Abstract

An objective and effective employee admission selection process is a crucial step for the success of the organization in achieving its goals. Problems in employee recruitment selection often arise due to a lack of good planning and system implementation, namely decisions are often influenced by personal preferences, stereotypes, or non-relevant factors, thus reducing objectivity in choosing the best candidates. Objective selection ensures that candidate assessments are conducted based on measurable, relevant, and bias-free criteria, so that only individuals who truly meet the company's needs and standards are accepted. The purpose of developing an optimal approach in employee admission selection using G2M weighting and MOORA is to create a more objective, efficient, and accurate selection process. This approach aims to integrate the calculation of criterion weights mathematically, such as those offered by G2M, in order to eliminate subjective bias in determining criterion prioritization. The MOORA method of evaluating alternative candidates is carried out through ratio analysis that takes into account various criteria simultaneously, resulting in a transparent and data-driven ranking. The results of the employee admission selection ranking based on the criteria that have been evaluated, Candidate 3 obtained the highest score of 0.4177, indicating that this candidate best meets the expected criteria. The second position was occupied by Candidate 6 with a score of 0.3886, followed by Candidate 9 with a score of 0.3528. This research contributes to the recruitment process, by providing a more reliable, transparent, and less subjective way of selecting the right candidates for the positions that companies need.

Abstract

Innovative and interesting learning is an important requirement in the current educational context. One alternative way is to apply games by means of the Wordwall application as a learning digital tool. This article focuses on community service in implementing Wordwall in learning and explores its benefits in an educational context. The methods used include counseling, training, and assisting in using Wordwall in the classroom. The results of community service show that the use of Wordwall in learning can increase student participation, learning motivation, and understanding of concepts. In addition, the use of Wordwall also provides an opportunity for teachers to integrate technology into learning, increases creativity in compiling learning content, and provides an interesting learning experience for students. However, there are also some challenges encountered in using Wordwall, such as limited access to technology and teacher expertise in using the application. Therefore, suggestions for teachers in using games for education, such as Wordwall, include increasing teachers' digital competence, selecting and developing learning content according to student needs, and monitoring the impact of using games for education. This article is expected to provide insights and recommendations for teachers in utilizing Wordwall as an innovative and effective learning support tool.

Abstract

PPS Betako Merpati Putih merupakan salah satu perguruan pencak silat bela diri tangan kosong dan merupakan salah satu aset budaya bangsa, saat latihan pesilat harus mengingat gerakan silat satu persatu, dalam mengingat gerakan tersebut pesilat tidak bisa hanya mengulang satu atau dua kali. Selain itu untuk belajar sendiri tanpa ada bantuan pelatih akan mengalami kesulitan, karena hanya ada buku materi tanpa ada alat peraga gerak. Untuk itu diperlukan sebuah media yang dapat membantu pesilat dalam mengingat gerakan silat dan mengatasi kekurangan buku. Web3D merupakan sebuah konsep konten interaktif web dalam bentuk tiga dimensi (3D) yang dibantu dengan WebGL (Web-based Graphics Library) sebagai engine dan merupakan Platform Application Programming Interfaces (API) library grafis 3D yang memungkinkan browser internet untuk membuat adegan 3D. Penerapan Web3D digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran silat dalam bentuk visualisasi 3D berbasis android. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian teknologi Media Pembelajaran Silat 3D dari sisi penerimaan teknologi menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) terhadap 30 responden didapatkan hasil 86% pengguna setuju Media Pembelajaran tersebut memiliki kegunaan, 85% pengguna setuju media mudah digunakan, 86% pengguna setuju berniat menggunakan media, dan 78% pengguna merasa ragu untuk benar-benar menggunakan Media Pembelajaran Silat 3D.

