the effectiveness of rehabilitation and encourage greater participation in online gambling rehabilitation programs.

Abstract

Abstract This study examines the implementation of educational assessment at SDN Pesanggrahan 09 Pagi, Jakarta, focusing on its effectiveness in supporting student learning. The research employs a qualitative approach using observation, interview, and documentation methods. Findings reveal that the school has implemented various types of assessments, including diagnostic assessments at the beginning of the academic year and formative assessments on a regular basis. The school also strives to involve parents and provide training for teachers to enhance the quality of assessment. The study also identifies areas for improvement, such as the need for quantitative data to measure the impact of assessments, detailed information about the types of assessment instruments used, and an evaluation of the effectiveness of coping strategies. As recommendations, the school should improve the quality of assessments, optimally utilize assessment data, strengthen collaboration with parents, and enhance teacher competency in conducting assessments. This research is expected to contribute to efforts to improve the quality of education at SDN Pesanggrahan 09 Pagi. Keywords: Educational Assessment, Student Learning, Parental Collaboration.   Abstrak Kajian ini meneliti implementasi asesmen pendidikan di SDN Pesanggrahan 09 Pagi, Jakarta, dengan fokus pada efektivitasnya dalam mendukung pembelajaran siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa sekolah telah menerapkan berbagai jenis asesmen, termasuk asesmen diagnostik di awal tahun ajaran dan asesmen formatif secara berkala. Sekolah juga berupaya melibatkan orang tua dan memberikan pelatihan kepada guru untuk meningkatkan kualitas asesmen. Kajian ini juga mengungkap beberapa area yang perlu ditingkatkan, seperti kebutuhan data kuantitatif untuk mengukur dampak asesmen, rincian jenis-jenis instrumen asesmen yang digunakan, dan evaluasi efektivitas strategi penanganannya. Sebagai rekomendasi, sekolah perlu meningkatkan kualitas asesmen, memanfaatkan data asesmen secara optimal, memperkuat kolaborasi dengan orang tua, dan meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam melaksanakan asesmen. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan sumbangan bagi upaya peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di SDN Pesanggrahan 09 Pagi. Kata kunci: Asesmen Pendidikan, Pembelajaran Siswa, Kolaborasi Orang Tua.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze and identify the efforts to optimize the facilities and infrastructure at Pondok Pesantren Alh in supporting the improvement of educational quality and the independence of the students (santri). Adequate facilities and infrastructure play an essential role in creating a conducive learning environment and enhancing the students' abilities and independence in various aspects of life. This research utilizes a case study method with a descriptive approach, involving direct observation, interviews with the pesantren management, and surveys conducted among the students and teaching staff. The findings indicate that although Pondok Pesantren Al Hidayah has provided basic facilities such as classrooms, dormitories, and prayer rooms, there are still several aspects of facilities and infrastructure that need optimization, such as skill development rooms, sports facilities, and educational technology. Improving the quality of these facilities and infrastructure is expected to strengthen the educational process and positively impact the independence of the students in managing their academic and social life. This study recommends the need for strategic planning in the development and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure, as well as collaboration with external parties to create a more modern and self-sufficient pesantren. Keywords: Optimization of Facilities and Infrastructure, Islamic Boarding School, Education.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi upaya optimalisasi sarana dan prasarana di Pondok Pesantren Al Hidayah Basmol dalam mendukung peningkatan kualitas pendidikan dan kemandirian santri. Sarana dan prasarana yang memadai memainkan peran penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang kondusif serta meningkatkan kemampuan dan kemandirian santri dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan deskriptif, yang melibatkan observasi langsung, wawancara dengan pengelola pondok pesantren, serta kuesioner kepada santri dan staf pengajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Pondok Pesantren Alh telah menyediakan berbagai fasilitas dasar seperti ruang kelas, asrama, dan ruang ibadah, masih terdapat beberapa aspek sarana dan prasarana yang perlu dioptimalkan, seperti ruang keterampilan, fasilitas olahraga, dan teknologi pembelajaran. Peningkatan kualitas sarana dan prasarana ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat proses pendidikan dan memberikan dampak positif terhadap kemandirian santri dalam mengelola kehidupan mereka, baik dalam konteks akademik maupun sosial. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya perencanaan strategis dalam pembangunan dan pemeliharaan sarana serta prasarana, serta kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak eksternal untuk mewujudkan pondok pesantren yang lebih modern dan mandiri. Abstract

School libraries are essential in supporting teaching and learning activities and increasing students' interest in reading. This study aims to analyse library management at Annakhil Darunnajah 6 Junior High School, Mukomuko, Bengkulu, to foster and develop students' interest in reading. The research methods used include observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the management of the school library to foster and develop students' interest in reading at SMP Annakhil Darunnajah 6 includes five stages, including: (1) The library planning stage, which includes the vision, mission, and goals of the library, has been carried out well. (2) The stage of organising the library includes the division of tasks and coordination, which still needs to be improved. (3) The implementation stage of library management consists of borrowing, reading, and literacy services, which are running well. (4) The supervision stage of library management is carried out by the person in charge with direct observation and written reports; and (5) The evaluation stage of library management, which is carried out weekly and monthly by the library team and the principal. Overall, the library management at this school has been running well, but improvements are still needed in coordination and continuous evaluation
