Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran peternak ikan jaring terapung di KP Leuwinutug. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi langsung pada peternak ikan jaring terapung yang berada di KP Leuwinutug. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang digunakan oleh peternak ikan jaring terapung di KP Leuwinutug terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu produksi ikan, distribusi ikan, dan penjualan ikan. Di tahap produksi, peternak ikan jaring terapung menggunakan teknologi jaring terapung dan bahan pakan yang berkualitas untuk memproduksi ikan yang sehat. Di tahap distribusi, peternak ikan jaring terapung menjual ikan langsung ke pengepul yang berada di KP Leuwinutug. Di tahap penjualan, pengepul kemudian menjual ikan ke pedagang kecil atau pengecer yang selanjutnya dijual ke konsumen akhir. Meskipun strategi pemasaran yang digunakan oleh peternak ikan jaring terapung di KP Leuwinutug telah cukup baik, namun masih terdapat beberapa kendala seperti keterbatasan modal dan kurangnya promosi yang efektif. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya dari pemerintah dan lembaga terkait untuk membantu meningkatkan modal dan promosi produk peternak ikan jaring terapung di KP Leuwinutug.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penempatan pegawai dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I TPI Bandung. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi berganda. Sumber penelitian ini menggunakan data primer. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 83 pegawai dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa baik secara simultan maupun parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara penempatan pegawai dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I TPI Bandung. Dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,734 menunjukan bahwa penempatan pegawai dan motivasi kerja memberikan pengaruh sebesar 73,4% terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 26,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diamati.

Abstract

Clinics are health facilities that provide medical services, both basic medical and specialist medical services. The obligations of health clinics are regulated in the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Health Regulation no. 269 ​​of 2008, one of which is maintaining medical records. Electronic-based medical records must be carried out by health service facilities in accordance with government policy as stated in Republic of Indonesia Minister of Health Regulation number 24 of 2022 concerning Medical Records. Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is a computerized health information system that provides records of patient data as a decision support system. Kusuma Medical Center Clinic Batukajang, East Kalimantan has implemented EMR since 2021, but its implementation has never been evaluated. The aim of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of EMR at the Kusuma Medical Center Clinic Batukajang, East Kalimantan. The research method that would be used in this research was mixed methods. Research instruments include questionnaires, interview guidelines and observation sheets. Quantitative data analysis was carried out through assumption testing and path analysis (PATH). The research results showed that the implementation of EMR at the Kusuma Medical Center Clinic Batukajang, East Kalimantan has been effective. EMR filling was complete, accurate, timely and in accordance with the law. The results of the analysis showed that employees perceptions of EMR had a positive and significant effect on employees attitudes towards filling out EMR.

Abstract

Marketing Public Relation menjadi pilar utama dalam dunia pemasaran serta perbaikan citra suatu perusahaan pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh marketing public relations terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada laboratorium patologi medis diagnostik (Lab PMD) Majalengka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik yang digunakan yakni saturation sampling, maka jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 73 orang. Hasil penelitian di Lab PMD Majalengka menunjukkan bahwa publikasi sebagai bagian dari marketing public relations tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (tingkat signifikansi > 0.05), namun kegiatan, aktivitas pelayanan publik, dan media identitas memiliki pengaruh signifikan (tingkat signifikansi < 0.05). Secara keseluruhan, marketing public relations secara simultan memiliki pengaruh positif kuat sebesar 66% terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Lab PMD Majalengka (nilai signifikansi 0.000).

Abstract

The Primary Dentist functions as gatekeeper which provides services in first-level health facilities. Payments to primary dentists are set using a capitation system of IDR 3,000/per patient, varying at each health facility. This payment system requires dentists to manage utilization well and effectively. The research aims to analyze the allocation, utilization and transparency of primary dentist capitation funds. This research was conducted qualitatively using in-depth interviews, document review and observation. Research informants were selected randomly purposive sampling consisting of 2 partner practice dentists at Pratama Clinic and a Pratama Clinic dentist in Bandung City with high and low capitation coverage. It can be concluded that the distribution of participants to dentists in the city of Bandung is not evenly distributed so that there is still an inadequate allocation of capitation funds in acceptance which may have an impact on operations and service quality. Most of the operational costs are used for consumable medical materials. The suggestion from this research is that BPJS Health should adjust capitation norms, equalize the distribution of participants and clarify the regulations for dental and oral health services from the National Health Insurance. There is also a need for transparency in accepting capitation for dentists as the spearhead of services.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, competence and work motivation which have a dominant influence on employee work productivity at HS Samsoeri Mertojoso Hospital. The research was carried out using a quantitative approach and is included in the type of associative research. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The population is nurses at HS Samsoeri Mertojoso Hospital, totaling 92 people using a total sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis techniques using the SPSS program. The research results show that leadership style, competence and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. The implications of this research are to increase nurses' work productivity, leaders must be able to set good examples, such as being consistent in implementing policies and being able to make the right decisions. Apart from that, leaders must also be able to be fair to all nurses. Management needs to improve competence, such as by including training and seminars, as well as providing flexibility to pursue higher education.

Abstract

Perkembangan bisnis di Indonesia meningkat sangat pesat. Salah satunya di sektor kecantikan seperti produk skincare atau bukanya klinik-klinik kecantikan semakin di Indonesia. Memungkinkan konsumen melakukan peralihan merek (brand switching) skincare atau klinik kecantikan. Brand switching terjadi diakibatkan berbagai faktor salah satunya kebebasan berinteraksi melalui sosial media, untuk mempengharuhi pilihan konsumen atau electronic word of mouth. Pilihan atribut produk yang banyak menyebabkan konsumen bebas memilih atribut produk yang mereka inginkan. Selain itu perilaku ingin mencoba hal-hal baru juga menjadi faktor brand switching. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh electronic word of mouth, atribut produk, variety seeking terhadap brand switching di NS klinik Jakarta Timur. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 460 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 82 orang. Jenis penelitan ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Instrumen statistis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi dengan menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas. Berdasarkan penelitian didapatkan hasil Uji F maupun Uji t hasil nilai sig. <0.05. hasil tersebut menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan electronic word of mouth, atribut produk, variety seeking terhadap brand switching.

Abstract

Transformasi digital di sektor kesehatan menuntut rumah sakit, termasuk RSUD Dr. Adjidarmo Kabupaten Lebak, untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas layanan melalui pemanfaatan teknologi. Keberhasilan digitalisasi sangat bergantung pada kapasitas SDM yang mampu mengoperasikan sistem informasi kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi untuk menganalisis strategi peningkatan kapasitas SDM dalam mendukung digitalisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang diterapkan meliputi pelatihan kompetensi digital, peningkatan literasi teknologi, dan pemanfaatan sistem manajemen SDM berbasis digital. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah pelatihan yang belum optimal dan resistensi SDM terhadap perubahan. Diperlukan dukungan manajemen serta budaya organisasi yang adaptif terhadap teknologi. Pengembangan kepemimpinan digital dan platform internal juga menjadi langkah strategis agar SDM lebih siap menghadapi era digitalisasi dan mampu memberikan layanan kesehatan yang optimal.
