Pendas : Jurnah Ilmiah Pendidikan Dasar is a journal published twice a year, namely in June and December that aims to be a forum for scientific publications to pour ideas and studies complemented with the results of research related to primary school education. To achieve this, basic education journals will selectively disseminate ideas and studies complemented by quality research results related to basic education, develop an education center to the elementary-school that can produce innovative, creative and original work and tested in the field of education and learning elementary School to be disseminated and implemented for improving the quality of primary-to-national education at the national, regional and international levels.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis secara yuridis efektivitas penerapan Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 2010 tentang Pencegahan dan Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang dalam penanganan tindak pidana pencucian uang sebagai tindak pidana khusus dalam sistem peradilan pidana Indonesia. Tindak pidana pencucian uang merupakan kejahatan yang kompleks dan berdampak luas terhadap perekonomian serta ketertiban hukum nasional. Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 2010 dibentuk untuk memberikan kerangka hukum yang jelas dalam pencegahan, penyidikan, penuntutan, serta pemidanaan pelaku tindak pidana pencucian uang. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif dengan mengkaji peraturan perundang-undangan, putusan pengadilan, serta literatur relevan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 2010 telah membawa kemajuan dalam pengaturan tindak pidana pencucian uang, terdapat berbagai kendala dalam praktik penegakan hukumnya, antara lain interpretasi pasal yang kurang konsisten, keterbatasan sumber daya penyidik, serta integrasi data antar lembaga penegak hukum yang masih lemah. Kendala-kendala tersebut berimplikasi pada efektivitas penanganan perkara dan upaya pemberantasan pencucian uang di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa perlu adanya penyempurnaan regulasi, peningkatan kapasitas aparat penegak hukum, serta optimalisasi koordinasi lembaga untuk mewujudkan sistem peradilan pidana yang lebih efektif dalam menangani tindak pidana pencucian uang.

Elementary education plays a fundamental role in forming student character dispositions, not merely transferring cognitive knowledge. However, current educational practices are often trapped in rigid academic routines, neglecting affective aspects and local cultural values. This study aims to describe the internalization process of ethnopedagogical values contained in the traditional Engklek game and its potential as a medium for strengthening student character. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a value analysis approach. Data collection was conducted through participant observation and literature study to identify pedagogical values embedded in the game's rules and activities. The results indicate that the structure of the Engklek game facilitates the internalization of three main character traits: (1) Integrity, built through compliance with line rules without external authority supervision; (2) Perseverance, formed through efforts to maintain physical and mental balance and persistence after failure; and (3) Social Discipline, fostered through compliance with turn-taking culture. This study concludes that Engklek serves not only as a recreational activity but as an effective pedagogical medium for instilling character education rooted in local wisdom

Thesis by Ledyani Nubatonis. PGSD 2019 with the title "Using Puzzle Media in Simple Fractions to Improve Student Learning Outcomes for Class III SD Inpres Aisio, Timor Tengah Selatan Regency". Advisor I Dr. Damianus dao samo, M.Pd and supervisor II Adam Benu, S.Pd, M.Pd. Background This research was conducted because the third grade students of SD Inpres Aisio were taught not to use learning media but the teacher taught the students by the lecture method, so that most of the students looked bored, not enthusiastic in participating in mathematics learning at that time so that after the test was carried out at the end of the lesson most of the students who did not complete or did not achieve the KKM score. The formulation of the research problem is: How is the use of puzzle media in simple fractions to improve the learning outcomes of third grade students of SD Inpres Aisio? This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of third grade students of SD Inpres Aisio on simple fractions through the use of puzzle media. This type of research is Classroom Action Research with the following stages: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were 25 grade III students and researchers. Data was collected by means of observation and test techniques. The collected data was processed and further analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the research in the first cycle the average grade of 54.8 increased to 76 in the second cycle, with an increase from the first cycle to the second cycle of 21.2. The percentage of classical learning completeness in the first cycle of 40% increased to 88% in the second cycle, with an increase in the percentage of 48%. Student activity in the first cycle was 64.31 to 82.39 in the second cycle with an increase of 18.08, it can be concluded that the use of puzzle media in simple fractions material can improve student learning outcomes in class III SD Inpres Aisio.

Recent phenomena indicate a decline in students’ interest in appreciating cultural arts, particularly through national songs, due to the dominance of foreign popular culture and the lack of learning innovation in schools. This situation reduces the internalization of national values and weakens student engagement in cultural arts education. This study aims to analyze the application of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) in cultural arts subjects by employing national songs as a learning medium. A descriptive qualitative design was used with one cultural arts teacher and 32 grade XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Colomadu as research participants. Data were collected through classroom observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis, then analyzed using a thematic approach to identify patterns, relevance, and effectiveness. The findings reveal that CTL based on national songs successfully increases students’ learning motivation, strengthens their emotional connection with the material, and fosters awareness of national values. Teachers also reported greater creativity in designing meaningful and contextual strategies. The study concludes that integrating CTL with national songs not only improves cultural arts learning but also revitalizes students’ character building and national identity. The contribution of this research lies in enriching the theoretical discourse on CTL integration in cultural arts and offering a practical model that addresses the challenges of globalization while strengthening love for the homeland.

