Abstract

Problems in choosing marketing media for MSMEs are often related to limited resources and knowledge. One of the main challenges is in choosing the right media platform according to the characteristics of their target market. Due to the large selection of social media and other digital channels, MSMEs often struggle to determine where they should focus or allocate their marketing budgets effectively. The application of a combination of ROC and SAW weighting methods in media marketing recommendations for MSMEs can provide more accurate and relevant results in the selection of promotional media. With this approach, MSMEs can more easily identify the most effective marketing media based on various factors such as cost, audience reach, and promotion effectiveness. The implementation of this combination of methods helps MSMEs in optimizing their marketing budgets, increasing the visibility of products or services, and ultimately, encouraging faster and more sustainable business growth Media marketing is essential for MSMEs to increase the visibility and sales of their products. Through the right combination of media marketing strategies, MSMEs can build strong brands, increase customer loyalty, and ultimately achieve sustainable business growth. The results of MSME media marketing recommendations using a decision support system approach using the ROC and SAW weighting methods show that the first rank with a final score of 0.7919 was obtained by Email Marketing, the second rank with a final score of 0.7314 was obtained by Tiktok Ads, and the third rank with a final score of 0.6908 was obtained by Facebook Ads.

Abstract

Early diagnosis and appropriate intervention are very important to minimize the long-term impact of Cerebral Palsy in children. Currently, the diagnosis of Cerebral Palsy in children is often based on clinical observations, developmental tests, and brain imaging. It requires medical knowledge and careful observation by an experienced health professional, which is often difficult to access in many areas. For this reason, early diagnosis by parents is very important for taking action against children suffering from Cerebral Palsy. This research aims to develop an expert system that can diagnose Cerebral Palsy in children using the Dempster-Shafer Theory algorithm as an inference engine to make it easier to diagnose and produce the right diagnosis. The Dempster-Shafer Theory approach works by calculating the level of confidence or belief in a hypothesis or certain event based on existing evidence. An expert system built on a website has the ability to make diagnoses based on symptoms and display diagnosis results, definitions of the type of Cerebral Palsy disease in children, as well as actions or methods of treating it. Based on the test results, the accuracy level obtained was a value of 90% and was classified as "Good" criteria.

Abstract

Pengelolaan persediaan berbasis Microsoft Excel di PT. Asia Pangan Raya menghadapi tantangan serius, seperti keterlambatan pembaruan data, kesalahan input, dan kurangnya integrasi antar departemen, yang mengganggu efisiensi operasional dan responsivitas terhadap fluktuasi permintaan pangan beku. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efektivitas penerapan sistem digital berbasis cloud, Mekari Jurnal.id, untuk mengatasi kelemahan sistem manual dan meningkatkan efisiensi manajemen persediaan. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode etnografi, fenomenologi, dan analisis PIECES, penelitian ini mengkaji proses kerja, pengalaman karyawan, dan dinamika operasional melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dari bulan Januari hingga Maret 2025 di Bandar Lampung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem manual menyebabkan duplikasi data, keterlambatan pelaporan, dan ketidakakuratan stok, yang berdampak pada keterlambatan distribusi dan risiko kerugian.Implementasi Mekari Jurnal.id meningkatkan akurasi data, mempercepat pencatatan real-time, dan mengintegrasikan alur kerja antar departemen, meskipun tantangan transisi seperti resistensi karyawan dan kebutuhan pelatihan tetap muncul. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan strategi implementasi bertahap dan pelatihan intensif untuk memastikan adopsi teknologi yang sukses. Dengan pendekatan ini, perusahaan distribusi pangan menengah di Indonesia dapat mengoptimalkan operasional, meningkatkan daya saing, dan mendukung ketahanan rantai pasok dalam menghadapi dinamika pasar yang kompetitif.

