The Company that is the site of many activities several times experienced fires. Some companies have even experienced fires twice in the past 12 months. One of the causes of the fire is an electrical short circuit. Poor employee knowledge and lack of understanding related to fire anticipation are among the factors in the occurrence of fires in the Company. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct K3 implementation training activities, in this case, the use of Fire Extinguishers and kill the fire in ways other than using extinguishers. The training method is by way of direct practice, then excellent and correct application. The hope is that the training results are that employees can understand the standard procedures and understand the dangers posed by fire that are not immediately extinguished so that this activity can minimize the occurrence of fires in the Company

The purpose of implementing this Community Service program is to provide insight into the knowledge and skills of local employees related to entrepreneurship, which can be used to show soft skills in the workplace or as a side-job outside of daily activities. This activity is carried out by providing training that includes: lectures, discussions and simulations of business planning. The targets and partners of this PKM are Lecturers of Bina Bangsa University and employees of PIKK PLN IP-Suralaya PGU who want to become business actors. The implementation of PKM activities carried out has been carried out by the agreed plan, but the implementation process still needs to be done continuously to implement the PKM program. Apart from its main function as a place to live for its residents, it is also a measure of the existence of the owner's social status. People often buy houses for economic purposes, namely apart from being a place to live, as well as a place to do business activities. The purchase decision is a stage in consumer behaviour before the consumer finally decides to buy. The purchase decision is the stage of the purchasing decision process by the consumer actually making a purchase. The formulation of the problems in this study are 1) Is there an effect of promotion on home-buying decisions at PT. Hari Pelangi Propertindo at Griya Pelangi Sakina Housing ?. 2) Is there an effect of location on the decision to buy a house at PT. Hari Pelangi Propertindo at Griya Pelangi Sakina Housing ?. 3) Do together the promotion and location variables have an influence on consumer purchasing decisions to buy a house at PT. Hari Pelangi Propertindo on Griya Pelangi Sakina Housing?This research method uses a causal relationship. A causal relationship is a relationship that is cause and effect. So here there are independent variables (variables that influence) and dependent (influenced). The population in this study were 546 consumers who had bought housing in Griya Pelangi Sakina. To determine the sample taken using a non-probability sampling technique with the Slovin formula, the sample was 85 respondents.Based on the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination partially, the contribution value of the effect of housing promotion on purchasing decisions is 32.2%. And the value of the correlation coefficient which states is quite strong with a value of 0.456. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination partially show that the contribution value of the effect of housing location on purchasing decisions is only 36.7%. And the value of the correlation coefficient which states that it is quite strong with a value of 0.478 with this result is that the location variable has an effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the processing, the R square value is 0.417 or 41.7%, while the remaining 58.3% is explained by other factors that are not explained or not thorough in this study. And the correlation coefficient value which states strong with a value of 0.646 with the results of the study showed that simultaneously the promotion and location variables have a significant effect on the decision to buy a house at PT. Companies that want to develop and adapt to the conditions of the times must improve the quality of human resources within the company. With the increase in the quality of human resources in the company, it will automatically make employees carry out their work professionally, responsibly, and have a good attitude to help companies meet the needs of an increasingly complex society in this era of globalization.This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of leadership on employee performance at PT. Sumbahan Wirakartika Kramatwatu and to find out whether there is an effect of reward on employee performance at PT. Wirakartika Kramatwatu's contribution and to find out whether there is a simultaneous influence of leadership and reward on employee performance at PT. Sumbahan Wirakartika Kramatwatu. The research method used is quantitative - descriptive which discusses three variables, namely leadership and reward as independent variables and employee performance as the dependent variable. With a population of 88 employees and using a saturated sample so that the number of samples is 88 employees. Based on the calculation results, it was obtained that the partial t-test of leadership on performance obtained the results of t-count greater than t-table (10.278>1.988) and partial t-test of reward on performance obtained by t-test greater than t-table (4,672 > 1,988), as well as test- F leadership and performance rewards are obtained F count results are greater than F table (106.227>3.10). Referring to the test results, it can be concluded that leadership partially affects performance and rewards partially affect performance, and leadership and rewards simultaneously affect performance. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of good corporate governance (GCG) on transfer pricing; analyze the effect of tunneling incentive on transfer pricing, analyze the influence of intangible assets on transfer pricing and analyze the effect of profitability on transfer pricing. This type of research is exoplanet research. The population of this research is a multinational company in the consumption industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Multiple linear analysis methods to look for regression equations. Based on the results of data analysis shows Good Cooporate Goverment (GCG) has a positive and significant effect on the company's decision to transfer pricing.  Tunneling Incentive (TNC) has a positive and significant effect on the company's decision to transfer pricing. Intangible Asset has no positive and insignificant effect on the company's decision to transfer pricing. This study examined the effect of capital structure on firm value; firm characteristic on firm value with disposible income as moderator variable; the effect of profitability on firm value. The study was conducted in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with samples of retail  firms listed on the IDX in 2014 to 2016  as many as 21 retail  firms. The analysis methode used Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), classical assumption test and t test. The results showed that the capital structure didn’t have a significant negative effect on firm value. Profitability had a significant positif effect on firm value. Firm characteristic didn’t have a significant negative effect on firm value with disposible income as a moderator. The conclusion of research indicated that capital structure and profitability had a significant effect  on firm value while firm characteristic with disposible income as moderator didn’t have significant effect on firm value

