Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment, organizational climate, organizational culture and person organizational fit (POF) on the performance of Disdukcapil employees of Kerinci Regency. The method used in this study is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study is all employees of Disdukcapil Kerinci Regency. The sample used was 32 people using  saturated sampling  techniques (census). The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Disdukcapil employees of Kerinci Regency. (2) The organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Disdukcapil employees of Kerinci Regency. (3) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Disdukcapil employees of Kerinci Regency. (4) POF has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Disdukcapil employees of Kerinci Regency. (5) Organizational commitment, organizational climate, organizational culture and POF together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Disdukcapil employees of Kerinci Regency

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of company image on customer satisfacetion at Bank Nagari Ujung Gading Brance, the infliencer of Tangible, Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, on custamer satifacetion at Bank Nagari Cabang Ujung Gading ranceh. The reselts of the analysis using SPSS version 24 show that company image has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at Bank Ujung Gading Branch, and Tangible, Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at Bank Ujung Gading Branch.

Abstract

The Importance of Physical and Non-Physical Work Environments in Improving Employee Performance at PT. Andalas Agro Industry (AAI) West Pasaman Regency is to be able to provide maximum processed palm oil results and good quality production. With a comfortable and conducive work environment, it is hoped that employees will be motivated and able to improve their performance. The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of the physical and non-physical work environment on motivation and its impact on employee performance. In this research, the population is all employees of PT. Andalas Agro Industry (AAI) West Pasaman Regency, numbering 122 people, the entire population was sampled at 122 people. The research measuring tool uses a Likert scale questionnaire and data analysis uses multiple linear regression tests. The research results show that the Physical Work Environment, Non-Physical Work Environment and Work Motivation have a positive and significant influence on the performance of PT employees. Andalas Agro Industry, West Pasaman Regency.

Abstract

UMKM adalah kependekan dari Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah yang merupakan bagian penting dari pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu daerah atau negara. Demikan juga halnya dengan Kota Padang, dimana UMKM sangat berperan dalam peningkatan kemajuan ekonomi daerah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana penggunaan teknologi informasi, Inovasi dalam menciptakan produk, dan orientasi pada pasar berpengaruh pada keunggulan UMKM sektor kuliner Kota Padang. Adapun teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan objek penelitian adalah Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di bidang kuliner yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Padang Barat, Kota Padang. Pada kecamatan Padang Barat Kota Padang, terdapat 3.892 UMKM di bidang kuliner yang dijadikan populasi. Sementara itu, yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 120 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis yang menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing UMKM di sektor kuliner Wilayah Padang Barat, inovasi produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan serta orientasi pasar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing UMKM di sektor kuliner Wilayah Padang Barat. Berdasarkan temuan ini dapat dikatakan bahwa pelaku usaha UMKM harus dapat memanfaatkan teknologi informasi, dan melakukan inovasi produk, serta adanya orientasi terhadap pasar agar menjadi unggul dalam bersaing

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan efek parsial dari self-efficacy dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja staf pendidikan di Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni (FBS) Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP), serta efek simultan dari self-efficacy dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja mereka. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, dengan sampel sebanyak 30 anggota staf pendidikan dari FBS UNP. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei kuesioner. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan tiga temuan utama. Pertama, analisis menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, dengan nilai t sebesar 4,481, yang lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel sebesar 2,051, dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000, yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. Kedua, gaya kepemimpinan juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, dengan nilai t sebesar 7,294, yang lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel sebesar 2,051, dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000, yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. Ketiga, baik self-efficacy maupun gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, dengan nilai F sebesar 67,134, yang lebih besar dari nilai F-tabel sebesar 3,34, dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000, yang lebih kecil dari 0,05.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara organizational support, social support dan self efficacy secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap work family conflict tenaga kependidikan Non PNS di Direktorat Universitas Negeri Padang. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 93 orang pegawai Tenaga Kependidikan Non PNS di Direktorat Universitas Negeri Padang. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, organizational support (X1) berpengaruh secara negatif dan signifikan terhadap work family conflict tenaga kependidikan Non PNS di Direktorat Universitas Negeri Padang karena memiliki nilai thitung (-2,305) < ttabel (1,661) dan nilai signifikan nilai signifikan 0,024 < 0,05. Kedua, social support (X2) berpengaruh secara negatif dan signifikan terhadap work family conflict tenaga kependidikan Non PNS di Direktorat Universitas Negeri Padang karena memiliki nilai thitung (-2,673) < ttabel (1,661) dan nilai signifikan 0,009 < 0,05. Ketiga, self efficacy (X3) berpengaruh secara negatif dan signifikan terhadap work family conflict tenaga kependidikan Non PNS di Direktorat Universitas Negeri Padang karena memiliki nilai thitung (-2,054) < ttabel (1,661) dan nilai signifikan 0,043 < 0,05. Keempat organizational support (X1), social support (X2) dan self efficacy (X3) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap work family conflict tenaga kependidikan Non PNS di Direktorat Universitas Negeri Padang karena nilai Fhitung (7,493) > Ftabel (2,71) dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of DER, ROA, ROE on stock prices. The sampling technique is a total sampling method in which the entire population is sampled. The research sample is a banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Where the companies listed on the IDX during the last period, namely 2021, consisted of 44 companies, with a total final sample of 44 companies during the 5 year research period. Data was collected by documentation and literature study methods. Data analysis techniques using the Classical Assumption Test and Hypothesis Testing using panel data regression using Eviews 9. The research findings show that: (1) DER has a significant effect on stock prices, (2) ROA has a significant effect on stock prices, (3) ROE has a significant effect on stock prices

Abstract

Green Industry and Green Human Resource Management are one of the sustainability methods implemented by a company. This research aims to analyze the extent to which the implementation of Green Industry and Green Human Resource Management can improve employee performance, both from the aspects of productivity and environmental sustainability. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this study was all employees of the HR & General Department at PT Semen Padang, totaling 38 people taken by total sampling. Data were processed using multiple linear regression using a questionnaire. The research results show that there is an influence between green industry (X1) on employee performance, there is an influence of green human resource management (X2) on employee performance and there is a relationship between green industry and green human resource management on the performance of PT Semen Padang employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Asset (ROA), and Return On Equity (ROE) on the decline in share prices at PT. Sido Muncul Tbk. Herbal and Pharmaceutical Industry which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2023 period. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in the study is the financial statements and stock prices of PT. Sido Muncul Tbk's Herbal and Pharmaceutical Industry for the 2023 period. In this study, purposive sampling techniques were used, the samples in this study were financial statements and stock prices for the quarter of 2023. Researchers use documentation observation techniques, analytical tools used using multiple linear regression analysis. The results stated that partially Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Return On Asset (ROA) did not have a significant effect on the decline in share price at PT. Sido Muncul Tbk. Herbal and Pharmaceutical Industry While Return On Equity (ROE) has a significant effect on the decline in share price at PT. Sido Muncul Tbk. Herbal and Pharmaceutical Industry Simultaneously Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Asset (ROA), and Return On Equity (ROE) have a significant effect on the decline in share price at PT. Herbal and Pharmaceutical Industry Sido Muncul Tbk.

Abstract

The porpuse of this research is to examine the directives of organizational communication and work environment variables on employee performance at PT. Kencana Sawit Indonesia (KSI). The data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents using a saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population were sampled, using multiple linear regression testing with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study indicate that organizational commucation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance
