Abstract

Moringa plant is a multipurpose plant that contains many important nutrients needed by the body such as calcium, vitamin B, vitamin A, vitamin C, protein and potassium. Based on this nutritional content, Moringa plants can be processed into vegetable products, namely buding products that are useful and nutritious. To gain acceptance regarding the preferences of consumers or the public in liking a food or beverage product, it is necessary to carry out an organoleptic test. The aim of this research was to determine the organoleptic quality of pudding products made from Moringa oleifera leaves based on variations in the addition of 100gr, 150gr and 200gr sugar. The method used is descriptive research to analyze the level of liking for pudding products. The research results showed that the organoleptic tests on pudding products made from Moringa oleifera leaves were different based on variations in the addition of 100g, 150g and 200g sugar. The variation in adding 100g of sugar shows the organoleptic results of the pudding product with a rather attractive color, slightly sweet taste, soft texture and a somewhat distinctive Moringa aroma. The variation in adding 150g of sugar shows the organoleptic results of the pudding product with a rather attractive color, sweet taste, soft texture and a somewhat distinctive Moringa aroma. The variation in adding 200g of sugar shows the organoleptic results of the pudding product with a rather attractive color, sweet taste, soft texture and a distinctive Moringa aroma.

Abstract

Assessment is an important component in the learning process. The type of assessment provided must be in accordance with the characteristics of the subject and learning outcomes. Teachers' understanding of science concepts and preparation of HOTS questions is needed in the process of assessing student achievement. Learning in the small islands of Maluku requires teacher strategies in understanding the concept of local wisdom and preparing HOTS-based science questions as an effort to develop students' creative thinking skills in understanding local wisdom concepts and preparing HOTS-based science questions to develop students' creative thinking skills. The training and mentoring is carried out with a classical in-service training pattern, and on the job learning. The results of the service show that the ability of teachers to analyze local wisdom materials varies and needs to be assisted because they do not understand developing HOTS questions, and are used as guidelines for the success of the learning process for local wisdom materials

Abstract

The snake fruit plant called red snake fruit can be found throughout Maluku, especially in Taniwel District in West Seram Regency (SBB). The flesh of the fruit is thick and dark yellow with a red tinge. The cultivation centers of red snake fruit in Riring Village and Buria Village are at different altitudes, which allows for differences in the content of primary metabolites, especially potassium content, in red snake fruit plants. The focus of the study was the potassium and iron (Fe) content of red snake fruit in the highlands (Riring Village) and lowlands (Buria Village). The first step in conducting potassium content analysis is the process of preparing red snake fruit, where the skin and flesh are peeled and separated. After that, the grass is dried for six times twenty-four hours in an oven. After that, the grass is ground into powder. The potassium content test stage uses the atomic absorption spectrophotometry (AAS) technique. Here, this step produces a solution that is used to calculate the levels of potassium and iron (Fe). The results showed that red snake fruit was positive for potassium in two different locations at different altitudes. Negeri Buria has the highest potassium content of 2.21715% and Negeri Riring has the lowest potassium content of 1.9121%. Riring Village has an iron (Fe) content of 0.0143mg/L, while Buria Village has an iron content of 0.0157mg/L. Negeri Riring has the highest potassium content of 2.21715% and Negeri Riring has the lowest potassium content of 1.9121%.

Abstract

In Maluku, mole crabs are only used as food ingredients by a small number of coastal communities. In Seilale Village, Nusaniwe District, Ambon Island, mole crabs (called "hotong") are processed by grilling or burning using skewers or thin wood, stirfried with kang vegetables, or fried. The regressions used are from the species of Hippa ovalis, H. marmorata and H. celaeno. This research was conducted in the waters of Rumahkay, Haria, and Amahusu Villages Morphometry results and growth analysis with allometry also showed a linear relationship on the growth of each species. Relevant results from the study showed a significant nutrient content in mole crab Hippa genus. Mole crabs Hippa genus which has abundant unsaturated fatty acid makes mole crabs have become an alternative that has a potentially high economic value, an alternative source of nutrition from fish, and an alternative source for income to the local community specifically in coastal sandy beach areas in general

Abstract

Macrobenthos is a biological resource of water that lives at the bottom of the waters with characteristics that have a high level of sensitivity to changes in environmental quality as a bioindicator of pollution and environmental quality. The purpose of this study was to determine the diversity of macrobenthos as an indicator of pollution in the coastal waters of Kotania. Descriptive research with a random sampling method with a square transect. Data collection through observation of macrobenthos populations. The results of the macrobenthos diversity study obtained were in the Gastropoda class with six families namely Cerithiidae, Neritidae, Mitridae, Nassariidae, Littorinidae and Potamididae consisting of nine species namely Cerithium coniculatum, Nerita polita, Nerita patula, Nerita alveolus, Mitra pica, Nasarius pullus, Litorina scabra, Terebralia palustris and Telescopium telescopium, which shows its role as a potential bioindicator associated with dissolved oxygen, water clarity, and higher nutrient levels, indicating its suitability as an indicator of mild to moderate pollution conditions. These findings indicate that macrozoobenthos communities respond sensitively to land use changes and can effectively indicate variations in coastal water quality

Abstract

Generally, the waste management has to involve the entire society component, not only the government but also the society itself. The government can be useful with their regulation and their productive programs related to waste management. But the regulation and the program can only be successfully applied if the society actively takes part in the grand plan designed by the government. In this paper, we analyzed the influence between the waste facility provide by the government, self-knowledge of the society about waste management and society figure who can be a role model in managing the waste to the society behavior of waste self-management in Ambon Moluccas. This research showed that only 23.83% of the society behavior of waste self-management in Ambon Moluccas can be analyzed through the variables of waste facility, self-knowledge and society figure simultaneously. Furthermore, it is also shown us that the Society behavior variable can be explained 17.53% by the waste facility variable, 14.19% by the self-knowledge and 1.63% by the society figure particularly.
