This type of research is qualitative and the research design aims to test hypotheses or explain the influence between variables (Indriantoro, et al., 2002:89). The population of this research is all consumers who travel in Demak Regency. Sampling was done by convenience sampling technique, namely collecting information from members of the population who are happy to provide information. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to investigate the role that emotional attachment plays as intervening in the relationship between social media interactivity and word-of-mouth in the context of coffee shop social media. The total number of respondents was 200, and the analysis of the data was performed with PLS Smart 13, which included both the reliability test and structural equation modelling. The results of this study suggested that there is a mediating impact of emotional attachment between social media interactivity and the word of mouth generated by coffee shop social media on Instagram. This is accomplished by developing a model that reflects on consumers' emotional attachment to brands and effect to electronic word of mouth, with particular focus on coffee shops' use of social media in Indonesia. The antecedents are something that can be taken into consideration for future social media word of mouth efforts in order to improve the word of mouth that customers give in the future.

The population of this study were restaurant customers in Indonesia, with the sample of 250 respondents collected by online questionnaires using nonprobability sampling technique with convenience sampling—data analysis  run by PLS-SEM. Overall, the results of this study are descriptive statistical analysis. This study also offers other areas that deserve more research from the perspective of practitioners and researchers. The results showed that Arousal, Brand Credibility, Brand Love, Brand Value had a positive effect on Intention to Bookrestaurants through the variable of Delight. In contrast, online purchases have no effect on Delight or the hypothesis is not supported because customers feel doubtful and dissatisfied with online purchasing services and still feel afraid due to the occurrence of many frauds in online purchases.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion through social media and word of Mouth on visiting decisions with the control variables of attractiveness and facilities. The data collection technique used a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Based on the simultaneous hypothesis testing, the four independent variables have a significant effect on the decision to visit tourists to Tanjung Bias Beach. Partially, word of mouth (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit tourists, this can be seen from the t-count value of 5.816, greater than the t-table value of 1.995. Social media promotion (X1), Attraction (X3) and Facilities (X4), and show that the result of the multiple linear determination coefficient (R2) is 0.648, or 65%. This means that the degree of influence of the independent variable (X) on the variable (Y) is 65%.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effect of remuneration system fairness on subjective well-being and OCB. This research also aims to test the moderating role of equity sensitivity in the effect of remuneration system fairness on subjective well-being. The technique of sample collection employed purposive sampling technique. The hypothesis testing employed path coefficient value and t-test using SmartPLS 3.0. In accordance with the test results show that in the context of public universities in Indonesia, namely PU, employee OCB is influenced by the remuneration system variable and subjective welfare variable. This study also concludes that subjective well-being is a mediator between the two. On the other hand, the moderating role of equity sensitivity in the effect of fairness remuneration on subjective well-being is not well-proven. Theoretically, this research provides generalization to the previous studies, as well as complementing the need for balancing mediator and moderator variables in the correlation between remuneration system fairness and OCB. Practically, this study denotes that organizations need to take concern about fairness in the regulations of remuneration system.

Abstract

The increase of investors in Indonesia demonstrates that there is a general understanding of the importance of investing. The exchange rate riddle phenomena in the link between exchange rates and macroeconomic fundamentals has prompted the development of a microstructure model approach to the foreign exchange market in the investing industry. The foreign exchange market structure model is a method for describing the movement of exchange prices in the foreign exchange market. In the foreign exchange market, the conventional assumption is that agents think that information generated from news can have an effect on exchange rate fluctuations. The purpose of this study is to undertake a descriptive analysis of the findings of prior studies on the link between macroeconomics and foreign exchange rate fluctuations. There is a wealth of information available about macroeconomics, most notably from numerous news sources. The theoretical analysis in this study employs signaling theory with an emphasis on investors, so that the study's findings can serve as a guide for investors interested in foreign currency market investing. The findings indicated that local and international macroeconomic negative news consistently had a substantial influence with a positive coefficient in a variety of nations. On the macroeconomic good news connection, consistently has a negative coefficient and a substantial effect. These findings indicate that as a country's economic situation deteriorates, foreign exchange prices rise. For example, when Indonesia's macroeconomic situation deteriorates, the Rupiah weakens and the Dollar strengthens, implying that when Indonesia's macroeconomic situation deteriorates, investors holding Dollars benefit. In the other direction, as Indonesia's macroeconomic situation improves, the Rupiah strengthens, resulting in losses for investors holding Dollars. This demonstrates that macroeconomics is a signal to which investors must respond when trading foreign exchange
