Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of job placement, competency and career development on employee performance at the Mamuju Regency Transportation Service Office. The research method used is a quantitative method with data taken using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all employees who worked at the Mamuju Regency Transportation Service office. The number of samples calculated was 38 people. The data obtained will be analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t tests, and simultaneous tests. The results of the T test reveal that partially work placement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Mamuju Regency Transportation Service Office, Competency has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Mamuju Regency Transportation Service Office, and career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work stress and self-control on cyberloafing among employees at the West Sulawesi Provincial Liaison Agency. This research uses quantitative methods by collecting data through questionnaires. This research was carried out at the West Sulawesi Provincial Liaison Agency with a sample size of 50 people. Questionnaire data were analyzed with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the research show that the t¬calculated work stress value of 2.730 is greater than the t-table 2.012 and the significance value of 0.009 is smaller than 0.05 so that work stress has a partially significant effect on cyberloafing among employees at the West Sulawesi Provincial Liaison Agency, self-t¬counted value control of 2.339 is greater than t table 2.012 and the significance value of 0.024 is smaller than 0.05 so that self control has a partially significant effect on cyberloafing in employees at the West Sulawesi Provincial Liaison Agency then work stress and self control have a value of F count of 7.240 which is greater than F table 3 .19 and the significance value of 0.002 is smaller than 0.05 so that work stress and self control have a significant simultaneous effect on cyberloafing among employees at the West Sulawesi Provincial Liaison Agency

Abstract

This study aims to examine the extent to which the implementation of SIGA and employees' digital competence influence work effectiveness within the Representative Office of BKKBN in West Sulawesi Province. A quantitative approach was employed, involving a sample of 101 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that both independent variables have a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness (significance value = 0.000). The findings reveal that an improvement in SIGA implementation contributes to a 0.290-point increase in work effectiveness, while enhanced digital competence has a greater impact, contributing 0.423 points. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.633 indicates that approximately 63.3% of the variance in employee work effectiveness can be explained by the combination of the two variables. Among them, digital competence emerges as the most dominant factor, as reflected by its higher standardized beta value compared to SIGA implementation

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job demands and perceived organizational support on work engagement among healthcare workers at the Regional General Hospital of West Sulawesi Province. The study employed a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population consisted of 374 healthcare workers, with a sample of 79 respondents determined using Slovin’s formula and incidental sampling. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Validity and reliability tests were conducted to ensure the quality of the instruments. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression, with hypothesis testing conducted through partial test (t-test), simultaneous test (F-test), and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that job demands have a positive and significant partial effect on work engagement. Similarly, perceived organizational support also shows a positive and significant partial effect. Simultaneously, job demands and perceived organizational support significantly influence work engagement, contributing 42%, while the remaining 58% is explained by other factors outside the research model, which represents a limitation of this study. These findings highlight that the balance of work demands and perceived organizational support plays a crucial role in enhancing employee engagement.

Abstract

In the contemporary digital era, the pervasive use of smartphones, particularly among Generation Z, has become a prevalent phenomenon across various settings, including professional environments. One of the deleterious effects of this phenomenon is what has been termed "phone snubbing behavior" (PSB), which is defined as the tendency to ignore in-person social interactions due to excessive focus on mobile devices. The objective of this research is to validate the mediating function of self-management or self-control on the relationship PSB, which is defined as the excessive use of smartphones during social interactions that ultimately impedes communication among Generation Z employees in the West Sulawesi government among the selected population. It is therefore recommended that they enhance their self-control to mitigate the impact of PSB and promote effective communication in the work environment. The study employed a purposive sampling technique, selecting a sample of 228 respondents from a total population of 7.112. The data analysis was conducted using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The study's findings indicate that PSB exerts a negative influence on social interaction; PSB has a negative impact on self-control; Self-control has a positive effect on social interaction; Self-control directly mediates the influence of PSB on social interaction. This research makes a significant contribution by delving deeper into the behavioral influences of PSBs in a governmental context and suggesting a practical approach through enhancing self-control to reduce technology-induced disruptions to interpersonal communication. This issue is increasingly relevant in today's digital age.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan pada Agustus 2025 di Desa Talopak, Kecamatan Tabulahan, Kabupaten Mamasa, melalui kolaborasi Universitas Muhammadiyah Mamuju, perangkat desa, dan tenaga kesehatan Puskesmas Tabulahan. Sasaran kegiatan adalah balita usia 1–4 tahun beserta orang tua/wali mereka. Seluruh balita hadir dan mengikuti rangkaian kegiatan, diawali dengan penyuluhan kesehatan yang dihadiri ±28 orang tua. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan 70% peserta belum memahami hubungan cacingan, imunisasi, dan stunting. Setelah edukasi interaktif, pengetahuan meningkat menjadi 90%. Pemeriksaan berat dan tinggi badan dilakukan pada semua balita untuk data awal pertumbuhan. Seluruh balita (100%) menerima obat cacing Albendazole dosis tunggal (400 mg) sesuai pedoman Kementerian Kesehatan, sementara imunisasi campak dilaksanakan sesuai prosedur. Tidak ditemukan efek samping serius, hanya beberapa kasus demam ringan pascavaksinasi. Perangkat desa memfasilitasi kegiatan dan mobilisasi peserta, kader kesehatan mendampingi keluarga, tenaga medis menangani aspek teknis, dan mahasiswa mendokumentasikan kegiatan. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan orang tua, cakupan imunisasi, serta pemberian obat cacing sebagai langkah nyata pencegahan stunting

