Abstract

In this era, all companies are competing to develop their respective businesses so they can compete. The most effective way of developing a business is by maximizing the management of existing resources, and the resource that has the most important role, namely human resources. Companies can maximize the management of their human resources so that they can produce a maximum performance. There are several things that can affect performance, namely the work environment, work discipline and work motivation. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at UD. Eko Plastik. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to UD. Eko Plastik employees. The population in this study are all employees of UD. Eko Plastik. The sample of this research was 250 people using saturated sample technique. The data analysis technique uses SEMPLS with the help of the SmartPLS program. The results of this reseacrh are that the work environment has a direct positive and significant effect on work motivation, work discipline has a direct positive and significant effect on work motivation, the work environment has a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant indirect effect on employee performance through work motivation, work discipline has an indirect positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation.

Abstract

In the current era of information technology development, product competition in the smartphone manufacturer market is increasingly rapid. Humans are also very dependent on technology, including smartphones. So manufacturers are working hard to meet these needs by producing various smartphones, one of which is the Apple iPhone. This research aims to determine the influence of brand image and lifestyle on iPhone repurchase decisions with consumer satisfaction as a moderating variable. This research uses a quantitative approach with the iPhone consumer population in Mojokerto. The sample was 200 respondents with a questionnaire as data collection and analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) 4.0. The results of the research show that brand image positively and significantly influences repurchase decisions, lifestyle positively and significantly influences repurchase decisions, consumer satisfaction and repurchase decisions have a significant and positive influence, consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect in moderating brand image on decisions repeat purchases, consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence in moderating lifestyle and repurchase decisions.

Abstract

Social media is one of the main digital marketing strategies used to promote business products, with the aim of obtaining maximum profits (Hidayat et al., 2022). Social media and digital technology are gradually changing the way companies market their own products (Fraccastoro et al., 2021). However, there are still many MSMEs that do not use online sales optimally when marketing their products. Likewise, the MSME "Rengas Jaya" Mojokerto in carrying out its product marketing activities already uses digital technology. To overcome this problem, the Service Team of the Faculty of Economics, Majapahit Islamic University designed a solution by providing assistance in preparing a Digital Marketing strategy so that partners understand what a good marketing management strategy is by utilizing social media.This has an impact on increasing sales at the MSME "Rengas Jaya" address Mejero Village, Mojoanayar District, Mojokerto Regency. It is hoped that through digital marketing assistance it will have an effect on increasing their income. The results obtained from this activity for partners are: Partners understand the promotion strategy via social media. Then, by implementing the promotion strategy via social media, partners can increase the number of customers and increase sales.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh senioritas dan disiplin kerja terhadap promosi jabatan dengan prestasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada BPR Harta Swadiri. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya pemahaman mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi promosi jabatan dalam organisasi, khususnya dalam konteks perbankan. Senioritas sering dianggap sebagai faktor penting dalam keputusan promosi, sementara disiplin kerja juga memainkan peran krusial dalam kinerja individu yang berpotensi mempengaruhi kenaikan jabatan. Namun, hubungan antara senioritas, disiplin kerja, dan promosi jabatan sering kali tidak langsung dan dimediasi oleh prestasi kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan BPR Harta Swadiri dengan sampel 50 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa senioritas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja, namun memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap promosi jabatan. Disiplin kerja ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja dan promosi jabatan. Selain itu, prestasi kerja tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara senioritas dan promosi jabatan, namun mampu memediasi hubungan antara disiplin kerja dan promosi jabatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan kepuasan pegawai sebagai variabel moderating. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu pegawai di UPTD Puskesmas Manduro. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya motivasi dan lingkungan kerja bagi kinerja dan kepuasan pegawai di tempat kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi pengambilan sampel non-probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling sehingga ditetapkan terdapat 39 responden. Analisis data menggunakan metode kuantitatif deksriptif dan pendekatan analisis statistik dengan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah motivasi dan lingkungan kerja secara sognifikan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai dan kepuasan pegawai, kinerja pegawai secara signifikan juga mempengaruhi kepuasan pegawai. Sedangkan pada motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan kepuasan pegawai sebagai variabel moderating tidak berpengaruh secara signfikan. dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasanpelanggan sebagai variabel moderating berpengaruh secara signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja scurity dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening di Sunrise Mall Kota Mojokerto. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penilitian kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh security yang berada di Sunrise Mall Kota Mojokerto yang berjumlah 36 orang dan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Data responden dikumpulkan dengan kuisioner. Metode analisis data penelitian ini mnggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dengan menggunakan pengujian asumsi klasik , regresi linear berganda dan analisis jalur (path analysis) yang secara keseluruhan analisisnya dihitung menggunakan program Statistical Program For Social Science (SPSS) versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Adapun variabel yang paling berpengaruh adalah variabel pelatihan dan kompetensi. Berdasarkan pengujian analisis jalur didapatkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening serta kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

