The purpose of research is to explore how a baby girl getting the experience of language acquisition in the line of phonology, morphology and syntactic. The research method was descriptive qualitative research by case study design. The subject of research was a baby girl at 2.5 years old. The study took three months was started from September to November 2018 in the village of Koto Pulai, Koto Tangah District of Padang City. Results of the research showed that a baby girl has been able to pronounce some phonemes and words, although still limited to the environmental language and objects are presented nearby her. At the age of 2.5 years old, a baby girl was able to use nouns and verbs and can make simple sentences in the form of declarative, imperative and interrogative sentences involving 2-3 words as a syntax. The process of sounding production when seeing from the Islamic teachings can be understood that each time of a child born out, he or she acquired the language from his or her mother and family. Islam said this process of a baby knowing the surrounding object names as mentioned in Al Quran in verse 31 of Al-Baqara

The community services purposes was to establish the work-oriented school community program and prepared the volunteers as trainer for digital design Corel draw and photoshop as well as the training of producing any souvenir made by shellfish shells in order to build a work-oriented education program in the Senior high school community and strengthen the students’ entrepreneur skills in two State Senior High School 12 and 13 Padang. This Community-Based Research approach involved two state senior high school students in Padang City. The result of the services showed that the program of community-based research plays an important role in realizing the work-oriented education program by strengthening the local industrial contents and extracurricular activities of entrepreneurship training in the schools. It could be seen from the improvement of students' skill in the creative business of digital design and souvenir products made by shellfish as well as increasing student’s spirit for directly involving in the activities of entrepreneurship in their school. Follow up these activities should strengthen the cooperation among another school in West Sumatra to have the graduates of ready to work and ready to be entrepreneur indirectly help the government to reduce the educated unemployment in West Sumatra as well.

The rate of educated unemployment in Indonesia requires educational institutions, especially universities or college to strengthen the entrepreneurship curriculum that could deliver some new entrepreneurs, which in turn can reduce the educated unemployed. Purpose of this paper is to share experiences in the community service activities in the development of creative industries of digital printing for college students. The development of creative industries involved student community of STIE Sumbar. This program provides training creative industry of digital printing to produce a variety of merchandise products. The target of this program was delivering new entrepreneurs among students for a more active role in the creative economy industry. In addition, this program is also to strengthen the entrepreneurial spirit of students in Higher Education. Projects carried out during these six months and has already provided the knowledge and entrepreneurship training, and has opened up opportunities and strategies for students to build a creative economy industry in a wide range of digital printing products that have high demand levels for the academic activities of national conference and internasiona for example banner, logo and t-shirts. Basis expertise provided in this training is the ability to create a design by using Corel Draw program to create a range of innovative merchandise. The project has been successfully delivered ten new entrepreneurs in the field of creative industry of digital printing. For local government is expected to support this program by issuing a regulation on the development of creative industry housing for college students. meanwhile for higher education institution is expected to collaborate together in building a creative economy business program at the college level through joint college community.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the differences of students’ speaking ability in the Flipped Classroom model by using 1) audiovisual media, 2) printed media, 3) online learning WhatsApp and Massive Open Online English Course (MOOEC) in terms of students’ personality of conscientiousness and emotional stability. An experimental research method was used in this study where the data taken from 56 students who enroll class eleventh at Senior High School of MAN 3 Padang. They were divided into four different treatment groups. Students’ speaking ability data were collected by using Oral English Competence Test, while the personality data was measured by using questionnaires with 5-point Likert scale. The data analysis used one ways Anacova. Research findings reported that simultaneously the Flipped Classroom Model by using four different media have significant influence on students' speaking ability in terms of their conscientiousness and emotional stability, but partially was not significant differences on students' speaking ability where the conscientiousness have significant effect on students' speaking ability, but not to emotional stability. Flipped Classroom Model by using online learning WhatsApp and MOOEC highly contribute to the improvement of students' speaking ability than printed media. English teachers can take advantages of the use online learning media WhatsApp and MOOEC in the teaching of English speaking.

The physiological approach of labor and delivery is preferred for most pregnant women. Most of the research on physiological births has focused on prenatal care. A good prenatal effect on good physiological readiness too. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the frequency and perception of antenatal care services, anxiety levels, pregnancy risks and types of delivery on the physiological readiness of labor. The research method is quantitative descriptive with cross sectional design. The research sample was postpartum mothers after 6 months of delivery in the working area of Puskesmas Pariaman Selatan. Analysis of research data used the chi-square test. The results of the study reported that there is a relationship between the frequency of visits and perceptions of Antenatal care services, anxiety, pregnancy risk and type of delivery with the physiological readiness of maternal delivery. Pregnant women are advised to make adequate antenatal care visits during pregnancy at least four times and encourage mothers to read a lot in order to know the physiological changes during pregnancy. This method is believed to be able to detect early when there are danger signs of pregnancy. Together with midwives and doctors, mothers can plan the process of delivering the fetus well and get positive emotional support to avoid a risky pregnancy

