Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dinamika psikologis secara mendalam pada ibu hamil dengan kecemasan yang diberikan relaksasi berbasis kelompok melalui pendalaman latar belakang penyebab permasalahan hingga dampak dan terapi penanganan kasus kecemasan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Subjek penelitian berjumlah lima ibu hamil yang mengalami kecemasan pada masa kehamilan dengan kategori skala BAI sedang pada tiga subjek dan tinggi pada dua subjek, serta tidak memiliki gangguan fisik. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara, serta didukung menggunakan skala BAI untuk mengetahui kategori kecemasan subjek dan mendukung objektivitas data. Hasil intervensi berupa relaksasi dapat menurunkan kecemasan pada ibu hamil dengan kategori skala BAI rendah pada tiga subjek dan sangat rendah pada dua subjek.

Cyberbullying is a phenomenon that is often found in social media users, especially teenagers. Cyberbullying is aggressive behavior that is carried out continuously against other people using social media. One aspect that can influence adolescents to do cyberbullying is self-esteem. Adolescents who cannot judge themselves well are likely to do cyberbullying to increase their self-esteem. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between self-esteem and cyberbullying behavior in adolescents in Parepare City. The measuring instrument used in this study is the self-esteem scale which is based on the self-esteem aspects of Coopersmith (1967) and the cyberbullying scale which is based on the behavioral aspects of cyberbullying Willard (2007). Sampling is purposive sampling according to the characteristics determined by the researcher. The data analysis technique in this study was Spearman's correlation which was processed using SPSS 25. The results showed that there was a negative relationship between the variables of self-esteem and cyberbullying, which means that the higher the self-esteem of adolescents, the lower the tendency of adolescents to become perpetrators of cyberbullying.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat efektivitas dari Gratitude Therapy terhadap peningkatan Subjective Well-being. Metode yang digunakan adalah meta analisis dengan Jamovi 1.6.11. Penelitian ini melibatkan 11 jurnal eksperimen mengenai Gratitude Therapy dan Subjective Well-being (total n eksperiment group = 410; total n control group = 390). Berdasarkan pengelolahan data M, SD, dan N ditemukan nilai effect size yang diperoleh dari random effect model, yaitu sebesar 0.42 (95% Cl = -0.71 sampai -0.14) dengan I2 = 72.54%. Tidak terdapat bias publikasi dalam penelitian ini (Egger’s Regression p = 0.657). Moderator jenis kelamin kurang berpengaruh terhadap effect size. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Gratitude Therapy memiliki efektifitas yang rendah terhadap peningkatan Subjective Well-being.

The problem of online game addiction occurs in Makassar State University students, indicated by the duration of playing beyond the time limit. This study aims to determine the effect of loneliness on online game addiction in UNM students. This study uses quantitative methods. This study involved students at Makassar State University (N=385). The sampling technique in this study used cluster random sampling. The measuring instrument used is 14 item loneliness scale (specifically using emotional loneliness and social loneliness) scale from Azzahra (2018) and online game addiction scale from research (Lukman, 2020). Data analysis used in this research is the binary logistic regression technique with bootstrap method with SPSS 22.00 application. Data analysis was carried out in two directions, adjusted for loneliness which has two forms, emotional loneliness and social loneliness. On emotional and social loneliness each obtained a significance value (p) of 0.000 & 0.000 (p <0.05), so that Ho in this study was rejected. coefficient (r) for emotional loneliness is 0.560 and social loneliness is 0.582. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive relationship between loneliness and online game addiction in UNM students.

Perasaan kesepian atau loneliness adalah tantangan bagi mahasiswa rantau dimana mereka harus berhasil mengatasinya dengan mengembangkan variabel psikologis seperti self compasion dan hardiness. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan antara self compassion dan hardiness dengan loneliness pada mahasiswa rantau asal luar Pulau Jawa. Subjek dalam penelitian ini (N = 161) adalah mahasiswa aktif dan berasal dari luar Pulau Jawa. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner berupa skala self compassion, skala hardiness, dan skala loneliness. Uji korelasi bivariat pearson digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self compassion dan hardiness berkorelasi negatif dengan loneliness. Semakin tinggi self compassion dan hardiness dari para mahasiswa rantau, maka semakin rendah perasaan kesepian yang dirasakan. Mahasiswa rantau perlu meningkatkan self compassion dan hardiness untuk mengatasi berbagai masalah dalam kehidupan di perkuliahan dan di tanah rantaunya.

