Abstract

This study has the objectives of (1) analyzing the need for developing comic media based on Luwu's local wisdom; (2) knowing the design of comic media development based on Luwu's local wisdom; (3) determine thevalidity of the development of comic media based on local wisdom in Luwu on the theme 5 My Heroes in class IV Al-Ikhlas Tanete Lampe'e North Luwu. The type of research used in this research is Research and Development (R & D) which develops a product in the form of comic media based on local wisdom and uses the ADDIE development model. Data collection techniques using observation, student questionnaires, teacher interviews and tests as data collection techniques. Fourth grade students of MI Al-Ikhlas Tanete Lampe'e are the objects of this research. The validity of a product can be known by conducting product validation tests, validated by experts in their fields, namely the first to material experts obtained a percentage value of 87.5% or very valid, the second to linguists the percentage value is 90% or valid, third to design experts it is known that the percentage value obtained is 90% which means that it is included in the very valid category.

Abstract

This thesis discusses research into the development of creative puzzle learning media in beginning reading material for class I at SDN 05 Salamae, Palopo city. This research aims to: (1) Analyze the need for creative puzzle media in beginning reading materials (2) Find out the level of validity of creative puzzle learning media in developed beginning reading materials (3) Find out the level of practicality of creative puzzle learning media in developed beginning reading materials tested. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) research using the ADDIE development model of 5 stages, namely: analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation stages. This research was carried out in 2023 involving 22 class I students at SDN 05 Salamae. Meanwhile, the object of the research is creative puzzle learning media which was developed according to student needs. Research data was collected through questionnaires, interviews and tests and then analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Based on the results of the validity of creative puzzle media which has been validated in categories, design experts get a score of 73% in the valid category. Meanwhile, linguists got a percentage score of 96% in the very valid category. The results were very satisfying and positive with the final score obtained from the practicality test results being 95.09% in the very practical category and the class I teacher with the score obtained from the practicality test results being 82% in the very practical category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of human resources in achieving digital media-based learning and the factors that support and hinder as well as solutions in overcoming the implementation of human resource management in achieving digital media-based learning at State Islamic Junior High School Wajo. This type of research is qualitative research and to obtain the data needed in this study, researchers used field research. The research location is State Islamic Junior High School Wajo, the research subjects are teachers and data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that human resources in implementing digital media must attend training and workshops. Human resource management in the implementation of digital media-based learning at State Islamic Junior High School Wajo uses smart tv and its impact is felt by students in teaching and learning activities. There is one factor that supports teaching and learning activities using smart tv namely facilities and infrastructure and one that hindersnamely the internet network. The solution to the inhibiting factor is to divert learning using power point. The use of smart tv greatly facilitates teachers and students in the learning process. Smart tv is a new breakthrough in education and learning becomes more effective and efficient.

Abstract

The main problem of this thesis research is how to implement the values of multicultural education at SMK Negeri 1 Palopo. Then what is the PAI teacher's strategy in developing multicultural educational values, and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of developing multicultural educational values at SMK Negeri 1 Palopo. This thesis research uses descriptive qualitative research. The research location is at SMK Negeri 1 Palopo. With the method of observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis by reducing data, presenting data, and verifying data. The findings in this study indicate that at SMK Negeri 1 Palopo it has implemented the values of multicultural education as there is education in Islam which includes tolerance values, peace values, tolerance values, justice values, honesty values, democratic values, religious values and togetherness values. The strategy for developing multicultural education values at SMK Negeri 1 Palopo uses several strategies including prayer methods, reading the Koran for each student, group work methods, discussion methods, and collaborative methods between parents and students. The results of the strategy for developing multicultural educational values in students are the growth of democratic attitudes, tolerance, justice, peace, honesty, religion, togetherness, the absence of conflicts due to differences in culture, race, ethnicity, social and religious status. School is a place of education that will print the nation's generation and determine the nation's destiny in the future by using appropriate learning methods. Education, especially religious education, is the main joint of knowledge in the application and development of multicultural education in order to shape students' personality attitudes. In the learning process, of course, it will not go according to the wishes of education, there must be supporting and inhibiting factors. The supporting factors experienced by PAI teachers in the process of developing multicultural educational values include a strategic and supportive school environment, teachers and school staff who are supportive and work well together, realize good curriculum and students accept learning methods well. As for the things that become obstacles, namely the lack of socialization regarding multiculturalism, the absence of pamphlets in magazines based on multicultural education, and the lack of student creativity about the importance of multicultural education

