Segmentasi konsumen adalah sebuah strategi yang dilakukan dengan membagi konsumen menjadi kelompok-kelompok konsumen yang berbeda yang memiliki karakteristik, perilaku, atau kebutuhan yang berbeda. Segmentasi konsumen ini penting karena dapat digunakan sebagai data pendukung untuk menentukan strategi pemasaran yang efektif dan efisien bagi supervisor marketing dalam kegiatan promosi penjualan produk. Untuk menentukan segmentasi konsumen, dilakukan dengan clustering yaitu dengan cara mengelompokkan data berdasarkan karakterisrik konsumen. Sehingga pada penelitian ini, proses clustering dilakukan dengan cara mengelompokkan data konsumen berdasarkan tiga atribut yaitu, jenis motor,jenis pembelian dan pekerjaan. Data yang digunakan adalah data penjualan sepeda motor pada dealer Honda. Proses pengelompokan konsumen dilakukan dengan menggunakan Algoritma K-Means. Algoritma ini bekerja dengan cara membagi data dalam k cluster. Setiap cluster ditentukan atas kedekatan jarak tiap?tiap data dengan titik tengahnya (mean point). Dari hasil perbandingan aplikasi dengan menggunakan software SPSS diperoleh hasil selisih dari masing-masing cluster dengan jumlah rata-rata 7%. Hal ini disebabkan karena centroid awal yang dipilih secara acak.

Internet access in Indonesia currently covers many parts of Indonesia. These developments are now progressing rapidly with the use of smartphones by the Indonesian people. With the ease of internet access and the high usage of electronic gadgets, they will supports in various activities carried out by the community. These kinds of activities included in buying and selling transactions. This online transaction is not restricted by region and time. The online transaction can be through an online marketplace. One of familiar online marketplace in Indonesia is Tokopedia. The communities in Jati Village, Soko, Tuban where the majority of the people owns micro businesses can sell their product through this platform. Selling through this platform has many advantages, such us this platform provide free service for seller and this platform has a high number of users in Indonesia. Because of that reason, the training Tokopedia seller for micro-business owner in Jati village was held. The result of this training expected that micro-business owner can sell their product through this platform. This will help them for marketing their products more easily and have wider customer coverage. In this training, as many as twenty four micro-business owners attended and participated in the training actively and enthusiastically.

Twitter's sentiment analysis is one of the most interesting fields of research lately. It intertwines the natural language processing techniques with data mining. Up to this point, many algorithms have been proposed to better understand sentiment from text. The proposed method can be focused on the preprocessing step, dataset splitting method (training and testing), dataset balancing method (when the data is unbalanced), to the improvement of the existing algorithm. But, the main focus of this paper is on feature extraction from tweets using TF-IDF. The features obtained from this process are expected to improve the accuracy of the classification process. The dataset used in this research is in Indonesian, which has a very different form when compared to English. This dataset consists of 1068 manually labeled tweets related to the "school from home" policy caused by the COVID-19 outbreak, taken from March to July. All steps required to process this data will be implemented using python. To validate its utility, the performance of the proposed method is compared with each other. Finally, the results are summarized by reflecting on the impact of the inclusion of the proposed features for each classification algorithm for sentiment detection

This study aims to find a communication model and standard operational procedure of digital publication design Policies to support lecturers' performance in administration at UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur, particularly for the functional position. Thus, the model and design hopefully could ensure legal certainty and public hearing media. The method began with identifying the problems that arise regarding the implementation of policies in the university. The sampling technique involved quantitative and qualitative, which utilized non-random sampling in the form of a questionnaire. Then, the formulation of solutions that answer these problems through the identification of problem-solving efforts was generated. The solution was packaged to provide a communication model and digital publication design of the Policy of Standard Operational Procedure for Lecturers in the UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur. It was found that there were quite problems, especially that there had not been centralized SOP yet. Consequently, many ambiguities occurred so that the lecturers became confused and felt uncertain about the procedure to proceed with their functional position.

