Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pengaruh layanan bimbingan kelompok berbasis Cyber-guidance terhadap pembelian impulsif di Instagram pada mahasiswa semester 5B Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling Universitas Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen one group pre-test and post-test. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 7 orang mahasiswa semester 5B Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling Universitas Bengkulu. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala Likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pembelian impulsif menurun setelah diberikan layanan, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai t= 9.744 dan p=0.000 maka p <0.05. Sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya ada penurunan pembelian impulsif sebelum dan setelah diberikan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik scalling.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini dilakukan karena kurangnya pemahaman siswa mengenai arah pilihan karier. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh layanan informasi dengan media ICT untuk meningkatkan pemahaman arah pilihan karier siswa.Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain one-group, pre-test-post-test design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang siswa. Prosedur pengambilan sampel menggunakan cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakanuji T. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pemahaman arah pilihan karier siswa meningkat setelah diberikan layanan informasi dengan media ICT.Hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil uji perbedaan pre-test dan post-test dengan nilai thitung= 24,254 >ttabel= 2,733 dan signifikasi 0,000 (p<0,05), sehingga hipotesis ( ditolak dan ) diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap tingkat pemahaman arah pilihan karier siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberikan layanan informasi dengan media ICT.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada siswa kelas VIII yang masih kurang dalam segi mengontrol emosi, mudah marah, tidak berempati serta kurang percaya diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik permainan (game) untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional siswa kelas VIII 5 SMP Negeri 18 Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan desain one grup pretest dan postest. Teknik yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling, dimana sampel pada penelitian ini dipilih 10 orang siswa. Sebelum dilaksanakannya treatment kecerdasaan emosional siswa tergolong rendah dan setelah diadakannya treatment kecerdasan emosionalnya tegolong tinggi. Dilihat dari hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan hasil uji t -7.193 nilai sig sebesar 0,000 (<0,005) maka Ho ditolak. Hasil penelitian ini menujukan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik permainan (game) untuk meningkatkan kecerdasaan emosional siswa kelas VIII 5 SMP Negeri 18 Kota Bengkulu.

Abstract

As the counseling field continues to develop, there is increasing recognition of the importance of integrating indigenous knowledge and cultural perspectives into therapeutic practice. The rapid emergence of the field of cultural-based counseling in the last few decades raises critical questions, as to what extent cultural counseling is used in the world of the 21st century. This article aims to provide a detailed overview of using a bibliometric approach to study research trends in counseling based on local wisdom. The method used is bibliometric analysis. The VOS viewer device is an analysis tool with the main data source coming from Scopus articles. Research findings show that the growth in the number of scientific publications related to Local Wisdom-Based Counseling in the 2018-2023 period experienced an increase in interest and focus, namely in 2019 and 2022. Based on the affiliation for the keyword Counseling Based on Local Wisdom, 15 affiliates have publications about Counseling Based on Local Wisdom. In the 2018-2023 period, 9 countries have publications on Counseling Based on Local Wisdom. Furthermore, for the concept that dominates around Local Wisdom-Based Counseling, the highest percentage is in the field of social science, namely 31.3%, while in the fields of psychology and counseling and mental health, it only reaches 12.5%, the remainder is in other fields. The findings in mapping local wisdom-based counseling articles with main data from the Scopus journal are still minimal when compared to the diversity of cultures in the world..

Abstract

The objective of this study is to perform a bibliometric analysis of the current research trends related to the integration of creative arts in career counselling activities. This analysis will be carried out using the VOSviewer analytic tool and data obtained from the Scopus database. We have compiled the findings of a study conducted between 1972 and 2024, which consists of a total of 26 papers. Bibliometric approaches gather and analyse data from many scientific articles, journals, and conferences that are pertinent to this subject. The data reveals a substantial increase in research on creative arts in the field of career counselling in recent years. Key study areas encompass the utilisation of art as a means to comprehend personal interests and abilities, as well as the incorporation of art in the process of selecting professional choices. The findings of this analysis offer significant perspectives for career counselling professionals, researchers, and other interested parties in comprehending the present patterns in the utilisation of creative arts in career counselling endeavours. This study significantly enhances our comprehension of the arts' function in career guidance and can establish a basis for future research in this field.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh masih ditemukan mahasiswa yang mengalami burnout belajar seperti gejala yang nampak menunda-nunda belajar, tidak memiliki semangat dalam belajar, terlihat jenuh dengan aktivitas belajar, merasa frustasi dengan tuntutan perkuliahan dan sebagainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas layanan penguasaan konten berbasis digital game based learning untuk mengurangi burnout belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasi Experiment dengan rancangan One Group Pretest- Posttest Design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa BK UNIB sebanyak 37 mahasiswa. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah skala burnout belajar dengan model Likert. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan memiliki implikasi terhadap kegiatan belajar selanjutnya dan kemajuan program studi bimbingan dan konseling UNIB. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini yaitu dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan masukan dalam mengembangkan layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang lebih menarik sesuai kebutuhan, terutama dalam layanan penguasaan konten berbasis digital game based learning dengan aplikasi kahoot untuk mengurangi burnout belajar.Abstrack: This research is motivated by the fact that students still experience learning burnout such as symptoms that seem to procrastinate in learning, do not have enthusiasm in learning, look bored with learning activities, feel frustrated with the demands of lectures, and so on. This study aims to describe the effectiveness of digital game-based learning content mastery services to reduce learning burnout. This study uses quantitative methods. This type of research is a Quasi Experiment with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The subjects of this study were BK UNIB students as many as 37 students. The research instrument used was a learning burnout scale with a Likert model. The results of this study are expected to have implications for further learning activities and the progress of the UNIB guidance and counseling study program. The results of this study imply that it can be used as input in developing more attractive guidance and counseling services as needed, especially in content mastery services based on digital game-based learning with kahoot applications to reduce learning burnout