The problem of academic procrastination is very detrimental to the world of education. Academic procrastination is formed from several factors including parental social support and self-efficacy. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between parental social support and self-efficacy with academic procrastination in students at SMAN 1 Ngaglik. This research method is quantitative with the research target being class X and XI of SMAN 1 Ngaglik. Sampling used the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique with a total sample of 195 students. The instruments used were the parental social support scale, the efficacy scale, and the academic procrastination scale. Researchers analyzed the data with multiple correlation data analysis techniques and product moment correlation. The results showed that between parents' social support and self-efficacy with academic procrastination showed a sig F Change value of 0.000, for parental social support with procrastination showed a sig value of 0.000, and self-efficacy with academic procrastination in students showed a sig value of 0.000 (p value <0.05). So it can be concluded that there is a negative relationship between parental social support and self-efficacy with academic procrastination in students at SMAN 1 Ngaglik

Surrender to God (Tawakal) potentially can be a source of strength for students in decreasing academic stress while completing academic assignments. This study aims to determine the impact of tawakal (X) on academic stress (Y) with a quantitative model with simple random sampling to collect participants from a total of 302 (100 males, 202 females). The data instruments using two modified scales namely Tawakal and academic stress scale in Likert-form respectively, Using Simple Regression Test after normality and linearity are fulfilled, showed that there was a negative impact of tawakal on academic stress (r = -0,152, p < 0.05) by the increase in tawakkal score decreases the academic stress, and vice versa along with effect-size 2.31%. The study is expected to be additional information related to tawakal variables as well as measurement construct, its impact on maintaining psychological health, and implied as an intervention model to reduce academic stress.

The low level of linguistic intelligence greatly affects the learning process of students. Linguistic intelligence can be improved with the jigsaw cooperative learning model. The purpose of this research is to test the effectiveness of jigsaw cooperative learning in improving students' linguistic intelligence. This study used an experimental method with the Randomized Posttest Only Control Group design. Respondents in this study were obtained by simple random sampling technique as many as 30 class XII SMK students. This study uses a linguistic intelligence scale consisting of 15 items. Data analysis in this study used the independent sample t-test with the help of the R version 3.6.2 program. The results obtained in the experimental group were M = 38.00, SD = 3.90 and in the control group, namely M = 34.46, SD = 2.94, so that the jigsaw cooperative learning model was effective in increasing students' linguistic intelligence (t = 2.79, p = 0.00). This study has implications that the jigsaw cooperative learning model is one of the learning models that can be applied to improve students' intelligence, especially in linguistic intelligence.

The demographic bonus gives birth to productive millennials who now occupy the industrial world. However, the characteristics of millennials who are less loyal and less interested in long-term employment encourage companies to think of the right strategies for fostering employee engagement. This study aims to examine the effect of the psychosocial safety climate (PSC) on employee engagement among millennials compared to high salaries. In general, previous PSC research used survey methods with self-reports. PSC studies are still very limited with experimental methods, as well as in the context of Millennial generation research. The research was experimental study. The manipulation is given in the form of a vignette: high PSC-low salary versus low PSC-high salary. Vignettes were given to 65 participants, all millennial job seekers who are not self-employed. The results of the t-test show that Millennials prefer to apply and be involved in companies that prioritize a psychological health climate rather than financial goals (salaries). This study supports the self-determinant theory, especially in millennials, in regards to choosing companies. This research has implications for companies concerning policies, practices, and organizational procedures to protect psychological health and safety, especially for millennials.

Meningkatnya jumlah masyarakat yang mengalami permasalahan psikologis, yang menurut survey PDKSJ pada 2 tahun terakhir dan dilaporkan berjumlah 14.988 pada tahun 2022. Dimana permasalahan psikologis seperti, cemas, stress dan depresi paling banyak ditemukan pada mahasiswa yang dituntut untuk melakukan tugas yang cukup kompleks sebagai bagian dari tuntutan akademiknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara self regulated learning dengan stress akademik pada mahasiswa. Partisipan di dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 121 mahasiswa, dengan menggunakan nonprobability sampling yaitu teknik convenience sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengukur Self Regulated Learning adalah alat ukur yang dikembangkan oleh Pintrich (1991) dan alat ukur untuk mengukur Stres dikembangkan oleh S Purwati (2012) yang merupakan alat ukur yang dimodifikasi dari Kuesioner Stres Skala DASS 42 dari Lavibond and Lavibond (1995). Hasil analisis data menggunakan pearson product moment menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara self regulated learning dengan stress akademik mahasiswa.
