Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of promotion, brand image, and customer relationship management on purchasing decisions. This research was conducted at PT Global Alumindo Perkasa which is located at Jalan Soekarno-Hatta No.9 Pekanbaru. The population of this study is consumers who make purchases at PT Global Alumindo Perkasa, so the sample in this study is 120 with an accidental sampling technique. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the study explain that promotion and customer relationship management have a positive and significant influence, while the brand image has a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. For further researchers, it is expected to develop this research by adding other variables.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat diselenggarakan di SMA Santa Maria Pekanbaru dengan tema ”Strategi Sukses Penulisan Karya Imiah Bagi Siswa SMA Santa Maria Pekanbaru”. Tujuan pelaksanaan PKM adalah untuk memberikan edukasi kepada siswa mengenai pemahaman dan teknik penulisan karya ilmiah. Fenomena yang ditemukan dilapangan bahwa menulis suatu karya ilmiah seringkali menjadi tugas yang menantang bagi siswa. Kegiatan PKM diikuti oleh siswa kelas X SMA Santa Maria Pekanbaru sebanyak 103 orang yang dilaksanakan di Aula Seminar SMA Santa Maria. Bentuk pengabdian dalam kegiatan ini mencakup pemaparan materi serta contoh karya tulis ilmiah kepada siswa kemudian dilanjutkan dengan sesi diskusi dan sesi tanya jawab. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terlaksananya kegiatan PKM dengan lancar dan mendapatkan respon positif dari siswa.

Abstract

e-Commerce is growing and influencing the business world. Service quality and consumer experience have an influential role to provide consumer satisfaction and trust. This study aims to understand and analyze the influence of service quality and consumer experience on consumer satisfaction and consumer trust in JNE Pekanbaru. The population in this study is all consumers who have used JNE logistics services in Pekanbaru. The sampling used an accidental sampling technique with 150 respondents. The researchers utilized path analysis techniques with the PLS program. The results show service quality and consumer experience had a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction and trust. Consumer satisfaction encourages the creation of consumer trust in JNE of Pekanbaru. Therefore, next researches are expected to be able to explore other variables such as customer value, customer relationship management, and other variables suspected of affecting consumer satisfaction and consumer trust.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the effect of brand image and price fairness on Wardah brand customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The data used was primary data collected using a questionnaire containing 21 questions. The number of respondents was 165 respondents consisting of Customers who made repeated purchases of Wardah products in Pekanbaru City. The data were analyzed using path analysis with the help of the PLS program. The results showed that brand image and price fairness positively and significantly affected customer satisfaction. The brand image had an insignificant effect on customer loyalty. Price fairness and customer satisfaction positively and significantly affect customer loyalty. Brand image intervened by customer satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The last one is price fairness intervened by customer satisfaction had an insignificant effect on customer loyalty. Thus, companies should maintain customer satisfaction to reinforce customer loyalty and gain a larger market share.

Abstract

As one of the largest Muslim countries in the world, Indonesia has an important role in building a Sharia economy. The initial effort that can be made is to strengthen Sharia-based financial services. Currently, several Sharia-based banks are operating in Indonesia. However, the presence of Islamic banking has not been optimal in attracting customers to conduct financial transactions through Islamic banks. One of which is not optimal banking in applying the principle of religiosity in financial transactions. This research aimed to analyze the effect of religiosity on the trust, satisfaction, and loyalty of Islamic bank customers. The research population was all customers of Islamic banks in Pekanbaru City. An accidental sampling technique was used to get the sample of 220 respondents. Data analysis was done using path analysis with the help of the AMOS SEM program. The study's results stated that religiosity has a significant effect on customer trust and loyalty but is not significant on customer satisfaction. Customer trust has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has no significant effect on customer loyalty. Therefore, Islamic banking must introduce and offer Sharia-based financial products to build loyal customers banks. Banks should continue to uphold Islamic teachings in every development of banking products and services to increase the trust, satisfaction, and loyalty of Islamic bank customers. In addition, banks need to retain customers who are already loyal to banks, considering that banking loyalty cannot be formed in a short timeThis research indicates that customer trust and loyalty can be formed if Islamic banks appropriately apply the principles of religious teaching in accordance with Islamic Sharia.