Rapid technological developments in the industrial revolution 4.0 era have brought major changes in various areas of life, including internet technology which has had an impact on the business world. One online business that is growing rapidly is the Shopee marketplace. Using features on the Shopee marketplace without being wise causes uncontrolled impulse buying behavior. This research aims to determine the effect of Shopee paylater and flash sale promotions on impulse buying through trust as an intervening variable (case study of Shopee marketplace users in Mojokerto). This research uses a quantitative approach with the population of Shopee marketplace users in Mojokerto. The sample consisted of 300 respondents, with a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The data analysis method uses path analysis with smartPLS 4 software. The research results show that shopee paylater has a positive and significant effect on trust in the shopee marketplace, flash sale promotions have a positive and significant effect on trust in the shopee marketplace, trust has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying in the shopee marketplace , shopee paylater has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying on the shopee marketplace, flash sale promotions have a positive and significant effect on impulse buying on the shopee marketplace, shopee paylater has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying through trust in the shopee marketplace, flash sale promotions have a positive and significant effect against impulse buying through trust in the Shopee marketplace.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Workload, Work Environment, Compensation and Organizational Career Development on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT Beton Prima Indonesia, either partially or simultaneously. The samples in this study were 44 employees. The method of determining the sample in this study uses a saturated or census sample. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS program. The results showed that workload (X1) partially had no effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) with a t count -0.241 <t table 2.022 with a significance level of 0.811. The work environment (X2) has no partial effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) with a t count of 1.411 < t table of 2.022 with a significance level of 0.166. Compensation (X3) has a partial effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) with a t count of 23,425 > t table of 2.022 with a significance level of 0.001. Career development (X4) has no partial effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) with a t count of 0.053 <t table of 2.022 with a significance level of 0.958. Workload (X1), work environment (X2), compensation (X3) and career development (X4) simultaneously influence employee job satisfaction (Y) with an F count of 197.722 > F table of 2.612 and a significance level of 0.001.

Abstract

Increasing family economic empowerment can start from simple things, things that can be done by people in the village by starting businesses that are simple, including what happened in Padi village, Gondang subdistrict. This service aims to help analyze the role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in developing the local economy in Padi Village, Gondang District, Mojokerto Regency, with a special focus on MSMEs processing fried onions. The method used in this service is a qualitative approach with observational interview techniques both with MSME actors in the Padi Village and with Mrs. Winayah as the owner of the Fried Onion MSME, and secondary data analysis. The research results show that fried onion MSMEs in Padi Village play a significant role in increasing local community income and creating new jobs, and according to the results of the SWOT analysis, Padi Village MSMEs have the potential to develop and improve if mentoring is carried out regularly and periodically. facing various challenges, such as limited human resource capabilities, marketing and technology. Efforts to develop MSMEs through government support and empowerment of local communities are identified as key strategies to increase the competitiveness and sustainability of these businesses. This Community Service Program is expected to provide a positive impact in innovation in shallot processing and product development, packaging improvements for a wider market, business management training, and development of marketing networks as important steps in supporting the growth of fried onion MSMEs in the Village. Paddy.

Abstract

Marketing Strategy is the right strategy to increase sales volume at UD. Numani. So the aim of this research is to find out the marketing strategy implemented by UD. Numani is able to influence the profitability of its income, by carrying out internal and external analysis, as well as finding out the right strategy to increase sales by using SWOT analysis. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research located at UD. Numani Mojokerto. The data collection technique involves conducting interviews with the owner, observing and documenting. Then the data is analyzed through SWOT analysis by identifying internal and external factors, then calculating the IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Strategic) matrix and EFAS (External Factor Analysis Strategic) matrix, as well as providing recommendations for strategies through the results of calculating the SWOT matrix. The results of this research found that UD. Numani is in Kwadran II position and is very likely to be able to implement marketing development strategies and product development strategies. This research also identifies internal and external factors which will then be analyzed using the SWOT matrix to produce a strength value of 3.67, weakness 1 .49, opportunity 2.49, and threat 3.73 from the results show that UD. Numani is in quadrant II or what is usually called the progressive quadrant. This position indicates that an organization is in prime and stable condition so that it is possible to continue developing various aspects, especially marketing and product development, increasing marketing reach by using and implementing online marketing strategies.
