During the Covid-19 pandemic, the spread was very wide, including in Indonesia. This affects the student learning system which changes drastically from face-to-face learning to learning at home. The learning solution implemented is online, including for Lancang Kuning University students. The face-to-face learning system applied by Lancang Kuning University changed during the Covid-19 period into distance learning (online) using E-Learning amid the limitations of the existing infrastructure. After implementing the E-Learning system for Lancang Kuning University student lectures, it is necessary to audit academic governance. This audit was conducted to determine the extent to which the implementation of existing information technology was by the academic needs of the Lancang Kuning University community. Evaluation of E-Learning using COBIT 5.0. 4 domains become standards in the COBIT 5.0 assessment, namely Website Content Feasibility Standards, Website Language Feasibility Standards, Website Presentation Feasibility Standards, and Website Component Aspects. In general, the acquisition of the E-Learning index value at Lancang Kuning University has 4 domains, namely Standard indicating good results by showing the total index value is above 3.85. This means that the level of maturity of the Lancang Kuning University student learning system during the Covid 19 period, using E-Learning obtained the predicate "Satisfactory" referring to the predetermined value range method.

Literacy development in Indonesia is still reported to be low. This is written in the findings of a 2020 program for international student assessment (PISA) survey, which found that Indonesia ranked 72 out of 79 countries in the world in reading literacy. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the implementation of the school literacy movement program was done online. The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of SLM throughout the Covid-19 era, as well as the barriers encountered by teachers during the SLM implementation process. The case study method is used in this work, which takes a qualitative approach. Data was collected by observation, interviews, and documentation, and data was analyzed utilizing triangulation techniques in three stages: collection, reduction, and conclusion. The findings revealed that schools were still practicing the three steps of SLM, namely habituation, development, and learning. During the epidemic, literacy exercises are introduced in which students are directed to be productive in their work through writing tasks. The work of the students is published in the form of a book. The challenge to implement SLM during the Covid-19 pandemic has been teachers' inability to manage students' reading comprehension exercises properly.

Covid-19 has had a considerable impact on learning, so to keep improving student learning outcomes, lecturers are required to be more creative in using technology applications such as quizizz. This study aims to see the effectiveness of quizizz in improving student learning outcomes during the implementation of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is quasi-experimental, involving two sample classes, namely the experimental class and the control class. Sorting the two sample classes using random sampling technique. The data collection instrument used multiple choice tests. The data analysis technique used the t test by first doing the prerequisite tests, namely normality and homogeneity tests. The results of data analysis show that there are significant differences in learning outcomes between students who study using Quizizz and study conventionally. Quizizz has contributed significantly to student learning outcomes, because quizizz is a learning application that is packaged in an attractive manner, has a good graphic design and is automated. Online learning should integrate one of the quizizz applications so that it can motivate students to learn and can directly improve student learning outcomes. The creativity of the teacher in operating the quizizz also influences the course of the learning process.

A module book makes all learning activities oriented towards achieving graduate competencies. In particular, the research objectives are following the following stages: 1) building an integrated Al-Quran biology teaching and learning module, 2) testing and evaluating the validity, sensitivity, and effectiveness of science teaching and learning modules on Al-Quran integrated biology subjects, 3) the influence of creative thinking on student achievement among groups of students. Efforts to obtain data on the development of Quran-based science learning modules used for research and development methods. This research design will be carried out, consists of two stages, namely the module construction phase and the module evaluation phase. The module construction phase is carried out through a construction process starting from the initial study, planning, realization, and assessment of the validity of the module. The level of module testing was carried out in the experimental group (EG) and the conventional learning (CL) as the control group. The population of this study was limited to students at two (2) Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Banten Province, namely Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pandeglang and Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Pandeglang. While the science learning used is the biology subject being studied is biology semester 1 for class XI will be involved in this research. Two of the teachers in the madrasa participated in this study. Al-Quran integrated biology learning module needs to be presented. Teacher performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by a teacher in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of training, work motivation and competence on the teacher's performance. The research methodology used is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis. The sample is a teacher in a play group in Pekanbaru City. The sample are 64 teacher take by proportional random sampling. The results partially showed (1) training with t count (4,922) t table (2,4) means that training has a significant effect on teacher performance. (2) Work motivation, t count (4.171) t table (2,4) , this mean that the work motivation variable has a significant effect on teacher performance. (3) Teacher competence, t count (5,453) t table (2,4 ) . This means that the Teacher Competence variable has a significant effect on teacher performance. (4) The test results show that training, work motivation, and teacher competence together affect the performance of playgroup teachers. This is evidenced by F count (93,877) F table (2,753). Then the Adjusted R Square value is 0.873. This means that the contribution of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 87%. While the remaining 13% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this regression model. The implication is that schools seek to increase teacher motivation by providing reinforcement such as giving awards for performance that has been achieved so that teachers can work with optimal motivation.

This study aimed to describe some of the problems students face in online learning in educational supervision courses in the Kerinci Regency. This type of research is classified as a qualitative research type. This study enrolled four fifth semester students, two from class B and two from class D. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation and interviewing. The techniques used in data analysis include data collection, data reduction, presentation and conclusion. Credibility, dependability, and confirmability tests can be used to determine validity. The research phase entails the following activities: theme selection, literature review, formulation of the research objective and difficulty, data collection, data refinement, data processing, data analysis, theoretical dialogue, triangulation of findings, and research conclusions. The research findings indicate that: (1) the internet network is frequently disrupted, resulting in material explained by lecturers via zoom meetings not sounding clear and being misunderstood by students; (2) some students lack access to learning tools such as laptops and androids, which slightly impede the lecture process and group discussions during zoom meetings; and (3) the level of seriousness and activeness of students in participating in online lectures through zoom meetings is still not good.
