Abstract

The management of new student admissions at the Muara Bungo Computer Education Center (Pusdikom) is still conventional or manual, both in terms of managing registrant data and filling in registration forms. In the admin section, collect registration archives so that they are vulnerable to loss and problems in searching for prospective student data in changing registrant data. The purpose of this study was to analyze and design a new student admission information system at the Muara Bungo Computer Education Center (Pusdikom). The information system design method uses prototyping with system modeling tools, namely UML and interface design using Balsamiq Mockups 3.The output or results obtained from this study are the design of the information system for the admission of new students at the Muara Bungo Computer Education Center (Pusdikom) in terms of admin consisting of managing prospective new students, instructor data, department data, registration wave data, and category data management which will be displayed on the home page and from the leadership's point of view obtaining information about the number of registrants, the number of participants who took the selection exam, instructor & department info, as well as registration wave info. Meanwhile, prospective applicants get information about registration, including procedures, registration date, and test selection results and filling out the registration form. Suggestions that can be given are that further research can add other features and menus that are not made in this study and can make web-based and mobile applications.

Abstract

The problem faced in the activity residents data processing at the office of Siau Dalam village is that storage media is unreliable so that it is in file search and not in time in the provision of reports. The lack of verifying data accuracy is likely to be incorrect in recording and monitoring the service of the archivist population. As for the purpose of this research to assist the Siau Dalam village its specialized administration of the public service. Researchers are analyzing data collection by observing current systems as well as interviews with administrative and village leaders to help with the data collection. The analysis and design of the system uses linear modeling language approaches using UML (unified modeling language) and Balsamiq mockups with the end results of the information system's prototype. The design of this system of occupation administration will enhance the performance of government lov in population data management, and publish citizen papers, as well as the ease in making the report of occupation at the village village of Siau Dalam Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur That can be served quickly, precisely, and accurately.

Abstract

Currently outdoor mountain climbing activities are very popular in Indonesia, marked by the increasing number of visitors, both local tourists and foreign tourists every year, When you want to climb, prospective climbers must have (SIMAKSI) a permit to enter the conservation area from the TNKS area manager (Taman Nasional Kerinci Seblat). Thus the management of the Gunung Kerinci hiking trail and Danau gunung Tujuh is often overwhelmed by the surge in visitors on major holidays such as school holidays, Republic of Indonesia Independence Day and the end of the year, because the charging process is still conventional SIMAKSI manual. The goal that the researcher wants to achieve is to be able to design an information system for registration of permits to enter conservation areas (SIMAKSI) so that the manager can improve the quality of service providers. Data collection was carried out by interviewing TNKS. other than that, The system development method used is a prototype with UML (Unified Modeling Language) and Adobe XD tools to design the user interface. Abstract

El Mundo Junior High School in Jambi City is currently improving the quality of service in the teaching category and realizes how important the application of technology is in data and information management, especially in the teacher performance assessment system. This occurs because of a problem, namely the assessment of teacher performance is currently carried out using a paper based method and the results will be recapitulated to the Microsoft Excel application provided by the education authorities. So this is prone to basic errors such as scattered files, wrong input or easily damaged and the data management process to become information is relatively slow and cannot be known transparently. The purpose of this research is to create a teacher performance assessment application so that it helps schools in managing data and becomes the basis for information for making decisions. Data collection was carried out by interviewing the school. In addition, the system development method used is a waterfall with UML (Unified Modeling Language) and Adobe XD tools to design a user interface and use the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework. The output of this research is a web-based teacher performance assessment application at El Mundo Junior High School, Jambi City.

Abstract

The archive management information system at the UPTD-BPSPT Jambi Province Food Crops, Horticulture and Livestock Service is currently still being done manually. Where archiving still records using an agenda book in recording existing archive activities. As well as data / files that will be archived have a different encoding or archive number. This results in frequent reports that data that is not ren will be processed. Because of this, delays often occur in the preparation of reports, and the related employees must re-verify the data / files in the relevant sections. Existing data / files are also stored manually. Where they still use the help of filing cabinets for storage. This archive management information system is designed for the process of archiving data / files at the UPTD-BPSPT Jambi Province Food Crops, Horticulture and Livestock Service. This system is designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) object-based modeling technique in the form of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The output of this research is a prototype design of the archive management information system at the UPTD-BPSPT Food Crops, Horticulture and Animal Husbandry Department of Jambi Province.

Abstract

PT Multi Anugrah Abadi does not yet have a computerized employee performance appraisal information system technology to measure employee performance and data processing. In the process of performance appraisal is carried out using a performance appraisal form in the form of a paper which must be filled in by each department head for the performance of his subordinates. To know the progress of employee performance appraisals, the HRD Department must recapitulate the results of the assessment for each period using office excel. So the authors aim to analyze and design an employee performance appraisal information system by implementing a web-based performance appraisal information system which is expected to facilitate the employee performance appraisal process. This research framework consists of literature study, data collection, data analysis, system development, and reporting. The author's system development method is to design use cases, activity diagrams, class diagrams and system prototypes that refer to the field of software engineering (RPL). This employee performance appraisal information system can perform the performance appraisal process and manage employee data properly in order to streamline and streamline the performance appraisal process and speed up time and minimize the error rate when entering data. The author also expects this system to be developed again and officers who can be responsible for operating the system to prevent fraud.

Abstract

The Cenhsin Street store is a shop that specializes in selling merchandise. But in selling so many goods, the sales system is still using sales. The purpose of this study is to analyze and design sales information systems, including making it easier to sell products, record sales transactions, search for goods and make reports. Modeling system is using UML (Unified Modeling Language) consisting of Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Class Diagrams, with the design of a prototype. This research resulted in a prototype of a sales information system that was able to assist Cenhsin Street stores in carrying out operational activities. In further development, it is expected that this sales information system can have a more attractive appearance.

Abstract

The Sultan Thaha Jambi Class 1 Meteorological Station Office is a technical implementating unit under the Meteorology Climatology and Geophysical Agency which has the main duty and function of public services, namely providing aviation meteorological information services to support aviation safety. The information system in technological advances is a new challenge for the Sultan Thaha Jambi Class 1 Meteorological Station Office so that its services can be faster, more precise, accurate and recorded. One way to optimize the aviation meteorological services is using an information system. This research produces a prototype system. Where this research, researches use UML (Unified Modelling System) method as a design and development tool. This research produces a design from information system based on web which can be implemented furthermore so it can produce the information system of aviation meteorological services to the Sultan Thaha Jambi Class 1 Meteorological Statium Office.

Abstract

KAMBANG GENERAL HOSPITAL IN JAMBI still used conventional method, namely in getting number of queue, the information of doctor’s schedule, and the number of patients who had registered. The information had been got by the patients were only from various media or went to the hospital directly. So that the informations did not complete. The patients who got number of queue for checking health, should go to hospital and knowing the doctor’s schedule and number of patients who had registered, making the system did not work well and made the process was long. It was done an analysis and design of web based for solving the problems. This analysis was used for uneffectivities and lackness in information system could be minimize and could be easy to be accessed by the patients and also for the other societies as patients. The method would be used in developing system was Waterfall method. Meanwhile the tools of the model of system which was used by the writer was Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram and Class Diagram. By making prototype in giving the information the doctor’s schedule, the number of patients and other important activities in hospital and solving the old system. In this research would be hope, it could develope and implemented in the real system and would be better again.
