Abstract

The general objective of this study was to find a kind of evaluation instrument for scientific literacy oriented toward Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) and the specific purposes of this study were to investigate the validity, effectiveness, and practicality of it. This was a Research & Development study which was simplified into two stages; they are the preliminary stage and the development stage. This study resulted of multiple choice test which the validity was 3,35. The instrument was very effective to be used by students and science concept lectures in Elementary School Education Programmed to describe the profile of scientific literacy. The instrument could practically be used by the students and science concept lecturers in Elementary School Education Programmed based on the positive students and lecturers‟ responses.

Abstract

This research is a development research which aims to develop learning media, namely Snakes and Ladders media on Thematic learning materials. The researcher took Theme 1 Sub-theme 4 Growth and Development Plants on Learning Objects 1 in class III SDN Tenggerkulon. The purpose of the researchers to develop the snakes and ladders media is to find out the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the snakes and ladders media that was developed. Development is carried out using the ADDIE model which consists of 5 (five) stages, namely analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate. The data analysis technique used is validity data analysis, practicality data analysis, and effectiveness data analysis. Based on the validation test, it was found that the developed Snakes and Ladders media has sufficiently valid criteria to be used with the percentage for material experts 77%, media experts 92%, and linguists 63.3%, and product revisions have been carried out so that it can be tested in the field. The percentage results for the teacher's response questionnaire were 93.3% with very practical criteria. In the trial to get a percentage of 89% with practical criteria for use in learning. Based on the results of student tests carried out in the trial, it produced a percentage of 82%. The results of the student test in the tryout were 6 students who scored below the KKM and there were 28 students who scored above the KKM.. These results indicate that snakes and ladders media is effective for use by third grade elementary school students

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has impacted all sectors including the education. The government applies online learning to stop the spread of Covid-19 virus. So that, motivation, results, and Student’s Well-being have decreased. Teachers are required to be more creative in choosing learning methods that can create Student’s Well-being. The purpose of this study was to create Student’s Well-being in undergraduate Biology Education by practical activities on insects’s material. The practicum is carried out at home using a Pitfall Trap. This research is a quantitative descriptive study which was conducted using the One-case Study method. The research subjects were 9 student’s class 2020 of undergraduated Biology Education. The data collection was carried out by observation using a student response questionnaire sheet. The results showed that Pitfall Trap-based practicum carried out at home could create Student’s Well-being in undergraduate Biologi Education

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang berorientasi pada produk yang dikembangkan. Motivasi belajar yang rendah mempengaruhi hasil belajar. Sehingga perlu dilakukan pengembangan media pembelajaran agar meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Produk yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pazrusi untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar siswa. Untuk mengetahui kelayakan penggunaan media pazrusi, kami melakukan validasi dari tiga ahli yaitu ahli media,ahli bahasa, ahli materi. Penelitian pengembangan inii menggunakan model ADDIE yaitu terdiri dari lima tahap yaitu tahap Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 10 siswa. Media pazrusi dikembangkan di UPT SD Negeri Banjarworo 2.

Abstract

Students' critical thinking abilities influence the development of cognitive, affective and psychomotor abilities. Students who have critical thinking ability are able to analyze a problem so they can make decisions. The aim of the research is to determine and describe the initial critical thinking abilities of class X students at MA Nurul Huda, Central Java. This research is quantitative research based on critical thinking ability tests. The instrument used is a test sheet in the form of multiple-choice questions which contains indicators of critical thinking abilities. The results of the research are critical thinking abilities which are categorized into five, namely very good, good, sufficient, low, and very low. Based on data analysis, it is known that the initial critical thinking ability of grade X MA Nurul Huda Central Java students for very good, good, sufficient, low, and very low categories is 0%, 4,54%, 31,82%, 50%, and 13,64%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the critical thinking ability of class X students at MA Nurul Huda, Central Java, is low and needs to be improved.