Pedulilindungi application has many benefits but many controversies arise in the community. Various opinions in the form of tweets were expressed by the public, both positive and negative opinions. In this study, the objective is to make a classification model to classify tweets into two types of sentiment, namely positive and negative. The model is made in several stages, namely data retrieval, data filtering, data labeling, data preprocessing, splitting data train and data test, feature selection using Information Gain and Genetic Algorithm, and then classification using the SVM method. The model using two-stage feature selection and SVM method, obtained an accuracy value of 64.08% with 841 features and processing time of 0.033 seconds with 9.6% CPU usage. The model with two-stage feature selection is more efficient and effective than the one-stage feature selection model whose accuracy value is only 60.56% with 1800 features and a processing time of 0.044 seconds with 15.4% CPU usage.

Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi pada jaman sekarang sudah sangat dibutuhkan untuk mendukunng kegiatan sehari-hari. Mulai dari sekolah, kantor, dan kegiatan harian yang lain. Pemanfaatan perangkat TIK (gadget) khususnya pada anak bisa memberikan pengaruh baik dan buruk. Agar anak dapat mendapatkan pengaruh baik dari gadget salah satunya adalah memilih permainan yang mengajarkan kreatif, berfikir secara terstruktur, serta belajar mencari solusi jawaban dari masalah yang diberikan. Selain permainan yang dilakukan menggunakan gadget, anak juga perlu diberi dasar menggunakan permainan tanpa gadget (unplugged). Untuk tahapan awal peserta pelatihan adalah guru, dimana diharapkan kedepan dapat mentransfer hasil pelatihan kepada anak didiknya. Pada artikel ini mengangkat dua metode pembelajaran dasar untuk pengenalan pemrograman, yaitu menggunakan metode unplugged dan plugged. Dengan kata lain belajar dasar komputer diawali tanpa gadget dan selanjutnya menggunakan gadget.

Saat ini para wisatawan dapat menyampaikan ulasan mengenai pengalaman wisatanya melalui berbagai platform. Ulasan wisatawan ini dapat mempengaruhi dan memberikan pertimbangan bagi para calon wisatawan lain yang akan mengunjungi obyek wisata tersebut. Salah satu platform wisata yang populer adalah TripAdvisor. Ulasan pada platform ini mengenai obyek wisata Gunung Bromo dianalisis lebih jauh sehingga pihak pengelola obyek wisata dapat mendapatkan informasi yang dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pengembangan obyek wisata yang dikelolanya. Analisis sentimen dengan pendekatan klasifikasi dengan algoritma supervised learning dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu metode untuk menggali sentimen wisatawan yaitu positif atau negatif. Dari tiga algoritma pengklasifikasi yang diuji pada penelitian ini, tingkat akurasi tertinggi model klasifikasi dihasilkan oleh algoritma Decision Tree sebesar 91% dan diikuti oleh Naïve Bayes dan Logistic Regression yang masing-masingnya 88%. Tingkat precision, recall, dan f1-measure untuk Decision Tree masing-masingnya sebesar 0,95 , 0,62 , dan 0,68. Dari hasil yang didapatkan, model klasifikasi perlu ditingkatkan performanya karena model klasifikasi memiliki kecenderungan prediksi ke kelas sentimen positif.

