Abstract

Koperasi Primkop Kartika Gatam is a state-owned cooperative agency that provides savings and loan services to members and has an address at Jl Teuku Umar, No 85, Penengah, Kedaton, Bandar Lampung and has a total of 300 cooperative members. Based on the results of interviews with the head of the cooperative, Mrs. Ollivia Febrojaya, S.H, there were problems in the management process of processing savings and loan data, which as a whole was carried out using manual or recording processes such as loan applications and member data recording, saving and loan data recording. As a result, the integration of data between divisions cannot be carried out easily and the process of reporting data on deposits and loans is carried out repeatedly resulting in frequent delays in submitting reports on deposits and loans to the leadership. The next problem is that the process of calculating savings data is still using a calculator so that the impact is an error in calculating total savings and loans. This of course requires innovation regarding information technology that can be operated via the internet network using a website.So that the researcher provides a proposal to develop a cooperative management system that has several features such as online loan applications and can view the history of savings and loans and provides convenience with the calculation of the total recap and the amount of savings and loans automatically based on the date and month of the printed report.

Abstract

Early diagnosis and appropriate intervention are very important to minimize the long-term impact of Cerebral Palsy in children. Currently, the diagnosis of Cerebral Palsy in children is often based on clinical observations, developmental tests, and brain imaging. It requires medical knowledge and careful observation by an experienced health professional, which is often difficult to access in many areas. For this reason, early diagnosis by parents is very important for taking action against children suffering from Cerebral Palsy. This research aims to develop an expert system that can diagnose Cerebral Palsy in children using the Dempster-Shafer Theory algorithm as an inference engine to make it easier to diagnose and produce the right diagnosis. The Dempster-Shafer Theory approach works by calculating the level of confidence or belief in a hypothesis or certain event based on existing evidence. An expert system built on a website has the ability to make diagnoses based on symptoms and display diagnosis results, definitions of the type of Cerebral Palsy disease in children, as well as actions or methods of treating it. Based on the test results, the accuracy level obtained was a value of 90% and was classified as "Good" criteria.

Abstract

Bullying menjadi masalah yang semakin serius, terutama di bidang pendidikan. Beberapa penelitian telah menunjukkan bahwa bullying menyebabkan dampak psikologis seperti melankolis, apatis, rasa malu yang berlebihan, trauma, dan isolasi sosial. Berbagai dampak psikologis dari bullying pada remaja telah membangkitkan minat akademisi untuk men- ciptakan model intervensi game anti-bullying untuk remaja. Tujuan dari proyek ini adalah untuk mengembangkan model intervensi permainan anti-bullying yang akan mendidik siswa sekolah dasar tentang konsekuensi bullying pada usia dini. Proyek ini selesai dengan pembuatan aplikasi game anti-bullying di Construct 2 untuk siswa sekolah dasar kelas tiga. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa per- mainan "Anti Bullying" dikembangkan secara efektif menggunakan Con-struct 2. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan siswa tentang bullying dapat ditingkatkan hingga 50% dengan memainkan game edukasi ini. Analisis pengguna sebelum dan sesudah bermain game menemukan bahwa empat dari tiga belas siswa memahami implikasi dari perilaku bullying. Penulis merekomendasikan agar studi di masa depan meningkatkan dan mengatasi kelemahan penelitian. Penelitian ini menciptakan strategi intervensi permainan anti-bullying untuk anak-anak da- lam bentuk permainan instruksional. Temuan penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk secara bertahap meminimalkan dampak perilaku bullying pada anak-anak di sekolah yang dimulai sejak usia dini.