Abstract

This article discusses the essential professional skills in career counseling to assist individuals in understanding their potential, exploring career options, and making informed decisions based on their interests, values, and competencies. This study aims to identify and analyze the key competencies that career counselors must possess to provide effective services. The method used is a literature review by examining relevant theories and research. The discussion covers various critical aspects, such as the career counseling process, techniques used in counseling sessions, career assessment, and managing career information and technology. The analysis results indicate that career counselors must have strong communication skills, an in-depth understanding of career theories, the ability to interpret assessments, and proficiency in utilizing technology to support career guidance services. Additionally, continuous professional development is a crucial factor in enhancing service effectiveness and ensuring that career counselors can adapt to changes in the job market and the evolving needs of clients. This study contributes to the field of career counseling by providing a comprehensive synthesis of essential competencies required for career counselors, highlighting gaps in existing training and practice, and offering recommendations for future research and professional development programs. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for practitioners and researchers in designing more innovative, evidence-based, and responsive approaches to career challenges in the modern era. Thus, career counselors can provide more adaptive, relevant, and client-centered services.

Abstract

This study presents a bibliometric analysis of research trends on bullying within the counseling field, based on 174 peer-reviewed articles indexed in the Scopus database between 2014 and 2024. Bibliometric techniques—including keyword co-occurrence mapping, co-authorship network analysis, and citation tracking—were conducted using VOSviewer to identify dominant themes, influential authors and journals, and patterns of scholarly collaboration. The analysis revealed eight major keyword clusters, primarily centered around childhood adversity, mental health outcomes, and counseling-based intervention strategies. Prominent contributors included authors such as Espelage, D.L., and journals such as Children and Youth Services Review, School Psychology International, and the Journal of Counseling & Development. The United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia emerged as the most productive countries, with medicine, psychology, and social sciences dominating the subject areas. Research output peaked in 2021 and 2023. Despite the overall growth in scholarly interest, topics such as cyberbullying and anti-violence education remained underrepresented, indicating important gaps for future exploration. These insights offer a clearer understanding of the field’s evolution and provide valuable direction for researchers, practitioners, and policymakers committed to advancing bullying-related interventions in counseling contexts.

Abstract

Anak-anak yang tinggal di panti asuhan menghadapi berbagai tantangan psikososial yang dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan emosional dan ketangguhan mereka. Kurangnya dukungan emosional dan keterbatasan akses terhadap layanan psikologis sering kali menyebabkan mereka mengalami kesulitan dalam mengelola emosi dan menghadapi tekanan hidup. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan intervensi yang efektif untuk membantu mereka mengembangkan ketangguhan (resilience). Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ketangguhan anak panti melalui bimbingan kelompok dengan pendekatan seni kreatif dalam konseling. Metode yang digunakan mengacu pada tahapan bimbingan kelompok menurut Prayitno, yaitu tahap pembentukan, peralihan, kegiatan, dan pengakhiran. Sesi bimbingan kelompok melibatkan berbagai aktivitas seni visual, seperti menggambar jembatan kehidupan, membuat kolase mimpi, dan menggambar pelangi sebagai refleksi diri. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak mengalami peningkatan dalam ekspresi emosi, kepercayaan diri, keterampilan sosial, dan kemampuan mengatasi masalah. Pendekatan seni kreatif terbukti menjadi alat efektif dalam konseling untuk memperkuat ketangguhan psikologis anak panti. Oleh karena itu, pendekatan ini direkomendasikan untuk diterapkan secara berkelanjutan dalam program bimbingan dan konseling di panti asuhan.
