Abstract

The purpose of this study is centered on measuring the total and partial productivity of customs companies using the American Productivity Center (Apc) Method and the Craig-Harris Productivity Method where the difference between the two is the Craig-Harris Productivity Method directly measures the level of total efficiency obtained from company growth. overall while the American Productivity Center (Apc) method is a measurement to determine the level of the productivity index, profitability and price improvements. The results obtained from measurements in 2018 to 2019 for twenty-four periods are the productivity index of the APC model, the largest decrease in index occurred in capital input in April 2019, which decreased by 22.06%, while with the Craig-Harris Method the largest decrease in productivity figures occurred in power input. Employment in June 2019 decreased by 25.077% from the initial period. From the results of the two methods, there are differences in measurement results, namely the largest decrease in APC occurs in the Capital variable, while the largest decrease in the Craig-Harris Method occurs in Labor and the smallest decrease in productivity occurs in Material input.

. PT. XYZ is a manufacturing companyjthat produces a variety of materials from plastics, this company cangnot be separated from problems relatedhto the effectiveness of machinery / equipment. The problem that is experienced today is that there is a lot of damage to the injection moulding machine that has decreased speed as a result of the damage to the number of defect parts because the machine often experiences breakdown. Data collection is conducted with structured observations and interviews. To solve the problem that occurs, done a machine maintenance or maintenance by means of measurement using the method of Total Productive Maintenance which includes Overall Equipment Effectiveness and Six Big Losses. This study aims to determine the level of equipment total production process, to determine the factors causing the valuenof overall equipment Efectivenees (OEE) low and identify losses that occur with the standard value of

Abstract

UD Barokah Tiga is a business that sells building materials and electric tools. The aim of this research is to measure how the influence of service quality, facilities and price affects customer satisfaction. The research that will be conducted here uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using the Warppls 7.0 software. The results of this study for service quality variables have a significant influence on customer satisfaction variables. Because it has a P-value of 0.001 from <0.05. For the value obtained X1 5,346 where> from 1.96 where for X1 has a significant value. The facility variable does not have a significant effect on the customer satisfaction variable. Because it has a P-value of 0.15 from <0.05. For the value obtained X2 1.054 where <from 1.96 where for X2 has an insignificant value. The price variable has a significant influence on the consumer satisfaction variable. Because it has a P-value of 0.001 from <0.05. For the value obtained X3 4,645 where> from 1.96 where for X3 has a significant value

Abstract

GRIP Exhaust is a small and medium industry which is engaged in manufacturing which produces mufflers. The production system in this company is to apply a production system made to order, where consumers can order exhaust products according to their requests. Designing exhausts according to technical specifications by applying the Design For Assembly (DFA) method and calculating the time required to assemble custom exhaust products into technical specifications by producing products according to user needs. With Design For Assembly (DFA) to make it easier and push time, but still focus on the function of the product itself and pay attention to the safety factor of its performance. custom stainless steel exhaust takes 2 hours to complete, rust-resistant quality, an efficiency value of 1.23, and has higher advantages and attractiveness in the eyes of consumers.

Conversely, if the fish seller buys too little fish, then the seller fish have lost the opportunity to get a bigger profit. This study aims to optimize the supply of mujaer fish. The method in research using the newsboy method, data collection methods used are by using observation, interviews and data processing. You will know the amount of fish stock for the day Monday to Friday as much as 3000 kg, this calculation is based on the results of data patterns, trend analysis and the average fish sold, it can be concluded that Monday-Friday supplies can generate optimum profit.

PT. DCN Indonesia is a paint distributor company. In the provision of paint and all devices including thinner often require a keepatan in its provider. This research is done to obtain thinner demand forecasting and determine the amount of stock that must be available in storage in order to at any time meet the impromptu demand that is one of the problems. ARIMA is a forecasting method that is suitable for such cases because it has advantages in the use of data with fluctuating patterns. The results achieved in this study got the ARIMA model (1, 0, 4) which means that the forecasting results are influenced by the results of observations one month ago san error four months ago. obtained the results of the sale of thinner of 8 liters and after going through the calculation of safety stock resulted in inventory planning calculations of 120 liters.

Abstract

One of the MSMEs engaged in the snack food sector and currently running is the taro chips business owned by Mr. Wahab which is located at Tambak Sari Village, Purwodadi Pasuruan, East Java. Business running for 1 year. Chips are snacks or snacks made from various ingredients such as flour and others, and also from tubers. Based on the results of interviews and observations obtained from consumers, the problem that is often complained of is the packaging used, which is thin plastic and easily torn or perforated. So that the condition of the chips is easily sluggish or not crispy. Kansei engineering is a technology that translates a customer's or consumer's feeling and image about a product which is then translated into design elements or in other languages, is a customer-oriented technology for product development based on computer science. The purpose of the Kansei engineering method is to make it easier for designers to gather consumer needs based on feelings or what can be called consumer psychology. The Kansei method will be integrated with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to decide whether the new packaging is more feasible and good or not. The results showed that the packaging of taro chips was a simple design, bright color, and plastic material from the Kansei Engineering and AHP methods. The packaging is strong and durable so that it can maintain the crispness of the chips.