Abstract

Tuntutan akan penguasaan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran oleh guru TK saat ini menjadi latarbelakang kegiatan pendampingan literasi digital guru TK se-Luwu Raya ini dilaksanakan. Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan oleh Prodi Pendidikan Islam Anak Usia Dini IAIN Palopo Palopo kepada 30 guru. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah agar dapat meningkatkan pemahaman guru-guru PAUD dalam literasi digital selain itu guru-guru mampu dengan baik menggunakan teknologi digital dalam proses pendidikan di sekolah. Metode kegiatan dalam pengabdian ini adalah pendampingan. Metode ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan individu dalam bidang yang spesifik. Hasil pendampingan kepada 30 peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan ini diperoleh 90 % responden menyatakan puas dengan pendampingan literasi digital yang telah dibuat. Serta diharapkan dukungan teknis dan panduan untuk memanfaatkan sumber daya harus tersedia. Selain itu, menciptakan lingkungan kolaboratif di mana para guru dapat berbagi praktik terbaik, ide-ide inovatif, dan belajar dari satu sama lain dapat menumbuhkan budaya pembelajaran dan pengembangan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Thei data analysis teichniqueis useid arei qualitativei deiscriptivei analysis and quantitativei deiscriptivei analysis. Thei reisults of this reiseiarch show that articulatei storylinei-baseid leiarning meidia was deiclareid feiasiblei baseid on asseissmeints by validators with a peirceintagei of 95% by meidia eixpeirts, 96.67% by mateirial eixpeirts, 92.5% by languagei eixpeirts, 100% by leiarning eixpeirts, and it was stateid worthy of studeint reisponseis with a peirceintagei gain of 83% so that leiarning meidia can bei useid in thei leiarning proceiss.

Abstract

Abstract:This research attempted to: find out how the student worksheet development with a contextual approach; to find out the result of the student worksheet development with a contextual approach meets valid and practical categories. The research methodology utilized Research and Development that focused on developing student worksheets with a contextual approach. This development applied Borg and Gall design model. The developing worksheet materials were rectangles and triangles. The obtained data comes from the validation results by four validators, students' responses, and a literature review. The research site is in one of the SMP Negeri in the city of Palopo. The validation result of student worksheets with a contextual approach was: (1) the material expert score is 90% is in a very valid category, (2) the media expert score is 85% is in a very valid category, (3) design expert score is 83% is in a very valid category. Student worksheets with a contextual approach are also in a very practical category at 87%.   Abstrak:Penelitian ini tentang pengembangan Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) dengan pendekatan kontekstual yang memenuhi kategori valid dan praktis. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan desain Borg and Gall. Materi LKS yang dikembangkan adalah segi empat dan segitiga. Data diperoleh dari hasil validasi empat validator, respon siswa, dan studi pustaka. Lokasi penelitian berada di salah satu SMP Negeri di kota Palopo. Hasil validasi LKS menunjukkan: (1) ahli materi dengan skor 90% berada pada kategori sangat valid, (2) ahli media dengan skor 85% berada pada kategori sangat valid, (3) desain ahli dengan skor 83% berada pada kategori sangat valid. LKS dengan pendekatan kontekstual juga berada pada kategori sangat praktis dengan skor 87%.

Abstract

This study aimed to provide an overview of the implementation of teacher learning management in improving student academic achievement at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darussalam Buriko. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation using a qualitative descriptive method. The findings indicate that effective learning management at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darussalam Buriko involves three key stages: (1) Learning Planning: Lesson plans and other administrative tools are prepared, although often only to meet administrative requirements. (2) Implementation: Teachers generally follow their lesson plans, except in certain subjects where they rely solely on student textbooks. (3) Evaluation: This involves formative and summative assessments and evaluations of students' spiritual and social attitudes. Improved student learning outcomes are evidenced by fewer remedial cases attributed to teachers' innovative methods. However, challenges include insufficient infrastructure, additional teacher assignments, inadequate knowledge of planning and implementation, limited study duration, and student-related issues such as afternoon drowsiness, lack of enthusiasm, and discipline problems.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the analysis of the need for developing interactive learning media based on word wall educational games on fraction material in class IV at SDN 173 Kertoraharjo, Kec. East Tomoni, Kab. East Luwu. This research uses Research & Development (R&D) research with the ADDIE development model which consists of 5 stages, namely the analysis stage, design stage, development stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage. This research was carried out at SDN 173 Kertoraharjo with the subjects in this research being the class IV homeroom teacher and 19 class IV students. Meanwhile, the object of this research is interactive media based on word wall educational games on fraction material. Then the techniques used in data collection are interviews, questionnaires, tests and documentation. As well as data analysis techniques using qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis. The results of this development research show that students need an interesting learning media on fraction material such as interactive learning media based on word wall educational games on fraction material. The implication of this development research is that learning can be interesting, increase student learning motivation and student learning outcomes can increase.
