Abstract

This research was carried out to find out more deeply, and to analyze what factors affected the village community in relation to loan sharks so that in the future there would be no more village communities to deal with rentenier. But they are more likely to choose banks that are both conventional banks and Islamic banks. The research method used is by submitting direct interviews and by distributing questionnaires to village communities where researchers conduct their research. Data analysis techniques with multiple regression with SPSS Version 2.2 program. The results showed that the need factors, religious factors, guarantee factors and the ease of factors that had a significant effect on the community were related to rententir both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

Retail business is currently showing a rapid growth. Rapid retail development has a significantimpact on sales turnover which also increased significantly, in which one source of increase in salesturnover comes from unplanned purchases or better known as impulse buying. Impulse buying canoccur due to stimulus in the department stores, which is an external stimuli. This research focuses on the influence of external stimuli such as price, promotion and customer service to impulse buying customer at Block M Square. Purposive sampling is used for sampling techniques thattakes150 respondents and multiple linear regression analysis as data analysis techniques. Fromthe results of the research analysis found that the variables such as price, promotion and customerservice have simultaneously significant effect on customer decisions in impulsive purchase. Fromthe three independent variables: Price (X1), Promotion (X2) and Customer Service (X3), it can beconcluded that the independent variable consumer service (X3) has positive effect of 0.484 to thedependent variable impulse buying (Y), the independent variable promotion (X2) has a positiveinfluence of 0.331 to the dependent variable impulse buying (Y), the independent variable price(X1) has negative influence of 0.196 to the dependent variable impulse buying (Y). The variablethat has the greatest influence on impulse buying variable is positive customer service variable(X3). Related to the results of these studies, retailers should be able to improve the ability ofshopkeepers by providing them with more detailed knowledge relevant to the offered product.

Abstract

Salah satu kesulitan yang dihadapi mahasiswa tingkat akhir yaitu menemukan penelitian terdahulu (state of the art). Kesulitan inilah yang membuat mahasiswa menunda karya tulis akhirnya. Bahkan, dari beberapa kasus yang terjadi di UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta banyak mahasiswa yang akhirnya lulus di atas sepuluh semester. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk menyampaikan hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Jurusan Pendidikan Biologi UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan menggunakan pendekatan tindakan langsung dan hybrid. Langkah-langkah pelatihan yang dilakukan meliputi: pengenalan Elicit, praktik Elicit, evaluasi pasca penggunaan, dan penilaian terhadap Elicit. Peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan ini berjumlah 93 orang mahasiswa semester dua. Hasil yang didapatkan di dalam pelatihan ini mahasiswa mampu menggunakan aplikasi Elicit dengan baik. Selain itu, 93 orang mahasiswa yang hadir dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini menyebutkan bahwa aplikasi Elicit mudah untuk digunakan dan dapat menemukan pelbagai kajian terdahulu.The difficulty faced by final-year students is finding previous research similar to previous research. This difficulty makes students delay their final writing. In fact, from several cases at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, many students graduated in more than ten semesters. The purpose of writing this article is to convey the results of community service at the Department of Biology Education, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. The training method used is a direct approach. The training steps include: Elicit introduction, elicit practice, post-use evaluation, and assessment of Elicit. Participants in this training activity amounted to 93 second-semester students. The results obtained from this training showed that students could use the Elicit application well. In addition, 93 students who attended this training said that the Elicit application was easy to use and could find various previous studies.

Abstract

Hijrah tidak selalu membawa dampak positif, tetapi terkadang memberikan dampak negatif dalam pandangan orang lain. Hal ini terjadi karena pelaku hijrah tidak semuanya berubah atas dasar keinginannya dari dalam hati dan dengan tekun mempelajari agama Islam dengan baik. Pelbagai motif melatarbelakangi munculnya hijrah di Indonesia, seperti: ekonomi, sosial kultural, dan eksistensi. Dari tiga aspek ini, kebutuhan hijrah menjadi suatu bantuk yang diikuti, tetapi tidak diresapi sebagai suatu bentuk perubahan yang harus terimaji di dalam hati. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk mengkaji fenomena hijrah di kalangan selebritas dengan menggunakan teori Teun A. van Dijk: kognisi, konteks sosial, dan teks. Melalui teori ini, peneliti dapat menelaah pelbagai fenomenan di masyarakat terkait hijrah yang sedang ramai diperbincangkan generasi milenial. Metode dalam penelitian ini merupakan analisis isi. Sumber data didapatkan dari media sosial dan media lainnya yang memuat fenomena hijrah di kalangan selebritas. Hasilnya didapatkan bahwa hijrah tidak sekadar ingin berubah dari hati, tetapi ada motif ekonomi yang harus terpenuhi. Selain itu, hijrah juga diikuti berdasarkan sosial kultural masyarakat Indonesia yang mengikuti pergerakan yang besar. Tujuannya agar tetap eksis di dunia hiburan tanah air dengan segala macam polemiknya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh NPF, FDR, dan BOPO terhadap Profitabilitas PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk KCP Tangerang Cimone, yang mana Profitabilitas diproksikan oleh ROA. Meneliti 48 sampel berupa laporan keuangan bulanan selama periode 2020-2023. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode analisis regresi data panel dengan software E-views 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa NPF, FDR, dan BOPO berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the influence of social media characteristics, risk perception, and financial literacy on investment decisions in the capital market among millennials in Tangerang. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection approach uses a questionnaire survey instrument. Participants in this research are individuals who carry out transactions in the capital market, sometimes referred to as respondents or consumers. A total of 106 respondents were involved in this research, selected using a simple random sampling technique. The analytical methods used include Descriptive Analysis and Partial Least Square (PLS) Analysis. Research findings show that social media, Risk perception, and financial literacy have a big influence on investment decisions of the millennial generation in the Tangerang capital market.

