Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh insentif, komitmen organisasi ,dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja karyawan di Bank Sulselbar Syariah. Sampel menggunakan metode Sampel jenuh, yaitu semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Semua sampel berjumlah 47 responden pada Bank Sulselbar Syariah. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Wawancara langsung kepada pihak–pihak yang terlibat dengan masalah yang sedang dibahas serta memberikan kuesioner kepada karyawan yang sesuai dengan penelitian yang dilakukan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisa regresi linear berganda, Uji T-test, Uji F serta Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa (1) insentif  berpengaruh berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Bank Sulselbar Syariah; (2) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Bank Sulselbar Syariah; (1) komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Bank Sulselbar Syariah; (4) insentif, komitmen organisasi dan komunikasi interpersonal secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Bank Sulselbar Syariah.Kata Kunci : Insentif, Komitmen Organisasi, Komunikasi Interpersonal dan Kinerja Karyawan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis determinan kinerja pada pegawai yang di FEBI UIN Alauddin Makassar. Adapun variabel yang digunakan antara lain adalah disiplin kerja, kepemimpinan, dan motivasi kerja. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 34 responden dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara. Sedangkan teknik analisis menggunakan analisa regresi linear berganda dan analisis jalur. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa (1)disiplin kerja dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai di Febi UIN Alauddin Makassar; (2)disiplin kerja dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja di Febi UIN Alauddin Makassar (3)disiplin kerja dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja melalui Motivasi kerja pegawai di Febi UIN Alauddin Makassar (4)motivasi kerja pegawai berpengaruh terhadap kinerja di Febi UIN Alauddin Makassar.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan iklim organisasi terhadap sharia engagement baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial di Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis UIN Alauddin Makassar. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Dengan demikian maka sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang bekerja pada Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis UIN Alauddin Makassar. dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 50 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisa regresi linear berganda, Uji T-test, Uji F serta Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R2).. Kesimpulan yang dapat diperoleh dari hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan adalah sebagai berikut: (1) gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap sharia engagement di Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis UIN Alauddin Makassar.; (2) iklim organisasi berpengaruh terhadap sharia engagement di Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis UIN Alauddin Makassar. dan (3) gaya kepemimpinan dan iklim organisasi berpengaruh terhadap sharia engagement di Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis UIN Alauddin Makassar.

Productive financing are very important in Indonesia, considering that in Indonesia there are around 52 million MSMEs . This study aims to determine the development and optimization of productive financing products in Islamic Banks towards MSMEs.This research is qualitative by using documentation techniques in data collection. Data analysis was performed using qualitative procedures. The results of this study found that the optimization of productive financing of Islamic Banks for MSMEs is still not optimal due to the financing of Islamic banks for MSMEs not being a priority and financing of Islamic banks in the consumer sector is still dominant.

AbstraksiTujuan dari riset ini adalah mengetahui peran gaya kepemimpinan demokratif, konsultatif, delegatif dan partisipatif dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai UIN Alauddin Makassar serta mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai UIN Alauddin Makassar.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Alauddin Makassar. Jenis data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Alauddin Makassar yang berjumlah 590 orang sebagai populasi. Sedangkan yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini 20% dari populasi, dengan demikian jumlah sampel yang terambil adalah 121 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi serta wawancara dengan instrumen kuesioner; dan terakhir dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisa regresi linear berganda.Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa(1) dari semua gaya kepemimpinan yang digunakan secara signifikan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Alauddin Makassar dan (2) secara dominan gaya kepemimpinan demokratiklah yang berperandalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Alauddin Makassar.Kata kunci:gaya kepemimpinan demokratik, gaya kepemimpinankonsultatif, gaya kepemimpinandelegatif, gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif dan kinerja pegawai AbstractThe purpose of this research is to find out the role of democratic, consultative, delegative and participative leadership styles in improving the performance of UIN Alauddin Makassar employees and to find out the dominant leadership style influencing the performance of UIN Alauddin Makassar employees. This research was conducted at the State Islamic University (UIN) Alauddin Makassar. The type of data needed in this study are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all employees of the State Islamic University (UIN) Alauddin Makassar, amounting to 590 people as a population. While the samples in this study were 20% of the population, thus the number of samples taken was 121 people. The data collection method uses observation and interviews with questionnaire instruments; and finally documentation. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that (1) of all the leadership styles used have a significant influence on employee performance at the State Islamic University (UIN) Alauddin Makassar and (2) the dominant democratic leadership style plays a role in improving employee performance at the State Islamic University (UIN ) Alauddin Makassar.Keywords: democratic leadership style, consultative leadership style, delegative leadership style, participative leadership style and employee performance

