Abstract

Bogor Regency is a part of West Java Province which is quite rich in natural and human resource potential. The dynamic development of the economy, population and education also affects the increasing demand for food products in Bogor Regency. The number of MSMEs in Pamijahan Bogor do not have a halal certificate for the products they produce. Meanwhile, the halal certificate for food or beverage products is very important for the Muslim community, given the fact that the majority of the population in Pamijahan Bogor is Muslim. This research uses descriptive qualitative analysis method, with a management tool, namely the Business Model Canvas (BMC). BMC formulations are used for three MSMEs in the Pamijahan Bogor area, namely: (1) Rincik Manik Business, (2) RC Donuts Business, (3) Arema Meatball Business. The formulation consists of nine elements, namely (1) customer segment, where the majority of MSMEs use the mass market, the consumer market (Business to Consumer) and some use the reseller market (Business to Business). (2) The proportion of values, namely having a distinctive taste, using quality and original materials, in accordance with the principles of Islamic law, and a place that is easy to find. (3) Channels, using the Direct system, namely consumers who come directly to the UMKM places, and Indirect, namely through retailers / partners for those who already have partners. (4) Customer relations, namely retention (retaining) customers by making good direct interactions with employees and consumers. (5) Revenue streams, only from product sales. (6) Main resources, consisting of business premises, motorbikes, production and sales equipment and equipment, SIUP, brands, partnerships, and private capital. (7) Key activities, consisting of production, distribution and marketing of products to be sold. (8) Main partnerships, namely suppliers of raw materials and business partners. (9) Cost structure, consisting of building rental costs, electricity costs, raw material costs, employee salary costs, employee consumption costs, maintenance costs, waste costs, and water costs.

Abstract

Pokok masalah dalam skirpsi ini adalah kinerja Dewan Pengawas Syariah (DPS) di Koperasi Simpan Pinjam dan Pembiayaan Syariah (KSPPS) Khairu Ummah. Dua rumusan masalah yang penulis kaji yakni bagaimana mekanisme kerja, serta efektifitas kinerja DPS di perusahaan tersebut. Ditujukan untuk mengetahui sekaligus menganalisis kinerja DPS apakah benar sesuai pada regulasi sebagai pengawas resmi bentukan MUI, pun perihal pencapaian kinerja pengawasan dalam setiap KSPPS Khairu Ummah. Penelitian ini penulis merupakan penelitian lapangan yang menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil yang penulis dapatkan dari penelitian yakni mekanisme kerja DPS mengacu kepada regulasi seperti DSN-MUI. Pencapaian ini merupakan bukti kinerja DPS dalam mengawasi operasional perusahaan agar tetap berjalan pada lininya sebagai badan pengawas resmi. Kendati demikian, DPS pada KSPPS Khairu Ummah, tetap memiliki kelemahan. Kelemahan ini esensinya tidak melanggar regulasi yang ada. Hanya saja, dalam penerapan akad wakalah di khawatirkan banyak ketidak jujuran.

