Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat nilai-nilai sadar wisata di kawasan Pantai Kerandangan, Senggigi, sebagai upaya mendukung pengembangan destinasi wisata berbasis kearifan lokal dan komunitas. Pantai Kerandangan memiliki potensi alam dan budaya yang tinggi, namun belum sepenuhnya dikelola dengan pendekatan yang melibatkan masyarakat secara aktif dan berkelanjutan. Latar belakang kegiatan ini didasarkan pada temuan awal bahwa sebagian besar masyarakat masih belum memahami secara utuh prinsip-prinsip dasar sadar wisata, seperti keamanan, ketertiban, kebersihan, kenyamanan, dan keramahan, yang sejatinya merupakan fondasi penting dalam membangun pengalaman wisata yang berkualitas. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 9 Juni 2025 dengan menggunakan pendekatan edukatif-partisipatif, yang menekankan pada keterlibatan aktif masyarakat dalam setiap proses pembelajaran. Empat tahapan utama dilalui, yakni perencanaan, persiapan kegiatan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Selama kegiatan, peserta mendapatkan materi interaktif, terlibat dalam Focus Group Discussion (FGD) untuk menggali potensi lokal, serta mengikuti simulasi pelayanan wisata berbasis budaya. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test, yang menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta, dari rata-rata skor 52,4 menjadi 85,7.Refleksi kelompok di akhir kegiatan memperlihatkan bahwa pendekatan ini efektif tidak hanya dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, tetapi juga dalam menumbuhkan semangat kolaboratif serta komitmen untuk menjaga dan mempromosikan identitas budaya sebagai daya tarik wisata. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi model yang dapat direplikasi di destinasi lain yang memiliki karakteristik serupa.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Taman Wisata Alam (TWA) Kerandangan, Lombok Barat, dengan tujuan meningkatkan kapasitas pemandu wisata dalam pengelolaan dan promosi potensi birdwatching berbasis kearifan lokal. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi masyarakat adalah rendahnya keterampilan teknis pemandu, terbatasnya inovasi dalam pengemasan atraksi wisata berbasis budaya, serta lemahnya strategi promosi digital. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, kegiatan dilakukan dengan pendekatan partisipatif melalui tahapan observasi awal, sosialisasi dan focus group discussion (FGD), pelatihan dan pendampingan, praktik lapangan berupa simulasi pengelolaan wisata, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada keterampilan teknis pemandu dalam penggunaan binokular dan identifikasi burung, peningkatan kesadaran konservasi melalui edukasi penggunaan mist net, serta penguatan strategi promosi berbasis digital. Selain itu, diskusi kelompok menghasilkan rekomendasi strategis berupa penyusunan panduan interpretasi burung, penguatan jejaring promosi, dan pendampingan berkelanjutan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pendekatan partisipatif yang dipadukan dengan praktik lapangan efektif dalam memperkuat kapasitas pemandu wisata sekaligus memperkuat citra TWA Kerandangan sebagai destinasi birdwatching berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, kegiatan pengabdian ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kompetensi teknis dan kesadaran konservasi masyarakat, tetapi juga memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap pengembangan ekowisata berbasis komunitas yang berdaya saing dan berorientasi pada keberlanjutan.

Abstract

Kelurahan Gonjak, Kecamatan Praya, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah memiliki potensi wisata alam, budaya, dan kuliner yang cukup menjanjikan, namun pengelolaan destinasi tersebut masih belum optimal. Kondisi ini disebabkan oleh keterbatasan kapasitas kelembagaan kelompok sadar wisata (Pokdarwis) serta rendahnya pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam promosi pariwisata. Menanggapi permasalahan tersebut, program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan kapasitas Pokdarwis “Lestari” melalui serangkaian kegiatan pelatihan sadar wisata, manajemen destinasi, dan pemasaran digital. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi kepada masyarakat, penyusunan modul pelatihan, sesi pelatihan tatap muka, praktik pembuatan konten digital, serta pendampingan pasca-pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan manajerial anggota Pokdarwis, yang tercermin dari kemampuan mereka dalam menyusun rencana strategis sederhana pengelolaan destinasi yang mencakup aspek atraksi, pelayanan, dan pelestarian lingkungan. Di sisi lain, pemanfaatan media sosial untuk promosi juga mengalami kemajuan signifikan, ditandai dengan terciptanya konten digital berupa foto panorama, kuliner khas, dan atraksi lokal. Program ini turut mendorong kolaborasi dengan pelaku UMKM lokal melalui integrasi produk, seperti keripik pisang dan kopi, ke dalam paket wisata. Selain itu, pasar pagi di Lingkungan Kwang Rundun Timur mulai diarahkan sebagai atraksi wisata berbasis komunitas. Dengan demikian, program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kapasitas kelembagaan Pokdarwis, tetapi juga memperkuat sinergi dengan UMKM dalam rangka mewujudkan pariwisata berbasis masyarakat yang berkelanjutan di Kelurahan Gonjak.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy and financial inclusion through peer-to-peer (P2P) lending fintech on the financing decisions of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Mandalika Special Economic Zone (SEZ). The research employs a descriptive quantitative method using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach, involving 210 MSME respondents. The findings indicate that both independent variables have a positive and significant effect on financing decisions. However, financial inclusion exerts a more dominant influence than financial literacy, as reflected in its higher t-statistics and path coefficients. These results suggest that ease of access to digital financial services plays a crucial role in strengthening MSME financing decisions. Therefore, enhancing financial literacy and promoting the use of inclusive financial technologies are expected to expand financing access and stimulate local economic growth.

