Abstract

This research aims to investigate and analyze the influence of learning motivation and learning facilities on the Arabic language learning achievement of students at SD Alam Ar-Rohmah Malang, using a quantitative approach with an associative research type. The study involved 32 students from class VB, employing a total sampling or census technique, which included the entire population. The research variables consisted of independent variables, namely learning motivation (X1) and learning facilities (X2), and a dependent variable, namely Arabic language learning achievement. Data analysis was conducted using multiple regression to predict fluctuations in the dependent variable. The results indicated that both learning motivation and learning facilities have a significant influence on students' Arabic language learning achievement, where an increase in motivation and quality of learning facilities correlates with an increase in learning achievement.

Abstract

One indicator of family welfare can be observed through economic conditions, which play a crucial role in improving the standard of living. A stable family environment provides positive stimuli and responses that affect children's development, including their behavior. This study aim to research the economic situations of poor households affect the conduct of fifth-grade pupils at Semanggi Lor Elementary School. The research approach employed is quantitative using the sort of field study and an ex-post facto research design. The subjects of the study included all fifth-grade students who received the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) at Semanggi Lor Elementary School, with a total of 40 students. Data was gathered using a Likert scale-based questionnaire. Data analysis approaches include deductive statistics. such as instrument testing (validity and reliability), prerequisite testing, and hypothesis testing. The results showed a constant value (a) = 131,700 and a regresion coeficient (X) = -0.918, so that the equation model Y = 131,700 + (-0.918) X was obtained. From this model, it can be concluded that the effect of variable X on Y is negative. The significance test produces a sig value greater than 0.05 (0.277 > 0.05), This signifies that Ha is rejected whereas Ho is approved. Thus, it is possible to conclude that family economic situations (X) have no substantial impact on the conduct of fifth-grade kids (Y) at Semanggi Lor Elementary School.

Abstract

Education at Islamic boarding schools has a crucial role in developing students' intellectual abilities based on Islamic values. The concept of environmental da'wah (PDKL) is intended to increase students' awareness of the importance of protecting and preserving the environment, as well as developing students' intellectual abilities. The aim of this research is to analyze and identify effective strategies in developing students' intellectualism through strengthening environmental da'wah at the Yanaabi'ul Ulum Warrahmah Banat Kudus Islamic Boarding School. The approach used is a descriptive qualitative research method which allows researchers to gain an in-depth understanding of how environmental preaching can influence students' intellectual abilities. The main focus is on observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis relevant to the Islamic boarding school context and setting. The research instruments used in this study include a semi-structured interview guide, observation sheets, and supporting documents related to da'wah activities in Islamic boarding schools. Data analysis in this research was carried out using a qualitative approach with thematic analysis techniques. Data collected from interviews, observations and documents were analyzed to identify the main themes that emerged related to strengthening environmental preaching on students' intellectuals. Strengthening Environmental Da'wah (PDKL) is a strategic initiative to increase ecological awareness among students through a religious perspective. At the Yanaabi'ul Ulum Warrahmah Banat Kudus Islamic Boarding School, this program is designed to teach students about the importance of protecting and caring for the environment in the context of religious responsibility

Abstract

Social Studies (IPS) education at the elementary level aims to foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills, yet traditional teaching methods often fall short in achieving these goals. This study compares the effectiveness of the Flipped Classroom and Problem-Based Learning (PBL) models in enhancing students’ problem-solving competencies, particularly in the context of cultural diversity. A quasi-experimental design, specifically the Nonequivalent Control Group Design, was employed, involving 4th-grade students divided into two groups: one taught via Flipped Classroom (using Google Sites for home-based learning) and the other via PBL. Data were collected through pre-tests and post-tests and analyzed using Independent Sample t-test in SPSS.Results indicated that both methods improved problem-solving skills, with post-test averages rising from 47.2 to 85.6 (Flipped Classroom) and 46.6 to 76.2 (PBL). Statistical analysis revealed a significant difference between the groups (p = 0.003 < 0.05), confirming the superiority of Flipped Classroom. The model’s flexibility in self-paced learning and structured in-class discussions enabled deeper engagement and collaboration, aligning with 21st- century educational demands. This study underscores the potential of Flipped Classroom as an innovative approach to cultivating problem-solving skills in culturally diverse settings. Educators are encouraged to integrate technology and student-centered strategies to create adaptive learning environments