Abstract

Decision-making in determining employee promotions often faces challenges due to the subjectivity of assessments. To address this issue, this research develops a decision support system by combining the Entropy method and the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS). The Entropy method is used to objectively determine the weights of criteria based on data variation, while the WASPAS method is applied to comprehensively rank alternatives through the integration of the Weighted Sum Model (WSM) and Weighted Product Model (WPM). The test results on seven candidates showed that Candidate A-016 ranked first with a score of 0.9733, followed by Candidate A-013 with a score of 0.7454, and Candidate A-011 with a score of 0.5386. Meanwhile, the candidate with the lowest score was Candidate A-017 with a value of 0.3456. These findings prove that the combination of Entropy and WASPAS methods can produce a more objective, transparent, and solid basis for management to make fair and rational decisions in the promotion process.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the factors influencing the continuance intention of Al-Kautsar Senior High School students in using metaverse-based learning media. The background of this research lies in the rapid adoption of immersive technologies in education, while students’ levels of acceptance have not yet been fully understood. The objective is to identify the antecedents of satisfaction, which subsequently influence continuous intention. The research model examines the effects of perceived interactivity, perceived sociability, perceived enjoyment, perceived ease of use, perceived security, and social influence on satisfaction. A quantitative approach was employed by distributing questionnaires to students, and the data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that satisfaction is a very strong and statistically significant predictor of continuous intention to use metaverse applications (β = 0.716, p < 0.001). The six hypothesized antecedent variables were not found to have a significant individual effect on satisfaction. In conclusion, for digital native students at Al-Kautsar Senior High School, factors such as ease of use, interactivity, and enjoyment have shifted from being drivers of satisfaction to becoming basic expectations (hygiene factors). Satisfaction itself emerges as the primary determinant, likely influenced by more substantive elements such as content quality or pedagogical design rather than merely the technical features of the platform.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong berbagai institusi, termasuk instansi pemerintahan, untuk bertransformasi menuju sistem digital yang efisien, terstruktur dan terintegrasi. Salah satu aspek yang terdampak adalah sistem pengelolaan perpustakaan, yang menuntut kemudahan akses, kecepatan layanan dan interoperabilitas lintas platform. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem perpustakaan digital dengan mengimplementasikan RESTful Web Service sebagai solusi penghubung antara sisi klien dan server. Studi kasus dilakukan pada perpustakaan internal DPRD Provinsi Lampung yang masih menggunakan sistem semi-manual dengan keterbatasan pada integrasi dan akses data. Sistem yang dibangun menyediakan fitur input data buku, transaksi peminjaman, serta menggunakan format data JSON dan metode HTTP (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE) untuk pertukaran informasi. RESTful API memberikan keunggulan dalam hal modularitas kode serta kemudahan integrasi dengan aplikasi eksternal. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan sistem lebih efisien, dapat diakses secara luas melalui berbagai perangkat, dan memiliki tingkat reusabilitas yang tinggi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa RESTful Web Service merupakan pendekatan yang tepat dalam membangun sistem perpustakaan digital yang modern, scalable dan aman.

Abstract

Provinsi Lampung adalah sebuah Provinsi paling selatan di Pulau Sumatra, dengan ibu kota Bandarlampung. Pada Kantor Kebudayaan belum ada aplikasi untuk mencari informasi lokasi wisata, dan tidak adanya informasi tentang budaya, serta wisata di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan dan Kabupaten Tulang Bawang. Informasi disebarkan melalui blog dan website yang tidak resmi dari pemerintah,Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat aplikasi mobile Sistem Informasi Geografis sebagai media pencarian lokasi dan untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai rumah adat, tari adat, pakaian adat, makanan khas, wisata, dan transportasi di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan dan Kabupaten Tulang Bawang. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode extreme programming dan perancangan sistem menggunakan UML.Hasil yang dicapai adalah sebuah aplikasi berbasis mobile sistem informasi geografis yang dapat dijadikan sebagai media informasi pariwisata di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan dan Kabupaten Tulang Bawang. Hasil pengujian ISO 9126 yang telah dilakukan dengan melibatkan 50 Responden dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas kelayakan perangkat lunak yang dihasilkan secara keseluruhan mempunyai nilai 87,63% maka dinyatakan sistem “Baik” dan layak digunakan.

Abstract

Koperasi Primkop Kartika Gatam is a state-owned cooperative agency that provides savings and loan services to members and has an address at Jl Teuku Umar, No 85, Penengah, Kedaton, Bandar Lampung and has a total of 300 cooperative members. Based on the results of interviews with the head of the cooperative, Mrs. Ollivia Febrojaya, S.H, there were problems in the management process of processing savings and loan data, which as a whole was carried out using manual or recording processes such as loan applications and member data recording, saving and loan data recording. As a result, the integration of data between divisions cannot be carried out easily and the process of reporting data on deposits and loans is carried out repeatedly resulting in frequent delays in submitting reports on deposits and loans to the leadership. The next problem is that the process of calculating savings data is still using a calculator so that the impact is an error in calculating total savings and loans. This of course requires innovation regarding information technology that can be operated via the internet network using a website.So that the researcher provides a proposal to develop a cooperative management system that has several features such as online loan applications and can view the history of savings and loans and provides convenience with the calculation of the total recap and the amount of savings and loans automatically based on the date and month of the printed report.
