Abstract

This study aimed  to analyze the effect of the strategic orientation dimension on the  culinary business market performance  in Kendari City during the Corona Virus Disease Pandemic. The method used was descriptive quantitative with a non-probability sampling approach with purposive sampling technique. The population was culinary business actors who still survive and have been running for the business more than 2 years during the COVID-19 pandemic. The  sample in this study only obtained 38 respondents. The data analysis technique in this research was  path analysis using SmartPLS VS 3.0. The results showed  an analysis of the strategic dimensions that have an aggressive attitude and had  significant effect on market performance so that culinary business actors can improve their market performance during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the marketing system of entrepreneurship and innovation has an effect on the competitive advantage in the food of UMKM in the City of Bandung. The population used in this study derived data from a questionnaire that is distributed to UMKM in the City of Bandung, with the last sample of 123 respondents using the method of test, the classical assumption that in the test with the tests of normality, test heteralitas, trial serentitas multisoility, and some analysis subefisensi by using deduction regression. The results of the analysis of the data of the state that entrepreneurship and marketing system innovation have a positive effect or significant in the variable competitive advantage, both of them are seen simultaneously

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of attitude on interest in entrepreneurship, influence of education on interest in entrepreneurship, influence of environment on interest in entrepreneurship. The population of this research is students of a private university in Banten. Data were collected by simple random sampling of 230 students, data obtained by distributing online questionnaires, data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling SmartPLS 3.0 analysis. Stages of testing the quality of data from the use of research instruments are evaluated using validity and reliability tests and hypothesis testing. Interest in entrepreneurship has a positive value, meaning that the educational variable has a positive influence on interest in entrepreneurship. Based on the conclusions above, some suggestions that can be given are: It is necessary to conduct entrepreneurship training in order to increase the growth of the entrepreneurial spirit. There is a need for special guidance for people who already have a business or who are just about to set up a business, both from the relevant agencies and universities.

Abstract

Bank BJB continues to improve service quality by developing and strengthening banking services to customers. The current problems faced by Bank BJB are delays in service processes where the actual processing time exceeds the Service Level Agreement (SLA). The delay in the process is a non-value-added activity which is called waste. Aim This research aims to identify critical business processes of banking services that cause waste and improve using the Business Process Improvement method in the BJB Regional Treasury Branch. The research used the match method, data collection were obtained observation, interviews, and brainstorming with top management and users. Improvement using BPI was able to reduce the waiting time (queue) as waste and reduce lead time. The results of this study show the need for improvements to the tasks and functions of some parts such as Operational Service Officer, and Credit Officer so that more editions and no waste of time. So that the quality of service and customer satisfaction is achieved

Abstract

This study aimed  to examine the role of destination brand love in mediating destination brand authenticity on destination loyalty (a study of marine tourists in Wakatobi National Park). The study  on destination brands is  important for several reasons, firstly, there are still limited studies on destination brand love as a mediation of destination brand authenticity to the destination loyalty. There were four hypotheses  developed and tested within 100 travelers as sample frame. Respondent data were collected from 100 tourists from Wakatobi National Park through questionnaires. Partial Least Square Data Analysis Technique (PLS) was used as a data analysis technique in this study. The results of this study showed  that the path of destination brand love can mediate destination brand authenticity on destination loyalty and the hypothesis was accepted in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, capital structure and investment decisions on firm value in Chemical and Basic Industry Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2016-2020. The sampling technique was carried out using a purposive sampling method. This research method uses a descriptive method. The results of the study show that simultaneously profitability, capital structure and investment decisions have a significant effect on firm value. The results of the study partially state that profitability has a significant effect on firm value, capital structure has no significant effect on firm value, investment decisions have a significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion, social media marketing, and brand image on purchasing decisions which have an impact on increasing customers at Ticket.Com. In this study using a type of quantitative research with a survey approach with the method used is purposive sampling, with a sample of 96 Ticket.Com customers. The data analysis technique of this research uses PLS software version 3.0 (Partial Least Square) which is a variant-based structural equation model that can simultaneously test the measurement model as well as test the structural model with the research results obtained that Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision with a relationship value of 32.1% (0.321 x 100%). Statistical t value 4.495 > t table 1, 666 and P-value 0.000 <0.05, Social Media Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions with a relationship value of 67.4% (0.674 x 100%). The t statistic value is 9.474 > t table 1.666 and the P-value is 0.000 <0.05, Brand Image has no effect on Purchase Decision with a relationship value of 4.3% (0.043 x 100%). The t statistic value is 1.033 < t table 1.666 and the P-value is 0.302 > 0.05. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on increasing customers with a relationship value of 48.0% (0.480 x 100%). The t statistic value is 5.082 > t table 1.666 and the P-value is 0.000 <0.05, social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on increasing customers with a relationship value of 35.4% (0.354 x 100%). Statistical t value 3.062 > t table 1.666 and P-value 0.002 <0.05, Brand Image has no effect on Customer Improvement with a relationship value of 1.6% (0.016 x 100%). The value of the t statistic is 0.416 < t table 1.666 and the P-value is 0.677 > 0.05, and the Purchase Decision has no effect on Customer Enhancement with a relationship value.

Abstract

Banking is an intermediary institution that serves as the driving force of development in Indonesia. Sustainability this institutions depends on the profit derived from Net Interest Margin. However, in its development, bank is influenced by internal performance and macroeconomic conditions. Aims of this study is to determine influence of financial and macroeconomic performance on Net Interest Margin in conventional banking in Indonesia. Net Interest Margin used as dependent variable  and Operating Expenses and Operating Income, Loan to Deposit Ratio, interest rates, exchange rates as independent variable. Used regression method, and monthly time series data form financial services authority in 2017-2020. Loan to Deposit Ratio and interest rate have a positive and significant effect on Net Interest Margin while the exchange rate has a negative and significant effect to Net Interest Margin. However, Operating Expenses and Operating Income have not been shown to affect Net Interest Margin. If Banking performance improves, stable macroeconomic conditions, and regulations that support the banking sector, the Net Interest Margin conditions can be conducive

Abstract

The objective of this study was to examine the value of the influence of service quality dimensions, customer perceptions and beliefs on satisfaction in using delivery services. This research was conducted on selected shipping services via e-commerce in Indonesia with a total of 389 respondents. The novelty of this research lay in the social and economic conditions when the COVID-19 pandemic was still ongoing and according to government policies or calls for people to stay at home. This study concluded that the dimensions of assurance and empathy had a positive and significant effect directly and indirectly through trust on customer satisfaction, the tangible dimension only influenced customer satisfaction indirectly through trust. Meanwhile, the other two dimensions of service quality, namely responsiveness and reliability, did not affect customer satisfaction either directly or indirectly through trust. Trust could also mediate between the relationship between perceived value and customer satisfaction. It could be seen that it had an original sample value of 0.161 and a Pvalue of 0.000, which was smaller than 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial spirit, innovation and salary on Employee Motivation. This type of research is associative research, the respondents used in this study amounted to 30 people. The data collection method used in this study was a quantitative method using interview techniques, collecting questionnaires and studying documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test (normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test), hypothesis testing (simultaneous significance test (F test), partial significance test (t-test). , coefficient of determination (R2) The results of the study partially show that the entrepreneurial spirit has a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Motivation. Innovation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Motivation. Independence is a personal totality that exists in each individual.
