Indonesia is a country that has a diversity of ethnicities, races, and religions. Diversity in any field will indeed lead to differences, and it must be known that these differences will certainly trigger potential conflicts. If conflict is not managed properly, it can lead to extreme attitudes in maintaining different interpretations of each group's truth claims. So to create a prosperous and harmonious national and state life, it is necessary to have moderation in religion as a form of effort for welfare and harmony between religious communities. Al-Qur'an as a moderated guide and guide to determine a new direction for the general public in understanding religion and bring changes to a more balanced perspective.

This study examines how Shopee Live triggers consumptive behavior among boarding house students by focusing on the roles of character and self-control. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that Shopee Live encourages impulsive buying through emotional engagement, interactive features, and promotional pressure. Students with strong self-control and positive character traits tend to make more rational purchasing decisions, while those with weaker self-regulation are more susceptible to unplanned purchases. In addition, peer influence in boarding environments strengthens consumptive tendencies. This study concludes that consumptive behavior in live streaming commerce is shaped by the interaction between digital stimuli and internal psychological factors, highlighting the importance of self-control and character awareness in promoting responsible online shopping behavior.

The learning of Science and Social Studies (IPAS) in elementary schools is expected to foster meaningful understanding, critical thinking, and the ability to connect concepts with real-life contexts. However, learning practices are often still oriented toward surface learning, causing students to have difficulty developing deep conceptual understanding. This study aims to describe the implementation of the deep learning approach in IPAS learning at SD 13/1 Muara Bulian, as well as to identify students’ responses and supporting and inhibiting factors in its application. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through classroom observations, interviews with teachers and students, and documentation analysis. The results show that the implementation of the deep learning approach in IPAS learning was carried out through contextual learning activities, active student engagement, collaborative discussions, and reflective learning processes. The approach encouraged students to better understand concepts, relate learning materials to daily life, and demonstrate higher learning engagement. Supporting factors included teacher readiness and learning environment, while inhibiting factors involved limited time and varying student learning abilities. Overall, the deep learning approach contributed positively to improving the quality of IPAS learning in elementary school.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of using a “Big Book” based on measurement concepts on the logical thinking ability of children aged 4–5 years. This research was conducted in a kindergarten (TK Al-Kautsar Indralaya) using a one-group pretest-posttest design. Sixteen children were given a pretest to assess baseline logical thinking skills, then participated in learning activities using the Big Book media over a two-week period, followed by a posttest. Data were collected through structured observation with an instrument covering four indicators of logical thinking (understanding cause-effect, classifying, drawing conclusions, and problem-solving). The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and a paired t-test. The results showed a significant improvement in children’s logical thinking after using the Big Book. The average posttest score was higher than the pretest score, and 100% of children reached at least the expected development category. Statistical analysis confirmed a significant difference between pretest and posttest scores (p < 0.001). These findings indicate that the Big Book with measurement concepts is effective in enhancing logical thinking abilities in early childhood. The Big Book’s interactive and concrete learning experience helped children grasp measurement concepts (such as size, length, weight) in a fun way, which in turn improved their reasoning skills.

Background: The demands of the Merdeka Belajar policy and the dynamics of 21st-century education necessitate the transformation of elementary school principals' roles from administrators to transformational leaders with managerial competence and the ability to build strategic partnerships. However, preliminary studies and performance reports in Talang District reveal competency gaps, particularly in human resource development, intellectual stimulation, and sustainable partnerships. Research Gap: Previous studies tended to analyze transformational leadership, managerial competence, and partnerships separately. Furthermore, integrative development models that are contextual for elementary school principals in semi-rural areas like Talang are still limited. Novelty of the Research: This research responds to this gap by developing and testing the validity of the ADAPT Model (Analysis-Design-Action-Partnership-Transformation), a holistic development model that is the first to integrate these three constructs into a synergistic framework adapted to the local context. Methods: The research used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model focused on the development stage. Data were collected through questionnaires (44 managerial items, 35 transformational items, 25 partnership items), interviews, and observations involving 10 principals and 10 teachers in Talang District. Product validity was tested through expert judgment (material, media, vocational experts) and pilot testing. Results: Needs analysis confirmed the existing conditions: managerial competence in the "Capable" category (score 3.72), transformational leadership "Fairly Good" (3.91), and partnerships "Good" (4.02), with intellectual stimulation and human resource development as the weakest aspects. The resulting ADAPT Model was declared "Very Valid" by experts (Aiken's V Index: 0.889-0.929). The limited trial showed a 34.7% increase in participant knowledge and a very high satisfaction level (4.54/5.00). Conclusion: The ADAPT Model is proven valid and practical as an integrative and contextual framework for developing principal competency. This research contributes to the treasury of integrative educational leadership theory and provides evidence-based practical products for enhancing the leadership capacity of elementary schools in regional areas.

