The education system was never born in a vacuum. Awareness of the urgency of education accompanies the movement of social change which triggers the emergence of educational patterns that try to adapt to the demands and pressures of the times. The dynamics of democratization, the development of science and globalization also define an education system that is considered capable of responding to the challenges of the social and societal situation so as to produce learning figures who are able to adapt to the times and times. As a form of universal formulation, Islam from the beginning has called for the urgency of science and knowledge as an instrument for humans to interpret Islamic teachings. Allah SWT has also described in the drama the creation of the first human, Adam as, how instruments of science and knowledge are able to distinguish human existence from other creatures created by Him. Although it is not easy to go through, the creation of Adam leaves a myriad of mysteries that reveal the importance of education as a process capable of transforming humans into the best creatures and embodying divine qualities on earth as caliphs. In turn, the Islamic education system is able to contribute to the realization of an education system that is universal and able to accommodate the human needs of mankind. As a religion of mercy, Islam presents freedom as a form of individual responsibility in the face of various life challenges that often confine humanity to ignorance and backwardness. Transformation is an intrinsic value in Islam which becomes a form of strategy to adapt to various forms of social change.

The ability to recognize and effectively communicate emotions, referred to as emotional literacy, is crucial for interpersonal success and psychological health. This study aimed to enhance the emotional literacy of adolescents in junior high school through the application of role-playing techniques within guidance and counseling services. Employing a quantitative methodology, this research adopted a pretest-posttest experimental design to evaluate the effectiveness of these interventions. A total of eight respondents participated in the study. The emotional literacy scale served as the primary instrument for measuring changes in emotional literacy levels. Data were analyzed using the non-parametric Wilcoxon signed-rank test. The findings revealed that role-playing significantly improved the emotional literacy of the participants. These results have important implications for school counselors, suggesting that incorporating role-playing techniques into counseling sessions can be an effective strategy for fostering emotional development among students. This research underscores the potential of targeted educational interventions in enhancing emotional literacy, which can contribute to better emotional management and healthier adolescent development.

The phenomenon of demonstrations and conflicts between student groups that occur often ends in riots. In this situation, it is suspected that many individuals in their psychological state experience deindividuation. Deindividuation tendency is the loss of individual self-identity because it has merged into the group which results in a lack of self-awareness and self-control in individuals so that sometimes it can result in the individual behaving deviantly from social norms. This study aims to describe the description of deindividuation tendency in students at Syiah Kuala University and to describe how conflict management can be done in students. This study uses mixed method with explanatory sequential design. The population in this study were undergraduate students in the even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year from 5 faculties at Universitas Syiah Kuala. The sample was taken with simple random sampling technique with the Slovin formula as many as 390 students. Data collection on quantitative methods uses a deindividuation scale which is arranged based on 3 aspects, namely Group Immersion, Anonymity and Reduced Identifiabilty. Data collection in qualitative methods use interview guidelines were prepared based on the three dimensions of democratic conflict governance. The results showed that most of the deindividuation in Syiah Kuala University students were classified in the moderate category, namely 197 (51%) students. Deindividuation in this moderate category means that students tend to experience deindividuation in certain situations such as when facing conflicts between groups and carrying out demonstrations.

Differentiated learning is an instructional approach that prioritizes adapting to the unique needs and characteristics of each student. This study aims to elucidate educators' comprehension and implementation of differentiated learning within an autonomous curriculum framework, focusing on middle school math teachers in Bone Regency. Conducted as a mixed-methods descriptive study, data were collected through a structured academic survey targeting a representative sample of teachers from various middle schools in the region. Quantitative data were statistically analyzed to assess the prevalence of differentiated learning practices, while qualitative data were analyzed thematically to explore common themes and insights regarding teachers' perceptions and challenges. The findings indicate that teachers generally have a limited understanding of differentiated learning. Only 31% of the participants reported designing and implementing differentiated learning strategies, highlighting a significant gap in the application of this instructional approach within the curriculum. The study reveals a critical need for enhanced professional development and support for middle school math teachers in Bone Regency regarding differentiated learning. The limited understanding and implementation of differentiated learning strategies underscore the necessity for targeted training programs and resources to better equip teachers in addressing the diverse needs of their students. By fostering a deeper comprehension and more widespread application of differentiated learning, educational outcomes can be significantly improved within the autonomous curriculum framework.

The development of information and communication technology has touched various aspects of life, one of which is the world of education. Education cannot be separated from the development of IT. The Prezi video application can be used to create interesting learning video media for students. This research is a Research and Development (RD) research through a 4D development model, which consists of 4 stages, namely: (a) Define, (b) Design, (c) Develop, and (d) Disseminate. This study aims to develop material on the basic competence of gasoline injection systems for class XI Automotive Light Vehicle Engine Maintenance. Subject Automotive Light Vehicle Engineering ( TKRO) expertise program at a state vocational high school in Serang City. This research is limited to the development of media, which is validated by media experts, material experts, and student response trials. This is due to the limited research time. Data analysis techniques were obtained for product feasibility with a Likert scale. From the results of the stages carried out through this method, it can be concluded that the material expert validation was obtained by 87% with the very feasible category and the average media expert validation was obtained by 90% with the very feasible category to be used as an alternative learning video media to make it easier for students to understand material about Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) Gasoline Injection system. Based on product trials conducted by 30 students, 87% of results were obtained in the very good category, or students were very interested in the learning videos that the researchers made.