Program penguatan ekonomi kreatif pada siswa madrasah melalui Work-oriented education program di Pariaman dilakukan melalui pembentukan Joint Madrasah Community yang digagas oleh STIT Syekh Burhanuddin Pariaman. Program ini memberikan pendampingan pelatihan industri ekonomi kreatif yaitu pelatihan public speaking dan kaligrafi berbasis digital printing. Tujuan program adalah menyiapkan lulusan madrasah siap kerja dan sekaligus mengurangi pengangguran lulusan madrasah yang selama ini penyumbang terbesar di Sumatera Barat. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluasi logic model menggunakan pendekatan mixed method yaitu pendekatan campuran kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Pendekatan program menggunakan Comunity Based Research design. Analisa data kualitatif meliputi pengumpulan data, display data, verifikasi data dan penarikan kesimpulan Analisa data kuantitatif adalah uji independent t-test menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil program Work Oriented Education Program through Joint Madrasah Community terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penguatan life skill siswa madrasah dengan nilai a=0.000 < 0.05. Keberhasilan program 64.71% lulusan Madrasah diserap kerja jurnalistik dan broadcasting dan 70 persen di sektor kerja digital printing art kaligrafi. Rekomendasi program perlu dilanjutkan dengan memperluas jaringan komunitas madrasah negeri dan swasta yang ada di Pariaman. تم تنفيذ برنامج تعزيز الاقتصاد الإبداعي في طلاب المدارس من خلال برنامج تعليمي موجه للعمل في باريامان من خلال إنشاء مجتمع المدارس المشتركة الذي بدأه STIT الشيخ برهان الدين باريامان. يوفر هذا البرنامج المساعدة التدريبية في صناعة الاقتصاد الإبداعي ، وبالتحديد التدريب على التحدث العام والخط الرقمي. الهدف من البرنامج هو إعداد خريجي المدارس الجاهزة للعمل وفي نفس الوقت تقليل البطالة لخريجي المدارس الدينية الذين كانوا أكبر المساهمين في غرب سومطرة. هذه الطريقة البحثية هي بحث تقييم نموذج منطقي باستخدام نهج طريقة مختلطة ، وهي مزيج من النهج النوعية والكمية. يستخدم نهج البرنامج تصميم البحث القائم على المجتمع. يشتمل تحليل البيانات النوعية على جمع البيانات وعرض البيانات والتحقق من البيانات والاستنتاجات ، وتحليل البيانات الكمية هو اختبار t مستقل باستخدام برنامج SPSS. أثبتت نتائج برنامج التعليم الموجه نحو العمل من خلال المجتمع المدرسي المشترك aتأثيرًا كبيرًا على تعزيز المهارات الحياتية لطلاب المدرسة الدينية بقيمة = 0.000 <0.05. نجاح البرنامج هو 64.71٪ من خريجي المدارس الثانوية الذين يستوعبهم العمل الصحفي والبث الإذاعي و 70٪ في قطاع فن الطباعة الرقمية. يجب أن تستمر توصيات البرنامج من خلال توسيع شبكة مجتمعات المدارس العامة والخاصة في باريامان.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of leadership, job satisfaction, and self-efficacy. The method of this research was a quantitative survey method. We collected the data from a sample of the college of economic lecturers numbered 34 people using the research instrument of questionnaires. Analysis of the questionnaire used a 5-points Likert scale and a multiple linear regressions test. Research findings reported a significant influence on the leadership perception, job satisfaction, and self-efficacy of the lecturers' performing partially and simultaneously. This study contributed to head building participatory and communicative leadership in improving the planning, execution, and evaluation of learning to get the expected teaching competence. We suggest that higher education leaders always pay attention to the needs of their subordinates. Create a pleasant work atmosphere that can improve positive self-efficacy and job satisfaction.

In recent years, interest in exploring the effectiveness of different cooperative learning models in promoting science learning outcomes for high school students has been increasing. The three most studied models are STAD (Student Teams Achievement Divisions), TGT (Teams-Games-Tournaments), and TTW (Think-Talk-Write). The purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness of the STAD, TGT, and TTW models on science learning outcomes of class VII students in junior high school. The research method was an experimental study with a comparative design. The results showed a significant difference in science learning outcomes among students taught using the three cooperative learning models. The TGT and TTW models did not show a significant difference in learning outcomes, although the TGT model showed better learning outcomes than the STAD and TTW models. This study also highlights the importance of considering specific learning objectives and student characteristics when selecting and adapting cooperative learning models. While the TTW and TGT models can be effective alternatives to the STAD model in improving science learning outcomes for junior high school students, further research is needed to explore the long-term effectiveness and generalizability of these models in different contexts

The research aimed to analyze the implementation of flipped classrooms with the Teaching Game of Understanding Strategy in Sports Teaching to strengthen students’ Academic and social engagement in improving Physical Fitness in playing volleyball. This study used experimental-quantitative research with survey methods. The sample of this study is fifth-grade students of Fifth-grade of Elementary School of Sungai Sariak 11 Padang Pariaman as many as 40 people. Students’ academic and social engagement data were collected by using questionnaires with a 5-point Likert scale and physical fitness data were collected by using Indonesian Physical Fitness Test. The data analysis used multiple linear regression tests. Research findings reported that the implementation of the Teaching Game of Understanding to strengthen students’ Academic and social engagement in improving students’ Physical Fitness in playing volleyball in the line of socialization; personality and self-control have significant relation with students’ physical fitness and Academic engagement also showed significant relation with students’ physical fitness covered to PUC, TIR, EVN and LMR group. Sports teachers can utilize the Teaching Game of Understanding model to volleyball learners improve their physical fitness.
