It was said to be feasible based on the results of the teacher's response of 81.59% in the very feasible category, the response of 2 students in the one to one stage was 85.76% in the feasible category, and the response of 10 students in the small group test stage was 91.69% in the very feasible category. This LKPD is effective based on the results of the pretest-posttest which is measured by the N-Gain test obtaining a value of 0.6 in the medium category. This shows that the LKPD products based on the local wisdom of the Kampar people are valid, feasible and effective.

Abstract

Children with Special Needs with hearing impairment have hearing loss, classified as deaf and hard of hearing. Hearing loss in children with special needs is associated with long-term academic and communication difficulties, so it will hinder the learning process and potentially experience obstacles in developing students' thinking or cognitive quality. This study aims to analyze the effect of Indonesian language learning media using the SIBI Alphabet Card on increasing vocabulary acquisition in children with hearing impairment. This research is true experimental research with the randomized three-group pretest-posttest only design. A total of 27 children with hearing impairment, categories slight, moderate, profound, male and female, aged 8-22 years. Subjects were randomly divided into three study groups, namely G1 (n = 10; Slight Deaf), G2 (n = 8; Moderate Deaf), G3 (n = 9; Profound Deaf). The Indonesian-language learning media intervention using the SIBI Alphabet Card was carried out 2x/week for four weeks. Data were collected before and after the intervention using a written test instrument. The data analysis technique used the Paired Samples T-Test test with the Packet for Social Science (SPSS) Statistics Software version 21. Based on the results of the study showed that there was an increase in vocabulary acquisition in the three groups before and after the intervention (p0.001). In general, concluded that the provision of Indonesian-language learning media using the SIBI Alphabet Card which is carried out two times/week for four weeks is effective in increasing vocabulary acquisition in deaf children with special needs.

This study used quantitative research and correlational analysis to examine the relationship between teacher self-efficacy and the ability to integrate technology into the Civics curriculum.  The instrument used consisted of a self-efficacy questionnaire and technology integration. The study's results showed a positive relationship indicated by the correlation coefficient value of 0.839 0.254 with the Sig. It is better if the learning process continues to be carried out by integrating technology into learning. So that children can have the ability to use technology following current developments. Abstract

This research examines the implementation of Islamic Education as a means to enhance the religious consciousness of high school pupils in Kendari. The research at hand addresses two key aspects: firstly, the religious consciousness among students attending State Senior High institution Kendari, and secondly, the implementation of Islamic teaching inside the institution. The data for this study were obtained through interview methods, participatory observation, and document analysis. The data analysis methodologies employed included data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The present investigation revealed that the educational curriculum employed at the institution under scrutiny was the 2013 Islamic religious education curriculum. Based on the findings, it was determined that the level of religious awareness among students in this educational institution did not meet the anticipated standards. The 2013 curriculum serves as a metric for evaluating the religious views of students. This measure was implemented to ascertain if the religious beliefs held by the pupils were influenced by the teachings provided by their religion instructor within the educational institution. The correlation between the scope and diversity of Islamic religious education and the quantity and proficiency of Islamic religious education instructors inside this educational institution is not linear. The number of instructors responsible for delivering Islamic education within this educational institution is limited to a total of five individuals. A significant proportion of individuals has Master's degrees, indicating a high level of education attainment. Furthermore, the dissemination of significant Islamic religious education material is limited to a mere four sessions of 45 minutes each or three hours in total within a single week.

Abstract

Islamic Boarding School as an Islamic educational institution initially only taught religious knowledge. However, currently some Islamic Boarding School in Indonesia are trying to transform by adopting science education and even more focused on studying science. This is interesting because as a newcomer, the presence of Islamic Boarding School that has been transformed into a science boarding school is in great demand by the people of South Tapanuli. This research seeks to answer the paradigm that underlies the transformation, the underlying reasons and the purpose of the change. Methodologically, to read and analyze paradigm shifts in several Islamic boarding schools in South Tapanuli, this study uses an integration approach. Meanwhile, to capture the reasons that underlie the paradigm change and the purpose of the change, this research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of this study found that the transformative paradigm of science-religion is the paradigm that underpins the change. An important reality behind the transformation is the assumption that the Islamic boarding that existed so far has lost its dimension of reality. The main goal of the paradigm shift is to balance and revitalize science knowledge in educational institutions.

Abstract

Exemplary leadership is a crucial factor in a leader's success. As a leader, the school principal plays a significant role in setting an example for teachers. However, whether this aspiration has been fulfilled remains an area that requires further research. This study explores the ethical leadership of school principals who serve as role models. The research approach adopted for this scientific article is a literature review involving data collection, reading, and managing research materials from various sources. The study's findings highlight leaders' pivotal role in shaping ethical behaviour and fostering an ethical climate within organizations. The leader's strategic approach to promoting ethical conduct becomes integral to the overall organizational strategy. In this context, the ethical mindset of managers revolves around three core concepts: leading by example through concrete actions, utilizing rewards and discipline, and actively communicating about ethics and values. In conclusion, one of the critical responsibilities of a leader is to cultivate a positive ethical climate within the organization. The ethical climate represents the perception of organizational members, leaders, and subordinates concerning the organization's adherence to ethical principles and the prevailing internal environment. Further research in this area can shed more light on the impact of exemplary leadership on organizational ethics.

This qualitative study included five Vocational High Schools implementing the entrepreneurship-based school program and the data was collected via documentation. The data analysis activity was carried out throughout the research activity, and the most core activities include data simplification, data display and conclusions drawing. This study revealed that the system approach of developing school entrepreneurship in Vocational High Schools included the preparation stage (P), the planning stage (P), implementation stage (I), and the marketing stage (M). In order to develop an entrepreneurship-based school, the school must overcome a number of challenges, including external partners issues, funding issues, human resources issues, infrastructure issues, marketing issues, and momentum issues.