Abstract

Promotion in the production department is an important step that can improve the company's performance and operational efficiency. By promoting highly competent employees, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of the production process, companies can ensure that production teams are led by individuals who are able to effectively manage resources, drive innovation, and improve output quality. One of the main problems is the existence of subjectivity in performance evaluation, where decisions can be influenced by personal preferences or inter-individual relationships, rather than on objective performance and competence. The purpose of this study is to provide tools that are easy to use by management in the process of evaluating and promoting employees, in order to support an effective and targeted decision-making process in the production environment by applying rank order centroid (ROC) and additive ratio assessment (ARAS) methods. So that it can make a real contribution in optimizing a fair and data-based promotion process in the production department, as well as increasing employee satisfaction and trust in the company's promotion policies. The result of the promotion recommendation that the candidate who received the highest rank was Candidate 5 with a score of 0.9305. These candidates are assessed as the ones who best meet the set criteria. Candidate 8 and Candidate 2 occupy the next position with values of 0.8684 and 0.8565. The results of this recommendation provide a clear picture of the performance and potential of each candidate, so that it can help the company in making fair and appropriate decisions in the process of promotion in the production department.

Abstract

Objek wisata buatan merupakan salah satu kategori objek wisata yang ada di Bandar Lampung dan tersebar luas di berbagai kecamatan. Sedangkan informasi yang tersedia terkait lokasi, arah, kondisi jalan, dan juga fasilitas yang ada tidak banyak diketahui oleh wisatawan luar maupun lokal. Oleh karena itu, peneliti mengusulkan untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi Android sistem informasi geografis yang akan membantu para wisatawan dalam mencari dan menemukan informasi terkait objek wisata buatan yang ada di Bandar Lampung. Sistem yang dibangun menggunakan metode Protoype sebagai metode pengembangan sistem, dan UML sebagai metode pemodelan perancangan sistem. Dalam membuat User Interface dan membangun aplikasi mobile menggunakan framework Flutter dengan bahasa pemograman Dart, sedangkan text editor dan software yang digunakan adalah Visual Studio Code dan Android Studio. Hasil pengujian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode ISO 25010 menghasilkan bahwa aspek Functional Suitability sebesar 100%, dan aspek Usability sebesar 88,27% yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat lunak dapat diterima dan telah memenuhi kualitas standar kelayakan perangkat lunak.

Abstract

Selecting the best customer is an important process in business that aims to recognize high-value customers for the company based on factors such as purchase frequency, transaction value, loyalty, and long-term business potential. However, this process often faces challenges, especially when it comes to objective and consistent measurements. One of the main problems is the complex and dynamic variation of customer data, making it difficult for companies to determine the right metrics to comprehensively assess customers. SPK for selecting the best customers using the SD-MOORA method is a system designed to assist companies in evaluating and selecting the best customers based on various criteria. With the SD-MOORA method, the system can automatically consider changes in data or variability between criteria, making the evaluation process more dynamic and adaptive to data fluctuations. The results of the ranking of the best customers using the SD-MOORA method, Customer 8 occupies the first position with the highest optimization value of 0.39079, followed by Customer 4 who obtained a score of 0.3734. Furthermore, Customer 2 is in third place with a value of 0.35515. These results show that Customer 8 is the best based on optimization value, while Customer 5 is ranked at the bottom.

Abstract

Kantor Balai Desa Jatimulyo merupakan tempat pelayanan administrasi warga. Sebagai salah satu contoh yaitu pembuatan surat menyurat. Pelayanan surat menyurat ini dilakukan oleh operator atau admin yang bertugas di kantor pelayanan. Namun dalam menjalankan tugasnya, terdapat beberapa kendala yaitu warga yang belum mengetahui alur dalam pembuatan surat, warga yang tidak melengkapi syarat dalam pembuatan surat, dan warga yang harus mengantri dan menunggu dalam pembuatan surat. Untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut, maka dalam penelitian ini dirancang sebuah sistem aplikasi surat menyurat sehingga dapat meningkatkan sistem kerja pegawai Kantor Balai Desa Jatimulyo. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan yaitu pengembangan metode waterfall dan sistem perancangan untuk penelitian ini menggunakan UML, serta pengujian sistem menggunakan Black Box Testing serta User Acceptance Test. Pengujian pada sistem ini menghasilkan persentase 100% untuk pengujian Black Box Testing dan 89.2% untuk pengujian User Acceptance Test warga serta 94.2% dari User Acceptance Test admin/operator. Hasil yang didapat pada penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi administrasi surat menyurat yang diharapkan dapat mempermudah dan membantu para staff dan warga jatimulyo dalam melakukan proses pembuatan surat

