Abstract

Problems with population administration in Jelutung Subdistrict, Jambi City, the absence of a system to manage population data has resulted in data storage that is still prone to data loss, data redundancy and many third party intermediary practices (broker / extortion) in the service process, this has resulted in the community being reluctant take care of population administration files. The purpose of this study is to analyze and design a population administration system to manage population administration data in Jelutung sub-district in a computerized and mobile-based online administration service for the community. This research uses the UML (Unified Modeling Language) method to design the system. The results of this study resulted in the design of administrative information systems that process population administration files. This design can be developed into an application that can be implemented, and it is expected that this research can be a reference and learning, especially in the field of information systems.

Abstract

The communication and information departement in Jambi had not have a technology in Temporary Employees’ information working assesment system which was not arranged for making easy working assesment and processing the data. In processing working assesment was done by using form of working assesment such as paper. To know the development of Temporary Employees’ working assesment, the Head of Officer should recapitulate the result of each Temporary Employees’ working assesment used Ms.Office and Ms.Word. Thus, the aim of the writer to analyze and design the tenporary Employees’ information assesment system by applying the web system. The ouline of this research was consisted of identification of problem, literature of study, Data collection, analysis and the design, prototype design, and report. The method of system development, the writer did the Diagrram Konteks design, Level nol (zero) diagram, Level 1 diagram, Process 1.0 and Prototype. Temporary Employees’ information working assesment system could do working assesment process and processing the data well so that it could affect the effectivity and efficiency the working process assesment and shorten the time and also minimize the mistakes when input the data. The writer also hope this system could develop more and the officer could operate this system. In designing the prototype, this system had not seen the security data problem, so for the next research can be completed with security data system.

Abstract

At STAI A Nadwah Kuala Tungkal has an obstacle in the academic field regarding the final information system of the current task which is conventional so it makes it difficult for students to carry out the process of course contracts, final assignment guidance, reporting and supervision processes.With these obstacles the need for solving by analyzing and designing an academic information system using UML (Unified Modeling Language) system modeling methods include Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and class Diagrams. This research resulted in a prototype of making an academic information system that has several information services including data majors, student data, lecturer data, submission data proposals, supervisor determination data, examiner determination data, guidance data, submission of exam data which is expected to be an alternative to solving planned to occur at An Nadwah Kuala Tungkal STAI

Abstract

Desa Lubuk Napal in distribution Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT) still get trouble, such as : An error occurs in the distribution of the aid , the process of making the report for the reception of bpnt took quite some time for , and data pengeloaan rice stocks and eggs which are distributed sometimes an error occurs in recording and calculation. The purpose of research is analyzing and design information systems processing Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT) web-based using PHP programming language and MySQL database. Metodology of this research use waterfall model and unified model language using use case diagram, activity diagram, and class diagram. Conclusion of this system can process data of distribution to check recipients with no. Id card that will not be the double and there have been wrong in the distribution of, and can print reports required by the center of marl village in the distribution of the reports on the recipients are: bpnt bpnt, report, aid supplies reports revenue and reports on the distribution of aid.

Abstract

Management of official travel document at the Jambi Provincial Environmental Office is still done manually and has not been integrated, such as the management of assignment, official travel order, detail of official travel cost to official travel report so that document printing error often occur. The method used in this research is object-oriented analysis and design with UML modeling. This research resulted in the design of official travel management information system that can facilitate the management of official travel document, so that data and official travel report can be stored properly and can avoid error that might occur. With the official travel management information system, it is expected to minimize the weaknesses of the previous system.

Abstract

Office of Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kota Jambi has problems relating to staffing, which led to employee difficulties to find information and access to information related to staffing, as well as the operators often lost files relating employment due to frequent data redundancy, the data are inconsistent (inconsistent data), data stored irregularly , the data is less secure, because data is only stored on one computer only (standalone). The objectives to be achieved in this research are to analyze the system requirements and design a Web-Based Personnel Information System to produce prototype documentation of the Personnel Information System. The process of the analysis and design of systems using modeling system based on the Unified Modeling Language (UML), while designing the prototype using tools balsamiq mockups. The expected outcome of this research is to become a reference for solving problems related to staffing at the Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kota Jambi.

Abstract

At this time STIT Darul ‘Ulum Sarolangun is processing data studio that handles alumni. still donemanually, by conducting conditional data collection at certain times and people, presentation of alumnidata that has not been computerized (not yet using information systems). The difficulty is when facingaccreditation of institutions and study programs, during the study program evaluation process, whendoing stake holders need staff, the student administration has difficulty in searching for data of studentswho have graduated among how many alumni, gender, GPA and average score, lowest and highest,already working or not. The purpose of this research is to analyze and study the problems of alumniinformation systems at STIT Darul ‘Ulum Sarolangun and produce a prototype of alumni informationsystems at STIT Darul‘ Ulum Sarolangun. The system design in this study uses UML tools (UnifiedModelling Languange) seperti use case, activity diagram, dan class diagram. Whereas in making aprototype system using MySQL tools to design a database and Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 to design aprototype system. This research produces a prototype of alumni information system that can managealumni data, tracking study data, news data, job data, scholarship data, donation data, activity data,computerized gallery data and can present the required alumni reports. It is expected that with acomputerized alumni information system, it can produce alumni information to make it easier foruniversities to know their alumni, as well as to produce more up to date alumni data information, theprototype of this alumni information system needs to be developed, so it can really be used online and canbe applied. In developing the prototype of this information system, it has not yet paid attention to theissue of data security (security), so for that further research can be supplemented by its data security system.

Abstract

The DPRD Secretariat has issues relating to archiving files, where the files are difficult to find whenneeded. The DPRD Secretariatstill uses a manual book system to record incoming and outgoing letters.The number of files is increasing everyday, and the manual books system is vulnerable by damaged andvanish, also stand archiving issues of the DPRD Secretariat. This study aims to analyze and design aWeb-based prototype in Archive Management Information System on incoming and outgoing mail,through the Unified Modeling Language (UML)system modeling method. This system is featured tomanage admin data, user data, and archive data, notifying data, managing reports, sending, receiving andarchiving security. The prototype is needed to be develoved and implemented at the Jambi city DPRDSecretariat as a solution to the archiving issues, as well as a step to computerize the archiving DPRDSecretariat.

Abstract

Currently, the processing of administrative data for fund of Operational Aid to School Program (BOS) atSMPN 9 Kab. Muaro Jambi is still done with conventional way, i.e. by using Ms. Excel. The weakness ofusing this way is human error that often occurs when processing the data, such as doing mistake wheninputting the data to fulfill the requirement of form, standard, and template of report of Operational Aid toSchool Program. The purpose of this study is to analyze the problem of the administrative and informationsystem of Operational Aid to School Program (BOS) at SMPN 9 Kab. Muaro Jambi, and to create a designof system of administrative information for Operational Aid to School Program (BOS) in that school. Thedesign is created by using visual paradigm and object-based modelling technique to illustrate the analysisand design of system, i.e. in the form of use case diagram, class diagram and activity diagram. This studyresults a design of prototype analysis system and administrative information system for Operational Aid toSchool Program in SMPN 9 Kab. Muaro Jambi. This prototype needs to be developed further in the nextstudy so that it can be applied by completing security data system

Order list management is still processe manually which used the note and make some problem and effectedthe optimal of the cafe management. One of the way to manage and optimize the management in that cafewith using the informastion system. The study research of the cafe management will stresses in order side,stock, transaction and booking the result of the study/research was saw the prototype system who describethe fungsional of order, stock, transaction and booking order in cafe Kopi Pedalaman.