Abstract

The Teacher Professional Education Program (PPG) has an important role in improving the competency of prospective teachers to meet professional demands. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the collaborative learning (CL) model in improving the competency of Pre-Service Teacher Education students during Field Experience Practices (PPL). The CL model implemented integrates three main approaches: co-teaching, coaching, and consulting, involving students, tutors (GP), and field supervisors (DPL) in one collaborative team. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a classroom action approach, collecting data through observation, interviews, and questionnaires before and after implementing the model. The research results showed a significant increase in students' pedagogical, personality, professional and social competencies. The implementation of the collaborative model succeeded in increasing the average score of students' pedagogical abilities from 3.08 to 3.86. Additionally, 80% of students reported increased self-confidence and interpersonal skills. In terms of classroom management, 80% of students were able to create an active learning atmosphere after the program. Improvements in social skills were also visible, with the average score increasing from 3.5 to 4.2, reflecting students' ability to share ideas and collaborate. Collaborative learning not only improves academic skills, but also supports the development of teacher candidates' personality and social skills, preparing them for challenges in the dynamic world of education

Abstract

The use of teaching aids in implementing learning can arouse new desires and interests in learning, arouse motivation and learning stimuli, and bring psychological influences to students. This study aims to improve students' understanding of roof components through 3D Sketchup and teaching aids. The research in the first and second cycles was conducted in one meeting, including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The collection of information about students' understanding was obtained by providing a questionnaire of students' responses to the understanding of roof truss objects quantitatively. The results of the questionnaire given to students regarding the understanding of imagining real objects in roof truss construction before learning, 52.94% chose scale 1 (very much do not understand) and 47.06% chose scale 2 (do not understand). While the results of the questionnaire given to students regarding the understanding of imagining real objects in roof truss construction after learning, 58.82% chose scale 4 (understand) and 41.18% chose scale 5 (very much understand). Based on the results obtained, the use of 3D sketchup and roof models can improve students' understanding of the components of the roof.

Abstract

The implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the digitalization of Tahfidz Al-Qur'an learning management has brought significant improvements in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the memorization process. AI technology enables personalized learning and real-time monitoring of students' memorization progress through features such as Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), data-driven muraja’ah systems, and adaptive feedback. However, the implementation of AI faces major challenges, including infrastructure limitations, teacher readiness, and the need to uphold ethical standards and student data privacy in accordance with Maqasid Syariah principles. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of AI implementation in Tahfidz Al-Qur'an, identify its primary benefits, and formulate optimal strategies for adopting AI in Islamic educational institutions. The findings indicate that the combination of traditional talaqqi methods with AI technology can create a more adaptive and innovative learning system while preserving Islamic educational values.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to examine the impact of online games on the concentration and learning behavior of elementary school students in Lenek. In the digital era, online games have become a widespread phenomenon among children, including elementary school students. Excessive use of online games is suspected to disrupt concentration and alter students' learning behavior. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The research results indicate that online games have a significant influence on the concentration and learning behavior of elementary school students. Negative impacts found include decreased learning focus, lack of learning motivation, and less positive behavioral changes. This research concludes that more attention is needed from parents, teachers, and schools in supervising the use of online games among elementary school students.

Abstract

This community outreach program seeks to improve digital literacy among students at Baitul Hikmah Senior High School in Tarogong Kaler, Garut, who are facing challenges in using technology effectively. The primary goal of this initiative is to enhance students’ understanding of digital literacy by emphasizing responsible internet behavior and encouraging critical thinking when evaluating information. The program includes an initial assessment, distribution of digital literacy content, interactive Q&A sessions, and a follow-up evaluation. Findings show that students' understanding improved, with post-program scores showing a marked increase compared to their earlier assessments. This initiative contributes significantly to developing students’ recognition of the value of digital literacy, enabling them to better engage in both academic settings and daily life in the digital era.

Abstract

Language is an essential tool for communication used by humans as social being to interact with one another. It plays a crucial role in education, from elementary to high school, where language is integral to the learning process. In Indonesia, the presence of numerous regional languages across different regions has led to the coexistence of Bahasa Indonesia as the national language and as the medium of instruction in education. This coexistence creates a unique dynamic in both social interactions and learning processes. This study focuses on the impact of regional language use, particularly Sasak, on geography learning activities at MA Birrul Walidain NWDI Rensing, East Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. Based on initial observations, it was found that most students are more proficient in using their regional language than Bahasa Indonesia, which results in a lack of student engagement during lessons, particularly in geography