Abstract

Dalam pencatatan penerimaan setoran PT Trans Bandar Lampung masih menggunakan manual dengan menghitung satu persatu setoran dan pengisian bahan bakar mobil setiap harinya. Lalu mencocokkan pendapatan setiap bus perharinya, dari sudah berapa kali mengisi bahan bakar, berapa banyak tiket yang terjual. Seletah itu akan dikalkulasikan setiap bulannya. Hal ini membutuhkan ketelitian sehingga jika terjadi kesalahan akan merugikan pendapatan PT Trans Bandar Lampung.Upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penulis menyarankan aplikasi sistem informasi akuntansi siklus pendapatan jasa berbasis desktop pada PT. Trans Bandar Lampung yang dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman java dan mysql sebagai pengelolaan basis data dengan alat pengembangan sistem berupa UML (Unified Modelling Language) menggunakan metode Waterfall sebagai metode pengembangannya, sehingga dapat memudahkan perhitungan pendapatan jasa pada PT. Trans Bandar Lampung. Hasil dari proses perancangan ini yaitu sistem informasi akuntansi siklus pendapatan jasa pada PT. Trans Bandar Lampung dapat mengelola data supir, data pendapatan, data kas keluar (untuk kebutuhan bahan bakar dan segabinya), serta dapat mengelola laporan pendapatan dan BBM.

Abstract

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) teachers are educators who have a vital role in teaching technology-related skills and knowledge to students, with the aim of equipping them to face the digital era. One of the main problems is the use of traditional methods that are subjective or the lack of a data-driven decision support system, which can lead to biased selection results. As a result, the potential of teachers who are actually superior may not be well identified, which can have an impact on the overall quality of ICT learning. ICT teachers are often associated with the standardization of assessment criteria that are inconsistent or less objective, and the selection process often relies on personal assessments or opinions that can vary from one evaluator to another, resulting in decisions that are not always objective. The application of the SMART method in SPK to determine outstanding ICT teachers. This study uses a number of assessment criteria, such as pedagogical competence, mastery of ICT materials, innovation ability in learning, communication skills, and contribution to student achievement. The results show that the SMART method can accommodate the assessment systematically and objectively, providing the best teacher recommendations with high transparency. The ranking results show the performance of outstanding ICT teachers based on the total score obtained. Teacher E ranked first with the highest score of 0.9049, which reflects a very superior performance compared to other teachers. In second place, Teacher B got a score of 0.8096, showing a very good performance, although slightly below Teacher E. Teacher A was ranked third with a score of 0.5953, showing a fairly good performance but still far from the top two rankings.

Abstract

Choosing a travel agent is an important process for individuals or organizations in determining a travel service provider that can meet their needs with the best quality and competitive prices. Choosing a travel agent is a decision that affects the overall travel experience, whether for business or leisure. In this process, potential customers often face challenges in determining the best travel agent among the many options available. In addition, the presence of subjective reviews from other users and promotional ads that highlight certain advantages often add to the complexity of decision-making. In the face of the many options available, it is important to conduct an objective evaluation so that the decision taken is not only about cost, but also about the quality of service and the reputation of the service provider. The purpose of this study is to apply the Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) and Rank Order Centroid (ROC) methods in the process of selecting the best travel agent to provide recommendations for decision-makers in choosing the best travel agent based on the results of a comprehensive analysis, which integrates both weighting and analysis methods. The results of alternative ranking using a combination of ROC and GRA Agent G occupy the highest position with a value of 0.2525, showing the best performance compared to other alternatives. The second and third positions were filled by Agent A and Agent C, with values of 0.2013 and 0.1914, respectively, which also displayed significant performance.
