Abstract

Ammonia adalah senyawa kimia dengan rumusNH3, umumnya berupa gas dengan bau tajam yang khas merupakan senyawa kaustik dan dapat merusak kesehatan. Waktu batas kontak bagi manusia dengan ammonia dalam gas berkonsentrasi 35 ppm selama 15 menit, atau 8 jam untuk 25 ppm. Kontak dengan gas ammonia berkonsentrasi tinggi dapat menyebabkan kerusakan paru-paru dan bahkan kematian.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem telemetri pengukuran konsentrasi gas ammonia dari unit pantau ke data kolektor secara realtime dan kontinyu.Data-data yang terkumpul terintegrasi dengan perangkat lunak, sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai informasi peringatan dini jika terjadi perubahan tingkat konsentrasi gas ammonia melalui sistem penyebaran pesan singkat (SMS Gateway) kepada masyarakat atau penanggungjawab industri.Sistem bersifat dua arah, baik merespon permintaan dari luar maupun mengirimkan informasi ke luar.Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran dan uji sistem elektronis diperoleh alat pantau dan sensor menunjukkan kerja sistem yang baik. Sistem ini menggunakan metode multi node dengan sensor TGS-826 yang dapat mendeteksi perubahan gas ammonia berbasis SMS Gateway dengan menampilkan tingkat konsentrasi gas ammonia pada durasi waktu tertentu dengan nilai ambang batas bawah tiap kondisi SIAGA=100ppm, WASPADA=150ppm, dan AWAS=200ppm. Waktu respon rata-rata SMS sekitarnya 6-10 detik tergantung kualitas sinyal dan traffic data dari suatu provider yang dipakai oleh pengguna.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is the main thing that must be considered by every company, both service and production, so customers do not switch keperusahaan competitors, and customer satisfaction always changing according to the era or the era of human development. In terms of customer satisfaction that this changing, we need quality improvement program. This study used the method ROQ (Retrun On Quality), namely, the methods used for decision making will improve the quality of the proposed program, can be used or not. ROQ very to influence by the amount of customer satisfaction, customer retention and cost of the proposed program of quality improvement. In determining the quality improvement program proposal, use graph mapping IP From research result shows an increase in customer satisfaction and customer retention, each of which is 80.41% to 81.22% and 24.56% to 28.56%, which reached the stage These proposals deserve diimpelementasikan quality improvement program. By using the data market growth, market share data, the average benefits agents and the interest rate at the time of planning time, then the calculation can be done ROQ.ROQ calculations, requiring the calculation of NPV, NPV0, NPVAS conducted as a planning horizon of 5 periods ahead. From the calculation results, obtained NPV Rp.152.636.602.289, 00; NPV0 for Rp.145.407.658.197,00; and NPVAS of Rp.3.573.189.670, 00; so ROQ value of 2.0231. The result was states that the proposal is feasible quality improvement program to be implemented, until rate reached 46.457%.

Abstract

Honda Mitra Utama Cirebon merupakan Dealer dan penyedia pelayanan servis resmi dari salah satu produk sepeda motor ternama yang menyediakan pelayanan penjualan Spare Part dan perbaikan sepeda motor. Jumlah fasilitas pelayanan Pit atau mekanik yang tersedia tidak dapat dikatakan optimal berdasarkan tingkat kedatangan pelanggan yang akan melakukan perbaikan sepeda motor. Banyaknya pelanggan menyebabkan antrian yang cukup panjang sehingga pelanggan merasa bosan dan dapat menyebabkan pelanggan meninggalkan antrian karnapelanggan mengantri terlalu lama. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis karakteristik sistem antrian dengan simulasi pada fasilitas pelayanan servis dan merancang model skenario perbaikannya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengukur tingkat efektifitas kinerja sistem antrian kemudian menerapkan model simulasi dengan softwareArena pada sistem pelayanan untuk menentukan jumlah fasilitas pelayanan yang optimal dengan waktu tunggu (wait time) yang lebih kecil. Pengembangan skenario perbaikan model simulasi dilakukan dengan mengasumsikan penambahan fasilitas pelayanan Pit atau mekanik terdapat 3 skenario model perbaikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa skenario B memiliki waktu rata-rata menunggu yang lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan keadaan model existing sehingga skenario B menjadi usulan perbaikan untuk sistem pelayanan dengan menambahkan 2 Pit atau mekanik menjadi 11 Pit. Pada skenario ini, jumlah pelanggan yang datang sebanyak 49 motor sama denganjumlah pelanggan yang keluar sebanyak 49 motor dengan waktu tunggu hanya 1 menit dan tingkat utilitas sebesar 100%, yang artinya fasilitas pelayanan telah berjalan optimal dengan seluruh pelanggan yang datang dapat dilayani dengan baik tanpa harus menunggu terlalu lama untuk. Sehingga model yang akan terbentuk pada pelayanan servisperbaikan sepeda motor yaitu (M/M/11) : (FIFO/∞/∞).

