Abstract

The research aims to improve students' numeracy skills by applying Team Games Tournament (TGT) type cooperative learning assisted by Math Journal. This research used a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design method of one group pretest-posttest type. The research subjects were students of Grade VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Perak Jombang. The research has used instruments in the form of questions that consist of pre-test and post-test, questionnaires as supporting data and TGT teaching modules. The test instrument was supported by the results of a student questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is hypothesis testing using paired samples t-test. Based on the results of the paired sample t-test, the significance value is 0.000. The significance value obtained is 0.000 <0.05 error level. So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected, which means that there is an effect of the application of TGT assisted by Math Journal on students' numeracy skills. Therefore, it can be concluded that the numeracy skills of VIII grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Perak increased after the application of TGT assisted by Math Journal.

Abstract

Waste from each house can have an impact on the quantity of waste in that area. One solution to reduce this waste is to utilize household waste into useful products, namely by turning the waste into Eco-enzyme fertilizer. This activity was carried out in Kedunglumpang village, Mojoagung sub-district, Jombang district. The training participants included the PKK and IPNU IPPNU organizations in Kedunglumpang Village, totaling 30 people. Based on the pretest given to participants, it was found that almost 70% of participants did not know about the use of organic waste. After participating in this Pkm training, participants were given a posttest and found that 100% of the participants knew, understood and were enthusiastic about applying Eco-enzyme fertilizer production from organic waste

Abstract

Hydroponic planting media is a planting system that does not use soil to grow plants, instead it can use water. Many people already use hydroponic media but there is more effort to monitor the planting process, this is a new obstacle to the hydroponic system. Therefore, to support the hydroponic planting system to make it more efficient, this Pkm has a theme of IOT Based Irrigation. The location of this Pkm is in Kedunglumpang Village, Mojoagung subdistrict, Jombang district. Pkm participants include farmers, PKK, IPNU, and IPPNU. The result of this Pkm is that the majority of local people are familiar with hydroponic but do not understand the implementation process. Then, after attending the training, many people were enthusiastic about making hydroponic media using IoT technology in their yards.

Abstract

Geometric transformation material requires the role of imagination to link theoretical concepts with real examples. The PBL model can be a means for students to be more active in solving geometric problems, but abstract geometric concepts need to be combined with surrounding objects. One of the surrounding objects that has the concept of geometric transformation is the Jombangan batik cloth. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of problem-based learning assisted by Jombangan batik ethnomathematics cards in increasing junior high school students' learning motivation on geometric transformation material. This research uses a quantitative approach type one-group pretest-posttest design. The research subjects were 32 students in class 7A of Al-Furqon Middle School. Researchers used Jombangan batik ethnomathematics card media as a medium for PBL learning on geometric transformation material. Furthermore, the research instruments used were pretest and posttest learning motivation questionnaires and learning outcomes tests. The data analysis technique used is the paired sample t-test from the results of the learning motivation questionnaire and is supported by learning outcome test scores. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, a significance value of 0.001 (0.001 < 0.05) was obtained, so it can be concluded that PBL learning assisted by Jombangan batik ethnomathematics cards is effective in increasing students' learning motivation on geometric transformation material. The results of the hypothesis test are supported by the results of student learning tests where 90% of students obtained a score above 75.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa melalui pendekatan JUCAMA (pengajuan dan pemecahan masalah) pada materi geometri garis dan sudut dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah 19 siswa kelas VII A SMP Plus Darussalam dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi tes berpikir kreatif matematis berdasarkan indikator fluency, flexibility, dan originality, serta lembar observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui perhitungan persentase capaian tiap indikator dan pengkategorian tingkat kreativitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketuntasan belajar siswa mencapai 47,37%, belum memenuhi kriteria keberhasilan ≥75%. Secara rinci, indikator fluency mencapai 89,47% (kreatif), flexibility 68% (cukup kreatif), dan originality 36,84% (tidak kreatif), dengan rata-rata keseluruhan 64,77% (kurang kreatif). Observasi menunjukkan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran berada pada kategori sangat baik. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pendekatan JUCAMA efektif dalam meningkatkan kelancaran dan keluwesan berpikir, namun masih memerlukan penguatan pada aspek kebaruan ide untuk mengoptimalkan kreativitas matematis siswa.
