Abstract

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are guidelines that every organization must have as a guide for the performance of work for each employee and are also useful for meeting and achieving desired work targets. This study aims to determine how standard operating procedures (SOPs) and supervision affect employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study consists of 49 employees. The technique used is saturated sampling. The data collection technique in this study uses a statistical tool, namely SPSS 25. Based on the data processing results, a regression equation was obtained that describes the positive influence between Standard Operating Procedures and Employee Performance and the positive influence between Supervision and Employee Performance. Simultaneously, Standard Operating Procedures and Supervision affect Employee Performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) shows that the independent variables are able to influence the dependent variable by 74.9%, while the remaining 25.1% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

Abstract

The development of fintech lending services has become a financing alternative for workers in the informal sector in Indonesia, including online motorcycle taxi drivers; however, the factors driving the intention to use these services still show varying findings across different studies. Therefore, this study examines the role of interest rates, personal innovation, security, trust, and familiarity in influencing the intention to use fintech lending among online motorcycle taxi drivers in the Greater Jakarta area. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach through a survey of 260 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS software to test the measurement model and relationships among variables. The results indicate that trust, security, and personal innovation have a significant positive influence on the intention to use fintech lending, while interest rates and familiarity do not show a significant influence. The research model has moderate explanatory power, suggesting that usage decisions are more influenced by behavioral factors and risk perceptions than by economic considerations. These findings confirm that increased transparency, system reliability, and user trust are key factors in driving fintech adoption among informal sector workers. Further research is recommended to use a longitudinal design and include socioeconomic variables to enhance the model’s predictive power and allow the research findings to be more broadly generalized within the Indonesian context.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of work environment and work motivation on employee performance at the Regional Research and Development Agency (Balitbangda) of Donggala Regency. Using a quantitative causal approach with saturated sampling, data were collected from 40 employees and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that the work environment has a positive but insignificant effect, while work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence employee performance (R² = 0.826). These findings imply that strengthening employee motivation is more critical than improving the work environment in enhancing performance.

Abstract

Poverty in Indonesia's Muslim-minority provinces remains a multidimensional issue influenced by economic, social, and welfare distribution factors. This study aims to analyze the effects of Islamic philanthropy, macroeconomic conditions, and socio-demographic factors on poverty during 2019–2023. Using panel data regression with secondary data from BPS, BAZNAS, and related institutions, the results show that infaq and sadaqah, population size, and the Human Development Index significantly affect poverty, while zakat, DSKL, GRDP, APBD, social assistance, education, economic growth, minimum wage, inflation, and unemployment do not. These findings highlight the importance of human development and community-based Islamic philanthropy in poverty reduction policies.

Abstract

The baby care product industry in Indonesia continues to grow alongside increasing parental awareness of the importance of safe and high-quality products, making consumer trust and perceived product quality key determinants of purchase intention. This study aims to analyze the influence of consumer trust and perceived product quality on purchase intention toward Essentials Baby MOMAMI products using a quantitative approach. The results indicate that both variables have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.790. Perceived product quality has a more dominant influence than consumer trust; therefore, companies should prioritize enhancing product quality, including ingredient safety, effectiveness, and product appearance.

Abstract

This study assesses the sustainability of freshwater lobster aquaculture in Nganjuk Regency using income analysis, RAPFISH, and the Analytic Network Process (ANP). Although economically feasible, the sector faces limited market access, long cultivation periods, low policy priority, and uneven farmer capacity. RAPFISH results indicate a less sustainable status and identify key sensitive attributes through leverage analysis. ANP prioritization recommends enhancing human resources, expanding markets, adopting semi-intensive technologies, strengthening institutions and partnerships, and promoting environmentally friendly practices. These findings offer integrated insights to support policy formulation and sustainable aquaculture development. Keywords: Sustainability Strategy; Freshwater Lobster; Rapfish; ANP
