Abstract

This study examines the effect of eco-friendly marketing on repurchase intention for Rapoviaka Simple products, with eco-friendly consumption as a moderating variable. Using a quantitative, associative-causal approach, data were collected from 96 respondents through purposive sampling and analyzed with SmartPLS 4. The findings reveal that eco-friendly marketing significantly and positively influences repurchase intention, while eco-friendly consumption strengthens this relationship. The study supports the Theory of Planned Behavior in explaining repurchase intention toward eco-friendly products and offers practical insights for developing effective green marketing strategies. Abstract

This study examines the effect of digitalization and financial ratios on the financial performance of technology firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2020–2024. Digitalization is proxied by intangible assets, while financial ratios include DAR, DER, Current Ratio, and Quick Ratio. Using a quantitative approach with panel data regression on 17 selected firms, the results show that digitalization, DAR, and Quick Ratio positively and significantly affect Return on Equity (ROE), while DER and Current Ratio have a significant negative effect. These findings imply that digital transformation and financial structure play crucial roles in enhancing firm profitability. Abstract

This study examines how organizational capabilities drive sustainable business performance through digital transformation adoption. Using a quantitative approach with PLS-SEM on 327 respondents, it analyzes digital leadership, IT strategic alignment, and organizational agility. Results show all capabilities positively influence digital transformation adoption, with digital leadership as the strongest predictor. Digital transformation significantly enhances sustainable business performance and partially mediates the relationship between capabilities and performance. The findings underscore that successful digital transformation depends not only on technological investment but also on the effective implementation and integration of digital practices within organizational processes. Abstract

This study investigates determinants of continuance intention to use mobile banking, focusing on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived deception, with trust and perceived risk as mediators. Integrating the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Expectation Confirmation Theory (ECT), data from 210 BRImo users in Indonesia were analyzed using PLS-SEM. Findings show that perceived usefulness enhances trust and continuance intention, while perceived ease of use reduces perceived risk. Perceived deception increases risk and weakens trust. Trust has no significant direct effect on continuance intention, whereas perceived risk negatively affects it. The study extends TAM by incorporating deception in post-adoption behavior. Keywords: Perceived Usefulness; Perceived Ease Of Use; Perceived Deception; Trust, Perceived Risk; Intention to Continue Use; Mobile Banking

Abstract

This study examines the impact of training and career development on the performance of police personnel at the Central Sulawesi Regional Police. The objective is to analyze both partial and simultaneous effects of these variables. A quantitative associative approach was employed with 384 respondents selected using stratified random sampling. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that training and career development have positive and significant effects on performance, both individually and simultaneously, with an explanatory power of 79.5%. These findings imply the importance of improving training quality and implementing transparent, performance-based career development systems. Abstract

This study examines the effect of QRIS usage on the increase in MSME income with the utilization of e-wallets as a mediating variable in the Semarang Regency area. The research method used is a quantitative associative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 30 MSME actors who have used QRIS, and analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results show that the use of QRIS does not have a significant effect on increasing MSME income. However, QRIS usage has a positive and significant effect on the utilization of e-wallets. Meanwhile, the utilization of e-wallets does not have a significant effect on increasing MSME income and is also unable to mediate the relationship between QRIS usage and income growth. These findings indicate that although digital payment systems provide convenience and efficiency in transactions, their utilization has not been fully optimized in increasing MSME income. Therefore, improving digital literacy and optimizing the use of digital payment technology features are necessary to maximize the economic benefits for MSMEs.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of perceived crowding on tourist loyalty, with tourist attraction as a mediating variable, at Arunika Eatery, Kuningan. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 260 respondents through an online survey and analyzed using PLS-SEM. The findings indicate that perceived crowding has a negligible direct effect on tourist loyalty but a moderate effect on tourist attraction. Tourist attraction strongly influences loyalty and significantly mediates the relationship between crowding and loyalty. These results emphasize the importance of managing perceived crowding and enhancing attraction quality to sustain tourist loyalty. Abstract

This study investigates the effects of work–life conflict and time pressure on turnover intention among Generation Z employees in Semarang, with off-the-job embeddedness as a moderating variable. Data were collected from 200 respondents through a questionnaire and analyzed using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 4. The results indicate that both work–life conflict and time pressure significantly and positively influence turnover intention, with time pressure emerging as the strongest predictor. However, off-the-job embeddedness shows no significant direct or moderating effect. The model’s R-square value of 0.459 suggests that 45.9% of the variance in turnover intention is explained. Keywords: Work-Life Conflict; Time Pressure; Turnover Intention; Off-the-Job Embeddedness; Generation Z