Abstract

Technological developments have a negative impact on students' motivation and learning outcomes. Media Pakapin (Papan Kantong Pintar) literacy-based aims to increase student motivation and learning outcomes. The method used in the Pakapin media development research is the ADDIE model, namely Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate. The research subject is in grade 4 elementary school. The research was carried out on 30 May 2022. The research instruments were interviews, observations, tests, and validations. The analysis technique used is validity test, practicality test, and effectiveness test. The results of media validation to expert validators, namely media experts and material experts to determine the feasibility of the media and obtained the results of the assessment from 2 validators with an average score of 4.6 so that the media was declared feasible. The results of the effectiveness of students were assessed from the results of the motivational assessment and question sheets with a final count system using the N-Gain technique, the score obtained a motivational result of 0.9 and student learning outcomes of 0.79 so that Pakapin media was declared effective. The results of practicality assessed by the appraiser obtained a result of 90 so that Pakapin media was declared practical. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that the development of literacy-based Pakapin media can affect the improvement of students' motivation and learning outcomes.

This study aims to develop scientific literacy-based comics on material changes in the form of objects to determine the level of validity, practicality and effectiveness of the product being developed. The development model used is ADDIE which consists of 5 stages, namely analyze, design, develop, implement, evaluate. The instruments used were interviews, validation of material experts, media experts, linguists, implementation of learning, student response questionnaires and student learning outcomes tests. The results of the validation test showed that the scientific literacy-based comics developed had very valid criteria with a percentage of material experts 92 %, media experts 94%, and linguists 78%. The results of the analysis of the implementation of learning and student response questionnaires were obtained with very practical criteria with a percentage of 90% for the implementation of learning and 91% for student response questionnaires. And the results of student learning tests obtained an average N-Gain score of 0.83 with a percentage of 83.3% which indicates high effectiveness criteria. Abstract

This study aims to develop a product in the form of google sites-based interactive media for grade V science content. In developing google sites-based interactive media, it is necessary to test the validity, effectiveness, and practicality to determine the quality of the learning media that has been developed. The method used in interactive media development research based on google sites is the ADDIE model, namely Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate. Media validation results for 3 expert validators, namely media experts obtained an average of 93%, material experts obtained an average of 92% and linguists obtained an average of 90% so that the media was declared valid. The results of practicality assessed by assessors obtained results of 91% and student responses obtained by 95% so that Interactive media was stated to be very practical. based on the google site declared effective. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the development of Google site-based interactive media can affect the improvement of student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Literasi membaca merupakan kemampuan yang harus dimiliki oleh siswa. Kemampuan literasi membaca yang tinggi menjadikan individu mampu memahami informasi yang diperoleh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan kemampuan awal literasi membaca siswa SD kelas rendah yang ada di kabupaten Tuban. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif sesuai hasil tes kemampuan literasi membaca. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 266 dengan rincian 88 siswa pada kelas 1, 86 pada kelas 2, dan 92 pada kelas 3. Soal tes literasi membaca yang digunakan adalah pilihan ganda dengan jumlah soal pada masing-masing kelas adalah 5, 8, dan 10. Literasi membaca yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian akan dikategorikan menjadi tiga, yaitu rendah, sedang, dan tinggi. Rata-rata kemampuan literasi membaca siswa pada kelas 1, 2, dan 3 masing-masing adalah 46, 41, dan 34 atau semua kelas memiliki kategori rendah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan literasi membaca siswa SD kelas rendah di kabupaten Tuban masih perlu ditingkatkan.

Abstract

 Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan e-modul berbasis proyek dan scientific approach yang memenuhi kriteria layak. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret - Mei 2025. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi ahli media, bahasa, dan materi. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket yang digunakan ketika validasi ahli. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menghitung rata-rata skor dan persentase hasil validasi, kemudian ditetapkan kriteria validitasnya. Hasil validasi materi, bahasa, dan media masing-masing mendapatkan skor 83,75%; 98%; dan 91,25%. Penilaian terhadap tingkat kelayakan produk mendapatkan rata-rata skor sebesar 91% yang berarti sangat valid dan sangat layak digunakan.