A  safe and healthy workplace is what every worker in the company would want.  Therefore,  it is vital that we lecturers from Bina Bangsa University feel called to hold counselling and training on  K3  to prospective workers in Serang City.    Counselling and training aim to reduce accidents due to work to improve the efficiency and productivity of work. Companies in Indonesia, in    general include common concern  about  K3  compared to  other countries. Indonesia  will be difficult to deal with the global market  with these conditions because  it  will  experience  inefficiencies in  labor  utilization  due to low work productivity.  The problems  outlined  earlier  are   attempted to  be  approached    using  pictures  and  props.   The counseling  and  training  on  K3 are expected to    reduce the risk  of   accidents  and  health problems  for prospective  workers  and  the  surrounding community.

This devotion involves many components of society to become organizational boosters, as teachers and volunteers. The community wants to realize non-formal education that can embrace the lower middle class who do not get access to formal education for various reasons or children break up. school because of the narrowness of the economy. The goals and objectives to be achieved in this Community Service (PKM) activity are to guide adolescent citizens learning to increase their productivity in the pandemic period. Covid-19 by developing business ideas that match their talents/potential and by the opportunities and needs of the community. The method used in community service (PKM) activities is to provide counseling and discussion in providing training and direction to the youth of citizens. Learn to increase its productivity in the current Covid-19 pandemic online with the Zoom application. With the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic that is widespread and unavoidable, there needs to be an increase in the ability of citizens to learn to increase their productivity by developing ideas and capturing business opportunities in the community that are tailored to their potential. With this pelatihan, it is expected that wara learn to have the ability to be able to develop ideas and capture business opportunities amid the Covid-19 pandemic. In increasing the productivity of the villagers, learning the village is needed not only for brilliant ideas and wide open opportunities but also for business planning. In this situation, especially during the covid'19 pandemic, many companies inevitably have to make an overhaul of the management within the company itself as well as in the overhaul of product promotion strategies used by companies that are considered less effective to use during the increasingly severe covid'19 pandemic. This research is a research entitled Product Promotion Strategy Through Digital Marketing for MSMEs Affected by the Covid'19 Pandemic. The purpose of this research is to give an overview of the form of promotion carried out by companies during the covid'19 pandemic that cannot be predicted to end the covid'19 pandemic. This research is descriptive qualitative research that is using literature or focused literature studies to explain the results of research obtained by researchers. Di negara berkembang seperti Indonesia, permintaan produk semen akan selalu meningkat, sehingga industri di bidang produksi semen akan ikut berkembang. Tabel 1 menunjukkan pertumbuhan penjualan semen tahunan, yang meningkat dari 48 juta ton pada tahun 2016 menjadi 62 juta ton pada tahun 20120. Profitabilitas merupakan hasil akhir dari sejumlah kebijakan dan keputusan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Cash Flow adalah aliran kas bebas atau lebih sering dikenal dengan free cash flow dapat diartikan aliran kas yang tersedia untuk dibagikan kepada para pemegang saham atau pemilik perusahaan, setelah perusahaan melakukan investasi pada fixed asset (aktiva tetap) dan working capital (modal kerja) yang diperlukan untuk kelangsungan usahanya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. PT. SI lebih stabil selama periode tersebut, menyebabkan ROI tak tergoyahkan menjadi 31,72% dan ROE menjadi 24,5% di tahun 2013. Hingga awal 2015, penjualan sedikit turun dan terjadi sedikit suntikan modal, sehingga ROI turun menjadi 23,42% dan ROE menjadi 16,49%.
