Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of NusaMusic Digital Explorer based on Augmented Reality (AR) in music learning to improve students’ learning outcomes in grade V of elementary school. The research was motivated by the low learning outcomes and limited use of instructional media in teaching traditional musical instruments. This study employed a quantitative approach with an experimental method using a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of 25 fifth-grade students at SDN Majalengka Wetan VIII selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using multiple-choice tests consisting of 20 items that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive and inferential statistics, including normality test, homogeneity test, and t-test. The results showed that the average pretest score was 58.8, while the posttest score increased to 87.22. The hypothesis testing indicated that t-count (4.71) was greater than t-table (2.11), which means there is a significant effect of the use of NusaMusic Digital Explorer based on Augmented Reality on students’ learning outcomes. The normalized gain (N-Gain) score was 0.69, categorized as moderate to high improvement. The findings indicate that the use of AR-based learning media can enhance students’ engagement, motivation, and understanding through interactive, visual, and auditory experiences. Therefore, NusaMusic Digital Explorer can be considered an effective and innovative learning media in improving music learning outcomes in elementary education.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the rapid development of social media, which has the potential to be utilized as a medium for fostering the Indonesian language. One form of its application is through linguistic quizzes, such as antonyms and synonyms, using the polling feature available on Instagram Story. This study aims to describe the use of antonym and synonym quizzes as a medium for Indonesian language development on the Instagram account @grresiaa. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected through documentation techniques in the form of screenshots of polling results and respondents’ answers to the quizzes. The data consisted of six quizzes, including three antonym quizzes (cepat, baru, bahagia) and three synonym quizzes (marah, sunyi, bunga). Data analysis was conducted by classifying respondents’ answers into correct and incorrect categories and describing them to determine the level of respondents’ understanding of antonyms and synonyms. The results show that most respondents answered correctly, indicating that their understanding of vocabulary and word meanings is relatively good. In addition, the use of the polling feature on Instagram Story also increases user interaction and participation in language learning. Therefore, the use of social media, particularly Instagram, through interactive quizzes can serve as an effective, engaging, and accessible alternative medium for fostering the Indonesian language in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the representation of romanticism in the poem “Aku Ingin” by Sapardi Djoko Damono through a stylistic approach. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a stylistic perspective to analyze linguistic elements such as diction, figures of speech, imagery, and language style. The data source is the poem “Aku Ingin”, supported by relevant literature. Data collection techniques include literature study and note-taking by repeatedly reading the poem to identify stylistic elements that represent romanticism. The results show that romanticism in the poem is expressed through simple diction, natural metaphors, and imagery that reflect sincerity and selflessness in love. The poet presents love not in an exaggerated way, but through subtle, symbolic, and meaningful expressions. Thus, romanticism in this poem is characterized by simplicity, emotional depth, and a focus on meaning rather than explicit verbal expression.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of AI usage intensity, economic literacy, and teacher support on student engagement at SMAN 3 Semarang, with self-efficacy serving as a mediating variable. The study employs a non-experimental quantitative approach. The population consists of all 10th-grade students at SMAN 3 Semarang who are enrolled in economics courses, totaling 432 students. The sample comprises 208 respondents, determined using the Slovin formula and proportional sampling technique. The findings indicate that the intensity of AI usage does not significantly affect self-efficacy, whereas economic literacy and teacher support have a significant effect on self-efficacy. Furthermore, AI usage intensity, economic literacy, and teacher support significantly influence student engagement. However, AI usage intensity and economic literacy, when mediated by self-efficacy, do not have a significant effect on student engagement, while teacher support, through self-efficacy, has a significant effect on student engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of interactive web-based economic literacy inimproving elementary school students’ understanding of economic activityconcepts. The research employed a literature review method by examining variousrelevant national and international journal articles published between 2020 and2025. Data were collected through documentation techniques and analyzed usingcontent analysis with a thematic synthesis approach. The results indicate thatinteractive web-based learning media can enhance students’ engagement andlearning interest. However, such improvement does not necessarily lead to deeperconceptual understanding without appropriate instructional approaches. On theother hand, economic literacy has been shown to help students understandeconomic concepts more contextually and apply them in daily life. Therefore,integrating interactive web media with economic literacy is considered a promisingstrategy in social studies learning. The use of Eco Path interactive web based oneconomic literacy can create a more engaging, interactive, and meaningfullearning experience. Nevertheless, its implementation still faces severalchallenges, such as limited technological facilities and teachers’ readiness to usedigital tools. Thus, this study is expected to contribute to the development of moreinnovative social studies learning in elementary education.

