Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether community participation, use of information technology, and apparatus competence have a positive effect on the accountability of village fund management and to examine the accountability of village fund management from a Sharia Accounting perspective. This research is a quantitative research where the population in this study was obtained from 15 villages with 75 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data was obtained by documentation and questionnaires using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that Community Participation, Use of Information Technology and Apparatus Competence each have a positive and significant effect on village fund management accountability. Accountability from an Islamic economic perspective will be realized if village officials are able to fulfill their obligations to convey their mandate and responsibility for what they have done to agencies or communities who have the right to accept that accountability.

Abstract

Effectiveness of the Use of Mail Application Information Systems at the Sulawesi Region Environmental and Forestry Law Security and Enforcement Center (SIAP GAKKUM). The purpose of the study was to determine the Effectiveness of the Use of Mail Application Information Systems at the Sulawesi Region Environmental and Forestry Law Security and Enforcement Center (SIAP GAKKUM). The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants in this study were the Head of the Administration Sub-Division, the Admin of the SIAP GAKKUM Application, Administration Staff, and 2 employees. The data analysis techniques used are data condensation techniques, data presentation, drawing conclusions or verification. The results showed that the management of letters at the Center for Security and Enforcement of Environmental and Forestry Law in Sulawesi Region, showed that the process of managing letters was in accordance with procedures so that it could be said to be effective. The use of cost and time is very efficient so that it can be categorized as effective, data security in the SIAP GAKKUM application can be guaranteed because access is only given to employees, application access and information can be accessed easily by employees according to the user account and account level owned. This research can be used as a reference material in the development of digital-based mail applications, there are several advantages of this application including efficient use of time, costs, data security guarantees, and flexible data access.

Abstract

Based on Open Budget Survey 2019 held by International Budget Partnership, Indonesia set new record by getting score 70 in 2019 for budget transparency. However, Indonesia's score for public participation is only 20 out of 100. Responding to that issue, information dissemination to public is held to create better understanding of the data available. This research will perform multiple linear regression method and in-depth interview to test the significancy of the relationship between public trust and the implementation of budget transparency and information dissemination. This research found that there is a significant effect of the implementation of budget transparency and information dissemination to public trust in Directorate General of Budget, Ministry of Finance Indonesia. This study provides a useful suggestion about transparency and information dissemination in budget data which still needs some improvements related to the wording used in information media, popularity of the publication, access and reusability of the data and the attractiveness of the events.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the communication strategies implemented by the Public Relations Division of the Bogor City DPRD Secretariat in utilizing Instagram as a primary medium for disseminating public information. In addition, the research focuses on identifying the most effective types of content to be published in order to build a positive institutional image and enhance public participation. The research method employed is qualitative descriptive, with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation. The findings indicate that the management of the @setwankotabogor Instagram account is conducted professionally, with clear division of tasks among team members, intensive coordination, and a systematic content curation process. The variety of content published includes documentation of DPRD activities, educational content, collaborations, interactive posts, creative visuals, and internal secretariat activities. The use of Instagram has proven effective in delivering information quickly, attractively, and transparently, as well as in fostering active public engagement. Despite facing technical and budgetary limitations, the digital strategies applied have succeeded in positioning Instagram as a modern and accountable public communication platform. This study recommends strengthening human resources and exploring other digital platforms to further support the effectiveness of legislative communication in the future.

Abstract

The activeness of the elderly coming to the posyandu has an important role for the health of the elderly. In this case, the factor that plays an important role in increasing the activeness of the elderly to the posyandu is information support from the family. This study aims to determine the role of information support from the family in increasing the activeness of the elderly to come to the posyandu. Through the use of correlative quantitative design through a cross-sectional approach with a sample of 370 elderly by random sampling, using a family support questionnaire and a list of elderly attendance at posyandu. This study shows that the frequency distribution of good information support (52.2%) and analysis of the significant relationship between information support and the activeness of the elderly in attending posyandu (p<0.05). The important role of information support from the family in supporting the elderly to continue to actively participate in coming to posyandu. Recommendation: Family involvement is needed in providing health information to the elderly to support the elderly to actively attend posyandu as part of health interventions for the elderly

