Abstract

This research aims to analyze whether the Bobilu Bola-Bola Ubi Lumer business is feasible or not to be developed. Business feasibility studies provide benefits for measuring and knowing whether a business is feasible or not. Business feasibility studies really help business people to know whether the business they are running is successful or profitable. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, data collected comes from scientific journals and websites. The analysis focuses on 5 (five) aspects of the business feasibility study, namely market and marketing aspects, technical/operational aspects, management/organizational aspects, financial aspects, and environmental impact aspects. The research results show that the Bobilu Bola-Bola Lumer Yam business has good profit potential with low production costs and stable market demand. By using the Net Present Value (NPV), Payback Period (PP), Profitability Index (PI) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) methods, the Lumbered Sweet Potato Balls business was declared feasible to run.

Abstract

Potacio Bliss is designed to meet the market's needs for innovative and up-to-date high-quality snacks. French fries have great potential in the modern culinary industry as one of the most popular types of snacks in various circles. This article examines in-depth technical and production aspects, ranging from the selection of raw materials to the packaging stage, designed to ensure that the quality of products is maintained. The production stage starts from premium quality potato selection, standardized processing, to frying with modern technology to produce a perfect texture. This process is supported by innovations in topping and sauce variants that create a unique and attractive taste for consumers. By utilizing technology equipment and efficient production techniques, Potacio Bliss is able to present consistent products while optimizing its production scale. Through strict quality control and the use of environmentally friendly packaging, this business focuses not only on product quality but also on environmental sustainability. This study aims to provide technical guidance for snack business operators and identify strategic steps in increasing competitiveness in the market. In conclusion, innovation in technical aspects and production became a key factor in the success of French fries businesses such as Potacio Bliss in responding to modern market challenges.

Abstract

Green economic growth has emerged as a global priority in pursuing sustainable development. This study examines the role of resource allocation efficiency in supporting green economic growth, as influenced by green financing practices, sustainable finance policies, and green financial products. A quantitative research approach was employed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The study population consisted of 107 financial institutions. A purposive sampling technique was used to select 168 respondents from 84 banks, comprising senior managers, division heads, and executives responsible for implementing sustainable finance policies—averaging two respondents per institution. The results reveal that green financing practices, sustainable finance policies, and green financial products directly and significantly impact green economic growth. Moreover, resource allocation efficiency plays a mediating role in strengthening these relationships. These findings underscore the importance of the banking sector in driving innovation in green financial products, implementing sustainable finance policies, and enhancing resource utilization efficiency. In conclusion, the banking sector holds a strategic position in advancing green economic growth. Future research could extend this framework by examining the role of non-financial sectors or exploring how digital technology transformation facilitates green financing to support sustainable development goals further.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of international trade, which is focused on agricultural exports, as well as the effect of exchange rates on economic growth in the period 2019 - 2023. The method used is quantitative associative method with multiple linear regression approach, using secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), Bank Indonesia (BI) and other sources. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS software, and tested using the classical assumption test to ensure the accuracy of the model. The results showed that agricultural exports and exchange rates had no significant effect on economic growth. Overall, the variables studied do not explain all the factors that influence economic growth, so there are other factors that are not discussed in this study. It could be inferred that while the exchange rate has a negative impact on the dependent variable, agricultural exports have a favorable impact on economic growth.

Abstract

The process of employee payroll system at BKPSDM Kab. Cianjur Agency already uses a computer but it is not optimal because it still uses Microsoft Excel in data collection and calculation salaries. The purpose of this research is to create a computerized payroll information system that make it easier for agency in the payroll process for employees and minimize the problems that often occur. This information system designed using PHP Myadmin programming language and MySQL as a database. The approach to developing this system uses the waterfall method and the tools involved include Flowmap, Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). The results of this employee payroll application can make it easier to collect employee data and calculation of employee salaries accurately and can streamline time in making reports so as to reduce errors in the employee payroll system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan lindung nilai menggunakan kontrak forward dalam meminimalkan risiko eksposur transaksi pada PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk berdasarkan laporan keuangan Kuartal III tahun 2025. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus melalui perhitungan forward rate, premi atau diskon, serta perbandingan nilai pembayaran menggunakan dan tanpa hedging. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kontrak forward yang dilakukan perusahaan menghasilkan forward premi dan memberikan manfaat finansial berupa penghematan pembayaran dibandingkan tanpa lindung nilai
