The implementation of character education in the current school environment is considered lacking. With these problems, researchers tried to solve the problem by inserting character values into the learning process. Teachers must choose and match character values through the materials to be taught, then apply them to learning. The implementation of character education in the current school environment is considered lacking. With these problems, researchers tried to solve the problem by inserting character values into the learning process. Teachers must choose and match character values through the materials to be taught, then apply them to learning. Snowball throwing is a suitable method for implementing responsibility and environmental care character education. The approach in this research is descriptive qualitative using the percentage formula. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, questionnaires, and observation. The primary data sources in this study were principals and teachers and were strengthened by student opinions as secondary data sources. The results showed an increase of 3.8% in students' understanding of the character of responsibility and care for the environment after using the snowball throwing method, with 82% in the excellent category.

Distance learning during the COVID-19 pandemic caused students' learning motivation to decrease. For this reason, an interesting learning process is needed, one of which is by applying game-based learning. This study aims to develop and determine the feasibility of an Android-based edutainment game learning media on the Pythagorean theorem material for junior high school students. This type of research is Research and Development (RD) using the ADDIE development model, namely Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This research was conducted at MTs Muttaqien PSM Takeran in June 2021. The results of the research on the development of android-based edutainment game learning media include 1) Android-based edutainment game learning media meets the validity criteria with the combined validation average score by the media validator of 84.10% and is included in the fairly valid category, 2) Edutainment game learning media android-based meet the practicality criteria obtained from the average results of filling out student response questionnaires of 87.50% and is included in the very practical category, 3) Android-based edutainment game learning media meets the effectiveness criteria obtained from student learning outcomes tests with a score of N- The gain is 62.32% and is included in the medium category. Thus, it can be concluded that the Android-based edutainment game learning media is feasible to use in learning mathematics on the Pythagorean theorem material. The results of this study provide a contribution in the form of an Android-based edutainment game learning media that is used as an alternative in the learning process.

This study aims to explain the importance of education to examine and analyze dividend policy as a variable on the effect of expropriation, several large shareholders, and firm value. The type of research used is quantitative explanatory using secondary data, namely 2015 to 2020 annual reports taken from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Indonesian Capital Market Exchange (ICMD), and the website www.investing.com. The sampling method in this study was purposive sampling so that a sample of 3,328 data was obtained. The data analysis method used in this study uses the unbalanced data panel and path analysis method with the Eviews software program. The study's results prove that dividend policy does not mediate between expropriation and firm value but instead becomes a variable that mediates several large shareholders with firm value. This means related party transactions as proxies cannot be used as a benchmark in assessing a company.

The purpose of this study was to determine the response of students, lecturers and education staff to the MBKM program, and the implementation of the Tridharma at Alma Ata University. This type of research is qualitative cross-sectional study and data collection using a questionnaire survey online method. The sample of this study was students and lecturers at Alma Ata University, until the completion of the study, the sample size was 855 students and 114 lecturers. The survey was conducted online through the MBKM implementation questionnaire with the type of closed-ended question. The results of this study indicate that students are excited to participate in MBKM activities, particularly within the framework of the internship program and the real work lecture (KKN). In addition, it is known that there is still a low understanding of students, several lecturers, educational staff, and partners regarding policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for MBKM activities made by both the University and the Study Program level. The socialization associated with this program must be ongoing with the university community and educational partners. The response and implementation of MBKM that has been carried out well will be able to produce graduates with hard skills and soft skills who are ready to face the world of work independently, innovatively, and tough.

The aim of this study was to find out whether the transformational leadership of principals and work motivation had a positive and significant influence on the performance of North Jakarta State Vocational High School teachers. The method in this study uses quantitative approaches by conducting surveys and multiple linear regression techniques with preceded normality tests and linearity tests. The population in this study was 307 teachers using the Slovin sample technique with a 10% error rate of 75 teachers. This research instrument uses a Google form questionnaire based on the likert scale. Hypothesis testing is performed by conducting tests of normality, significantness, linearity, multicollinearity, heteroskedasticity, T, F, and determination tests. The results of this study showed that transformational leadership and teacher performance had a positive and significant effect with a grade of T = 4,675 with sig,000 0.05, This means that transformational leadership styles are effectively used by principals to improve teacher performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a value of T = 11.37 with sig.0000.05, meaning that the work motivation of teachers and principals is very influential for improving teacher performance positively. And overall based on the determination test of 64.2% means that transformational leadership and work motivation simultaneously have an influence on improving the performance of teachers of North Jakarta State Vocational School by 64.2%.
