Abstract

This article attempts to explain the sentence sawa in interfaith. This concept needs to be further researched because it is anticipated as one of the approaches to inter-religious relations. Kalimatun sawa is a concept that comes from the Koran, namely Surah Ali Imran: 64, which is often used in inter-religious relations. However, there is a difference of opinion from two well-known Indonesian intellectual figures, namely Buya Hamka and Nurcholish Madjid, because they believe that Kalimun Sawa is religious pluralism and there are those who think Kalimun Sawa is a concept that explains that Islam is the only religion that is approved by Allah. . This type of research leads to qualitative research which is based on library research, both print and digital. By using comparative analysis, the author will explain the views of the two intellectuals to be analyzed and compared to reveal their different thought patterns. According to Hamka, Kalimun Sawa is an invitation to the people of the book to return to monotheism in order to establish Islam as the only true religion, on the other hand, Nurcholish Madjid interprets Kalimun Sawa as an effort to unite religions on the same basis. The research results state that current research regarding the Kalimun Sawa concept is not comprehensive enough to develop Nurcholish Madjid's ideas as a whole. Nurcholish Madjid put forward the idea of ​​comprehensive theology, emphasizing Islamic universalism and the need for harmony between Islam, Indonesian culture and modernity. He believes Kalimun Sawa can become a common platform for various religions and contribute to the development of a multicultural model in interfaith relations in Indonesia. In closing, Buya Hamka and Nurcholish Madjid discussed the Kalimatun Sawa concept in the context of interreligious relations, but Nurcholish Madjid's synthetic theological ideas and the role of Kalimatun Sawa in introducing Multiculturalism were more comprehensive and relevant to contemporary Indonesia.

Abstract

Character education is actually as old as the history of education itself. Ethno pedagogy (local wisdom)-based education is an educational practice where knowledge is generated, stored, applied, and passed down through local wisdom in an area. Furthermore, local wisdom means; an outlook on life, knowledge, and various life strategies in the form of activities, carried out by local communities to answer various problems in meeting their needs. The lecture method is used to explain material that has been prepared by the implementing team. The Question and Answer method is used to facilitate workshop participants in responding to and understanding the material presented by the implementing team. Discussion Method, namely the implementing team conducts dialogue with Workshop participants regarding things that need to be considered for strengthening in the form of character education through local wisdom in Leuweung Kolot village. Seren Taun is a tradition of Sundanese karuhun residents of Leuweung Kolot, Cibungbulang District, Abah Lihin Sabondoroyot Kp. Bubulak RT. 05 rw. 01, dressed up for a big celebration and at Kp. Cipakel RT. 05 RW. 05 held a ritual of thanksgiving for the harvest. The aura of the celebration began to be felt as soon as you entered the courtyard. It starts to get busy with residents and guests from various regions the day before the peak of the annual event. "Seren itself means handing over or handing over, year means year. People interpret Seren Taun as a ceremony for handing over alms (totali) from the rice harvest for a year and asking for blessings from God so that the next year's harvest will increase. The character education that is being developed is handing over everything to Allah (Tawakal) Seren Tahun (1 year) so that it becomes a blessing, and then expressions of gratitude with joy are celebrated with various events at KP. Bubulak.

Abstract

The problems and needs of madrasah tsanawiyah students in modern Islamic boarding schools are based on the results of observations and interviews, then collected in a model story module that is interesting, relevant and easy to understand. Research methods describe the research design which includes procedures or steps that must be taken, research time, data sources, and how the data is obtained and processed or analyzed. This type of research is mixed research (qualitative and quantitative) using the R & D (Research and Development) method. The module has been tested for validity by being assessed by representatives of language experts, material experts, design experts and teachers from 5 Modern Islamic Boarding Schools, namely Daarul Rahman Modern Islamic Boarding School, Nurul Iman Al-Hasanah Modern Salafi Islamic Boarding School, Ummul Quro Al-Islami Modern Islamic Boarding School, Tahfidz Modern Islamic Boarding School Ummul Quro Al-Islami, and Daaruttsaqofah Modern Pondok. The suitability of the product was assessed by 44 Daarul Rahman class IX B students. The accumulated assessment used a Likert scale on the Microsoft Word application. The research results show that the module packaging uses language that is easy to understand, attractive and has a clear purpose. The exemplary story module material is compiled from various primary and secondary sources. The exemplary story module was developed based on problems and needs and validated by language, material, design and teacher experts. The module feasibility results from language experts were 92%, material experts 94%, design experts 89%, teachers 80% and students 86%. These results can be said to be feasible with a minimum score of 80% and can be said to be very feasible with a maximum score of 94%.

