Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: pertama, untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Kedua, untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap budaya organisasi. Ketiga, untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap loyalitas. keempat, untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap loyalitas dengan budaya organisasi sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 85 orang karyawan pada PT.Cicil Solusi Mitra Teknologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur untuk menganalisis data dan program SPSS 22 statistik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: pertama, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Kedua, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi. Ketiga, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Dan keempat, budaya organisasi mempengaruhi hubungan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Kata Kunci: Gaya kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, Loyalitas Karyawan ABSTRACT The purposes of this study are: first, to determine the effect of leadership style on employee loyalty. Second, to determine the influence of leadership style on organizational culture. Third, to determine the influence of organizational culture on loyalty. fourth, to find out how the influence of leadership style on loyalty with organizational culture as an intervening variable. This research is a quantitative research using a sample of 85 employees at PT. Cicil Solusi Mitra Teknologi. This study uses path analysis to analyze the statistical data and SPSS 22 program. The results of this study indicate that: first, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Second, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture. Third, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. And fourth, organizational culture affects the relationship of leadership style to employee loyalty.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of quality of work life on deep acting, the effect of quality of work life on employee performance, the effect of deep acting on employee performance, and the effect of quality of work life through deep acting as an intervening variable on the performance of employees who work at Agency Offices. Regional Finance and Revenue Management in Mamuju City. The sample collection technique used is the saturated sample technique. The number of samples used was 116 respondents. The data processing method used in this study uses SPSS software. The results showed that quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on deep acting, quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, deep acting has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and quality of work life has a positive and significant effect through deep acting. Abstract

ABSTRACT Information technology can be used to make it easier to carry out activities contained within the company. Information technology can also be used to improve individual performance as a member of a business organization which in aggregate is required to improve the performance of an organization. This research is a quantitative research, with a sample research method of 50 people from PT. ABC Energy, Jeneponto Regency. The sample method used in this study is a saturated sample, where all populations are used as samples in this study. From the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that: it is concluded that Mastery of Information Technology is able to influence the relationship of Knowledge of Information Technology to Employee Performance at PT. Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of organizational and non-organizational factors on organizational commitment with work discipline as an intervening variable. This research uses quantitative research with an associative approach. The data analysis method used in this research is path analysis. This research was conducted at PT. Gojek Indonesia Cab. Makassar by distributing questionnaires to 130 respondents. Testing the research hypothesis used model testing techniques (path analysis) with the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) version 26 application tool. The results of this study found that organizational and non-organizational factors had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational factors had a positive effect and significant on organizational commitment partially, non-organizational factors have a positive and insignificant effect on organizational commitment partially, and finally work discipline has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment partially.

Abstract

In Indonesia, there are still many jobs related to the quality of human resources that need to be improved, which currently as many as 55% have low education and limited skills, as evidenced by the World Bank Human Capital Index 2023 report which places Indonesia at 130th out of 199 countries, as well as the EQ ranking which is ranked sixth in ASEAN. In this case, we will assess how far the influence of motivation and leadership style on employee performance through the work environment as a benchmark for assessing the job performance of each employee. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 35 people. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. The data obtained were then processed using SPSS 21. The results of this study indicate that Motivation, Leadership Style and work environment partially do not have a significant effect on employee performance. In addition, the results of the study also show that motivation and leadership style partially have a significant effect on the work environment. As for the results of the study, motivation and leadership style do not have a significant effect on performance with the work environment as an intervening variable

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work ethic, job transfer, and job satisfaction on lecturer performance at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, State Islamic University of Alauddin Makassar. The background of this research is the importance of these factors in improving the performance of lecturers in the academic environment. The research was conducted using purposive sampling method, with a sample size of 55 lecturers. Data were collected through questionnaires in accordance with the research objectives. Data analysis used multiple linear regression, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results showed that work ethic has a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance, job transfer has a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance within the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business. In conclusion, work ethic, job transfer, and job satisfaction have an important role in improving the performance of lecturers at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, State Islamic University of Alauddin Makassar. These research applied in Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, Alauddin State Islamic University Makassar. The sample uses the purposive sampling, that is, sampling based on certain considerations or criteria. All samples of 55 respondents at Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, Alauddin State Islamic University Makassar. A method of data used is live interview to the many involved in the problem under discussion and give a questionnaire for lecturer according to research conducted. . Data analysis was done using multiple linear regression analysis, test T test, test F test and The coefficient of determination (R2). Abstract

Perusahan yang berkembang dapat dilihat dari Tingkat produktivitas karyawan dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Kinerja karyawan dan spiritualitas berperan penting dalam meningkatkan keberhasilan suatu Perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja karyawan dan spiritualitas terhadap produktivitas kerja. Pengaruh kinerja karyawan produktivitas telah banyak diteliti, namun integrasi dengan dimensi spiritualitas karyawan masih memerlukan kajian lebih lanjut, khususnya dalam konteks budaya kerja di Sulawesi Selatan. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif untukm menguji suatu hipotesis penelitian. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ialah karyawan Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar dengan menggunakan nonpropability sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui survei kuesioner secara langsung. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan (X1) dan Spiritualitas (X2) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Produktivitas (Y). hal ini menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas karyawan dalam bekerja disuatu Perusahaan dipengaruhi oleh kinerja dan spiritualitas dari masing-masing karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh promosi kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas nasabah dengan kepuasan nasabah sebagai variabel moderating pada bank syariah Indonesia KCP Enrekang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan komparatif yang dapat diartikan sebagai penelitian yang membandingkan antara objek yang satu dengan yang lainnya. Adapun teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa promosi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, kepuasan nasabah tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh variabel promosi terhadap loyalitas nasabah, kepuasan nasabah tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh variabel kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, kepuasan nasabah mampu memoderasi pengaruh variabel kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas nasabah.

Abstract

Di Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Makassar Veteran, kualitas pelayanan frontliner dan penerapan nilai-nilai Islam adalah dua faktor utama yang mempengaruhi kepuasan nasabah. Dengan meningkatnya ekspektasi nasabah terhadap layanan keuangan, bank syariah harus mengelola kedua aspek ini secara efektif untuk memastikan tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas pelayanan Frontliner dan Penerapan Nilai-Nilai Islam terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah pada Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Makassar Veteran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan asosiatif dengan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji koefisien determinasi, uji parsial dan simultan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan Frontliner berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,003 < 0,05 dan nilai t-hitung 3,085 > t-tabel 1,982, Penerapan Nilai-Nilai Islam berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai t-hitung 4,484 > t-tabel 1,982, dan Kualitas Pelayanan Frontliner dan Penerapan Nilai-Nilai Islam secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai F-hitung 40,736 > dari F-tabel 3,090.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana pengaruh Diversifikasi Produk dan Digital Marketing terhadap pertumbuhan jumlah nasabah tabungan mudharabah pada Unit Usaha Syariah (UUS) PT Bank Sulselbar Cabang Syariah Makassar. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden yang merupakan nasabah aktif dari produk tabungan mudharabah. Teknik analisis data yang diterapkan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa Diversifikasi Produk memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan jumlah nasabah. Begitu pula dengan Digital Marketing yang turut memberikan dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan jumlah nasabah. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua strategi tersebut efektif untuk digunakan dalam mendorong peningkatan nasabah pada produk tabungan mudharabah. Dengan demikian, pihak bank disarankan untuk terus memperluas variasi produknya serta mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan pemasaran digital guna menjangkau lebih banyak kalangan masyarakat.   Kata Kunci : Diversifikasi produk; digital marketing; strategi pemasaran; tabungan mudharabah