Abstract

The main issue in this research is the low level of environmental care practices among students in the school environment. Ecological citizenship practices as a form of citizen responsibility towards the environment need to be instilled from an early age. The Eco Green program is one of the school's efforts to foster ecological citizenship practices among students. This study aims to determine and analyze ecological citizenship practices through the Eco Green Program at SMAN 1 Kusan Hilir. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing stages. The results showed that: (1) The implementation of the Eco Green Program is carried out through school environment cleaning activities, waste sorting, and making eco bricks as a form of environmentally friendly waste management. (2) Ecological citizenship practices are reflected in the active involvement of students, habituation of environmentally caring behavior, and the application of responsibility values towards the environment in school life.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the differences in the skills of fifth-grade students in each elementary school in Dabin II, Salaman District, Magelang Regency in performing volleyball underhand passes. There are several schools where the majority of students have not mastered volleyball underhand passes. Conversely, there are also several schools where students already have the ability to perform volleyball underhand passes. This study aims to determine the relationship between teacher performance and student skills in learning Physical Education (PJOK) on volleyball underhand passing material. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlation type with a survey method. The subjects used were 7 PJOK teachers and 96 students. In this study, total sampling was used for teacher sampling and proportional sampling for fifth-grade students in each elementary school in Dabin II, Salaman District. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires for teachers and underhand passing tests for students. The analysis technique consists of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Hypothesis testing used Spearman Rank Correlation analysis. The results of the analysis show a correlation result of r count (0.915) > r table (0.754). The Spearman correlation coefficient value r count (0.915) is greater than the r table value (0.754) at a significance level of 5%, so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between teacher performance and student skills in PJOK learning on volleyball underhand passing material.

Abstract

The current development of information technology has had a significant impact on improving the performance of various agencies, both private and public, at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Padang, the process of managing letters in schools is still carried out manually, so that there are often recording errors, difficulties in searching archives, and wasting time and money.The research method used is observation, interviews and documentation to obtain the needs of the system. The system development method uses software development life cycle (SDLC) with a waterfall model with stages of planning, analysis, design, testing and implementation. The system is built using the laravel framework, MySQL, PHP, HTML, and CSS.The alpha test results showed that it worked well based on the whitebox and blackbox tests, and the beta test results from experts showed an average of 96.33% and from users showed an average of 87.18%, from the expert testing and users got excellent information. This system is expected to improve the archiving of digital letters accurately, safely, and efficiently at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Padang.

Abstract

Overseas students often face difficulties in adapting to a new environment which may lead to homesickness, a feeling of longing for home and family. This condition can affect students’ psychological well-being and learning process. One factor that may reduce homesickness is peer social support. This study aims to determine the relationship between peer social support and homesickness among overseas students of the Department of Education, Class of 2024 at Universitas Jambi. This research used a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The population consisted of 197 students, with a sample of 108 students selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis used the Pearson Product Moment correlation test with SPSS 26. The results showed that peer social support was in the high category (82.85%), while homesickness was in the low category (66.44%). The correlation test showed a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 with a correlation coefficient of 0.566, indicating a significant relationship with a moderate category.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the phenomenon of moral degradation and the crisis of integrity in the digital era, as well as the sociological challenges faced by Pondok Pesantren Nurul Iman, which develops within a pragmatic and materialistic market environment. This condition necessitates a systematic and sustainable character education strategy, particularly in instilling the value of honesty among students. The study aims to describe the model of internalizing honesty values through the Weekly Majelis Taklim as the primary instrument for character building among students.This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies relevant to student development activities. Data analysis applies the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, which includes data collection, data reduction, data display in descriptive narrative form, and continuous conclusion drawing.The findings reveal that the internalization process of honesty is carried out systematically through the concept of the “Integrity Chain,” which consists of three main stages: (1) value transformation through the study of six authoritative classical Islamic texts (turath) to build a strong theological foundation; (2) value transaction through interactive dialogue, habituation, and exemplary conduct (uswah hasanah) of the teachers; and (3) value transinternalization reinforced by dormitory supervisors (musyrif) to foster inner awareness (muraqabah).Significant impacts are observed in students’ real behavior, such as honesty in canteen transactions, discipline in fulfilling responsibilities, and integrity in daily social interactions. This study concludes that the synergy between classical literature, collective role modeling, continuous habituation, and consistent environmental control is effective in building a “moral fortress” for students amid marginal environmental challenges and the currents of globalization.
