Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keterbatasan sistem manajemen pada Toko Helga Electric Kesamben, terutama pada fitur retur dan laporan keuangan yang menyebabkan pengelolaan data menjadi lambat, tidak terintegrasi, dan rentan kesalahan pencatatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun sistem manajemen toko menggunakan metode Agile agar lebih efisien dan fleksibel, serta pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) melalui tahapan analisis, desain, pengembangan, pengujian, evaluasi, dan peluncuran. Hasil dari dua sprint menunjukkan sistem mampu mengelola stok, transaksi, retur, dan laporan keuangan secara otomatis dan terintegrasi. Pengujian menunjukkan seluruh fungsi berjalan sesuai rancangan dengan nilai Cyclomatic Complexity (CC) sebesar 11,85, menandakan logika program cukup kompleks. Tingkat akurasi mencapai 100% pada black box testing, dan penerimaan sistem sebesar 93,5% pada close beta testing. Fitur utama seperti laporan keuangan otomatis, notifikasi restock, dan pelacakan retur meningkatkan efisiensi kerja. Sistem ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi data, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan bisnis.

Abstract

The implementation of online learning in computational mathematics courses has encountered various obstacles in addition to the decline in student learning outcomes. Therefore, research is aimed to explore student perceptions of online learning that has been carried out. The research used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The research subjects were students of the Information Technology Faculty of Unisba Blitar who had taken computational mathematics courses during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results showed that students had a positive perception of the aspects of the learning process although some students felt difficulty understanding theory and skills improvement. Positive perceptions are also shown in the competence aspect of lecturers, who become facilitators in the learning process. Furthermore, in the aspect of facilities and infrastructure, positive perceptions are shown in the ease of access to learning materials, the availability of online learning tools and the use of video conferencing in learning. Meanwhile, the negative aspect is shown in the fulfilment of the internet quota for online learning.

Abstract

The New Student Admissions (PPDB) process at MTs Riset Fathul Huda has been carried out manually, resulting in various obstacles such as time inefficiency, potential data input errors, and difficulties in managing prospective student files. To overcome these problems, this study aims to design and build a web-based PPDB application using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The RAD method was chosen because it is iterative and fast, and actively involves users in every stage of system development. The resulting application has various main features, including online registration, document upload, payment verification, and data management by the committee. System testing was carried out comprehensively through Black Box Testing, White Box Testing, and User Acceptance Test (UAT). The Black Box test results showed a functional success rate of 96.55%, while the White Box results showed a Cyclomatic Complexity (V(G)) value of 141, all of which have been tested. In addition, the UAT results showed a very high level of user satisfaction, namely 96% from the admin side and 93.33% from the applicant side. Based on the evaluation results, it can be concluded that the developed web-based PPDB application is feasible, efficient, and well-received by users. It can also be an effective solution for digitizing student admissions at MTs Riset Fathul Huda
