Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the influence of Kaizen culture and reward on employee performance at PT. Seino Indomobil Logistics Kantor Project PT. Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia Mojokerto. The research methodology uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires to 80 employees. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling. The results of data analysis show that Kaizen culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with a t value of 5,956 (p = 0.000). Reward has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with a t value of 3.164 (p = 0.002). Kaizen culture and reward together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a calculated F value of 17,735 (p = 0.000). These findings indicate that the implementation of Kaizen culture and reward can improve employee performance at PT. Seino Indomobil Logistics Kantor Project PT. Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia Mojokerto

Abstract

The aim of this study was to examine how content marketing, copywriting, and free gifts impact customers’ decisions to purchase products from Danolshop Jombang. The research utilized a quantitative approach with SPSS software for analysis. The sampling method employed was a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling strategy. Data was gathered from 97 respondents who had made at least one purchase from Danolshop Jombang through a questionnaire. The data analysis methods included validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The results indicated that content marketing has a significant impact on the decision to purchase Danolshop Jombang products, whereas copywriting and free gifts do not individually influence the purchase decision. However, content marketing, copywriting, and free gifts collectively influence the decision to purchase Danolshop Jombang products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Workload, Work Environment, Compensation and Organizational Career Development on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT Beton Prima Indonesia, either partially or simultaneously. The samples in this study were 44 employees. The method of determining the sample in this study uses a saturated or census sample. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS program. The results showed that workload (X1) partially had no effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) with a t count -0.241 <t table 2.022 with a significance level of 0.811. The work environment (X2) has no partial effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) with a t count of 1.411 < t table of 2.022 with a significance level of 0.166. Compensation (X3) has a partial effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) with a t count of 23,425 > t table of 2.022 with a significance level of 0.001. Career development (X4) has no partial effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) with a t count of 0.053 <t table of 2.022 with a significance level of 0.958. Workload (X1), work environment (X2), compensation (X3) and career development (X4) simultaneously influence employee job satisfaction (Y) with an F count of 197.722 > F table of 2.612 and a significance level of 0.001.

Abstract

Produk jamu Tradisional merupakan produk minuman yang tidak bertahan lama jika tidak disimpan dalam lemari pendingin, oleh karenanya dalam mengelola usaha jamu tradisional perlu melakukan strategi yang baik, tepat dan cepat supaya barang atau produk segera terserap oleh pasar. Apalagi bila juga di barenggi tidak adanya kemasan yang baik dan menarik. Hal ini akan menyebabkan produk jamu tradisional tersebut akan sulit dikenal oleh konsumen dan diserap oleh Pasar, kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang: 1) Untuk menentukan kemasan produk yang baik dan menarik, 2) Untuk membuat kemasan produk yang aman dan Sehat (produk akan memiliki daya jual) serta dengan kemasan konsumen akan selalu mengingat produk yang kita miliki, 3) bagaimana melakukan kegiatan pembukuan dalam bentuk laporan keuangan supaya pelaku UKM tersebut mampu mendeteksi keuntungan atau kerugiaan dari usaha yang dia lakukan.

Abstract

Usaha mikro kecil menengah di Indonesia mulai banyak tumbuh dan berkembang seiring dengan daya saing global yang semakin ketat. Usaha mikro kecil menengah merupakan suatu penggerak perekonomian lokal maupun Nasional, pesatnya perkembangan UMKM akan memberikan kontribusi positif bagi ekonomi Indonesia maka dengan pengolahan yang baik akan menghasilkan pengembangan usaha kecil menengah yang baik juga. Maka hal ini akan menjadikan kontribusi penguatan perekonomian nasional. Hal ini akan semakin baik jika UMKM mampu mendeteksi peluang dan bisa menyelesaikan permasalahan yang mungkin bisa menghambat perkembangannya , salah satunya adalah kegiatan promosi yang bisa menjangkau seluruh konsumen dengan cara yang mudah dan dengan biaya yang murah, solusi yang bisa diterapkan di era sekarang ini adalah dengan memberikan pendampingan dan pelatihan dalan mengelola akun sosial media sebagai pelaksanaan pemasaran Online. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah membantu peningkatan pengembangan usaha UMKM samiler maju jaya guna meningkatkan volume penjualan melalui promosi di media sosial dan bisa bersaimg secara global dengan Metode pelaksanaan fokus pada pemecahan masalah yang dihadapi UMKM samiler Maju jaya dengan tahapan sebagai berikut: 1) penggunaan pemasaran online. 2) pembuatan akun di media sosial sebagai suatu bentuk sarama tempat melakukan promosi.