Abstract

The era of society 5.0, a technology-based era that makes humans part of it, means that internet access is no longer used only to share news or information, but, it has gone hand in hand with human life. Method with qualitative approach through type of library research. Continuing to data collection techniques using text reading techniques, classification and analysis in the form of content analysis. The results of efforts to improve the professional of PAI teachers in the 5.0 era through heutagogy approaches and Internet of Things (IoT) methods. As for the context of PAI teachers and the era of Society 5.0, heutagogy is important for several reasons: Deep understanding and personalization of learning, dealing with information complexity, increasing critical and creative thinking skills, student independence, technology-based skill development, alignment with Islamic values and ethics, development of lifelong learning attitudes and contextual and multicultural understanding. Meanwhile, the application of the Internet of Things (IoT) Method in training for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in the era of Society 5.0: Interactive learning, monitoring the learning process, adapting learning materials, accessing learning materials remotely, monitoring student welfare, virtual collaboration, utilizing smart devices, data analysis for improvement and IoT-based professional training. Thus, the application of heutagogy approaches and IoT methods in training for PAI teachers can help to adapt to the demands of the Society 5.0 era, utilize technology effectively, and improve the quality of learning and professionalism and offer various opportunities to improve learning and teaching.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the conceptual and practical implications of Progressive Islamic Jurisprudence (Risalah Islam Berkemajuan) within the legal thought school of Muhammadiyah. To bridge the difference between Muhammadiyah's legal thought and practice, the study adopts an ontological perspective. The research utilises a detailed analysis of the ontological notion of Progressive Islamic Law, examining its relationship with natural law and positivist perspectives. The study discovered that this legal ontology incorporates religious values, justice, and social change. The key contribution of the investigation is to develop principles of Progressive Islamic Law that can direct the advancement of Muhammadiyah's legal curriculum and practice. Although the research establishes a sound theoretical foundation, practical constraints in implementing the ontology may arise. The implications for the legal thinking of Muhammadiyah are to establish a foundation that is responsive and adaptable to essential legal ontological concepts. Such concepts must be reinforced by means of dissemination in law education at Muhammadiyah Higher Education Institutions (PTMA) in order to tackle contemporary challenges with relevant legal principles

Abstract

Active preventive efforts are one of the methods of ijtihad in Islamic law. The term active prevention in ushul fiqh literature is called the concept of sadd al-dzarî'ah. One of the scholars who made the concept of sadd al-dzarî'ah a method of ijtihad was Ibn Qayyim al-Jauziyah. In his works one can find several applications of the concept of sadd al-dzarî'ah both in the fields of worship and muamalah in Ibn Qayyim's view. This research aims to determine the concept of sadd al-dzarî'ah according to Ibn Qayyim and its application in the field of sharia economic law (mu'amalah mâliyyah). The results of the research show that: in Ibn Qayyim's view Sadd al-dzarî'ah is a method of ijtihad which has 3 conditions, namely: (1) the evil that is likely to arise from an act that is permissible to do (mubâh) is absolutely clear and greater than the benefit generated; (2) actions that may be carried out based on the concept of sadd al-dzarî'ah must not be repeated continuously; and (3) the rules of sadd al-dzarî'ah must not conflict with syar'i texts. There are at least five forms of application of the concept of sadd al-dzarî'ah according to Ibn Qayyim in matters of Sharia Economic Law or mu'âmalah mâliyyah, namely (1) prohibition on buying and selling statues; (2) prohibition of buying and selling weapons when there is slander or chaos; (3) prohibition on buying and selling grapes to make wine; (4) the prohibition on carrying out buying and selling transactions during Fridays; and (5) prohibition on buying and selling înah.