Abstract

Salah satu peralatan di Bandara Udara Sultan Babullah adalah Flight Information Display System (FIDS). FIDS merupakan sebuah sarana informasi terkait jadwal penerbangan baik keberangkatan maupun kepulangan disebuah bandara udara. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini peneliti membuat suatu rancangan aplikasi FIDS yang dapat membantu para penumpang mengetahui jadwal keberangkatan dan kedatangan pesawat maupun keterlambatan pesawat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mulai dari Studi lapangan, Pengumpulan data, Merancang Aplikasi FIDS secara Web, Pengujian Aplikasi FIDS dan Perbaikan Aplikasi FIDS . Kemudian Pengolahan data. Pengolahan data dengan menggunakan data Internal dan data Eksternal. Data Internal yaitu peneliti mengolah data dengan cara menjalankan aplikasi FIDS pada localhost dan hosting. Sedangkan data Eksternal yaitu peneliti menggunakan foam kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada para penumpang dengan menggunakan beberapa pertanyaan tentang tingkat kepuasan penumpang terhadap aplikasi FIDS. Dari pengolahan kedua data tersebut akhirnya aplikasi FIDS ini sudah bisa dioperasikan karena mencapai 80 % katagori baik .Dan pada pertanyaan kuisionernya, jawaban Audens atau penumpang sudah mencapai 95 % katagori baik, sehingga para penumpang sudah bisa menggunakan aplikasi FIDS.

Abstract

Information and communication technology-based learning is an effort to manage learning by utilizing ICT advances to support online-based learning processes, which combine a learning process with the use of learning media. The media is technological in nature, be it in the form of the internet, mobile phones, use of video, LCD, and others. The purpose of this research is to reveal the implementation of Information and Communication Technology (ICT)-based learning in the era of the Covid 19 pandemic and after the Covid 19 pandemic. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The technique of collecting data from this research is through interviews, opinions of experts and previous research. This research was conducted at an Islamic elementary school in Palembang city in January 2023. The results of this study indicate that during the Covid 19 pandemic the process of teaching and learning activities was carried out online using WhatsApp Groups, Google Classroom and Zoom Meetings. During the post-Covid 19 pandemic, learning was carried out face-to-face, but ICT-based learning was still carried out as it should and in the best way possible. The goal is to make it easier for teachers to convey material to students and also make it easier for students to accept the material being taugh.

Abstract

This research aimed to explain the effectiveness of using the YouTube application in based learning media on ICT (Information and Communication Technology). The research method used was descriptive qualitative which aimed to obtain in-depth information about the effectiveness of using the YouTube application in ICT-based learning media for class XI students of SMA Nurul Hasanah Ciheulang Lebak Banten through participatory observation, interviews, and documentation. Through the Miles and Huberman data analysis techniques, researchers collected and reviewed existing data, performed data reduction, data presentation, and concluded it. The research results were that teachers could display interesting, interactive, and fun learning videos, became a medium for self-expression and foster creativity in students in practicing teaching materials, and learning could be accessed anytime and anywhere without being limited by space or time.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the characteristics of zakat financial information on the quality of financial reports of zakat institutions in Riau. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 204 stakeholders who always interact with zakat institutions. Data analysis methods used in this study include research instrument testing and hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study concluded that partially the characteristics of zakat financial information "understandable", "comparable", and "complete" affect the quality of zakat institutions' financial reports. On the other hand, the characteristics of zakat financial information are "relevant", "reliable", neutral", and "timely" do not affect the quality of zakat institutions' financial reports. Then, simultaneously, zakat financial information is relevant, understandable, reliable, neutral, timely, comparable, and complete which together affect the quality of zakat institutions' financial reports.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors influence the success of the BSI Mobile banking application using the Delone and Mclean Information System Model. The variables used in this study are system quality, information quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction, and net benefit. This research was conducted on BSI customers who have done banking transactions using Mobile banking and have been BSI customers for the past year. The sample used is as many as 200 respondents with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling. This type of research is causal associative and the method used in this study is the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. Based on the results of research, information quality and service quality have a positive effect on user activity, system quality and information quality have a positive effect on user satisfaction, service quality does not affect user satisfaction, user activity has a positive effect on user satisfaction, user activity and user satisfaction have a positive effect on user benefits (net benefits). The results of this study are expected to help Bank Syariah Indonesia in improving the information system on Mobile banking so that it can provide satisfaction to BSI customers
