Abstract

Banjar language is the everyday language used by the people of South Kalimantan, especially in Banjarmasin. The use of Banjar language is also inseparable from all levels of education, one of which is in elementary schools. This study aims to explore the implementation of the Kamis Berahasa Banjar (KAMBAR) program at SDN Kebun Bunga 5. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. The research sample includes 1 principal, 1 fifth-grade teacher, and 1 second- and third-grade student each, in addition to all students being indirectly involved in the data collection process through field observations. The results of the analysis show an increase in teachers' and students' insight into the Banjar language. The KAMBAR program has a positive impact at SDN Kebun Bunga 5. This activity can increase teachers' and students' insight into the Banjar language and culture.

Abstract

The implementation of Laissez-Faire leadership style by the principal that is carried out appropriately and wisely will have a big impact on improving students' non-academic achievements in elementary schools. This study aims to explore the implementation of Laissez-Faire leadership style of the principal of SDN Alalak Utara 2 in improving students' non-academic achievements in schools. This study uses a qualitative approach with a causative study design. The research sample includes the principal, teachers, coaches, and students. The results of the analysis explain that the use of a free-based leadership style can improve students' non-academic achievements, this is proven by interview data, observations and documentation found by researchers at SDN Alalak Utara 2. This research activity was conducted to prove that a free leadership style can also have a positive impact on schools, especially on the achievements achieved by schools.

Abstract

Issues with infrastructure and a lack of qualified staff members are common roadblocks to digital transformation in primary schools. This research seeks to delve into the leadership tactics used by school principals at SDN Karang Mekar 1 Banjarmasin to address obstacles to the utilization of ICT and enhance teachers' digital capabilities. A qualitative method based on a case study design is used in this investigation. Both participant and non-participant observation were used to gather data. The principal served as the policymaker and the teachers as the technical implementers; both roles were represented in the study subjects. Time inefficiency owing to temporary projection equipment and a digital gap between young and older instructors were identified as the biggest hurdles to ICT deployment, according to the findings. To get around this, the principal put a "commitment to competence" policy in place, instituted scheduling-based facilities management, and empowered a "peer coaching" plan as managerial tactics. By working together in this way, skilled educators may help their colleagues who are having trouble with technology. Leadership that is both visionary and collaborative has been shown to increase digital learning efficiency and teacher adaptation in the face of resource constraints, according to this research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas Program Buku Penghubung PJOK dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan orang tua dan aktivitas fisik siswa sekolah dasar. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kolaborasi orang tua–guru dalam memantau aktivitas fisik anak dan terbatasnya media komunikasi dalam pembelajaran PJOK. Penelitian menggunakan desain quasi-eksperimental dengan model one-group pretest–posttest, melibatkan 30 siswa kelas I beserta orang tua mereka di SDN 237 Gresik. Instrumen mencakup angket keterlibatan orang tua, lembar observasi aktivitas fisik, dan jurnal buku penghubung harian. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji t berpasangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan keterlibatan orang tua (p < 0.05) serta peningkatan durasi aktivitas fisik mingguan siswa (p < 0.05). Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Buku Penghubung PJOK efektif dalam memperkuat kolaborasi sekolah–rumah dan mendukung gaya hidup aktif siswa