Abstract: The school from home program implemented by all educational institutions during the COVID 19 pandemic forced all parties to adapt. This school from home program requires information technology as the medium so that the teaching and learning process continues. One of the challenges that arise from this distance learning method is the ability to operate information technology, especially applications used to support the online learning process. One of the activities to answer this challenge is to conduct training that directly practices how to operate an online learning support application. This training program attended by parents and students in the Sukodono District, Sidoarjo Regency. This training is carried out online due to a social restriction policy at the time of the training. The evaluation results and feedback from the training participants stated an increase in understanding of the operation of the applications being taught; besides, the participants indicated that the community needed similar training. However, the participants hope that the next training will be carried out offline to teach the participants step-by-step directly. Keywords: Google Meet; Google Classroom; school from home; training; Zoom Abstrak: Program belajar dari rumah yang dilaksanakan semua instansi pendidikan selama masa pandemi COVID 19, memaksa semua pihak yang terlibat untuk beradaptasi. Program belajar dari rumah ini membutuhkan teknologi informasi sebagai medianya agar proses belajar mengajar tetap berjalan. Salah satu tantangan yang muncul dari metode belajar jarak jauh ini adalah kemampuan pengoperasian teknologi informasi terutama aplikasi-aplikasi yang digunakan untuk mendukung proses belajar daring. Salah satu kegiatan untuk menjawab tantangan ini adalah dengan mengadakan pelatihan yang langsung mempraktekkan cara peng-operasian pengoperasian aplikasi pendukung belajar daring. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh para orang tua dan siswa di wilayah Kecamatan Sukodono, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan secara daring karena adanya kebijakan pem-batasan sosial pada saat pelatihan berlangsung. Hasil evaluasi dan timbal balik dari peserta pelatihan menyatakan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pemahaman terhadap pengoperasian aplikasi yang diajarkan, selain itu peserta menyatakna bahwa pelatihan sejenis dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Akan tetapi peserta berharap agar pelatihan selanjutnya dilaksanakan secara luring sehingga instruktur dapat mengajari peserta tahap demi tahap secara langsung.Kata kunci: belajar dari rumah; google meet; Google Classroom; pelatihan; Zoom

A laptop is a rather small personal computer consisting of a keyboard, screen, microprocessor and usually a rechargeable battery. In the current era of technology, when buying a laptop, we need to have thorough and detailed considerations regarding our needs in using a laptop, especially laptop RAM. By comparing Decision Tree and KNearest Neighbors algorithm, a more accurate algorithm was found to make a prediction in buying a laptop with suitable variable consideration. The result shows that Decision Tree algorithm is more accurate to be used in predicting the suitable laptop RAM. Decision Tree accuracy is 68%, this result is higher than KNN accuracy which is only 66%.

Abstract: The adoption of information technology to support the running of MSME business in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic is an absolute choice. So far, the low adoption of information technology by MSME is due to low awareness of the benefits of information technology for their business and the low ability to use information technology. Higher education institutions can assist MSME with qualified resources and capabilities in utilizing information technology in carrying out business operations to increase their business support capacity. One way of working together is through the partnership method. UMKM will become partners for students who take project-based learning. Based on the feedback from the evaluation of this learning method, the results were that both parties received a positive impact from this learning method. UMKM players will get input, knowledge, and project output products based on information technology, while students will get real experience so that they can increase the effectiveness of understanding the material they get. Abstrak: Pengadopsian teknologi informasi untuk mendukung berjalannya usaha bisnis UMKM di era pandemi COVID-19 menjadi pilihan mutlak. Selama ini, rendahnya adopsi teknologi informasi oleh pelaku UMKM dikarenakan faktor rendahnya kesadaran terhadap manfaat teknologi informasi terhadap bisnisnya hingga rendahnya kemampuan penggunaan teknologi informasi. Faktor-faktor ini dapat dibantu oleh pihak perguruan tinggi yang memiliki sumber daya dan kapabilitas yang mumpuni dalam hal pemanfaatan teknologi informasi untuk membantu para pelaku UMKM dalam menjalankan operasional usaha hingga meningkatkan daya dukung usahanya. Salah satu cara kerja sama adalah melalui metode kemitraan. UMKM akan menjadi mitra bagi para mahasiswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Berdasarkan timbal balik dari evaluasi metode pembelajaran ini, hasilnya kedua belah pihak menerima dampak positif dari metode pembelajaran ini. Pelaku UMKM akan mendapatkan masukan, ilmu, hingga produk luaran proyek yang berbasis teknologi informasi, sedangkan para mahasiswa akan mendapatkan pengalaman nyata sehingga dapat meningkatkan efektifitas pemahaman materi yang diperolehnya.
