Abstract

Savings and Loan Cooperatives (KSP) play a crucial role in providing access to financing for the public, particularly in underbanked areas. However, lending through KSPs often faces challenges related to the accuracy of creditworthiness assessments, which largely rely on subjective assessments and manual procedures, resulting in the risk of non-performing loans. This study aims to develop a creditworthiness prediction model using the Decision Tree algorithm to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the credit decision-making process. The Decision Tree algorithm was chosen for its ability to classify customers based on historical data in a manner that is easy to understand and interpret. In this study, customer data, including attributes such as Borrower Credit History, Financial Status, Income Amount, Employment Status, and Loan Amount, was used to construct a decision tree. The results showed that the Decision Tree model achieved an accuracy of 86.67%, indicating its effectiveness in predicting creditworthiness and its reliability in supporting credit granting decisions in savings and loan cooperatives. This research contributes to reducing the risk of non-performing loans and improving the efficiency of decision-making in savings and loan cooperatives through the application of data mining techniques based on historical customer data analysis.

Abstract

The quality of the company will increase as employee performance increases. There are many ways that companies or organizations can improve employee performance. One way is to provide awards or rewards for employees who excel and for employees who are not able to provide their best performance, they will be given as a consequence. Rewards will be given by assessing employee performance. So far, Kofipindo has only relied on leaders' decisions to assess employee performance. This makes employees less motivated to show their best performance. Decision support systems are alternative solutions or alternative means and steps to resolve problems so that problems can be resolved effectively and efficiently. The Moosra method is used to calculate the weight of the criteria and determine the level of rejection as the main criterion. Where the decision support system is used as a model or reference in the decision-making process, especially in the employee performance assessment process. The Moosra method examines the suitability of separating a set of alternative value data with certain criteria described in the decision matrix. The aim of the research is to assist in the employee performance assessment process, making it easier for companies to provide rewards for the performance results of selected employees. The results obtained in the research process were Alternative (A10) with the name Roland Zebua as the employee with the best performance assessment.

Abstract

Animal care is a profession that is responsible for taking good care of animals or checking the condition of animals for the purpose of animal health. To get a qualified animal care worker according to the company's needs, it takes quite a long time, because animal care workers who apply for a job at a company must first go through several tests in order to meet the criteria required by the company. So that animal care workers are needed and required to care for animals, maintain their health and pay attention to the nutrition of the animals. So that there is no extinction of protected animals. The current animal care worker acceptance procedure in the wildlife park is that applicants submit identity files, if they pass the applicant's files, they take an interview test and the last test, the applicant must practice in the field directly to find out how well the applicant is able to adapt to animals. In calculating the value, problems often occur in this acceptance process. A decision support system (DSS) is an interactive information system that provides information, modeling, and data manipulation. In this case, the author uses the Entropy method and the ARAS (Additive Ratio Assessment) method to solve it. The Entropy method can be used to calculate weights based on data characteristics in the criteria, the higher the variation between data in the criteria, the higher or more important the weight of the criteria. While the ARAS (Additive Ratio Assessment) method is used for ranking. The use of the Entropy method as a weighting aims to ensure that the weighting process is carried out based on objective value assignment. In the application of the Entropy Method, a weighting of the criteria value is produced where the criteria with the highest to lowest values are Certificate, Work Experience, Age, Interview and Education with the highest value being 0.768 and the lowest being 0.021. Then the process of applying the selection of animal nurses using the ARAS method obtained the result that alternative A1 was selected as an animal nurse with a value obtained of 0.0816.

Abstract

The BSM Program is a National Program that aims to eliminate barriers for poor students to participate by helping poor students obtain decent educational service requests, preventing dropouts, attracting poor students to return to school, helping students meet their needs in learning activities, supporting the 9-year compulsory education program (even up to high school level), and helping the smooth running of school programs. To obtain the Poor Student Assistance (BSM) funds, the government has set several criteria for who are the students who can be determined and are entitled to receive the Poor Student Assistance (BSM). These criteria will later help schools or educational institutions determine which students can be determined to receive the Poor Student Assistance Fund. Therefore, an educational institution must have a Decision Support System for recommending Poor Student Funds (BSM) using the Multi Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method, with the existence of a decision support system for determining Poor Student Assistance (BSM) it is hoped that the determination process will run well, be on target, and be received by those who are entitled. The final result determines that Alternative A1 is ranked first with the highest score of 22.2679. Thus, decision makers can compare the performance between the old system and the BSM fund determination decision support system using the Multi Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method without having to re-request data on students who will be given Poor Student Assistance funds.

Abstract

The success of a university is not only seen from the role of Educators (Lecturers) but also the role of Education Personnel (TENDIK). Educational Personnel (TENDIK) includes Administrative Personnel in universities. Work performance is the main factor of the success of higher education performance. The results of good work given will have a good impact on universities. TENDIK who excels are also competent in higher education and contributes to the joint progress of both TENDIK and universities. Apart from lecturers, TENDIK is also an asset owned by universities. Rewards or awards given to TENDIK can be done by assessing the performance results of each TENDIK. The reward given to TENDIK is a form of appreciation for the performance carried out at the university. Giving rewards to TENDIK must be based on a proper and accurate performance assessment. The problem is that there is no definite reference used to evaluate the performance of TENDIK in giving rewards. The performance assessment carried out must be objective, of course, with an objective assessment the results obtained from the TENDIK performance assessment will not be a problem for other TENDIK. Decision Support System is a computer-based information system that is used to assist in decision making by utilizing certain data and models to support a solution in solving a semi-structured and non-structured problem. SMARTER is one of the methods in the Decision Support System that provides recommendations to decision makers based on relevant criteria, which in determining the criteria and sub-criteria and their weight values use ROC (Rank Order Centroid). Of the several criteria used for the selection process using the alternative SMARTER method with the name A4 with a final utility value of 64.25%