Abstract

This study discusses "The Application of Active Learning Methods in Improving Student Learning Outcomes in Islamic Religious Education Subjects Class VIII.B at SMP Kartika XX-2 Makassar. This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students who are still far from the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). This study aims to describe the application of the Active Learning method in improving student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects. The research method used is Class Action Research (PTK) with reference to the Kemmis and Mc Taggart models which consist of two cycles. Each cycle includes stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects in this study are students of class VIII.B SMP Kartika XX-2 Makassar with a total of 29 students. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, tests and documentation. The analysis data used are quantitative data analysis data and qualitative data. The results of the study show that the application of the Active Learning learning method has succeeded in significantly improving student learning outcomes. The average student score increased from 61.38 (27.59% completeness) in the pre-cycle to 72.76 (51.72% completeness) in the first cycle and then reached 86.90 (89.66% completeness) in the second cycle. Quantitatively, there was an increase in completeness of 24.13% and an average score of 11.38 from pre-cycle to cycle I, as well as an increase in completeness of 37.94% and an average score of 14.14 from cycle I to cycle II. The data proves that student learning outcomes have increased and have met the classroom success indicator, which is 75 with the application of the Active Learning learning method.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menelaah peran komunikasi kelompok dalam Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) sebagai motor penggerak perubahan organisasi sekolah. MGMP dipandang sebagai wadah profesional guru yang memiliki potensi strategis untuk meningkatkan kompetensi, menumbuhkan budaya kolaboratif, serta mendorong inovasi pembelajaran. Namun, praktik MGMP di lapangan masih menghadapi hambatan berupa komunikasi yang kurang efektif, dominasi agenda administratif, dan terbatasnya ruang diskusi mendalam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus pada satu MGMP sekolah menengah yang aktif melaksanakan kolaborasi guru. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan telaah dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang mencakup reduksi, penyajian, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi kelompok yang terbuka, dialogis, dan berkesinambungan mampu memperkuat kerja sama antarguru melalui forum diskusi rutin, penyusunan perangkat ajar bersama, koordinasi asesmen, serta pelaksanaan lesson study. Pola komunikasi tersebut melahirkan berbagai inovasi pembelajaran, antara lain modul ajar kolaboratif, strategi literasi, dan asesmen terpadu. Faktor kunci yang mendukung efektivitas komunikasi adalah kepemimpinan partisipatif serta pemanfaatan teknologi digital untuk memperluas koordinasi. Penelitian juga mengungkap bahwa intensitas komunikasi dalam MGMP berkontribusi terhadap terbentuknya budaya organisasi yang kolaboratif, adaptif, dan reflektif. Secara konseptual, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa komunikasi kelompok merupakan fondasi penting bagi transformasi organisasi sekolah. Hasil empiris memperkaya kajian manajemen pendidikan, khususnya mengenai dinamika komunitas profesional guru. Kendati demikian, penelitian hanya dilakukan pada satu sekolah sehingga hasilnya belum dapat digeneralisasi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penelitian lanjutan dengan cakupan lebih luas untuk memperkuat temuan.

Abstract

Makalah ini bertujuan untuk memetakan dan mensintesis literatur terkait hubungan parasosial (parasocial relationship/PSR) dengan idola, mengikuti pendekatan tinjauan pelingkupan (scoping review). Pencarian sistematis dilakukan pada lima database elektronik, yaitu Google Scholar, PubMed, Scopus, ResearchGate, dan ProQuest. Studi-studi terpilih yang diterbitkan antara 2015–2025 dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi faktor pembentuk, dampak, intervensi, kerangka teori, dan instrumen pengukuran terkait PSR. Tinjauan ini mengikuti langkah-langkah yang meliputi perumusan pertanyaan penelitian, pencarian literatur yang luas, seleksi studi berdasarkan relevansi dan kelayakan, ekstraksi data, serta sintesis tematik. Dari 2.330 artikel awal, 20 studi primer memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan dianalisis secara mendalam. Hasil tematik menunjukkan bahwa PSR terbentuk melalui interaksi antara karakteristik idola, seperti kredibilitas, daya tarik, autentisitas, dan human-likeness, serta karakteristik penggemar, termasuk tingkat kesepian, kebutuhan dukungan sosial, dan gaya keterikatan cemas. Tinjauan ini menemukan bahwa PSR memiliki dampak ganda: dapat meningkatkan keterikatan emosional dan perilaku konsumtif penggemar, sekaligus memberikan dukungan psikologis dan eksplorasi identitas diri. Perkembangan media digital memperkuat fenomena ini, khususnya melalui idola virtual. Secara teoritis, PSR tetap berlandaskan Horton dan Wohl (1956), namun penelitian modern mengintegrasikan teori tambahan seperti social surrogacy, social comparison, dan Match-up Hypothesis. Tinjauan ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan lintas disiplin dan pengembangan intervensi berbasis literasi emosional dan digital untuk mendukung hubungan penggemar–idola yang lebih sehat.