Abstract

Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT) pada awalnya didirikan sebagai lembaga ekonomi kerakyatan yang membantu masyarakat miskin, miskin dan hampir miskin. Namun, berkembang, dengan menciptakan produk penggalangan dana. Produk penghimpunan dana meliputi tabungan dan deposito berjangka (deposito) dengan prinsip mudharabah. Pendirian BMT dimaksudkan untuk mendorong pemberdayaan ekonomi melalui penyediaan produk-produk syariah. Dengan demikian BMT dapat diterima dengan baik oleh masyarakat. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu hasil perhitungan dari persentase nisbah bagi hasil deposito mudharabah jangka waktu 12 bulan dan data jumlah nasabah deposito mudharabah jangka waktu 12 bulan dalam 3 tahun terakhir. yaitu dari tahun 2017 - 2019. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel nisbah bagi hasil dan jumlah penabung mudharabah memiliki hubungan positif yang dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya jumlah nasabah simpanan di KBMT Khidmatul Ummah karena nisbah bagi hasil deposito mudharabah yang disediakan/ditawarkan oleh KBMT Khidmatul Ummah sangat menguntungkan bagi penabung dan menggiurkan bagi calon penabung. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini Berdasarkan hasil analisis korelasi, hasil uji analisis korelasi menunjukkan tanda positif (+) yang berarti ada hubungan positif antara keduanya. Besaran korelasinya adalah 0,972 (>0,05), artinya tingkat persentase berkorelasi kuat dengan peningkatan jumlah deposan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan adanya UU JPH yang saat ini berlaku, sehingga UMKM juga harus memiliki sertifikasi halal dimana manfaat sertifikasi halal adalah untuk mempermudah pemasaran UMKM. UMKM yang memiliki Sertifikasi Halal memiliki jaminan dari otoritas yang berwenang untuk menguji kehalalan suatu produk makanan, minuman dan produk terkait. Bukan hanya halal, tapi Toyyiban juga halal. Halal dan Baik adalah konsepnya. Konsep kehalalan yang dianut pemerintah yaitu jaminan kehalalan produk seharusnya tidak hanya bermanfaat bagi umat Islam, tetapi juga untuk semua khususnya di Jawa Barat tepatnya di Kabupaten Bogor yang meliputi 15 Kecamatan yaitu Pamijahan dan Cibungbulang. Di Kecamatan Pamijahan dan Cibungbulang inilah yang memiliki beragam usaha mulai dari tekstil hingga kuliner. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh kesadaran halal usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah terhadap motivasi sertifikasi halal. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan skala likert, dengan sampel sebanyak 80 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling dengan metode Hair et al. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan menggunakan IBM Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Versi 16.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari perhitungan di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh variabel X (Halal Awareness) terhadap variabel Y (Halal Certification Motivation) sebesar 57% dan sisanya sebesar 43% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. tidak diteliti oleh peneliti yaitu lingkungan, tuntutan, dorongan, tingkat pendidikan dan pengalaman. Pengaruh kesadaran halal terhadap motivasi sertifikasi halal pada UKM di Kecamatan Pamijahan dan Cibungbulang. Dengan tingginya kesadaran halal dapat memberikan motivasi yang besar untuk sertifikasi halal bagi UKM di Kecamatan Pamijahan dan Cibungbulang.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Non-performing financing is financing where there are irregularities in returns that result in delays in payments so that judicial action is needed in return, there is even a possibility that the cooperative will be harmed. The data for NonPerforming Financing KSPPS KUM Bogor Jonggol Branch where in 2018 it was 4% and in 2019 it was 5%. This percentage cannot be said to be good because the NPF ratio is still at 5% in 2019. For that, a strategy is needed that can be used to reduce or even prevent the non-performing financing. So the author took the title "Strategies for Handling Problematic Financing in Murabahah Financing Products in the Sharia Financing Savings and Loans Cooperative Mandiri Mandiri Bogor Branch Jonggol". The formulation of the problem in this study: What are the causes of the occurrence of non-performing financing and what are the strategies used to deal with non-performing financing. The purpose of this research is to analyze the causes of the occurrence of non-performing financing and how the strategies used in dealing with non-performing financing are. The nature of this research is explanatory (explanatory research) with a qualitative approach. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive qualitative analysis using a SWOT analysis approach. The result of this study is that there are factors that cause problematic financing where these factors are internal and external factors. The way the cooperative is doing to solve problem financing is by using two ways of stay strategy and phase out strategy. Stay strategy is a strategy where cooperatives still want to maintain business relationships with customers in the long term context, while phase out strategy is a strategy that is carried out when in principle cooperatives do not want to continue business relationships with customers in the context of a long time. Abstract

