Abstract

The expected goal is to create trainers who have knowledge about training in preparing physical condition test instruments for PB badminton athletes. Gemilang understands the importance of the physical condition components of badminton in Mataram. improve the performance of all Mataram City athletes effectively, efficiently and modernly. Mitra's problem is that the trainers lack knowledge regarding training in preparing physical condition test instruments for PB badminton athletes. Glorious, and many trainers still carry out conventional physical conditions without using sports science technology that is developing in the field of sports. The urgency of the problem is that there are no guidelines for the physical condition test instruments used by PB. The Glorious City of Mataram, is only conventional, not programmed to be varied, effective, the coach's experience of being an athlete is not the solution that is obtained. The solution method is by holding socialization, training, mentoring and evaluation analysis. Training on preparing physical condition test instruments for PB badminton athletes. A good performance according to this branch of sport. So that the training guidelines for preparing test instruments can be used as a basis for coaches to determine the physical condition of Badminton athletes. It is hoped that the results of the training service research will allow coaches to develop test instruments and measure physical conditions as reference material in formulating training programs so that they can improve the performance of badminton athletes. The conclusion is that there is knowledge about training in preparing physical condition test instruments for PB badminton athletes. Brilliant. provide a significant impact on systematic physical condition tests, effectively and efficiently to improve the performance of Mataram badminton athletes.

Abstract

Activity carried out after sleeping is called sedentary behavior. Therefore, to engage in sports activities, we must have the intention or desire for these sports activities to be carried out. This non-experimental quantitative research does not control or manipulate the variables. The study was conducted on elementary school students in Lalabata District. The population in this study was all sixth-grade students in 4 schools in Lalabata District, and sampling used purposive sampling with a sample of 108 students. After data collection, the data were analyzed using Spearman's rank correlation. The results of the 2-tailed sig. have a sig. 2-tailed value > 0.05, which is 0.08. Therefore, from these calculations, it can be concluded that there is no relationship between a sedentary lifestyle and sports interest in sixth-grade elementary school students in Lalabata District. Thus, it can be concluded that there is no relationship between a sedentary lifestyle and sports interest in sixth-grade elementary school students in Lalabata District. Researchers can use the findings of this study to identify the relationship between sedentary lifestyle and other variables that may influence and relate to each other.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan bentuk implementasi tridarma perguruan tinggi melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang menekankan keterlibatan aktif mahasiswa dalam membantu memecahkan permasalahan di lingkungan masyarakat. Keberhasilan pelaksanaan KKN sangat dipengaruhi oleh efektivitas monitoring dan supervisi yang dilakukan oleh dosen pembimbing. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melakukan monitoring dan supervisi terhadap pelaksanaan KKN mahasiswa Pendidikan Jasmani Universitas Pendidikan Mandalika (Undikma). Metode yang digunakan adalah monitoring dan supervisi partisipatif melalui observasi lapangan, pendampingan pelaksanaan program kerja, evaluasi administrasi, serta diskusi reflektif antara dosen pembimbing dan mahasiswa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa monitoring dan supervisi mampu meningkatkan ketercapaian program kerja KKN, kedisiplinan administrasi, serta kemampuan mahasiswa dalam merancang dan melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian yang relevan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Disimpulkan bahwa monitoring dan supervisi pelaksanaan KKN berperan penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pengabdian mahasiswa Pendidikan Jasmani serta efektivitas implementasi tridarma perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of the outdoor activity learning model on elementary school students’ learning motivation in terms of responsibility and cooperation. This research employed an experimental method with a 2×2 factorial design. The sample consisted of 48 elementary school students selected using stratified purposive sampling. Research instruments included questionnaires on learning motivation, responsibility, and cooperation, which had been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). The results indicated significant differences in learning motivation between students with high and low levels of responsibility, as well as between students with high and low levels of cooperation. Furthermore, there were interaction effects between the outdoor activity learning model, responsibility, and cooperation on students’ learning motivation. It can be concluded that the outdoor activity learning model is effective in enhancing PJOK learning motivation while fostering responsibility and cooperation among elementary school students.

