Abstract

Abstrak: Strategi Inovatif dalam Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Wahyu Tetuko Bojonegoro: Analisis Studi Kasus pada Implementasi Praktik Terbaik untuk Peningkatan Efektivitas Organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi inovatif dalam manajemen SDM rumah sakit, dengan memfokuskan pada analisis studi kasus implementasi praktik terbaik. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus pada Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Wahyu Tetuko Bojonegoro. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pimpinan dan praktisi SDM, observasi, dan analisis dokumen terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rumah sakit telah menerapkan strategi inovatif, termasuk penggunaan teknologi terkini, pengembangan keterampilan karyawan, promosi budaya kolaboratif, dan peningkatan proses rekrutmen. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi inovatif, terutama melalui penerapan praktik terbaik, mampu menjadi kunci untuk meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen SDM di rumah sakit. Temuan ini dapat menjadi pedoman berharga bagi rumah sakit dan institusi kesehatan serupa dalam mengembangkan model manajemen SDM yang responsif dan adaptif. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap kemajuan pelayanan kesehatan secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Work motivation is an important factor in improving employee performance and achieving organizational goals. Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a crucial role in motivating employees through various strategies and policies. The method used in this study is a type of qualitative research. The data sources obtained in this study are from the results of library research from various sources. The main source of data for this research is the results of research published on google scholar. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of this study are obtained how the role of human resource management in increasing work motivation, effective human resource management strategies and policies to increase work motivation, as well as challenges and solutions in the implementation of human resource management to increase work motivation

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of human resources in achieving digital media-based learning and the factors that support and hinder as well as solutions in overcoming the implementation of human resource management in achieving digital media-based learning at State Islamic Junior High School Wajo. This type of research is qualitative research and to obtain the data needed in this study, researchers used field research. The research location is State Islamic Junior High School Wajo, the research subjects are teachers and data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that human resources in implementing digital media must attend training and workshops. Human resource management in the implementation of digital media-based learning at State Islamic Junior High School Wajo uses smart tv and its impact is felt by students in teaching and learning activities. There is one factor that supports teaching and learning activities using smart tv namely facilities and infrastructure and one that hindersnamely the internet network. The solution to the inhibiting factor is to divert learning using power point. The use of smart tv greatly facilitates teachers and students in the learning process. Smart tv is a new breakthrough in education and learning becomes more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) pada kompetensi guru di SMKS Darul Ulum Layoa, Kabupaten Bantaeng. Fokus penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kebijakan dan praktik manajemen SDM yang diterapkan di sekolah tersebut berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kompetensi guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan guru, kepala sekolah, dan staf manajemen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen SDM yang efektif meliputi rekrutmen, seleksi, pelatihan dan pengembangan, serta evaluasi kinerja guru. Proses rekrutmen dan seleksi yang transparan serta sesuai standar kompetensi yang ditetapkan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap kualitas tenaga pengajar. Pelatihan dan pengembangan berkelanjutan sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan guru, sehingga mereka mampu mengikuti perkembangan kurikulum dan metode pembelajaran terbaru. Evaluasi kinerja yang objektif dan berbasis capaian siswa juga memberikan umpan balik yang konstruktif bagi para guru. Namun, penelitian ini juga menemukan beberapa tantangan, seperti keterbatasan anggaran dan fasilitas, yang dapat menghambat pelaksanaan program manajemen SDM secara optimal. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa implementasi manajemen SDM yang baik dan terencana dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru, yang pada akhirnya akan berdampak positif terhadap kualitas pendidikan di SMKS Darul Ulum Layoa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dan menganalisa apakah ada pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap implementasi manajemen sumber daya manusia di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta Pujud. Adapun populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru yang terdapat di  Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta Pujud yang berjumlah 53 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunkan adalah Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengunakan Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Normalitas dan Uji Korelasi dan regresi linier. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan R Square sebesar 0,407 atau 40,7%. Nilai ini dapat diartikan bahwa perubahan implementasi manajemen sumber daya manusia oleh perubahan variabel kompetensi sebesar 40,7%. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah mengukur kompetensi terhadap manajemen sumber daya manusia pada sebuah lembaga madrasah yayasan.

Abstract

The growth of the event organizer industry has grown rapidly in recent years. Future Work House is a business that offers services to organize and plan an event of both small and large scale. In practice, there are some unoptimal management functions such as employee recruitment, employee training and development, and human resource maintenance. This research aims to find out the implementation of human resources management that focuses on the recruitment, development and maintenance of employees at the event organizer Future Work House located in Jambi Province. The research carried out is a qualitative research conducted directly in the field through observations, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, on the employee development of the company strives to continue to strive to develop employees with training but still not optimal. Because of the lack of specific training to develop new and old employees. So is the maintenance carried out by the company. The company strives to satisfy and make convenience to employees in order to increase employee loyalty. But there is still a shortage of methods used so that employees can feel good maintenance in the company.

Abstract

This research aims the process of implementing HR management improves the quality of educational services at SDIT Ash-Shiddiiqi. This research uses a qualitative approach method. The data collection technique used to obtain valid data is through observation, interviews and documentation taken directly from informants, namely the principal and teachers of SDIT Ash-Shiddiiqi. The data analysis techniques used are through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this research are that the implementation of management in improving the quality of education is going well and is quite adequate, the implementation of HR management goes through several stages : carrying out an effective human resource planning process, carry out external recruitment through the education office and internal recruitment and selection for additional staff such as honorary teachers, placing employees according to interests and talents, holding training so that the skills of teachers and employees increase, carrying out performance assessments within one semester, provide appreciation in the form of compensation and bonuses according to position and qualifications, terminate employment relations in accordance with mutual agreement. In conclusion, "implementation of human resource management at SDIT Ash Shiddiiqi, Jambi city has improved the quality of educational services. Abstract

The influence of Human Resources Management (HR) on the Performance of Educational Institutions refers to how the practices and policies implemented in managing human resources in educational institutions influence the results or performance of the institution. The performance of educational institutions can be measured through various indicators such as teaching quality, student achievement, operational efficiency and staff satisfaction. By managing human resources effectively, educational institutions can improve overall performance, which will ultimately benefit students, staff and society at large. This research uses a qualitative approach, collecting data using observation, interviews and documentation. This research was conducted to find out how human resource management influences the performance of educational institutions, which refers more to the implementation implemented in an educational institution.  Because educational institutions are more commonly known as schools, the researcher took the school as an object and conducted research at one of the schools in Sangatta, Kab. East Kutai MTs Hubbul Wathon. The researcher included several formulations of general problems that often occur in the implementation of human resources in an educational institution.

Abstract

Health human resource management is a crucial aspect in efforts to improve the level of public health and improve the quality of services in health facilities. Health resources play a key role in the transformation of health development in Indonesia. Good implementation of health service management in health facilities is needed so that health development in Indonesia can run optimally. This research uses a literature review method with an article search strategy via Google Scholar. Articles were selected based on the inclusion criteria in this study. The research results show that the implementation of health human resource management in health facilities is still not optimal, which causes a shortage and inequality of health human resources in these facilities. The government and related agencies are expected to be able to improve the health resource management system by analyzing health human resource needs. In addition, efforts need to be made to educate and distribute health human resources in health facilities to ensure more equitable and quality health services.