Abstract

Kerupuk Subur merupakan salah satu industri rumah tangga pembuatan kerupuk melalui prosesyang beragam. Setiap proses yang dimiliki mempunyai karakteristik masing-masing proses pembuatan,dimulai dari pengadonan, pencetakan, pengukusan, penjemuran, pengopenan dan penggorengan. Bagianadonan kerupuk merupakan proses pencampuran bahan baku yang dilakukan secara manual dan berulangulang,pada saat proses tersebut pekerja terlalu membungkuk. Studi pendahuluan pada pekerja didapatinformasi bahwa sakit pada anggota tubuh bagian punggung 60%, sakit pinggang 80%, sakit pada bokong60%, sakit pergelangan tangan kiri 90%, sakit pergelangan tangan kanan 80% dan sakit tangan kanan60%.Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan perbaikan postur tubuh yang ergonomis pada proses pengadonan kerupukberdasarkan data antropometri untuk mengurangi keluhan musculoskeletal dan meningkatkan produktivitas.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain Nodric Body Map (NBM), antropometri, Rapid Entire BodyAssessment REBA dan beban kerja.Hasil penelitian menggunakan metode REBA sebelum perbaikan postur kerja menghasilkan skor akhir REBA dari2(dua) pekerja menghasilkan skor akhir sebesar 11 termasuk kategori tingkat risiko 4(empat) yang berarti kategorisangat tinggi, sedangkan hasil setelah perbaikan postur kerja menggunakan alat bantu drum menghasilkan skor akhirREBA dari 2(dua) pekerja memperoleh skor akhir sebesar 7(tujuh) termasuk kategori tingkat risiko 2(dua) yangberarti kategori sedang, dari perhitungan sebelum dan sesudah penelitian mengalami penurunan risiko dengankategori sedang, dan hasil koesioner setelah perbaikan menurun40%sakit punggung,40% sakit pinggang, 30% sakitbokong, 50% sakit pergelangan tangan kiri, 40% sakit pergelangan tangan kanan dan 40% sakit tangan kanan sertahasil sebelum dan sesudah perbaikan beban kerja (CVL) pvalue <0,05 sehingga dikatakan sangat berbeda signifikan.Untuk meningkatkan produktivitas, perusahaan disarankan untuk lebih memperhatikan tingkat keergonomisanpekerja pada saat bekerja dan dapat terhindar dari risiko cidera dan nyeri.

Abstract

“Buruh Gendong” women in Bringharjo market Yogyakarta, still carry loads on their back physically and use manual big basket and shawl. When they carry loads on their back unnaturally, their body postures are too hunchbacked, their heads are bent down and their arms are up-and-down, etc. The performance of the women is not so ergonomic that can makes them have injury. Therefore, it is important to evaluate how to minimize the risk of work accident. Ergonomic evaluation with physiology approach and Quick Exposure Check Method are the methods that can know how much the loads of the labor is and how many risk of injury by evaluating pulse and body posture when they work. Based on the research of “buruh gendong”, it can be obtained (1) load that was carried on back by the labor around 50 – 100 kgs. It means that the load is overstep than load limit suggested load limit around 10-16 kgs, (2) work load classification based on pulse is high work load, (3) means of energy needed by the labor is 5.15182 kcal/minutes that is overstep standard 4 kcal/minutes, (4) total score of observer is 162 and total score of worker evaluation is 26 are classified as action level 4 which evaluation observed and changed at that time. The conclusion of this research is that “buruh gendong” women working in Bringharjo market tends to have injury risk. Therefore, it is suggested to design ergonomic work system by considering characteristics of work, worker, material, and work management.

Abstract

Semakin berkembangnya industri dan inovasi teknologi di Indonesia yang menyebabkan tingginya persaingan antar industri terutama di industri manufaktur. Salah satu permasalahan yang perusahaan ialah mengurangi atau menghilangkan defect. PT. Aneka Adhilogam Karya adalah perusahaan manufaktur bergerak dibidang pengecoran logam, memiliki alat yang masih tergolong manual dan pemilihan operator dan tenga kerja yang dipilih tidak sesuai dengan kualitas standar menyebabkan banyaknya produk perusahaan yang defect. Pada masalah ini peneliti ingin mengidentifikasi penyebab defect pengecoran dan bagaimana caranya meminimasikannya. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode Failure Mode and Effects Analisys (FMEA) untuk mengetahui potensi kegagalan yang harus diprioritaskan dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk membobotkan kriteria FMEA sehingga muncul RPN baru yaitu RPN-AHP. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu berupa data defect pada divisi pengecoran selama 6 bulan (Juni – November 2019). Defect dominan yang terjadi pada produk Manhole adalah Manhole Cover TA dan Manhole Frame TA. Untuk produk Flange defect dominan adalah Flange Spigot dan Tee All Flange. Defect dominan yang terakhir terjadi pada produk Giboult Joint adalah Giboult Joint 110 dan Giboult Joint 90.