Abstract

Tourism is widely recognized as a significant driver of economic growth and employment; however, the role of human resources is often narrowly framed in economic terms, with limited recognition of their broader social contributions. This study explores human resources as social assets in sustainable tourism by integrating the concepts of social capital, community-based tourism (CBT), and the Social Return on Investment (SROI) framework. Using a descriptive qualitative approach through a structured literature review, the study examines how education, training, and community participation function as strategic mechanisms to strengthen local capacities and generate multidimensional value for tourism destinations. The analysis highlights how human resource development enhances not only technical competencies and service quality but also social cohesion, trust, and collective action within host communities. Findings indicate that investment in human resources contributes not only to improved service quality and economic gains but also to stronger community cohesion, cultural preservation, empowerment of local actors, and inclusive development processes. The application of the SROI framework provides a systematic way to capture and measure these broader social, cultural, and economic impacts that are often overlooked in conventional tourism evaluations. This study emphasizes that people-centered investment strategies are fundamental to achieving long-term sustainability in tourism development. The study concludes that human resources must be positioned as catalysts for both social and economic value creation, with important implications for tourism policy, destination governance, and community-based development practices.

Abstract

Early childhood literacy is a fundamental foundation for supporting children’s language, cognitive, social, and emotional development. However, limited literacy facilities, particularly the availability of educational reading books appropriate to children’s developmental stages, remain a challenge in several preschool (PAUD) institutions. This community service activity aimed to strengthen preschool literacy through the provision of educational reading books at TK Maca Pasir Putih, Pemenang District, North Lombok Regency. The activity was implemented participatively in three stages: preparation (observation and discussion with partners), implementation (provision and utilization of educational books in learning activities), and evaluation (observation and discussion with teachers). The results indicated an increase in children’s reading interest and engagement in literacy activities. Children showed greater enthusiasm in reading, storytelling, and vocabulary recognition. Teachers also stated that the books supported daily lesson plans (RPPH), enabling better integration of literacy into thematic learning. Overall, this activity contributed positively to improving the quality of preschool.

Abstract

Large-scale international sporting events increasingly depend on effective digital engagement and memorable experiences to ensure long-term continuity. This study examines the effects of digital marketing and event experience on consumer loyalty and investigates how loyalty subsequently influences event continuity in the context of the MotoGP Mandalika, Indonesia. It also assesses the moderating role of perceived event quality. A quantitative research design was employed, with data collected from 248 MotoGP Mandalika spectators using a structured questionnaire. The proposed model was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Squares approach (SEM-PLS) to test direct, indirect, and moderating effects. The results indicate that digital marketing and event experience significantly and positively influence consumer loyalty. Consumer loyalty, in turn, has a strong effect on event continuity, highlighting its crucial role in sustaining large-scale sporting events. However, perceived event quality does not moderate the relationships between digital marketing or event experience and consumer loyalty, suggesting that loyalty is shaped primarily by direct digital engagement and on-site experiential factors rather than by overall quality perceptions. The predominance of domestic respondents limits the generalizability of the findings to international audiences. This study contributes to the event and sports tourism literature by positioning consumer loyalty as a central mechanism linking marketing efforts and event experiences to long-term event continuity. It further clarifies the limited moderating role of perceived event quality, offering new insights into loyalty formation in large-scale international sporting events, particularly within emerging tourism destinations

Abstract

Women-led small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in coastal tourism areas play a crucial role in supporting local economies, yet they continue to face structural constraints in accessing resources, markets, and institutional support. This study examines the effects of human capital, social capital, financial capital, and local wisdom on adaptive capacity and entrepreneurial capability, and their contribution to SMEs revitalization in the Mandalika Special Economic Zone (SEZ). This research adopts an explanatory sequential mixed-method design, integrating a semi-systematic literature review and quantitative analysis using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The literature review draws on recent Scopus-indexed journal articles up to 2025 to identify key constructs and theoretical relationships. Quantitative data were collected through a structured questionnaire from 156 coastal women entrepreneurs in the Mandalika SEZ. The findings reveal that human capital, social capital, and local wisdom significantly enhance adaptive capacity. However, adaptive capacity alone does not directly drive SMEs revitalization. Instead, blue justice emerges as a critical factor that directly influences revitalization and strengthens the relationship between adaptive capacity and business outcomes. These findings imply that capacity-building initiatives must be complemented by equitable access to resources, inclusive governance, and fair benefit distribution. Future research should explore longitudinal dynamics and cross-regional comparisons in coastal tourism economies.