Abstract

The basic skills of passing the volleyball ball among fourth-grade students at SDN 1 Labuan Pandan are still low, as indicated by an initial learning completeness rate of only 37.5%. The low mastery of this technique is thought to be due to conventional teaching methods that do not sufficiently involve students in problem solving. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of applying the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in improving learning outcomes in underhand passing in volleyball in terms of cognitive and psychomotor aspects. This study used the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method, which was carried out in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The research subjects were 24 fourth-grade students. Data were collected through cognitive tests, psychomotor performance assessments, and observations of the learning process, then analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. The results showed a significant improvement in learning outcomes. Classical mastery in the cognitive aspect increased from 37.5% (pre-cycle) to 58.3% (cycle I) and 91.6% (cycle II). In the psychomotor aspect, mastery increased from 45.8% to 58.3% (cycle I) and 91.6% (cycle II). It was concluded that the PBL model was effective in improving volleyball learning outcomes because it encouraged students to be actively involved in analyzing movement problems and practicing their solutions contextually.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Complex Training dan Resistance Band Training terhadap kecepatan tendangan dollyo chagi pada atlet junior Taekwondo dengan kategori power otot tungkai tinggi dan rendah. Desain penelitian menggunakan eksperimen faktorial 2×2 dengan 20 atlet putri berusia 15–17 tahun yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Kategori power otot tungkai ditentukan menggunakan Margaria-Kalamen Test. Subjek dibagi secara acak ke dalam empat kelompok perlakuan, masing-masing menjalani program latihan selama enam minggu dengan frekuensi tiga kali per minggu. Kecepatan tendangan dollyo chagi diukur sebelum dan sesudah intervensi menggunakan Dollyo Chagi Speed Test. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji Shapiro-Wilk, Levene’s Test, Paired Sample T-Test, dan One Way ANOVA pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua metode latihan secara signifikan meningkatkan kecepatan tendangan pada semua kategori power otot tungkai (p < 0,05). Complex Training memberikan peningkatan lebih besar pada atlet dengan power tinggi, sementara Resistance Band Training menunjukkan hasil yang lebih merata dan efektif pada atlet dengan power rendah. Analisis interaksi mengindikasikan adanya perbedaan respons berdasarkan kategori power, menegaskan pentingnya penyesuaian program latihan sesuai kondisi fisik awal atlet. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pemanfaatan Complex Training untuk atlet dengan power tinggi dan Resistance Band Training untuk atlet dengan power rendah, sebagai strategi peningkatan kecepatan tendangan yang terarah dan berbasis bukti.

Abstract

Physical Education (PJOK) learning in elementary schools often produces uneven results when relying on conventional media. This study aimed to test whether modified learning media improve learning outcomes compared to traditional media, assess the influence of learning motivation, and examine the interaction between the two. A 2×2 factorial quasi-experimental design was implemented with fifth-grade students, with two learning conditions (modified vs. conventional media) and two levels of motivation (high vs. low). Learning outcomes were comprehensively measured across cognitive (multiple-choice test), psychomotor (performance rubric), and affective (observation) domains, while motivation was measured using a questionnaire. A two-way ANOVA revealed a significant main effect of media: the modified media group outperformed the conventional group in all three domains. The main impact of motivation was also substantial, with highly motivated students achieving better. There was a media × motivation interaction: the superiority of modified media was most pronounced among highly motivated students, while providing a buffering effect for lower-motivated students. The findings were supported by game-based task design, audiovisual modeling, developmentally appropriate tool adaptations, teacher training, and safety procedures. It is concluded that when well designed and implemented, modified media is practical and feasible to improve the quality of PJOK learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study evaluated the sports coaching management system at KONI Lombok Tengah in preparation for the 2026 Provincial Sports Week (PORPROV XII) using the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product). The research adopted a descriptive quantitative approach and collected data from KONI administrators, coaches, and athletes through Likert-scale questionnaires. Results showed that the Context component, particularly the program’s goals, was adequately defined, though background planning lacked depth and data orientation. In the Input domain, infrastructure and funding were sufficient, but the capacity and quality of human resources, especially coaches, remained suboptimal. The Process evaluation revealed strong implementation and coordination, but weak monitoring and feedback systems. The Product analysis showed adequate short-term outcomes but highlighted critical challenges in program sustainability, especially the absence of long-term development strategies and regeneration mechanisms. These findings affirm the utility of the CIPP model in diagnosing strengths and gaps in regional sports development programs and emphasize the urgent need for capacity building, structured evaluation, and long-term planning to ensure sustainable athlete development in resource-constrained settings.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perception of athletes on the effectiveness of the training program at DL Petanque Club Mataram. The research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The method used is a survey through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study is all athletes who actively participate in the training program at DL Petanque Club Mataram which totals 22 athletes. The sampling technique uses total sampling so that the entire population is used as a research sample. The research instrument is in the form of a questionnaire with a Likert scale that has been validated by two validators. The data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive techniques by calculating scores and percentages to determine the categories of effectiveness of the exercise program. The results of the study showed that the athletes' perception of the effectiveness of the training program at DL Petanque Club Mataram as a whole was in the effective category. This is shown by the percentage results on each indicator, namely training objectives (68.41%), training materials (74.85%), training methods (69.09%), training intensity (76.82%), role of coaches (73.03%), training facilities (70.30%), evaluation system (73.18%), motivation (72.50%), and mental readiness (74.77%). These results show that the training program implemented has been able to support the improvement of technical skills, physical condition, motivation, and mental readiness of athletes. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the training program at DL Petanque Club Mataram has run well and is able to make a positive contribution to the athlete coaching process. However, the evaluation and development of training programs still need to be carried out on an ongoing basis so that the quality of training can continue to improve and support the achievement of athletes' achievements optimally.