This study aims to synthesize scientific evidence on pharmacogenomic interactions in antihypertensive polypharmacy and their association with intradialytic complications among chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients undergoing hemodialysis using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. A systematic literature search was conducted across PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar, and Wiley Online Library for publications from 2017 to 2025, following the PRISMA guidelines and the PICO framework. A total of 30 articles met the inclusion criteria and were synthesized narratively. The findings indicate that antihypertensive polypharmacy is highly prevalent in the hemodialysis population, with an average use of ≥5–10 medications. The most frequently reported pharmacogenomic interactions involved phase I metabolic genes, particularly CYP2D6 and CYP2C9, influencing responses to beta-blockers and angiotensin receptor blockers (ARBs). Drug–drug–gene interactions in intensive polypharmacy conditions were associated with increased risks of intradialytic hypotension, intradialytic hypertension, bradycardia, electrolyte disturbances, and reduced quality of life. This synthesis highlights that intradialytic complications are influenced not only by drug class or dosing time but also by a combination of genetic factors, renal function, and medication burden. The integration of pharmacogenomic approaches, comprehensive polypharmacy evaluation, and clinical pharmacist involvement holds potential to improve patient safety and hemodynamic stability in hemodialysis patients.

This study aimed to systematically examine the patterns of use, rationality, and clinical outcomes of amoxicillin therapy in pediatric acute pharyngitis in outpatient settings. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted in accordance with the PRISMA guidelines. Literature searches were performed in PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar, and Wiley Online Library for English-language articles published between 2018 and 2025. Article selection was guided by the PICO framework and strict inclusion criteria, resulting in 30 studies that were analyzed using thematic narrative synthesis aligned with the three research questions. The review findings indicate that amoxicillin and amoxicillin–clavulanate predominate in the outpatient management of pediatric pharyngitis, frequently prescribed without adequate confirmation of bacterial etiology. The rationality of use remains suboptimal, as evidenced by inappropriate indications, wide variability in dosing regimens, and treatment durations that often exceed clinical guideline recommendations. In terms of clinical outcomes, amoxicillin was shown to be effective in appropriately diagnosed streptococcal pharyngitis, with no additional benefit of broad-spectrum antibiotics in symptom resolution, but with a lower risk of adverse effects. These findings underscore the importance of strengthening rational antibiotic use practices to improve patient safety and reduce antimicrobial resistance in the pediatric population

Social anxiety is a common emotional problem in early childhood that may hinder social development and interaction readiness. One parental factor assumed to reduce children’s social anxiety is parental self-compassion. This study aimed to examine the effect of parental self-compassion on social anxiety among early childhood children in Surabaya. A quantitative causal-comparative (ex post facto) design was employed. The sample consisted of 405 parents of children aged 3–6 years selected using stratified sampling. Data were collected using Likert-scale questionnaires measuring three dimensions of parental self-compassion (self-kindness, mindfulness, and common humanity) and children’s social anxiety. Data were analyzed using classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results indicated that parental self-compassion significantly affected children’s social anxiety simultaneously (F = 336.353; p < 0.05). Partially, all dimensions of self-compassion showed significant effects, with self-kindness as the strongest predictor. These findings suggest that higher parental self-compassion is associated with lower social anxiety in early childhood.