Abstract

The study focuses on the determinants of the millennial community preference in using cashless payment. The aim of research to identify factors that considered the millennial to use cashless payment. In theory, the factors that encourage people to adopt and use electronic payment system as follows: Socio-demographic consisting of age, sex, education and language, Financial, Technology (frequency of use of mobile banking phone, a personal computer, the Internet, PDAs and the use of the service over the phone) and Supply-side by counting the number of POS (Pont Off Sale) and ATM. Furthermore, the high range of the technology and the Internet and systems digital payment (cashless)The earliest touching the millennial so in this study conducted in the millennial who use cashless payment in South Tangerang method is purposive sampling, the data obtained through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The questionnaire prepared by the Likert scale and analyzed using factor analysis and descriptive analysis. From the results of the study showed that the determinants of the millennial use payment cashless is the ability of financial (X1) with a loading factor 0.736, Convenience Payment (X2) with loading factor of 0.732, Ease of transacting (X3) with a value of 0.875 and Special Promo (X4) with a value of 0.826-factor loading.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat kesehatan BMT Muhammadiyah Se-JABOTABEK berdasarkan pedoman penilaian KJKS dan GCG. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis kuantitatif deskripsi dengan sumber data laporan keuangan BMT yang diambil langsung menggunakan data primer teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data laporan keuangan pada periode 2016 sampai dengan 2019 yang kemudian data tersebut dianalisis apakah laporan keuangan BMT sehat dan layak untuk beroperasi. teknik analisis data menggunakan pedoman penilaian tingkat kesehatan Koperasi Jasa Keuangan Syariah (KJKS) dan Good Corporate Governance. Hasil daripada analisi yang dilakukan bahwa BMT Muhammadiyah menerapkan penilaian tingkat kesehatan KJKS untuk mengetahui kesehatan dan kelayakan pada BMT UMJ, BMT Khairu Ummah dan BMT BiMU.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan literasi wakaf produktif di kalangan Pimpinan Ranting Muhammadiyah/Aisyiyah Pondok Cabe Udik. Latar belakangnya adalah kurangnya pemahaman wakaf produktif di luar konsep 3M (Masjid, Madrasah, Makam) dan belum adanya majelis wakaf di tingkat ranting. Metode yang digunakan adalah edukasi melalui penyampaian materi dan diskusi, meliputi pengenalan wakaf, dasar hukum, manfaat, serta model-model wakaf produktif. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta tentang potensi pengembangan wakaf produktif. Teridentifikasi adanya aset wakaf yang belum dikelola secara produktif dan kesenjangan pemahaman antar generasi. Kegiatan ini berhasil membuka wawasan peserta, namun masih diperlukan tindak lanjut berupa pembentukan majelis wakaf, pelatihan lanjutan, dan penyusunan strategi implementasi. Pengabdian ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal optimalisasi pengelolaan wakaf produktif di lingkungan Muhammadiyah/Aisyiyah Pondok Cabe Udik untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan umat.

Abstract

Frugal living, or a frugal lifestyle, embodies a concept that coincides with Islamic financial principles, emphasising equilibrium, sustainability, and the avoidance of excessive consumerism. The concept of frugal living has gained increasing relevance in modern economic discourse, particularly in response to financial instability, environmental concerns, and the need for responsible resource management. In the digital age, the payment system utilising the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) has gained prominence as a tool for facilitating more efficient and transparent financial transactions.  This study examines how the use of QRIS within the Islamic financial framework can enhance ethical consumption practices aligned with the tenets of frugal living.  This research, employing a qualitative methodology through literature analysis, determined that QRIS effectively diminishes cash utilisation, which may foster impulsive spending, enhances precise financial documentation, and reinforces Sharia financial principles such as justice, transparency, and sustainability.  This approach promotes more inclusive and efficient transactions, aligning with the maqashid shariah objectives of preserving individual and societal welfare.  This research suggests that the digitalisation of Islamic finance via QRIS can serve as a strategic tool for fostering more ethical and responsible consumer practices.