Abstract

Household industries that are engaged in the percentage of the agribusiness sector,especially mushrooms, are still relatively small compared to those engaged in other sectors.This has become one of the factors for entrepreneurship to improve people's welfare,especially housewives. Mushroom cultivation does not require much capital and byunderstanding proper maintenance procedures will decrease the failure rate of mushroomcultivation. With an average harvest age of 2 weeks since planting, the optimal processingwill quickly generate profits. This community service aims to provide counseling aboutmushroom cultivation on a household scale, by knowing the process of mushroom cultivationusing automatic mushroom incubator, types of mushrooms that can be consumed and thebenefits of mushroom cultivation. The expected results of this activity are Dasawisma womenRT.06 Kampung Totogan, Madurejo Village, Prambanan Subdistrict, Sleman Regency, DIYcan play an active role in efforts to rise living standards and also improve communitywelfare by cultivating mushrooms using household scale automatic mushroom incubator, solater it will create a household business in the field of agribusiness.

Abstract

Community Service Program (KKN) is an intrakurikuler activity that combines Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi implementation to provide stock to students in the form oflearning experiences and community empowerment. KKN is a vehicle for the application and development of science, technology and arts, carried out outside thecampus, in time, working mechanisms, and certain requirements. KKN program at the Institut Sains & Teknologi AKPRIND Yogyakarta, as well as efforts to improve empathyand awareness of students in the community and apply science, especially science and technology in the midst of society. The process of implementing KKN also get guidance from lecturers. In the guidance of this KKN, lecturers also play a role in the implementation of community service. With the involvement of this lecturer is expectedto implement KKN can run in accordance with the policy of the Institute. Implementation of KKN is done by Gedong Kuning with work program to improve human resource skill to support entrepreneurship interest. Hopefully this program can be implemented well by the community to reduce unemployment and increase income.

Abstract

This study purpose to design an environmentally friendly forging machine in the group of "DL" and "PRT" pande besi who are partners in the Village of Palbapang, PandakDistrict, Bantul Regency. So far, the two partners have made agricultural equipment manually by treating raw materials or heated iron forged repeatedly using a hammer according to the desired form of agricultural equipment. For this process, 3 workers are needed, even though the current condition of the two groups of pande besi is the difficulty of finding workers, so that market demand related to agricultural equipment cannot be fulfilled.The research method is carried out after all data and information have been collected by designing an environmentally friendly forging machine with the help of showhare autocad, then looking for materials and tools that will be used to make the design of the forging machine, and making environmentally friendly forging machinesaccording to the specifications obtained . Before being submitted to partners, testing of the number of punches per minute, as well as the noise level. The results that have been achieved in this study are the creation of an environmentally friendly forging machine design with the capacity to forge machetes roughly 5 pieces / hour, as well as a one-time blow to the depressed workpiece depth of 2 to 3 mm with the number of blows produced 200 to 250 punch a minute, with the noisecaused to the forging machine at 60 dBA. From these results there was a 45% reduction in the noise figure from the previous one using a 110.17dBA manual tool to 60 dBA.The capacity of agricultural equipment production in the two partners of the iron court group increased to 2 to 3 times when compared to using human labor, and in the end could improve the welfare of the partner iron-iron group and the iron-iron society in general.

Abstract

CV. Cita Nasional is a company engaged in processing pure milk into pasteurized fresh milk and homogenization. This research was conducted to analyze defective products using the Six Sigma, Poka -Yoke and Kaizen approaches. Defective products in cup packaging from July 2017 to July 2018 is 20.71% with a target of a maximum of 3% product defects. The purpose of the research is to find out the company’s process capability with DPMO and the level of sigma capability, analyze the factors that cause product disability along with proposed improvements. The method used with Poka-Yoke and determine the action plan in quality control efforts with the Kaizen approach. The result obtained based on the Six Sigma state, namely the Define stage, obtained quality characteristics or CTQ in the form of attribute data 7 characteristic of the causes of disability. The results of the company’s perpormance baseline measurement at the Measure stage of the company were in the condition of 3.383 sigma with DPMO 29.586. The analyze phase is made control map, pareto diagram and makes fish bone diagram to obtain the factors that cause disability. During the improve phase an action plan was developed using the Poka-Yoke approach. In the control phase continuous improvement is done with the Kaizen approach which includes the Five-M checklist concept, 5W+1H (What, Why, Where, When, Who, How) and the Five Step Plan.