Abstract

Changes in management and regulations determined by the government relating to the disbursement of village funds resulted in village officials having to adjust the policy, as a form of need for transparency in financial management. With this policy, the TIM intends to provide assistance to the community, especially the village officials of Segunung, Dlanggu Subdistrict, Mojokerto Regency to help with the existence of a new system and policy so as to tackle the mistakes in village financial management. Some obstacles become obstacles for village officials who are the liding sector of village fund management in conducting management and reporting in accordance with applicable laws. Among them are the limited level of education of human resources, have not done an orderly administration of the use of activity funds. Based on the analysis of the situation, it was found that several obstacles faced by the village officials of Segunung, Dlanggu, Mojokerto, the approach taken was to provide assistance in understanding the laws and regulations as well as management and reporting procedures. The results of the analysis are expected to be a reference in guiding and assisting Segunung village officials. The final result in community service is in the form of a journal of dedication. In carrying out this task, it requires stages that must be passed so that it takes 1 week. Abstract

This assistance to UD Revin Jaya's Shoe SMEs aims to assist this business in determining the cost of production (HPP) and determining the selling price that is competitive with other shoe businesses. The implementation of service activities is carried out in 3 (three) stages, namely the first stage of survey and observation, the second stage is identification of problems and the third stage is the implementation of PkM. In this PkM activity, partners are taught how to determine the selling price based on the calculation of Cost of Production. The method of calculating the Production Staple Price is the full costing method and the variable costing method. Which method the partner will choose, namely the UD Revin Jaya sandal SME, is recommended to be adjusted to business conditions.

Abstract

The Financial Recording Assistance and Training Activity at the “ARIN Bakery” Bakery Business in Pungging District, Mojokerto Regency is planned to be carried out within 6 months starting from February 1, 2021 to July 31, 2021. The objectives of the Financial Recording Assistance and Training Activities in the “ARIN Bakery” Bread Business in Pungging District, Mojokerto Regency are: (1) Increasing partners' understanding of the importance of financial records in business management; (2) Improved partner performance in general. This method of implementing Financial Recording Assistance and Training in the “ARIN Bakery” Bread Business in Pungging District, Mojokerto Regency solves the problems faced by partners, especially those related to business management based on financial records so that it can run well and sustainably.

Abstract

Desa merupakan tempat yang memiliki potensi luar biasa untuk dikembangkan. Banyak sumberdaya yang belum sepenuhnya terolah dengan baik di desa. Berdasarkan UU Nomor 6 Tahun2014 tentang Desa setiap desa diharapkan akan mampu mewujudkan terbentuknya desa yangmandiri. Hal tersebut tentunya sejalan dengan konsep yang digaungkan oleh pemerintah pusatyaitu membangun Indonesia dari desa. Dalam mewujudkan hal tersebut pemerintah pusatmenggelontorkan dana yang sangat besar untuk setiap desa yang kita kenal dengan nama danadesa. Kondisi pandemic covid 19 yang sudah mewabah sejak awal tahun 2020 menyebabkankelumpuhan di berbagai sektor kehidupan masyarakat, tidak saja di sektor formal lebih-lebihlagi di sektor informal. Turunnya permintaan yang sangat signifikan membuat usaha mikro kecildan menengah mengalami kesulitan bertahan. Bahkan pada puncak pandemi, ada beberapaUMKM yang terpaksa gulung tikar alias menutup usahanya karena tidak ada permintaan samasekali. Bumdes yang menaungi para UMKM ini berusaha membantu untuk meminimalisirkerugian usaha atau resiko agar dampak yang ditimbulkan pandemic covid 19 tidak berlarutlarut dan meluas. Pemberdayaan UMKM di Desa Penompo dilakukan oleh Bumdes yangnotabene menaungi UMKM di wilayah tersebut. Sebagai unit yang menyokong pengelolaanusaha di desa, maka Bumdes berinisiatif melakukan pelatihan, bimbingan dan pendampinganusaha pada pemilik UMKM bekerja sama dengan Program Studi Manajemen Fakultas EkonomiUniversitas Islam Majapahit.

Abstract

Most of the MSME entrepreneurs in trade management are still traditional, so that the results of their business are only sufficient for daily life and some other needs. Bookkeeping has not been recorded in an orderly manner, let alone simple financial reports do not even exist. Likewise, the marketing system carried out by MSME Karunia Desa Sawahan, Mojosari District is also still far from modern. Where marketing is still being carried out by relying on traditional marketing by relying on salespeople. This causes the amount of costs and benefits to be unknown and a good marketing system to be known. Besides that, in the current economic conditions in Indonesia, The era of the industrial revolution society 4.0 and the COVID-19 pandemic period requires modern marketing with a digital system. Therefore, it is necessary to develop knowledge and skills so that their businesses (MSMEs) can be more advanced and develop by incorporating digitalization and digital marketing strategies (digital marketing). help use websites, blogs or social media as promotional media and sales strategies (Umar et al., 2020) In order to overcome these problems, the Service Team of the Faculty of Economics, Majapahit Islamic University, designed a solution by providing assistance in Financial Administration and Digital Marketing so that partners understand how to have a good financial system and good marketing management by utilizing digital technology (Digital Marketing). As said by Wang (2010), "To develop the knowledge capacity of MSMEs, the technical learning of MSME owners and industry must be enriched (Kim et al., 2010). This can have an impact on increasing productivity in the Rengginang MSME Production "Karunia" address, Sawahan Village Gang 2, Mojosari District, Mojokerto Regency. It is hoped that through financial administration development, digital marketing funds will have an effect on increasing their income. The results obtained from this activity:, 1) Simple financial statements of SMEs. 2) Partners understand Digital Marketing, Then with digital marketing marketing management is implemented, partners can add customers, and regulate how their marketing works, and increase sales.