Abstract

The transportation and logistics sector plays a crucial role in supporting consumption activities across communities and industries, including trade, services, manufacturing, and construction. These sectors are widely recognized as key drivers of national economic growth. This study aims to examine the impact of Profitability, Company Size, Company Age, Audit Quality, and Audit Committee on Earnings Quality within the transportation and logistics sector during the period 2019–2023. The research utilizes secondary data derived from company financial statements, with a purposive sampling method employed to select the sample. A total of 22 companies were included in the study. Quantitative analysis was conducted using SmartPLS. The findings reveal that Company Size has a negative effect on Earnings Quality, while Company Age has a positive effect. Meanwhile, Profitability, Audit Quality, and Audit Committee were found to have no significant effect on Earnings Quality. High-quality earnings reflect a company’s true financial performance and serve as a reliable indicator for predicting future earnings.

Abstract

Infrastructure development has a positive impact on social aspects and human development as well as strategic investment in economic growth and community welfare. This research aims to analyze the impact on Good Corporate Governance, Firm Size, and Leverage on Financial Performance Infrastructure Sector. This research uses secondary data, which is obtained from the companies' financial statements. The data collection technique used is purposive sampling. The sample size consists of 49 companies. The research method used is quantitative analysis with Smart PLS software. The results indicate that board of directors has a positive and significant impact on financial performance, while audit committee has a negative and significant impact on financial performance. board of commissioners, firm size, and leverage have no significant impact on financial performance. Pembangunan infrastruktur memberikan dampak positif pada aspek sosial dan pembangunan manusia serta investasi strategis dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Good Corporate Governance, Firm Size dan Leverage terhadap Financial Performance sektor infrastruktur. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder di mana data diperoleh berasal dari laporan keuangan perusahaan. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian adalah 49 perusahaan. Metode analisa data menggunakan teknik analisis kuantitatif dengan software Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dewan direksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap financial performance dan komite audit berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap financial performance. Sedangkan untuk variabel dewan komisaris, firm size dan leverage berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap financial performance.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to determine the effect of stock return, firm’s age, and firm’s value on leverage on the firms listed in the IDX30. The samples were taken by purposive sampling from IDX30, there were 15 samples. The study conducted found that there was no significant effect of stock return on leverage. There was a negative and significant effect of firm’s age on leverage. And there was a positive and significant relationship of firm’s value on leverage. This study also found that pecking order theory applies to the relationship between firm’s age on leverage. Signaling theory applies to the relationship of firm’s value on leverage but does not apply to the relationship between the stock return on leverage. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh return saham, umur perusahaan, dan nilai perusahaan terhadap leverage pada perusahaan-perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam IDX30. Sampel diambil menggunakan metode purposive sampling dari IDX30, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 15 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa return saham tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap leverage. Umur perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap leverage. Sedangkan nilai perusahaan memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap leverage. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa teori pecking order berlaku pada hubungan antara umur perusahaan dan leverage. Teori signaling berlaku pada hubungan antara nilai perusahaan dan leverage, namun tidak berlaku pada hubungan antara return saham dan leverage.

Abstract

The rapid growth in the service sector in this globalization era has caused intense competition in the service sector. Hotel is a company engaged in services which is currently experiencing quite rapid growth. The problem that arises in this study is the instability of the number of Holiday Hotel visitors in recent years. This study aims to determine the effect of price, promotion, location, and servicescape on customer satisfaction on Holiday Hotels. The study population was all Holiday Hotel consumers with a total sample of 150 respondents. The analysis technique used is to use multiple linear regression analysis method using the t test and F test for hypothesis testing. The results of the study stated that the variable price, promotion, and servicescape had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, in contrast to location variables that did not significantly influence customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Managing family finansial is not simple, as it requires planning, financial allocation, implementation and evaluation so that financial management can run effectively and efficiently. This community service activity aims to improve household financial understanding and skill by providing practical knowledge on how to manage finance well. The training was conducted at the Pekanbaru City Tax Service Officer for fiskawati officers to improve understanding of financial concepts and prevent poor financial management. The positive respond demonstrated the relevance and needed for this training, which is expected to improve family financial literacy and well being.
