Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of digital marketing in increasing the commercialization of the Kembang Turi Batik business in the Turi Village, Sukorejo District, Blitar City. The research method uses descriptive qualitative data collection by interviewing, observing and focus group discussions. The findings obtained are that the implementation of digital marketing is not optimal because it only relies on social media. The application of digital marketing is carried out with the stages of literacy, training and development then application of programs that are in accordance with the conditions of the Kembang Turi Batik group. The results of the research are training in developing web-based e-Commerce information technology facilities and optimizing social media for craftsmen, training to increase the strong branding of batik products produced, so that with this it is hoped that craftsmen can expand marketing by promoting their products through various social media which is owned by batik kembang turi, so as to increase the income and welfare of the craftsmen.

Abstract

Banjarwaru Village, Lumajang District has the potential to develop preneur sport-based tourist destinations. The purpose of this research is to provide guidance and training for human resources, provide tourism management training in order to strengthen the concept of developing a youth center as a sport preneur-based tourist destination and training in marketing management to support the achievement of market share. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study show that the ability of the community's human resources has begun to shift from those who used to only work as farmers to become entrepreneurs (entrepreneurs) in the tourism sector, to become people who are skilled and have creativity in tourism products. Banjarwaru Village has carefully planned tourist destinations, namely the locations have been mapped for sports facilities such as soccer facilities and rivers used for rafting with all existing facilities and built shops for local people to be entrepreneurs in the area around sport preneurs and carry out tourism marketing. either through the village web, Ig, fb, wa and brochures so that they can attract tourists to travel in Banjarwaru Village.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the differences in several soil biological properties and peat functional groups based on the location of soil formation (tidal peat, transitional peat, and inland peat). The study was conducted on peat soils in the Kahayan Sebangau Hydrological area, Central Kalimantan, from June to August 2018. The research method is laboratory observation to determine the biological and chemical properties of soil from each soil sample from each location, soil chemical analysis using the FTIR method and biological properties analysis using the Count Cup method. The variables observed were Total Microbiology, Total Fungi, Total Bacteria, Total Respiration and functional groups at Tidal (PS), Transitional (PR) and Inland (PD) peat locations at depths of 0-25 cm and 25-50 cm. The results showed that based on the location of soil formation (tidal peat, transitional peat, and inland peat) the total population of microorganisms, fungi, bacteria and total respiration was most found in tidal peat, based on the sampling depth that the total population of microorganisms, fungi, bacteria and total respiration was most found at a depth of 0 - 25 cm from its surface, from the results of FTIR analysis of the main functional groups On peat soils that of the three tidal, transitional and inland peat areas that the largest area in the three tidal, transitional and inland areas is dominated by fatty acid and wax functional groups with wavelengths of 3400 – 3000 cm-1. From the results of FTIR analysis at sample depths of 0-25 cm and 25-50, the highest values are wavelengths of 3400-3000 and 3000-2800 cm-1, where in this layer the main characteristics are fatty acids and waxes.

Abstract

Tunas Sejahtera and Sinar Berlian Waste Banks in Gedog Village, Blitar City, face the challenge of low community participation in depositing plastic waste, especially used plastic bottles. Local communities tend to manage waste independently in environmentally unfriendly ways, such as throwing it carelessly or burning it, which causes air pollution and environmental damage. Therefore, a systematic solution is needed to increase public awareness of the importance of responsible waste management. The main objective of this program is to increase community participation in depositing plastic waste to waste banks. Thus, waste can be processed into products with economic value while reducing negative impacts on the environment. To achieve this goal, several methods are used, such as counseling on waste bank management, routine plastic waste collection, and actively involving residents in the recycling process. This participatory approach is designed to make the community feel that they have a shared responsibility in maintaining a clean environment. The results of this program were that both waste banks succeeded in increasing community participation in waste bank management and significantly increasing waste management capacity.. The volume of managed waste increased from 500 kg to 1,000 kg per month, indicating that the participatory approach and logistical support are effective in improving the performance of waste banks. In addition, residents are beginning to realize the economic benefits of depositing waste, such as additional income from selling recycled materials.