Abstract

The selection of the right team members is critical to the success of complex and multidisciplinary Metaverse projects, the previous method used in this selection employed criteria weights based on individual evaluator assessments.. This study proposes the application of a combination of MEREC (method based on the removal effects of criteria) and WASPAS (weighted aggregated sum product assessment) methods to build a DSS in the selection of Metaverse team members. The MEREC method is used to determine the weight of relevant criteria, such as technical skills, communication, innovation, problem-solving, team collaboration, and experience. Meanwhile, the WASPAS method is used to rank candidates based on evaluation scores calculated using a combination of the Weighted Sum Model (WSM) and the Weighted Product Model (WPM). The results showed that the candidate with the highest score was Member Candidate 5 with a score of 0.9806, followed by Member Candidate 11 with a score of 0.944 and Member Candidate 9 with a score of 0.9433. This research proves that the combination of MEREC and WASPAS methods can be used effectively to select team members who have the best quality and are in accordance with the needs of Metaverse projects. A major contribution of this research is the development of a more objective and structured method for the selection of team members in technology projects that require multidisciplinary expertise

Abstract

A customer is an individual or entity that purchases goods or services from a company or organization. They play an important role in business success, as customer satisfaction and loyalty can determine a company's reputation and sustainability in the marketplace. One of the main challenges is collecting and analyzing accurate and comprehensive data regarding purchase behavior, transaction frequency. Other challenges include keeping customer data confidential and ensuring that the selection process is fair and transparent. The ROC method is used in the initial stage to determine the importance weight of each criterion based on the subjective ranking of the decision makers, which is then converted into numerical weights systematically and consistently, the GRA method is applied to calculate the relational proximity between each customer's alternative to the ideal solution based on their performance values on each criterion.The purpose of this study is to develop and implement a comprehensive framework for the selection of the best customers by combining ROC weighting and GRA methods, and provide practical recommendations for companies in managing and utilizing the best customer relationships, in order to improve customer loyalty and long-term profitability. By combining these approaches, businesses can effectively prioritize customers based on their significance and potential to build long-term relationships and maximize profitability, thus enabling more targeted marketing strategies and better resource allocation. The best customer ranking results were obtained by Customer I with a final GRG value of 0.1792 for the 1st rank, Customer D with a final GRG value of 0.1683 for the 2nd rank, and Customer K with a final GRG value of 0.1505 for the 3rd rank

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan menerapkan sistem deteksi kebocoran gas berdasarkan Internet of Things (IoT) dan teknologi web server menggunakan sensor MQ-2, mikrokontroler NodeMCU ESP8266, dan platform ThingSpeak. Sistem ini dirancang untuk secara akurat mendeteksi kebocoran gas dan memberikan pemberitahuan real-time kepada pengguna. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sensor MQ-2 menunjukkan akurasi yang baik dengan penyimpangan ±5% dibandingkan dengan instrumen pengukuran standar, dan ambang deteksi yang ditetapkan pada 700 ppm secara efektif memberikan peringatan awal. Sistem ini memiliki waktu respons sekitar 5 detik dari deteksi kebocoran hingga transmisi data ke ThingSpeak dan menunjukkan keandalan tinggi selama pengujian berulang dalam berbagai kondisi. Meskipun kadang-kadang ada kegagalan transmisi data karena koneksi yang tidak stabil, visualisasi data di ThingSpeak menampilkan grafik yang jelas dan mudah dipahami, memungkinkan pemantauan waktu nyata konsentrasi gas LPG dan analisis tren historis. Akhirnya, sistem ini berhasil memenuhi tujuan meningkatkan keamanan lingkungan dan keamanan terhadap ancaman kebocoran gas, dengan aplikasi potensial yang luas di berbagai sektor.

Abstract

Ekstrakurikuler dalam pendidikan dimaksudkan sebagai jawaban atas tuntutan dari kebutuhan didik, membantu mereka yang kurang memperkaya lingkungan belajar dan memberikan stimulasi kepada mereka agar lebih kreatif. Suatu kenyataan bahwa banyak kegiatan pendidikan yang tidak selalu dapat dilakukan dalam jam-jam sekolah yang terbatas itu, sehinga terbentuklah perkumpulan anak-anak diluar jam sekolah yang dianggap dapat menampung dan memenuhi kebutuhan serta minat mereka.Pengelolaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pada SMK Ma’rif Kalirejo Lampung Tengah memiliki kendala, siswa yang mendaftar ekstrakurikuler mengumpulkan formulir pendaftaran sehingga menyebabkan penumpukan berkas. Penyampaian informasi ekstrakurikuler dengan cara ketua kelas menyampaikan kemasing-masing kelas, hal tersebut tentu akan menyita banyak waktu.Dari permasalahan diatas maka penulis membuat sebuah sistem informasi manajemen kegiatan ekstrakurikuler berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, database MySQL dan dirancang menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Sistem ini diuji menggunakan metode pengujian ISO 9126 mengunakan aspek functionality dan usability.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu Pembina ekstrakurikuler dalam mengelola kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan ketua ekstrakurikuler dalam mengelola informasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler secara mudah.