This research aims to determine the effect of Marketing Mix and Self-service technology on customer decisions in conducting transactions at the Makassar branch of Bank Muamalat. This research method is quantitative by describing the influence of marketing mix and self-service technology on customer decisions. This type of research is a field study, primary data collection. Source of research data obtained from quisioner. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative. The research results obtained from the marketing mix t test have a significant effect on customer decisions with a tcount > ttable (2.00665) of 3,786 and a significant value of 0.000, this probability value is below 0.05. Meanwhile the t test shows the results that self-service technology has a significant effect on customer decisions with a tcount > ttable (2.00665) of 4.130, a significant value of 0.000 and a probability value below 0.05. The effect of marketing mix and self-service technology on customer decisions is that the Fcount value is greater than the Ftable value, namely 44,752 > 3.18 with a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05), then H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning that marketing mix and self-service technology variables simultaneously have a significant effect on customer decisions in using Bank Muamalat Makassar branch hijrah savings.

Purpose: This study aimed to compare public satisfaction with online and offline services at the investment service and one-stop integrated services in South Sulawesi Province as research objects. Methodology/approach: This research is a type of quantitative research with a comparative method that describes a variable or situation that is studied based on facts or what it is by using numerical data that can be obtained from questionnaire tabulations or questionnaires. Testing the hypothesis in this study using Independent Test sample t Results: The results of this study show a significant difference between public satisfaction with online services and Offline Services at the South Sulawesi Province One Stop Investment and Integrated Services Service. With this online service, the government's aim to launch the ProPTSP application to fulfill and facilitate access to licensing services, which are the authority of the province of South Sulawesi, is being realized well. Therefore, the results of this research show that the level of public satisfaction with online services is higher than that with offline services. Limitations: The thoughts, assumptions, and understandings of each respondent were different. The information provided through the questionnaire did not reflect respondents’ opinions. Contribution: This research contributes to the investment office and one-stop integrated services of South Sulawesi Province.

This study aims to examine how much influence the quality of human resources and religiosity on employee performance and motivation as moderating variables. This research uses quantitative research using associative approach. The number of samples used in this study were 24 respondents from employees using the saturated sampling method. This study uses a questionnaire that is measured using a Likert scale and the data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis and moderate regression analysis using the SPSS 25 program application. The results of this study indicate that the quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, religiosity has an effect positive and significant impact on employee performance, the quality of human resources and religiosity have a simultaneous effect on employee performance, motivation is able to moderate the relationship between the quality of human resources on employee performance, and motivation is able to moderate the relationship between religiosity on employee performance at Bank Sulselbar Syariah Sengkang Branch.

This study aims to describe the motivation for migrating to the Xbank community in Makassar, then describe the community's views on Islamic banks and Xbank's activities after leaving work from conventional financial institutions. The method used in this research is qualitative by conducting field research. The primary data source is direct interviews with the Xbank community in Makassar city and secondary data. The analysis technique used in this research is content-based descriptive qualitative. The results of the study found that the migration phenomenon of the Xbank community in Makassar city was more related to the views of the XBank community towards Islamic banking activities. The motivation for migrating is that they believe that conventional financial institutions contain the common element of usury. The XBank community in Makassar accepts the existence of Islamic banks but instead provides criticism if transactions are not under sharia principles. This research can be input for Islamic financial institutions in carrying out financial practices to avoid transactions Islam prohibits.

Penelitian bertujuan menunjukkan pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Service Excellent Melalui Experiential Marketing Sebagai Variabel Moderasi Terhadap Minat Brand Pada Bank Muamalat Cabang Gowa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif dan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji koefisien determinasi, uji parsial dan uji analisis MRA, namun sebelum itu dilakukan pengujian validitas, realibilitas dan asumsi klasik dengan alat bantu software SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat brand. Service excellent berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat brand. Kualitas produk dan service excellent secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap miant brand. Kualitas produk tidak mampu memoderasi experiential marketing terhadap minat brand. Service excellent mampu memoderasi experiential marketing terhadap minat brand. Penelitian ini dapat melengkapi teori yang sudah ada dan dapat menjadi rujukan bagi perbankan syariah dalam meningkatkan hubungan perusahaan dengan industri.
