Abstract

Before knowing the factors that influence competitive advantage and marketing performance of Kre' Alang weaving, it must first determine the indicators that have a relationship with the latent variables. The method used to analyze this is confirmatory factor analysis. This method is used to provide information whether the model that has been modeled is in accordance with the hypothesis that has been formulated. The results of the study show that the latent variables for technology orientation are composed by the use of the latest technology, accelerating service to customers, supporting the innovation process, and ease of operationalization. Product innovation latent variables are composed by indicators of duplication and synthesis. Competitive advantage latent variables are composed by product uniqueness indicators. While marketing performance variables are composed by indicators of financial performance, operational performance, and market-based performance. The test results of the confirmatory factor model of the marketing performance of Kre' Alang woven fabric which were compiled were valid and reliable.

Abstract

Persaingan di industri ritel menuntut pengelolaan inventori yang efektif agar dapat memastikan ketersediaan produk yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan dan mengoptimalkan keuntungan. Toko Sembako menghadapi tantangan dalam memprediksi permintaan produk secara akurat, yang menyebabkan kelebihan atau kekurangan stok. Akibatnya, toko berisiko mengalami kerugian finansial serta menurunnya kepuasan pelanggan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pola pembelian pelanggan menggunakan algoritma Apriori guna menemukan hubungan antar produk dan meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan inventori. Data transaksi selama satu tahun dianalisis menggunakan metode data mining untuk mengidentifikasi aturan asosiasi yang dapat diterapkan dalam strategi inventori dan pemasaran. Metode penelitian meliputi pengumpulan data transaksi, preprocessing untuk menghilangkan data tidak relevan, serta penerapan algoritma Apriori untuk menemukan pola pembelian signifikan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya korelasi yang kuat antara beberapa produk tertentu, yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam strategi pemasaran seperti bundling produk dan penempatan barang yang lebih strategis. Implementasi hasil penelitian dalam bentuk aplikasi berbasis framework Streamlit memungkinkan pemilik toko memvisualisasikan pola pembelian secara interaktif dan mengambil keputusan berbasis data. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan algoritma Apriori dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan stok dan strategi pemasaran di sektor ritel. Namun, penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk mengeksplorasi kombinasi algoritma lain guna meningkatkan akurasi prediksi pola pembelian serta memperhitungkan faktor eksternal seperti tren musiman dan perubahan harga dalam manajemen inventori.

Abstract

Kre’ Alang is a traditional woven fabric unique to Sumbawa that holds high cultural and economic value, beauty, and uniqueness, attracting many people. The competition between authentic Kre’ Alang from Sumbawa and similar imitation products that are cheaper poses a threat to the existence of authentic Kre’ Alang. One of the factors causing authentic Kre’ Alang from Sumbawa to struggle against imitation products is the limited marketing media available. UMKM players in Sumbawa still rely on word-of-mouth marketing to promote Kre’ Alang products, which limits their ability to reach a broader market. This has resulted in the original Kre’ Alang from Sumbawa not being able to fully realize its market potential. The e-catalog is a solution that can help reach a wider market. The e-catalog provides complete and detailed information about products to consumers, making it easier to choose and purchase the desired products. Research conducted in 2023 by a team of researchers shows that technology orientation is an important factor in enhancing product competitiveness. Technology orientation refers to the level of use of the latest technology in product marketing. The use of technology such as e-catalogs can help MSME actors like Kre’ Alang to market their products widely, thereby increasing competitiveness and opportunities to reach the market. The method for creating the Kre Alang e-Catalog prototype model uses a flexible prototyping method that is quick and dynamic in its development.

Abstract

Egg quality inspection before distribution is crucial to ensure edibility and prevent complaints from retailers or distributors. Fadillah Jaya Sumbawa (FJS) Poultry Farm still uses a manual method for this process, which takes a long time and risks data recording errors. This study aims to design a monitoring and control prototype based on the Internet of Things (IoT) to detect egg quality. The system utilizes a light-dependent resistor (LDR) sensor to analyze the intensity of light passing through the eggshell and transmits the data to an IoT platform for easier monitoring. Additionally, a control mechanism is integrated to support the inspection process. The research method follows the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach using the prototype model. The results indicate that the designed prototype can assist poultry farms in reducing data recording errors and minimizing complaints from retailers or distributors.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to design and to develop an application that is able to present data in Sumbawa Language (Basa Samawa) Dictionary which is still in book outline into digital form. Spiral method is used in this research for software development process and its data collection method applies literature study with data source from "Dictionary of Sumbawa-Indonesia" by Department of Education National Language Center Office Province of West Nusa Tenggara, moreover its test method pertains black box method that is a software experiment in terms of its functionality. The results of research that has been built with Android Studio 1.5 and SQLite database with target android version 6.0 (Marshmallow) has been accessible through Play Store, in which this application has been equipped with vocabulary search including sentence examples, introduction to dictionary usage, dictionary procedure information and application to contribute to the indigenous communities of Sumbawa as well as exterior societies of Sumbawa in studying Sumbawa language and preserving the Sumbawa cultural heritage.

Abstract

The development of information technology has driven the need for a digital system to provide information on temporary housing, particularly boarding houses. In Batu Alang Hamlet, the process of searching and managing boarding houses is still dominated by conventional methods, resulting in information on prices, facilities, and room availability not being conveyed optimally. This study aims to design and implement a web-based boarding house e-catalog application as a concise information and data management medium for boarding houses. This application was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method using the PHP programming language and the Laravel framework. The main features provided include searching and filtering boarding houses, displaying boarding house details, online boarding house bookings, managing boarding house data by owners, uploading proof of payment, notifications, and seller reviews. System testing was conducted through Black-Box Testing and usability evaluation using a questionnaire. The results of the study indicate that the boarding house e-catalog application can facilitate boarding house searches for prospective tenants and increase the effectiveness of boarding house promotion and management by owners. Thus, this application is declared suitable for use as a boarding house information medium in Batu Alang Hamlet.