Abstract

The digital revolution has changed the paradigm of contemporary Islamic education, where technological disruption demands profound policy transformation to bridge the gap between traditional Islamic education systems and the demands of the digital age. This phenomenon reflects the dialectic between classical Islamic scholarship and technological modernity, which often poses challenges in maintaining spiritual identity while adopting pedagogical innovations. The urgency of this transformation is increasingly evident with the emergence of the digital divide, where access to technology is uneven, thereby affecting the effectiveness of Islamic values-based learning.This study aims to analyze the transformation of Islamic education policy in the digital era, identify systemic and structural challenges, and formulate applicable and sustainable innovation management strategies. Using a qualitative approach through library research, this study explores the latest literature to provide an in-depth understanding of this phenomenon, with a phenomenological perspective that emphasizes contextual interpretation.The main findings indicate that the primary challenges include resistance to cultural change, limitations in digital infrastructure, and inadequate educator competencies. Key strategies include integrating technology with Islamic values, capacity building through continuous training, and collaborative governance involving multiple stakeholders. The policy implications encourage the development of an adaptive Islamic education model, where technology is not a threat but a means of spiritual and intellectual revitalization.In conclusion, innovation management is a key pillar in the transformation of Islamic education, requiring strategic commitment from stakeholders to overcome challenges and take advantage of digital opportunities. Strategic recommendations include strengthening responsive regulations, investing in infrastructure, and fostering a culture of sustainable innovation. This research contributes to the development of more inclusive and sustainable Islamic education policies, bridging the gap between tradition and modernity in a global context.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology demands a transformation in Islamic Religious Education (PAI), yet it faces challenges such as infrastructure inequality, limited digital learning materials, and low teacher digital literacy. This study aims to analyze adaptive learning strategies through the integration of Information Technology and Game-Based Learning (GBL) using Zep Quiz, as well as to describe its design, urgency, and impact. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative to elucidate the role of technology in PAI, supported by the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop) in game design. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the integration of IT and GBL creates flexible (anytime, anywhere) and interactive learning environments. The development of Zep Quiz through the stages of defining, designing, and developing has proven to increase students' motivation, engagement, and understanding of PAI materials. Although challenges such as costs and distraction risks exist, solutions including teacher training, Islamic content validation, and multi-party collaboration are recommended. In conclusion, Zep Quiz-based GBL serves as an effective innovation for internalizing Islamic values contextually in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the principal in the form of (Manager, Administrator, Supervisor, and Collaborator), as well as the obstacles faced in developing non-academic achievements of students with hearing impairments in Special Schools. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study type. The subject of this study is the principal at one of the special schools in Yogyakarta. Data collection uses interview, observation, and documentation techniques with the researcher as the main instrument. The data analysis method used is Milles, Huberman, and Saldana, which includes the process of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity is used data triangulation, and member checking. The results of the study show that the role of the principal is shown in several categories, namely Manager, namely by developing non-academic achievements that are adjusted to the Vision, Mission, and school curriculum, as well as coaching achievements that are adjusted to students' talents and interests. Administrator, carried out in the form of the principal providing supporting resources such as BOS funds, coaches, and providing complete facilities and infrastructure to support students' talents and interests. Supervisors, which are carried out in the form of coaching and supervision to all related parties, starting from educators, parents, using a collaborative approach, and taking an intensive approach to parents to encourage parents' contributions to their students' non-academic achievements. Collaborators, this activity is carried out by building collaboration with all parties both internal and external to the school, as well as related institutions by building cooperation between schools or higher education institutions and the government. The principals face in carrying out the process of coaching non-academic achievements, namely (1) the principal experiences difficulty in unifying perceptions, (2) miscommunication occurs between related stakeholders, and (3) the principal experiences difficulty in finding competent coaches who will become coaches in developing the non-academic achievements of students with special needs.