Scientific literacy is an essential competency that students must possess to face the challenges of the 21st century, not only as the ability to understand scientific concepts, but also as the capacity to apply scientific knowledge in real-life contexts critically, reflectively, and responsibly. Various studies have shown that the low scientific literacy of students in Indonesia is influenced by science learning that is still abstract and lacks contextualization. Exploration of local phenomena is seen as a potential pedagogical strategy to strengthen scientific literacy through meaningful and relevant learning to students' environments. This study aims to comprehensively analyze the role of local phenomenon exploration in strengthening students' scientific literacy. The study used a qualitative approach with a literature study method on various relevant primary and secondary literature sources. Data analysis was carried out using content analysis techniques combined with thematic synthesis to identify concepts, implementation strategies, and the impact of local phenomenon-based learning on scientific literacy. The results of the study indicate that local phenomenon exploration consistently has a positive impact on improving students' conceptual understanding, critical thinking skills, science process skills, and scientific attitudes. Local phenomenon-based learning has also been shown to increase learning motivation and concern for the environment and local wisdom. Exploration of local phenomena is recommended as an effective, contextual, and sustainable science learning strategy in an effort to strengthen students' scientific literacy at various levels of education.

The development of online and hybrid learning requires students to have a high level of learning independence to be able to manage the learning process effectively and sustainably. However, various studies show that student learning independence in Indonesia is still relatively low, mainly due to online learning which tends to be oneway and less student-centered. One learning model deemed relevant to address this challenge is the flipped classroom, as it provides a structured, independent learning space through pre-class activities and synchronous learning oriented towards deepening concepts. This study aims to comprehensively examine the effectiveness of the flipped classroom model in improving student learning independence in online and hybrid learning. This study used a qualitative approach with a literature review method of various relevant primary and secondary literature sources, including articles from accredited national journals, scientific proceedings, reference books, and education policy documents. Data analysis was conducted using content analysis techniques combined with thematic synthesis to identify patterns of findings, indicators of learning independence, and supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the flipped classroom. The results show that the flipped classroom is consistently able to improve student learning independence, as reflected in increased learning initiative, academic responsibility, time management, self-regulation, and self-reflection and self-evaluation skills. Compared to conventional online learning, flipped classrooms are more effective in encouraging active student engagement and reducing reliance on teachers. With careful pedagogical planning and adequate technological support, flipped classrooms have the potential to be an adaptive and sustainable learning strategy for strengthening independent learning in the digital education era.

The rapid development of information technology has encouraged educational institutions to adopt digital systems in administrative management, including the New Student Admission (Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru/PPDB) process. MAN 1 Pidie Jaya still implements a manual registration system, which results in several problems such as long queues, data recording errors, and limited access for prospective students from outside the region. This study aims to design and implement a web-based PPDB application to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the new student admission process at MAN 1 Pidie Jaya. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, which consists of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The application was developed using PHP Native as the programming language and MySQL as the database. The results show that the web-based PPDB system is able to facilitate online registration, manage prospective student data in a structured manner, and deliver information and selection results quickly and transparently. The implementation of this system provides convenience for prospective students in the registration process and assists the school in improving the quality of PPDB administrative services. Therefore, the web-based PPDB application is considered feasible and effective to be implemented as a digital solution at MAN 1 Pidie Jaya

This research aims to analyze the comparative typology of pronoun clitics between the Meno-Mene dialect of Sasak language and Indonesian through a syntactic review. Using a qualitative descriptive method with contrastive analysis, this research examines the form, position and function of clitics as markers for clause arguments based on speech data from the people of Aik Mual Village. The results of the analysis show that Sasak pronoun clitics (/-k/, /-m/, /-n/, /-t/) are very productive as subject markers in verbal predicates and adjectives. This is typologically different from Indonesian which does not recognize subject clitics in nonverbal predicates and must use free pronouns. Although both languages show functional similarities in object and possessive enclitics, Sasak has more flexible syntactic integration than Indonesian, which has a more limited distribution.

The problem addressed in this study is the low learning motivation of elementary school students, which is reflected in students lack of interest in learning activities, low active participation during lessons, and insufficient internal drive to achieve optimal learning outcomes. This condition is presumed to be closely related to teachers personality competence, considering that teachers play a strategic role as educators, mentors, and role models in the learning process. Teachers with strong personality competence are expected to create a conducive, engaging, and motivating learning environment that encourages students to learn more effectively.This study aims to determine the effect of teachers personality competence on students learning motivation in elementary schools. The research employed a quantitative approach using an ex-post facto research design, which seeks to identify causal relationships based on existing conditions without providing specific treatments to the research subjects. The population of this study consisted of all fifth-grade students in the elementary school, totaling 44 students. A saturated sampling technique was applied, meaning that the entire population was used as the research sample. Data were collected using a non-test technique in the form of questionnaires designed to measure teachers personality competence and students learning motivation. The collected data were then analyzed using simple linear regression analysis to test the research hypothesis. The results of the hypothesis testing showed that H₁ was accepted and H₀ was rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that teachers personality competence has a significant effect on students learning motivation in elementary schools. Based on the findings of this study, it is evident that teachers personality competence has a positive influence on students’ learning motivation, indicating that the better the teachers’ personality competence, the higher the students’ learning motivation

This study aims to determine the role of teachers in enhancing student creativity in the learning process, the factors that support and hinder this role, and how teachers apply learning to encourage creativity in the learning process at SMKS Setia Budi Binjai. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The subjects of this study are teachers and students. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques used the Miles and Huberman model, which consists of three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion formulation. The results of the study indicate that teachers at SMKS Setia Budi Binjai actively fulfill their roles by using various learning methods, creative tools, and providing space for students to explore. Supporting factors include adequate school facilities, a conducive classroom environment, and students' enthusiasm for learning. Inhibiting factors involve limited time, varying student abilities, and students’ lack of confidence. The learning implementation is active and participatory, encouraging students to think creatively through discussions, projects, and presentations.