Analysis of sharia business management can be carried out on the marketing strategy of a company or limited liability company in order to continue to increase its sales turnover. Marketing strategy is closely related to the marketing mix of a company or limited liability company which generally uses the theory of Product, Place, Price, and Promotion, but it cannot be separated from the principles of sharia business management. In sharia business management, basically according to the rules of muamalah, everything is legal, unless there are arguments that forbid it. The most important thing in the application of sharia business management to marketing strategies is to prohibit all forms of false transactions that will cause harm to others such as usury, fraud, gharar. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the sharia business management of the marketing strategy carried out by the Kandakawana Sakti Company or Limited Liability Company. This analysis also uses the SWOT analysis technique as part of the research method with a qualitative approach. SWOT analysis to find out what strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats from the marketing strategy need to be carried out by the company or limited liability company in the future. The results of the research as shown in the Cartesian diagram show that the company or limited liability company is in quadrant I, which is aggressive with the implementation of the Growth Oriented Strategy, which means a favorable situation for the company or limited liability company. With the strength it has, it can take advantage of the opportunities that exist. Based on the research that has been done, there are several suggestions for the Kandakawana Sakti Limited Liability Company to implement innovation and process and marketing variations, so that they can attract consumers and add more partners who are able to increase sales turnover. For further research, the results of this study can be continued to develop marketing strategies.

Abstract

In 2020 the unemployment rate in Indonesia will increase due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Many people are affected by layoffs (PHK), besides that there are also many unemployed from the new workforce. The government is trying to overcome this situation with a pre-employment card program during the Covid-19 pandemic. Of course, there are various kinds of perceptions among the public about the pre-employment card program. Therefore, this study aims to analyze people's perceptions (by taking the example in Cibungbulang District, Bogor Regency) towards the pre-employment card program. This study uses quantitative research methods. The results of this study indicate that the public's perception of the pre-employment card program during the Covid-19 pandemic which is seen from the factors of knowledge, profession and place of residence together has a positive influence. According to the maqashid sharia analysis, this indicates that the pre-employment card program is considered to be able to bring benefits to the community during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product, location, and promotional factors on seller interest in marketing products online during the COVID-19 pandemic. The number of variables studied were four, consisting of three independent variables and one dependent variable. The population used in this study were all sellers in Pamijahan District and Ciampea District, Bogor Regency, with a sample of respondents using the Lemeshow method. The sampling method used probability sampling with simple random sampling technique. The data used are primary and secondary data using a questionnaire technique in the form of a Likert scale. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using IBM Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Software Version 25. The results of this study indicate the influence of seller interest which consists of several factors, namely product, location and promotion together have a real and significant effect. positive. However, the location factor is more dominant which has a real and positive effect on seller interest, with a variable regression coefficient value of 6.283 which means that if the location increases by one unit, the seller's interest value will increase by 6.283

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Investment, Regional Minimum Wage and Changes in the Human Development Index on the Open Unemployment Rate in West Java Province in 2002-2021. This type of research is quantitative research using secondary data used in the form of time series data in the 2002-2021 observation period, which was obtained through the Badan Pusat Statistik. The analysis method used in this study is a multiple linear regression method processed using SPSS Version 26. The results showed that the independent variable has a significance value smaller than α (0.002<0.05) which means that the three independent variables together have a significant effect on the Open Unemployment Rate at an alpha value of 5% in West Java Province in 2002-2021. In the value of the coefficient of determination () the result of the Adjusted R Square value of 0.534 at a significance level of 5% mentioned that the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable simultaneously by 53.4%, while the remaining 46.6% is explained by other factors or variables that were not mentioned in this study.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and explain whether digital business literacy variables influence or do not influence product image in the Shoppe application during the Covid-19 period. The research method used is a quantitative method with simple linear regression analysis. Data obtained from a questionnaire that was distributed to a total of 349 respondents. The variables in this research are Digital Business Literacy (X) and Product Image (Y). Researchers used SPSS Version 26 tools in the data processing process. The results of this research state that there is a positive and significant influence between digital business literacy and product image, so it can be concluded that the digital business literacy variable (X) influences the product image variable (Y).