Abstract

This study developed a web-based real-time inventory information system to address delays in data processing and the high potential for recording errors at PT Visual Media Creative, which previously relied on conventional methods using books and MS Excel. The system was designed using a prototyping method with an iterative and participatory approach, involving stages of user requirements analysis, interface design, implementation with the CodeIgniter framework and MySQL, and testing. Black-box testing was applied to verify functional compliance, while usability testing involved six internal respondents to evaluate ease of use. The results showed that all functions operated according to specifications with a 100% success rate, and usability testing received positive feedback from respondents. The system implementation reduced inventory report management time from 4–8 hours to 1–2 hours per day, decreased input errors by up to 75%, and accelerated data retrieval from approximately 3 minutes to less than 10 seconds. The contribution of this research lies in providing an integrated, real-time data-driven solution that enhances operational efficiency, improves data accuracy, and supports decision-making within the company.

Abstract

Contract employees are individuals who are hired for a specific period of time within a company or organization for a specific purpose. They usually do not have permanent employee status and are bound by work contracts that govern their tenure, salary, and other obligations. Despite not having long-term job security, contract employees often bring specialized skills or experience needed for specific projects. They are often instrumental in handling temporary projects, fulfilling temporary company needs, or filling temporary vacancies. One of the main problems in determining employee contract renewal is the lack of transparency and clear communication from the company. Employees often feel confused or uncertain about the criteria used by management in determining whether or not their contract will be renewed. Lack of clear information can cause anxiety and uncertainty among employees, and impair their performance and motivation. Hybrid Logarithmic Percentage Change-Driven Objective Weighting and Grey Relational Analysis (HLOPCOW-GRA) is an approach that combines two analysis methods, namely LOPCOW and GRA to improve accuracy and reliability in decision making. HLOPCOW-GRA provides an advantage in combining LOPCOW's advantage in handling dynamic data fluctuations with GRA's advantage in analyzing relative relationships between criteria, this approach allows decision makers to gain a deeper understanding of the factors that affect the final outcome. The results of alternative ranking showed that the first place with a GRA final value of 0.1406 was obtained by EM alternatives, second place with a GRA final value of 0.1366 was obtained by SVR alternatives, third place with a GRA final value of 0.1366 was obtained by SVR alternatives, third place with a GRA final value of 0.1406 was obtained by EM alternatives. The final GRA value of 0.1245 obtained alternative ASR.

Abstract

A coffee barista is a professional who is skilled in the art of brewing and serving coffee in an attractive and high-quality way. The role of a barista is not only limited to operating an espresso machine and grinding coffee beans, but also includes in-depth knowledge of different types of coffee beans, manufacturing techniques, and the resulting flavors. The main problem in the acceptance of coffee baristas often has to do with the gap between industry expectations and the skills possessed by prospective workers. Many candidates may lack formal training or practical experience in brewing coffee, so they do not meet the standards expected by cafes or restaurants. The purpose of the research on the Combination of Objective Weighting Methods using MEREC and ARAS in Coffee Barista Admission is to develop and apply a more systematic and objective approach in the selection process of prospective baristas. The combination of objective weighting methods and the new additive ratio assessment (ARAS) approach offers a sophisticated framework for evaluating candidates in coffee barista admissions. The objective weighting method ensures that evaluation criteria are prioritized based on their intrinsic importance, thereby minimizing subjective preference. When combined with the ARAS method, which ranks alternatives based on their performance ratio to the ideal solution, this approach provides a balanced and comprehensive assessment for each candidate. Based on the results of the evaluation of the barista admission selection, Clara Dewi ranked first with the highest final score of 0.98553, followed by Hanafi Lestari with a score of 0.95921 and Erika Santosa with a score of 0.95726 who ranked second and third.