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai dalam organisasi kesehatan sangat dipengaruhi oleh kondisi kesejahteraan dan tingkat kebahagiaan yang dirasakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kesejahteraan dan kebahagiaan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Puskesmas Binanga Kabupaten Mamuju. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh pegawai Puskesmas Binanga dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 orang yang ditentukan melalui teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan uji parsial (t), uji simultan (F), serta koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kesejahteraan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja secara parsial, demikian pula kebahagiaan juga memberikan pengaruh signifikan secara parsial. Secara simultan, kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja dengan kontribusi sebesar 35%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 65% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kesejahteraan dan kebahagiaan pegawai merupakan strategi penting dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja pegawai di lingkungan Puskesmas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan keadilan organisasi terhadap perilaku quiet quitting karyawan di Hayyat Medical and Wellness Center, Mamuju. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling total, melibatkan 35 karyawan sebagai responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja secara signifikan mempengaruhi perilaku quiet quitting, artinya semakin tinggi beban kerja yang dirasakan, semakin besar kemungkinan karyawan melakukan perilaku tersebut. Keadilan organisasi juga secara signifikan mempengaruhi perilaku quiet quitting, karena ekspektasi karyawan yang lebih tinggi terhadap keadilan organisasi meningkatkan kecenderungan untuk menunjukkan perilaku tersebut. Secara bersamaan, beban kerja dan keadilan organisasi secara signifikan mempengaruhi perilaku quiet quitting, dengan kontribusi gabungan keduanya sebesar 24,6%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa 75,4% varians dijelaskan oleh faktor lain di luar model studi ini. Berdasarkan temuan ini, disarankan agar manajemen fokus pada keseimbangan beban kerja dan meningkatkan komunikasi serta transparansi kebijakan untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang adil, sehat, dan produktif.

Abstract

Purpose - This study examines the effect of workplace envy, negative emotions, and perceptions of injustice on turnover intention. Design/methodology/approach – This paper explored the article published in various databases. Originality - This study will develop the variable of negative behavior that is detrimental to the organization because several studies have found that the number of negative behaviors of employees in organizations is increasing globally. Findings and Discussion - Three propositions developed in this study relate to empirical and theoretical issues: first, workplace envy has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention; second, negative emotion has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention; and third, the perception of injustice has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Conclusion – The discussion is carried out as a literature review of previous studies in developing propositions. This research aims to contribute to the literature and conceptual model of the influence of work motivation and transformational leadership on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Methodology - This type of research is quantitative research with a survey method. In the census method, because the entire population is used as a sample, the data collection method used is a questionnaire.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh customer experience dan customer satisfaction terhadap revisit intention pada tamu Wisma Ilham Kabupaten Mamuju. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah tamu Wisma Ilham Kabupaten Mamuju yang jumlahnya infinite, sehingga penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teori Hair dalam (Ibrahim, 2023) yaitu 5 kali jumlah indikator, dan diperoleh 70 responden, yang dipilih dengan teknik incidental sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan penyebaran kuesioner. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas digunakan untuk menguji kualitas instrumen, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan uji parsial (uji t), uji simultan (uji F), dan analisis koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa customer experience berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap revisit intention (thitung 5,028 > ttabel 1,996; sig. 0,000 < 0,05). Customer satisfaction berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap revisit intention (thitung 6,031 > ttabel 1,996; sig. 0,000 < 0,05). Customer experience dan customer satisfaction berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap revisit intention (Fhitung 53,035 > Ftabel 3,134; sig 0,000 < 0,05) dengan kontribusi tergolong kuat yakni sebesar 61,3%. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa customer experience dan customer satisfaction merupakan faktor penting dalam membentuk niat kunjungan ulang tamu, meskipun masih terdapat 38,7% variasi revisit intention yang dijelaskan oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian ini
