Abstract

Core Natives is one of the team-building facilitators in Lombok. To determine customer satisfaction, Core Natives uses conventional methods and is not yet representative. So it is necessary to carry out scientific studies regarding customer satisfaction. This research aims to determine the level of satisfaction of group guests towards team building facilitators at Core Natives. There are five dimensions of service quality from the SERVQUAL (Service Quality) theory, namely Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, and Physical Evidence. The Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method is used to determine the level of customer satisfaction which refers to service dimensions. The quantitative method is a descriptive approach using questionnaires to collect data. From a total of 180 participants, a sample of 119 people was determined for an error rate of 5%. In this research, a Likert scale of 1-5 was used. Then the data was processed using IBM SPSS statistics with version 29 to test the validity and reliability of the data, and Microsoft Excel to calculate the mean and CSI values. With a CSI value of 94.15%, the level of group guest satisfaction with the team-building facilitator at Core Natives is in the very satisfied category. It was concluded that statement P10 which is an attribute of Physical Evidence (Tangibel) received the highest mean value of 4.7983 with the contents of the facilitator's statement using team building tools that were well maintained

Abstract

Small islands in Lombok, such as Gili Tangkong, have immense tourism potential with their natural beauty and rich marine coral ecosystems. Nonetheless, large numbers of tourists and insufficient environmental management have contributed to coral reef damage and a decline in the quality of cleanliness. This community service initiative, which involves both tourists and local people, strives to increase environmental sustainability by transplanting coral reefs, planting trees, and cleaning beaches. The activities lasted two days and involved lecturers, students, tourists, and members of the neighboring community. The findings revealed major benefits in the marine habitat, avoidance of coastal erosion, and greater environmental consciousness among tourists and locals. The challenges include delivering technical information, selecting proper locations, and effectively managing waste. The goal of this program is to set a positive example for environmental conservation and enhance the appeal of sustainable tourism in Gili Tangkong. Keywords:

Abstract

This study explores the influence of homestay attributes on tourists' revisit intentions  to Kembang Kuning Tourism Village, Indonesia, following the COVID-19 pandemic and the lifting of community activity restrictions in Indonesia. This research aims to identify the specific  attributes that encourage tourists to return, emphasizing their role in revitalizing post-pandemic tourism. Data were collected using a quantitative approach by administering questionnaires to a sample of 100 respondents. The data were examined through multiple regression analysis to  determine the impact of various homestay attributes on revisit intentions. The analysis identified five homestay attributes that significantly influence revisit  intentions: Reasonable Price, Clean Room, and Local Community Life. However, attributes such  as Tourist Attractions, Building Architecture, and Security were found to have no significant  impact on tourists' decision to revisit. This study contributes to post-pandemic tourism research by  highlighting the critical attributes of homestays that drive tourists' intentions to revisit. It provides  actionable insights for homestay operators and tourism village managers to prioritize factors that increase traveler satisfaction and foster tourism revisit intention.

Abstract

The Sedau Tourism Village in West Lombok has great tourism potential, however, it is still focused on the natural attractions of Gunung Jae as the main attraction. This study aims to analyze the potential of tourism products in this village using the 5A approach, which includes attractions, accessibility, amenity, accommodation, and tourism activities. This study used a qualitative approach through a field study, with data collection through observation and interviews with 8 informants including the management of the Pokdarwis, homestay owners, UMKM actors, art actors, and operators of tourist attractions. The results found that Sedau Tourism Village offers a variety of natural, cultural and man-made attractions, but accessibility and supporting facilities are still a challenge, while accommodation limited to homestays needs to be developed. Diversification of tourism activities is also urgently needed to increase the attractiveness of this village. This research recommends improving road infrastructure, providing eco-friendly transportation, and developing supporting facilities and community-based accommodation. In addition, the utilization of digital technology, such as virtual tour applications, is also suggested to improve the introduction and experience of tourism in Sedau Tourism Village.