Abstract

This community service was carried out in Gedog Village, Blitar City. The purpose of the service was to increase the capacity of household waste management and waste mitigation through conversion products and community-based business management at the "Sinar Berlian" Waste Bank in Blitar City. This activity was motivated by the high volume of inorganic waste at the Sinar Berlian Waste Bank and its surroundings and the low participation of residents in waste management. Therefore, through this service, the PKM program was provided to provide solutions to existing problems. The methods used included program socialization, community-based production and management training, technical assistance, and marketing digitalization. The main activities included training in making pressed plastic, sorting plastic waste, community-based management, and digital-based marketing. The final results of this service activity showed that this activity successfully reached a total of 72 active participants, with a predominance of women (68%). The attendance rate reached 85%, indicating the enthusiasm and commitment of participants in absorbing the training materials. In the production sector, the production volume of pressed plastic increased 300%, 1000kg per month up to 3000 kg per month. Income increased by 84.37% compared to before the intervention. Community-based management has succeeded in coordinating 6 other Waste Banks in increasing their production capacity and income. Collaboration was implemented in the form of logistics sharing, namely the acquisition of used plastic bottles and the aggregation of press plastic sales. Participants' understanding was evaluated through pre- and post-tests, which showed an increase in scores from 46% to 82%. This demonstrates the effectiveness of the PRA training method and approach in delivering material in a practical and applicable manner. This program contributes to community-based sustainable environmental management practices and can be replicated in other areas with similar issues.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance sustainable livestock feed production capacity through the application of silage technology in the Lestari III Farmer Group, Tegalrejo Village, Selopuro District, Blitar Regency. The main problem faced by the partners is the fluctuating availability of forage, abundant during the rainy season but scarce in the dry season. The offered solutions include technology transfer of silage production using fermentation boosters, business management training, and the application of digital branding strategies for product marketing. The implementation methods consist of socialization, technical training, mentoring, and continuous evaluation. The production target is 3,000 kg of silage per month or 30,000 kg per year, with surplus production sold as economically valuable reserve feed. The program results indicate improved farmers’ knowledge and skills in feed preservation, business management, and digital-based marketing. The impacts include continuous feed supply throughout the year, increased livestock productivity, improved business efficiency, market expansion, and increased farmer income. This program contributes to achieving the SDGs, particularly in the areas of decent work and economic growth, as well as responsible consumption and production.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to enhance the business capacity of the Lestari Farmers Group in Tegalrejo Village, Selopuro District, Blitar Regency, through the implementation of vacuum-packed silage technology. The group, consisting of 36 ruminant livestock farmers, faced key challenges, including limited knowledge of grass-based feed management, suboptimal utilization of excess forage during the rainy season, and traditional business practices. The intervention methods included socialization, technical training on corn stover silage production, vacuum-packaging technology, business management mentoring, market development, and program evaluation for sustainability. The results demonstrated significant improvements: silage production capacity increased from zero to 1,000 kg/month within two months, feed loss was reduced by 30%, and silage quality improved with an optimal pH of 3–4. In terms of management, 100% of group members adopted basic bookkeeping and standardized operational procedures. Digitally enhanced marketing through social media and e-commerce expanded market reach compared to conventional methods, increasing silage pack sales revenue by Rp. 500,000. The program not only boosted income and production efficiency but also established a new value-added business unit specializing in packaged corn stover silage. This integrated model of appropriate technology adoption coupled with management training proved effective and can be replicated for similar livestock farmer groups.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPakchoy adalah sayuran yang banyak ditanam petani karena banyak diminati masyarakat dan memiliki nilai gizi tinggi. Pemupukan merupakan suatu upaya menambah kandungan hara dalam tanah dan selanjutnya meningkatkan produktivitas tanaman. Bioslurry yang berasal dari limbah biogas mengandung unsur hara yang dibutuhkan tanaman. Tujuan dari penelitian ini menentukan kombinasi terbaik dari bioslurry dan nitrogen anorganik pada pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman pakchoy (Brassica rapa L.). Penelitian dilakukan di kebun percobaan Unisba Blitar pada bulan April-Mei 2024. Ketinggian tempat penelitian 300 m dpl dengan suhu harian 30°C. Bioslurry yang digunakan berasal dari limbah cair dan padat biogas yang bahan dasarnya kotoran sapi perah. Starter menggunakan urea dengan kadar 46% N. Bioslurry dan urea diinkubasi selama satu bulan sebelum diaplikasikan pada media tanam. Tanaman indikator adalah pakchoy Varietas Green Rapid yang sebelumnya benihnya disemai selama satu bulan dan dipindah tanam pada media yang telah diaplikasikan dengan booster. