Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the disharmony between the marriage dispensation policy regulated in the Marriage Law and the provisions regarding forced marriage in the Sexual Violence Crime Law (TPKS Law) Number 12 of 2022. The marriage dispensation allows marriage under the ideal age while the law -non-violence laws try to prevent forced marriages from occurring. This research uses a juridical-normative approach with qualitative analysis methods. Data was collected through reviewing legal documents, case studies, and interviews with legal experts and social practitioners. The analysis focuses on inconsistencies between regulations that allow marriage dispensations and the protection of children from forced marriage as regulated in the Sexual Violence Crime Law. The research results show that there are legal implications that arise, namely Legal Uncertainty and secondly Violating the Principles of Justice and Legal Benefits. Meanwhile, the factors causing disharmony between the marriage dispensation and the sexual violence law are differences in objectives and philosophy and multiple interpretations of the two laws. This research concludes that it is necessary to synchronize and harmonize regulations between the Marriage Law and the Sexual Violence Crime Law to ensure more effective protection for children. The recommendations proposed include revising the marriage dispensation policy, increasing legal awareness among the community and law enforcement, as well as strengthening the role of child protection institutions in preventing forced marriage.

Abstract

Elementary school students generally enjoy fun activities, such as playing. Therefore, teachers must be able to design learning that facilitates students' freedom of movement while remaining engaged in the educational environment or situation. Students also greatly enjoy learning activities conducted in groups and through live demonstrations. By understanding these student characteristics, teachers are expected to be able to create a learning environment that improves the quality and effectiveness of learning. This is tailored to the needs and abilities of elementary school students. (Safitri, 2022)The use of visual-based cards in the card sort method facilitates understanding, strengthens memory, and fosters interest and motivation in learning activities. The card sort learning strategy, combined with game techniques, is expected to help students understand the lesson and understand the classification of the material. The card sort method is a learning method using index cards. This learning technique combines active individual learning techniques with collaborative or cooperative learning techniques.Judging from the results achieved in using this card sort method, there is an influence caused by an event or action on students in carrying out ongoing learning activities, it can be seen that there is a development in students' learning abilities from the way they start to dare to come forward and answer the vocabulary written or explained by the teacher, are more active in answering every question written or explained by the teacher, start to get used to and think that Arabic lessons are fun lessons, start to understand and memorize every vocabulary that has been studied previously.

Abstract

This study briefly describes the process of paying the Pisuke money according to Sasak traditional wedding traditions. The Sasak people are known for their diverse and unique traditions. The tradition of elopement, or elopement, is a long-standing tradition that still exists today among the Sasak people. Within this tradition, a process called Pisuke is part of the local wisdom of the Sasak people and is a cultural treasure. The payment of Pisuke has been carried out by most people using money, the aim being to simplify the payment process and its use. This tradition has been passed down through generations by the Sasak people. Therefore, in several villages in Sakra District, the community has agreed and requires the payment of Pisuke money, both for marriages with people domiciled in the same village and especially with people from other villages. Because the payment of Pisuke money in Sakra District precedes the marriage contract, the marriage contract will be delayed if the payment of Pisuke is delayed. The pisuke money itself is given by the groom to the bride, for a family thanksgiving ceremony, inviting close neighbors. The pisuke money is also used to purchase household supplies for the bride and groom, with the remainder going to other expenses.