Abstract

This article discusses the debate of ulama' Nusantara in determining the content in Qs. Ali Imran verse 64 which is categorized as mubahalah verse or da'wah verse. This difference in opinion of the 'Nusantara ulama' can cause controversy among the public, so there is a need for definite clarity in determining the content of the verse, whether it is classified as a mubahalah verse or classified as a da'wah verse? Thus, the purpose of this article is to clarify the content of Qs. Ali Imran verse 64, by comparing the opinions of the four Mufassir Nusantara through the literature study method by collecting data on the opinions of the four scholars' from various sources such as books, journals, and existing researches, as well as collecting and describing in detail verses that can be identified into the category of da'wah verses. This research resulted that Qs. Ali Imran verse 64 can be categorized as a mubahalah verse when viewed from the historical side of the descent of the verse, but this verse can also be used as a benchmark for da'wah verses because it contains elements of da'wah, including such as exclamations, in line with the purpose of da'wah, etc.

Abstract

    يبتلى الإنسان العديد من الأخطار والمصائب في حياته اليومية، وبالتالي يساهم التأمين في معالجة عواقب تلك المخاطر عندما تتحقق من خلال التعويض المدفوع للمتضررين. وخاصة المشاكل الصحية التي تعتبر من الاحتياجات الأساسية لكل فرد. فتكمن أعمال التأمين الصحي الإسلامي في مجال حفظ مصلحة النفس في الأمور التي تهدد الحياة أو تلف الأطراف التي تسبب الإعاقة أو الوفاة. وعلى ذلك لفت نظر الباحث للبحث والتحقيق في مفهوم عقد التأمين الصحي الإسلامي ومطابقته لمقصد حفظ النفس، دراسة مقارنة بين الفتاوى الصادرة عن الهيئة الشرعي الوطني لمجلس العلماء الإندونيسي (DSN-MUI) و القرار عن هيئة المحاسبة والمراجعة للمؤسسات المالية الإسلامية (AAOIFI). وسيتناول الباحث في هذا البحث عما يلي: ما العلاقة بين فتوى DSN-MUI  وقرار AAOIFI بشأن التأمين الصحي ومقصد حفظ النفس؟، ما هو التكييف الأقرب إلى مقصد حفظ النفس؟. وهذا البحث بحث مكتبي، ينتهج فيه الباحث منهج الاستقرائي التحليلي. ومن أهم نتائج البحث التي توصل إليه الباحث: بين DSN-MUI وAAOIFI هناك علاقة قوية وهناك أوجه تشابه كثيرة بين الفتوى والقرار. بشكل ضمني أن فتوى DSN-MUI أقرب إلى مقصد حفظ النفس من AAOIFI.

Abstract

In various literature on economics, the economy is divided into two sectors: the real sector which indudes the service market and the goods market, and the monetary sector which consists of the money market and capital market. In some economic systems, the monetary (financial) flows in a country will affect economic performance. Monetary economics can be applied in a policy called monetary policy. In a conventional discussion, a monetary policy is carried out to achieve an increase in national income, to stabilize market prices and control the rate of inflation. To achieve these macroeconomic objectives, interest rates are used where this is a weakness of conventional monetary stems. The use of interest rates has subsequently caused an economic crisis, even a global financial crisis. In connection with the need for a new economic system, the Islamic monetary system offers a solution to overcome the financial crisis. Abstract

This research discusses the Islamic leadership education program run at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Husnul Khotimah 2 Kuningan. This research is motivated by the importance of leadership education to shape the character of ideal students. The purpose of this research is to see the empirical picture that occurs in the field in terms of leadership education in Madrasah Tsanawiyah so that it can be analyzed and formulated as an ideal picture for Islamic leadership education. This research is a field research that uses descriptive qualitative methods. The author collected data by distributing 19 questionnaires to students, interviewing two resource persons, and observing what happened in the field. Then the author tests the validity of the data by triangulating many sources and triangulating various techniques. Then the author analyzes it with a program approach described in eleven points, namely: Rationale, Vision and Mission, description of needs, objectives, program components, service areas, operational plans, theme/topic development, evaluation, reporting and follow-up, and budget.