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) faktorial. Faktor pertama adalah dosis bioslurry padat, terdiri dari S0:   tanpa pemberian; S1: pemberian bioslurry padat 64 gram/polybag; S2:  pemberian bioslurry padat 128 gram/polybag. Faktor kedua adalah dosis urea yang terdiri dari E0: tanpa pemberian; E1: pemberian urea 1.6 gram/polibag dan E2: pemberian pupuk urea 3.2 gram/polibag. Perlakuan terbaik adalah perlakuan S2E2 yaitu bioslurry 128 gram/polybag dan urea 3.2 gram/polibag. Interaksi perlakuan ini memberikan jumlah daun, luas daun dan bobot daun/tanaman pakchoy yang paling besar dibanding perlakuan lainnya, yaitu berturut-turut 15.96 helai, 95.65 cm2 dan 1326.56 mg/tanaman. ABSTRACTPakchoy is a vegetable that many farmers grow because it is in great demand by the public and has high nutritional value. Fertilization is an effort to increase the nutrient content in the soil and subsequently increase plant productivity. Bioslurry which comes from biogas waste contains nutrients that plants need. The aim of this research is to determine the best combination of bioslurry and inorganic nitrogen on the growth and yield of pakchoy (Brassica rapa L.). The research was carried out at the Unisba Blitar experimental garden in April-May 2024. The height of the research site was 300 m above sea level with a daily temperature of 30°C. The bioslurry used comes from liquid and solid biogas waste whose basic ingredients are dairy cow dung. The starter uses urea with a content of 46% N. Bioslurry and urea are incubated for one month before being applied to the planting medium. The indicator plant is the Green Rapid variety pakchoy whose seeds were previously sown for one month and transplanted into media that had been applied with a booster. The research used a factorial randomized block design (RAK). The first factor is the dose of solid bioslurry, consisting of S0: no administration; S1: giving solid bioslurry 64 grams/polybag; S2: giving solid bioslurry 128 grams/polybag. The second factor is the urea dose consisting of E0: no administration; E1: giving 1.6 grams of urea/polybag and E2: giving 3.2 grams of urea fertilizer/polybag. The best treatment is the S2E2 treatment, namely 128 gram/polybag bioslurry integrated with 3.2 gram/polybag urea. This treatment interaction gave the largest number of leaves, leaf area and leaf/plant weight of pakchoy compared to other treatments, namely 15.96 pieces, 95.65 cm2 and 1326.56 mg/plant respectively.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat Bina Desa ini berfokus pada pemberdayaan masyarakat di Kelurahan Gedog, Kota Blitar, melalui dua mitra utama yaitu Bank Sampah Gong Lestari dan Kelompok Masyarakat Mandiri Hidrofarm. Masalah utama yang dihadapi adalah pengelolaan limbah plastik yang belum optimal serta rendahnya nilai tambah produk pertanian sereh merah. Solusi yang diusulkan meliputi inovasi teknologi pengolahan limbah plastik menjadi produk pressing dengan nilai ekonomi lebih tinggi dan peningkatan kualitas ekstraksi minyak sereh dengan standar nasional. Selain itu, program juga mencakup peningkatan manajemen bisnis dan pemasaran digital untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar produk mitra. Pendekatan partisipatif melibatkan mitra secara aktif dalam sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, dan evaluasi sehingga tercipta kemandirian berkelanjutan. Targetnya adalah peningkatan kapasitas produksi serta omzet, yang selaras dengan tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan dan indikator kinerja perguruan tinggi. Program ini bertujuan mendukung ekonomi sirkular, pemberdayaan UMKM, dan pembangunan desa berdampak sosial dan ekonomi yang lebih baik. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif dengan PRA.   Hasil pelaksanaan PKM meliputi tercapainya tercapainya target produksi plastik press 5000 kg/bulan dan produksi minyak sereh 5000 kg raw material. Program ini sangat penting dilakukan untuk meningkatkan ekonomi circular masyarakat melalui UMKM yangs esuai dengan permasalahan pemerintahan kelurahan Gedog Blitar.

Abstract

Digital marketing needs to be implemented immediately in every business entity as a strategic approach to promote products, services, or brands to the targeted audience. The main problems faced by the partner include a lack of digital marketing skills, suboptimal use of social media, and limited integration with e-commerce platforms. P4S Tani Makmur Jaya in Blitar strives to enhance the reach and effectiveness of agricultural product marketing. This outreach activity discussed the use of various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, which, although available, had not been utilized to their full potential. In addition, integration with e-commerce platforms such as Tokopedia and Shopee was also considered a way to expand market access. The training method used included direct material delivery to participants and hands-on creation of e-commerce accounts using mobile phones. As a result of this community service activity, participants successfully created several social media and e-commerce accounts such as Shopee, TikTok, Tokopedia, and Facebook. Participants, under the guidance of the facilitators, also succeeded in producing promotional videos and photos for their e-commerce accounts. Sales through the Shopee account successfully reached customers outside Blitar, particularly for organic fertilizer products. The implementation of digital marketing is expected to increase the competitiveness of the P4S Tani Makmur Jaya Group in Blitar, create new opportunities, and strengthen its position in the digital market.
